In the article, it is discussed the effects of drying time, prepared sizes, preparation time, stirring means and storage time of samples on measurement results of caking index which are not specified in the national standard GB/T 5447—2014. Such two types of frequently-used bitumite, coking coal and gas coal are selected for experimental study. The study results showed that the effects of drying time, particle size and preparation time of samples on measurement results of G value were the most significant, the effects of analysis link and storage time of samples on measurement results of G value took second place, while the effects of stirring means on measurement results of G value were minimum. The specified control conditions of related influencing factors are given through experiments so as to achieve the goal of improving the accuracy of measurement results for caking index of bitumite.

文章探讨了国标GB/T 5447—2014中未进行细化规定的样品烘干时间、制备粒度、制备时间、试样搅拌方式、试样存放时间对黏结指数测定结果的影响。选取焦煤和气煤两种常用烟煤进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,样品干燥时间、样品粒度、样品制备时间对G值的测定结果影响明显,样品分析环节样品的存放时间对G值的测定结果影响次之,搅拌方式对G值的测定结果影响最小。通过实验给出了相关影响因素的细化控制条件以达到提高烟煤黏结指数测定结果准确性的目的。

文章探讨了国标GB/T 5447—2014中未进行细化规定的样品烘干时间、制备粒度、制备时间、试样搅拌方式、试样存放时间对黏结指数测定结果的影响。选取焦煤和气煤两种常用烟煤进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,样品干燥时间、样品粒度、样品制备时间对G值的测定结果影响明显,样品分析环节样品的存放时间对G值的测定结果影响次之,搅拌方式对G值的测定结果影响最小。通过实验给出了相关影响因素的细化控制条件以达到提高烟煤黏结指数测定结果准确性的目的。

In the article, it is discussed the effects of drying time, prepared sizes, preparation time, stirring means and storage time of samples on measurement results of caking index which are not specified in the national standard GB/T 5447—2014. Such two types of frequently-used bitumite, coking coal and gas coal are selected for experimental study. The study results showed that the effects of drying time, particle size and preparation time of samples on measurement results of G value were the most significant, the effects of analysis link and storage time of samples on measurement results of G value took second place, while the effects of stirring means on measurement results of G value were minimum. The specified control conditions of related influencing factors are given through experiments so as to achieve the goal of improving the accuracy of measurement results for caking index of bitumite.

烟煤黏结指数(GR,I,简写G)测定方法是将一定质量的实验煤样和标准专用无烟煤(简称专用无烟煤)在规定的条件下混合,快速加热成焦,所得焦块在一定规格的转鼓内进行强度检验,以焦块的耐磨强度,即抗破坏力的大小来表示实验煤样的黏结能力。因此,烟煤黏结指数实质是实验烟煤样在受热后,煤颗粒之间或煤粒与惰性组分颗粒间结合牢固程度的一种度量,它是各种物理和化学变化过程的最终结果。黏结指数是判别煤的黏结性、结焦性的一个关键指标。煤的结焦过程是由很多环节构成的一个极其复杂的工艺过程[1]
近年来,随着我国工业生产能力的不断提高,国内市场对于能源的需求也随之不断扩大,特别是冶金领域对于煤炭的需求尤为突出。煤炭的品种多种多样,即使同一种煤炭,其性能也存在较大差异,因此煤炭的黏结指数是煤炭交易过程中重要的质量验收依据。烟煤黏结指数测定项目又是一个规范性很强的项目,影响烟煤黏结指数测定结果准确性的因素是多方面的,涉及采样、制样与分析等多个环节。正常情况下,采样误差大于制样误差,制样误差大于分析误差,并且煤样具有一定的时效性,从而造成测定结果偏差大,常常因黏结指数测定结果不同而引起客户纠纷。分析煤炭黏结指数测定结果准确性的影响因素,提高测定值的准确性,客观反映煤炭质量,对于维护交易双方合法权益具有重要意义。
目前煤的黏结指数测定采用GB/T 5447—2014的测定方法[2],但在实际检测中,有些操作步骤不够细化,往往会存在同一样品按同一方法,不同分析者的测定误差较大等问题。本文结合日常工作实际,重点选取焦煤和气煤两种常用烟煤,针对测定过程中样品烘干时间、制备时间、制备粒度、试样搅拌方式、试样存放时间进行了细化研究。
现行国标GB/T 474—2008中规定[3],一般分析煤样制备前须进行空气干燥。空气干燥是将煤样铺成均匀的薄层,在环境温度下使之与大气湿度达到平衡。煤层厚度不能超过煤样标称最大粒度的1.5倍或表面负荷为1 g/cm2(哪个厚用哪个),黏结性测定用煤样不应在高于40 ℃温度下干燥,干燥时间不超过4 h。
依据现行国标,选取全水分均小于15%的蒙古焦煤和气煤样品各一个,每个样品缩分成6等份,每份固定质量约120 g,进行不同干燥时间实验。干燥后进行制备,使之全部通过0.2 mm实验筛,其中粒度为0.1~0.2 mm的比例占全部煤样的25%~30%,使用同一马弗炉、同一转鼓测定其黏结指数,结果见表1
表1实验数据可见,全水分不超过15%的蒙古焦煤和气煤样品,制备前如干燥不足会造成G值测定结果偏低,干燥时间在120~240 min之间测定结果逐渐趋于稳定。最优干燥条件选择40 ℃干燥120~180 min,并进行恒重检查。
选取空气干燥后的气煤和蒙古焦煤各一个,逐级破碎缩分制备成粒度全部小于0.2 mm的一般分析煤样各3份,其中粒度在0.1~0.2 mm占比各不相同,测定其黏结指数,结果见表2
表2实验数据可见,煤样的制备粒度全部小于0.2 mm的情况下,其中粒度在0.1~0.2 mm占比越大,黏结指数测定值越低。烟煤煤样在粉碎后需要进行均匀混合,如果混合后粒度为0.1~0.2 mm比例小于20%,表明实验煤样的粒度过小,如果这时对实验煤样的黏结指数进行测定,最终的测定结果将偏高;如果实验煤样的粒度过大,将导致实验煤样的黏结指数偏低。实验数据表明实验煤样中粒度为0.1~0.2 mm占比在20%~35%之间对黏结指数测定结果的影响是可以接受的。
选取100±10 g空气干燥烟煤样品,采用实验室指定研磨机,分别按照以下四种方案进行样品制备,煤样全部通过0.2 mm实验筛,测定粒度为0.1~0.2 mm占比不同对应的黏结指数。
方案一:先振动15 s,过筛后筛上物再振动15 s;方案二:先振动20 s,过筛后筛上物再振动12 s;方案三:先振动30 s,过筛后筛上物再振动10 s;方案四:直接振动60 s。结果见表3
表3实验数据可见,焦煤使用方案二制备样品测定的黏结指数最高,但粒度为0.1~0.2 mm占比小于20%,不能同时达到国标要求的粒度在0.1~0.2 mm占比在20%~35%之间。随着样品制备研磨时间延长至方案三、方案四,粒度在0.1~0.2 mm占比逐渐减少,同时研磨时间越长,样品氧化程度越高,造成G值偏低,不同煤种影响幅度不同,气煤受研磨时间影响更大。上述条件中,最优选择方案一中样品制备时间,可同时满足焦煤和气煤两种煤样的粒度全部小于0.2 mm,且粒度为0.1~0.2 mm占比在20%~35%之间。
将实验煤样装入试样袋,封口保存在常温、常湿的环境中,国家标准规定存放时间为5天。本文按照不同存放时间进行黏结指数测定实验,结果见表4
表4实验数据可见,蒙古精煤存放时间在5天内,黏结指数测定值与存放当天结果比较,均未超国标规定的4%的再现性临界差,放置8天,测定值下降,放置15天,测定值明显降低。气煤存放时间在2天内测定值就下降明显,原因是煤样放置在空气中会氧化,氧化后影响黏结能力,故随着存放时间的延长,黏结指数测定值降低。特别是年轻的烟煤,受氧化作用影响更为显著,尤其在夏季潮热天气,偏差会更大。因此黏结指数测定需采制新鲜煤样,同时应明确规定存放时间。弱黏结煤存放时间不超过1天,尽量当日完成实验,中等黏结煤存放时间不超过5天。在实际工作中如遇到试样超时的情况,应在报告中注明制样和实验时间,这样做也可避免纠纷的产生。
比对机械搅拌与人工搅拌实验,按照国标规定的倾斜角度、转动方向、转速,定时2 min,进行三种不同方式的搅拌,一是机械自动搅拌,二是人工手动搅拌,三是机械自动搅拌补充人工手动搅拌10 s压碎团聚物。结果见表5
表5实验数据可见,机械自动搅拌比人工手动搅拌G值测定结果系统偏低,但极差不超国标规定的3%的重复性限。机械自动搅拌比人工手动搅拌测定的黏结指数稳定性好。但在搅拌的过程中发现,使用机械搅拌时,由于搅拌丝的半径是一定的,搅拌后会出现以此半径为圆的塌陷圈,而使四周高的煤样粘在坩埚壁出现分层,同时在高热高湿的环境下,机械搅拌后会出现煤样小的聚集球,需要补充人工搅拌压碎,充分混匀,这可能是人工手动搅拌比机械自动搅拌G值测定结果略高一点的原因。机械自动搅拌补充人工手动搅拌方式测定的黏结指数RSD值最小,测定结果优于其他两种搅拌方式,数据更准确,精密度更优。
煤炭的黏结指数除了受样本自身的影响外,还与G值测定过程中各环节的操作、环境、实验条件等有密切关系。除采样环节外,样品干燥时间、样品粒度、样品制备时间对G值的测定结果影响明显,尤其是对弱黏结性气煤的影响远大于对中强黏结性煤的影响;样品分析环节样品的存放时间对G值的测定结果影响次之,搅拌方式对G值的测定结果影响最小,同样这些因素对弱黏结性气煤的影响远大于对中强黏结性煤的影响。因此,为确保黏结指数测定结果的准确性,测定过程中应严格控制以上影响因素的操作条件。
