The belt conveyer has been widely used in iron and steel enterprises. It is with such characteristics as long transportation time, strong transportation capacity, high safety and efficiency as well as low economic costs. In recent years, it is the key problem how to achieve safety and high efficiency in production process of iron and steel enterprises with the growing demands of transportation capacity for enterprises. The belt conveyer is important equipment for production and development of iron and steel enterprises as well as its safe operation has become an important link in the whole production chain. Once there is the failure of conveyer belt, it will seriously affect normal production of enterprises. In order to ensure the belt conveyer to be operated normally, corresponding preventive measures for tearing of belt should be taken by iron and steel enterprises. In this paper, the causes for tearing of belt for belt conveyer are analyzed, which could provide the basis for solving the problems of belt conveyer brought to production.

皮带运输机在钢铁企业中得到了广泛应用,具有运输时间长、运输能力强、安全性高、效率高、经济成本低的特点。近几年,随着企业对运输能力需求的日益增长,在钢铁企业的生产过程中,如何实现安全与高效是关键问题。皮带运输机是钢铁企业生产与发展的重要装备,其安全运行已经成为整个生产链条中的一个重要环节。输送皮带一旦出现故障,将会严重影响到企业正常生产。为了保证皮带运输机能正常运转,钢铁企业应采取相应的皮带撕裂防范措施。文章分析了皮带运输机皮带撕裂的原因,为解决皮带运输机故障给生产带来的问题提供依据。

The belt conveyer has been widely used in iron and steel enterprises. It is with such characteristics as long transportation time, strong transportation capacity, high safety and efficiency as well as low economic costs. In recent years, it is the key problem how to achieve safety and high efficiency in production process of iron and steel enterprises with the growing demands of transportation capacity for enterprises. The belt conveyer is important equipment for production and development of iron and steel enterprises as well as its safe operation has become an important link in the whole production chain. Once there is the failure of conveyer belt, it will seriously affect normal production of enterprises. In order to ensure the belt conveyer to be operated normally, corresponding preventive measures for tearing of belt should be taken by iron and steel enterprises. In this paper, the causes for tearing of belt for belt conveyer are analyzed, which could provide the basis for solving the problems of belt conveyer brought to production.

随着中国工业化进程的加快,钢铁行业也得到了显著发展。在钢铁行业,使用皮带运输机占了相当大的比例,这有助于节省劳动力和提高工作效率。然而,作为皮带运输机的主要部件,“皮带”最容易发生故障。由于其工作量大,运行时间长,在生产过程中容易发生故障,严重影响生产效率。此外,异物刺穿和操作错误也会导致皮带断裂。
根据材料的不同,带芯包括棉帆布芯、聚酰胺芯、金属芯和聚酯芯。
由于橡胶和棉帆布良好的粘合性能和低廉的价格,棉帆布芯传送带已广泛应用于皮带运输机。然而,在对制造工艺的深入了解中,棉帆布存在强度差的缺点。针对此问题,对传送带中棉布含量进行了适当补充,增加抗拉纤维数量,使其强度得到了提高。此外,棉帆布芯传送带还有不耐腐蚀和不耐疲劳的缺点。传送带外表面出现裂纹后,传送带的芯部容易与外部材料接触并受到侵蚀,导致传送带强度降低,无法长期高强度运行。
聚酰胺芯具有良好的弹性和抗疲劳性。然而,聚酰胺芯传送带在长期运行过程中非常容易拉伸,导致其处于松散状态,从而降低了运输效率和使用寿命。这种现象的发生会导致传送带在传送过程中容易发生偏移,而偏移问题将增加运行期间传送带的摩擦。由于摩擦的影响,聚酰胺芯很容易磨损,使传送带失效,随着时间的推移,会引起聚酰胺芯的撕裂。要解决这个问题,必须改善原材料的使用性能。
目前,最常用的传送带是聚酯芯传送带。聚酯芯传送带具有高强度、良好的橡胶附着力、良好的弹性和柔软性。即使长期使用,也不会有任何变化。由于聚酯芯传送带在运行过程中不会变形,因此传送带的稳定性非常好。
金属芯传送带是由3~7根钢丝绳组成的传送带,撕裂力高,使用寿命长,抗疲劳性好,适用于大跨度、大容量、长途、高速运输等场合。这是一种性能非常好的传送带,在恶劣的工作环境中具有不可替代的优势[1]
皮带运输机是钢铁企业在生产、运输、销售等环节使用的重要设备。皮带运输机不仅具有输送路线的灵活性,而且具有良好的适应性,可以实现大容量、高效率、远距离的输送。在此背景下,对皮带运输机进行了更多的研究,并在此基础上深入探讨了皮带运输机的运行机制、撕裂机制和预防方法,并对其进行了更深入的分析,改进了运行参数,使皮带运输机的运行参数更新更加及时[2]。通过这种方式,可以更好地防止皮带断裂引起的一系列连锁效应。如果不能及时发现并对相应的参数加以改进,其撕裂问题将在长时间的持续运行中进一步加剧和恶化,造成无法弥补的损失,甚至危及工人的生命。
通过对整个皮带运输机系统的分析,可以发现皮带运输机“皮带”确实是一个相对薄弱的环节,其承受整个皮带运输机系统的全部荷载。在实际操作中,既要承担外部因素的作用,也要承担内部因素的作用。同时,在实际生产过程中,随着钢铁企业规模的不断扩大,相关工作也不断增加。皮带运输机是一种重要的运行设备,由于各种因素,其负荷也在增加。皮带应变通常有两种类型,一种是水平应变,另一种是垂直应变。此外,还有一种相对独特的皮带撕裂模式,即“钢芯撕裂”。
皮带撕裂的主要原因是运行过程中皮带的偏移导致皮带受到横向载荷,或皮带在装载和卸载方向上发生偏移。
当皮带跑偏时,皮带的输送轨道跑偏导致皮带偏离其中心位置,从而导致皮带受力不均,进而皮带在侧向张力作用下撕裂,严重影响皮带的正常运行。然而,与此相比,皮带的横向裂纹从偏离开始需要很长时间,因此操作员在此期间有足够的时间来检测和纠正其运行轨迹以避免由偏离引起的横向裂纹。
与横向撕裂相比,纵向撕裂更常见,更容易发生。钢铁企业皮带运输机运行时,有时会运输边缘锋利的重型部件,如钢材、矿石等。这些锋利的棱角会不断损坏皮带,并最终穿透皮带。由于工人的疏忽,在钢铁企业的生产和运输过程中,锋利的石头、材料和其他东西可能会混入钢铁企业皮带运输机。如果有较大的石块或材料块不及时清除,皮带在运输这些物料时,很容易损坏或划伤,从而导致皮带无法正常运行,对皮带的正常运输作业产生严重影响。
在极少数情况下,钢芯会被撕裂。当皮带运行时,皮带的表面长期处于工作状态。在环境湿度较大的情况下,金属材料会产生氧化、老化等现象,导致金属材料流失。在长期使用中,如果不进行维护和维修,皮带将损坏到其所能承受的极限,导致断裂或内部钢芯断裂。
为保证钢铁企业的高效运行,确保人员安全,提高工作效率,皮带运输机必须保持良好的工作状态。因此,有必要针对皮带撕裂的原因制定一套有针对性的解决方案,并在实际操作中有效改进。为了有效防止皮带撕裂,有必要从皮带本身入手,进行相应的防撕裂工作。根据相关检测机构的信息,皮带的检测可以分为两部分。首先,可检测皮带的应力状态及其变化;其次,可根据皮带的宽度变化分析其受力情况。
为了防止皮带在使用过程中损坏,首先改进皮带的材料。通过表面改性,提高其导电性、耐磨性等,减少其损耗。为了提高其耐热性和抗老化,添加耐热和抗氧化材料。在实践中,可对各种改进的传统材料进行多次试验,并选择最佳组合。
为了有效控制皮带的运输条件,实时监控皮带的工作状态以便及时发现和解决问题,有必要建立一套皮带状况在线监测系统,可以实时了解钢铁企业皮带运输机运行过程中皮带的各种工作参数,从而确保所有工作参数都能满足规范要求,同时还可以实时监控设备的安全性。当发现有缺陷的设备时,应及时维护以延长皮带的使用寿命,有效提高运行效率,从根本上防止不必要事故的发生[3]。此外,当输送机发生故障时,也可以立即维修以减少输送机故障造成的连锁反应。
为了减少或防止皮带跑偏,首先检查皮带的轴向。在皮带运输机的使用中,必须确保驱动皮带轮和张紧皮带轮在一条直线上。尽管皮带机的平行度在交付时已经达到了一定的标准,但在使用中滚筒之间的轴线仍会存在偏差。因此,在生产过程中必须检查轴杆,如果有任何偏差,必须予以纠正。为了避免运行过程中由于安装不当导致皮带跑偏,皮带应准确固定在规定位置。安装滚柱时,还要确保滚柱处于正确位置。为了检查滚筒的安装精度,可以在张力设备的帮助下进行测试。
皮带运输机正常运行状态下受物料及驱动力影响,所承受荷载极大,此时,皮带将被拉紧。因为有足够的张力,皮带可以始终保持稳定和正常运行,因此,需要精确调整皮带的张紧点,在装配过程中,应尽量减少误差,使其在受控条件下发挥更大的作用。在装配过程中,还应注意控制皮带的张紧点,使皮带轮和皮带成直角以达到最大效果。
通常,在皮带运行期间,由于受力不平衡,皮带在偏心侧堆积并断裂。大多数情况下,该问题发生在倾斜侧,而不是皮带内部。从皮带的偏离到应变需要一段时间。在此期间,监控系统可发现皮带撕裂。因此,应定期检查和维护皮带运输机的整个装置,包括其测试和清洁系统。由于钢铁企业皮带运输机输送的物料体积和重量过大,一旦下料点不正或托辊、滚筒角度未调整好,就会发生皮带跑偏,应及时将承受重压和撕裂的材料或石块从皮带上移除以尽量减少并避免皮带撕裂事故。要加强皮带运输机设备管理,提高皮带运输机操作人员的责任心。对皮带运输机,特别是皮带运输机的其他辅助设备进行全面检查,例如检查转运料斗、清扫机和其他设施以防止衬垫等尖锐物体掉落。
为了有效促进钢铁企业的发展,保证钢铁企业生产和运输更加安全和高效,应加强皮带运输机的维护,减少、避免皮带撕裂事故。钢铁企业的员工和技术人员应深入了解皮带断裂的原因,主动开展有针对性的研究,从根本上消除皮带断裂,确保钢铁企业生产和运输的正常进行。
