In the paper, the feasibility test of adding purchased high-silicon ore in pellet grate of Baotou Steel is carried out to analyze the changes of performances for green pellets, dry pellets and finished pellets after adding purchased high-silicon ore based on existing configuration of producing iron charge with pellet grate. The results showed that it was feasible to produce oxide pellet by adding purchased high-silicon ore in pellet grate of Baotou Steel. The performances of green pellets could meet the requirements of production processes for pellet of Baotou Steel and changes of grade of iron for oxide pellet are not great, which maintains at around 63.20% after adding 5%~10% purchased high-silicon ore in production with pellet grate. It is suggested to appropriately increase calcination temperature of pellet production in production with pellet grate of Baotou Steel under the condition that proportions of iron ore concentrate of Bayan Obo are 50% and 55% as well as adding 5%~10% purchased high-silicon ore. The compressive strength of oxide pellet produced is over 2 500 N and reduction swelling is below 20%, which could meet the requirements of blast furnace production.

文章开展了包钢带式球团配加外购高硅矿可行性试验,分析了在现有带式球团生产铁料配置基础上,配加外购高硅矿后生球、干燥球、成品球的性能变化。结果表明,包钢带式球团配加外购高硅矿生产氧化球团矿是可行的。包钢带式球团生产配加5%~10%的外购高硅矿后,生球性能满足包钢球团生产工序要求,氧化球团矿铁品位变化不大,维持在63.20%左右。包钢带式球团生产在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%和55%条件下,配加5%~10%外购高硅矿时,建议适当提高球团生产的焙烧温度,此时生产出的氧化球团矿抗压强度高于2 500 N,还原膨胀率均低于20%,满足高炉生产要求。

In the paper, the feasibility test of adding purchased high-silicon ore in pellet grate of Baotou Steel is carried out to analyze the changes of performances for green pellets, dry pellets and finished pellets after adding purchased high-silicon ore based on existing configuration of producing iron charge with pellet grate. The results showed that it was feasible to produce oxide pellet by adding purchased high-silicon ore in pellet grate of Baotou Steel. The performances of green pellets could meet the requirements of production processes for pellet of Baotou Steel and changes of grade of iron for oxide pellet are not great, which maintains at around 63.20% after adding 5%~10% purchased high-silicon ore in production with pellet grate. It is suggested to appropriately increase calcination temperature of pellet production in production with pellet grate of Baotou Steel under the condition that proportions of iron ore concentrate of Bayan Obo are 50% and 55% as well as adding 5%~10% purchased high-silicon ore. The compressive strength of oxide pellet produced is over 2 500 N and reduction swelling is below 20%, which could meet the requirements of blast furnace production.

近些年,包钢稀土钢炼铁厂带式球团主要以包钢自产的白云鄂博铁精矿搭配区内铁精矿的铁料结构进行生产,白云鄂博铁精矿占比为40%~50%[1-3]。相对于包钢自产的白云鄂博铁精矿,包钢带式球团生产用区内铁精矿具有SiO2含量高及K2O、Na2O、F、S含量低的特点[4]。但是,包钢带式球团生产用区内铁精矿存在供应不稳定、供应量间歇性短缺的问题,为包钢带式球团保质、保量、稳定生产带来了一定的难题。因此,亟待寻求一种或多种在原料成分上不差于区内铁精矿、在矿价上不高于区内铁精矿的铁矿资源替代区内铁精矿,用于稳定包钢带式球团生产。
外购高硅矿是一种铁品位在62%左右的铁矿资源,其SiO2含量明显高于现阶段包钢带式球团生产用白云鄂博铁精矿和区内铁精矿。如果能在包钢带式球团现有生产工艺制度及装备条件下,合理应用此外购高硅矿生产合格的氧化球团矿,则可为包钢带式球团工序缓解区内铁精矿短缺及进一步提高白云鄂博自产矿应用比例提供技术途径。为向包钢带式球团生产工序铁料配置及工艺参数调整提供方向,本文在现有带式球团生产铁料配置基础上,配加外购高硅矿,分析了生球、干燥球、成品球的性能变化,并通过相关工艺参数调控,探索了包钢带式球团生产配加外购高硅矿的可行性。另外,也探索了带式球团生产工序提高白云鄂博自产矿应用比例后配加外购高硅矿的可行性。
氧化球团矿制备试验用铁精矿为1#白云鄂博铁精矿、2#白云鄂博铁精矿、区内铁精矿和外购高硅矿,铁精矿化学成分如表1所示。
表1可见,外购高硅矿铁品位低于其他球团制备用铁精矿,但SiO2含量明显高于其他铁精矿,且S含量最低,仅为0.033%。因此,将外购高硅矿应用于包钢带式球团生产工序,可有效缓解包钢球团生产对区内铁精矿的需求,同时可降低球团生产的脱硫成本。
以现有包钢带式球团生产铁料配置为基础,开展白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%和55%条件下,以外购高硅矿替代区内铁精矿生产氧化球团矿的可行性试验,具体试验方案如表2所示。
试验流程主要包括造球铁料与辅料称重及混匀、造球、生球筛分、生球性能检测、生球干燥、干燥球预热及氧化焙烧、氧化球团矿冶金性能分析等环节。试验过程中,使用圆盘造球机制备生球,遵循“滴水成球,雾水长大,无水压实”的造球原则,模拟实际带式球团生产工艺。造球完成后进行筛分,获得10.0~12.5 mm的生球,随机选取一部分生球进行抗压强度、落下强度、水分及热爆裂温度的测定,其余生球则置于鼓风干燥箱中进行干燥,干燥温度为180 ℃,干燥时间为1 h。干燥后的球团矿在一定温度和时间条件下,在马弗炉中进行预热及氧化焙烧,最终得到氧化球团矿,分析氧化球团矿的化学成分、抗压强度及还原膨胀率以获得基础数据。
各试验方案生球性能检测结果如表3所示。
表3可知,基准方案条件下,生球落下强度为4.9次,生球抗压强度为12.0 N,生球水分为7.3%,600 ℃时生球爆裂1个。
在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%条件下,外购高硅矿配比分别为5%(方案1#)、10%(方案2#)时,随着外购高硅矿配比的提高,生球落下强度变化不大,呈略微降低的趋势;生球水分维持在7.2%~7.5%;生球抗压强度呈降低趋势,外购高硅矿配比为10%时,生球抗压强度为9.8 N;与基准方案相比,生球热爆裂性能有所改善。
在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为55%条件下,外购高硅矿配比分别为5%(方案3#)、10%(方案4#)时,随着外购高硅矿配比的升高,生球落下强度、水分变化不大,生球落下强度维持在4.6次~4.8次,生球水分维持在7.2%~7.5%;生球抗压强度呈降低趋势,外购高硅矿配比为10%时,生球抗压强度为8.7 N;与基准方案相比,生球热爆裂性能有所改善。
从总体试验结果来看,白云鄂博铁精矿比例由50%升高至55%后,生球落下强度、水分变化不大,但生球抗压强度呈降低趋势,主要是由于比表面积相对较低的自产铁精矿配比升高造成的;与基准方案相比,带式球团生产配加5%~10%的外购高硅矿后,生球落下强度、抗压强度降低,但能满足包钢球团生产工序要求。
各试验方案氧化球团矿化学成分如表4所示。由表4可见,与基准方案条件相比,各试验方案氧化球团矿铁品位变化不大,维持在63.00%以上。在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%时,配加外购高硅矿后,氧化球团矿SiO2含量升高,球团矿二元碱度降低,有利于降低氧化球团矿的还原膨胀率。
预热温度为800 ℃,预热时间为10 min,焙烧温度为1 200 ℃和1 220 ℃,焙烧时间为10 min,不同铁料配置下氧化球团矿抗压强度如表5所示。
表5可见,在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%、焙烧温度为1 200 ℃条件下,随着外购高硅矿配比的升高,氧化球团矿抗压强度小幅下降。外购高硅矿配比为10%时,氧化球团矿抗压强度为2 531 N。如将焙烧温度提高至1 220 ℃,氧化球团矿抗压强度明显高于1 200 ℃焙烧温度下基准方案制备的氧化球团矿。在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为55%、焙烧温度为1 200 ℃条件下,随着外购高硅矿配比的升高,氧化球团矿抗压强度呈小幅降低的趋势,氧化球团矿抗压强度低于2 500 N。另外,此时氧化球团矿抗压强度明显低于白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%、焙烧温度为1 200 ℃条件下制备的氧化球团矿,这主要是由于白云鄂博铁精矿配比升高导致的。为在包钢带式球团生产提高白云鄂博铁精矿应用比例前提下实现外购高硅矿的合理应用,将焙烧温度提高至1 220 ℃后,氧化球团矿抗压强度得到明显提高,可满足包钢高炉生产要求。
分析基准配料方案、焙烧温度为1 200 ℃条件下制备的氧化球团矿和1#~4#配料方案、焙烧温度为1 220 ℃条件下制备的氧化球团矿还原膨胀率,如表6所示。
表6可见,在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%条件下,配加5%~10%的外购高硅矿后,氧化球团矿还原膨胀率明显降低。当白云鄂博自产铁精矿配比由50%提高至55%后,氧化球团矿还原膨胀率有所升高,但均低于20%,满足高炉生产要求。
(1)带式生产配加5%~10%的外购高硅矿后,生球热爆裂性能有所改善,生球落下强度、抗压强度降低,但能满足包钢生产工序要求;氧化球团矿铁品位变化不大,维持在63.00%以上。
(2)包钢带式球团在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%和55%条件下,当焙烧温度为1 200 ℃和1 220 ℃时,随着外购高硅矿配比由5%增加至10%,包钢带式氧化球团矿抗压强度降低。
(3)为在包钢带式球团生产工序实现外购高硅矿的合理应用及进一步提高白云鄂博铁精矿应用比例,在白云鄂博铁精矿配比为50%和55%、外购高硅矿配加5%、10%条件下,可将焙烧温度提高至1 220 ℃,生产出的氧化球团矿抗压强度高于2 500 N,还原膨胀率均低于20%,满足高炉生产要求。
