    为探究槲皮素(Quercetin,QUE)对绵羊精液冷冻保存效果的影响,本研究在绵羊精液冷冻保存稀释液中添加不同浓度的QUE(0、10、20、30、40µmol/L),检测冷冻-解冻后精子活力、抗氧化能力及线粒体膜电位等指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加30µmol/L QUE组的精液在解冻后精子的活率、活力、直线运动速率、曲线运动速率、鞭打频率、平均运动速率、直线性、摆动性显著提高,显著降低了活性氧水平、顶体损伤率,显著提高了线粒体膜电位水平和谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)含量。因此,在绵羊精液冷冻保存稀释液中添加30µmol/L QUE可以显著改善绵羊精液冷冻保存质量,提高其抗氧化能力。
