synthetases,ACSLs)家族对脂质代谢至关重要。为明确家牛ACSL基因功能,本研究利用隐马尔可夫模型对家牛ACSL基因家族进行鉴定,通过生物信息学技术对ACSL基因家族进行分析,基于转录组数据解析ACSL基因家族在大别山牛不同组织中的表达规律。结果表明,ACSL基因家族保守性较高,进化分析表明ACSL基因可分为2个亚家族ACSL1/5/6和ACSL3/4,其中家牛、水牛和瘤牛的同源性较高。基因结构分析显示ACSL基因家族在不同物种间存在结构相似性,染色体定位表明ACSL基因在家牛和瘤牛的相同染色体上分布。蛋白互作网络分析显示ACSL基因家族可能与FASN等基因发生潜在的互作关系,涉及到脂肪酸合成、代谢及降解等关键生物过程。转录组数据显示,大别山牛ACSL表现出不同的组织表达分布特征,其中ACSL1在肌肉中高度表达,ACSLL3/4/6在瘤胃中高度表达,相关性分析表明ACSL6与大别山牛肌肉棕榈酸(C16:0)呈正相关,而ACSL1和ACSL4分别与硬脂酸(C18:0)和油酸(C18:1n9c)呈负相关。本研究不仅为进一步了解ACSL基因家族的功能提供了理论参考,也为大别山牛肉质遗传改良的分子机制提供了新的见解。,     长链酰基辅酶A合成酶(Long-chain fatty Acyl-CoA synthetases,ACSLs)家族对脂质代谢至关重要。为明确家牛ACSL基因功能,本研究利用隐马尔可夫模型对家牛ACSL基因家族进行鉴定,通过生物信息学技术对ACSL基因家族进行分析,基于转录组数据解析ACSL基因家族在大别山牛不同组织中的表达规律。结果表明,ACSL基因家族保守性较高,进化分析表明ACSL基因可分为2个亚家族ACSL1/5/6和ACSL3/4,其中家牛、水牛和瘤牛的同源性较高。基因结构分析显示ACSL基因家族在不同物种间存在结构相似性,染色体定位表明ACSL基因在家牛和瘤牛的相同染色体上分布。蛋白互作网络分析显示ACSL基因家族可能与FASN等基因发生潜在的互作关系,涉及到脂肪酸合成、代谢及降解等关键生物过程。转录组数据显示,大别山牛ACSL表现出不同的组织表达分布特征,其中ACSL1在肌肉中高度表达,ACSLL3/4/6在瘤胃中高度表达,相关性分析表明ACSL6与大别山牛肌肉棕榈酸(C16:0)呈正相关,而ACSL1和ACSL4分别与硬脂酸(C18:0)和油酸(C18:1n9c)呈负相关。本研究不仅为进一步了解ACSL基因家族的功能提供了理论参考,也为大别山牛肉质遗传改良的分子机制提供了新的见解。
