m,简称高海拔组)的健康雄性成年牦牛各5头,屠宰后取骨骼肌(股四头肌)组织置于4%多聚甲醛溶液固定,另取部分组织在液氮中保存。以低海拔牦牛作为对照,用实时荧光定量PCR和蛋白免疫印迹技术检测不同海拔牦牛骨骼肌HSP70相关基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达变化。结果表明,低氧会诱导缺氧诱导因子1(Hypoxia-Inducible
