本文旨在比较不同日龄深县猪的早期生长发育情况,在选择后备猪时挑选出生长性能优越的种猪。研究选取了304头(182头母猪、122头公猪)健康状况良好且在相同饲养条件下饲喂的深县猪,从90日龄开始测定猪只的体重,每隔10 d测定1次,150日龄测定结束。使用双因素方差分析比较公猪和母猪早期生长发育情况,通过Logistic、Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy和Saturation 4种非线性动物生长模型对深县猪早期生长曲线进行拟合,分别计算深县猪公猪、母猪4种生长模型的校正公式。使用线性插值法计算每个个体达50 kg体重日龄真值,并通过校正公式获取校正日龄绘制残差箱线图。根据残差箱线图比较校正公式在不同体重下的校正效果。结果表明:深县猪母猪早期生长发育速度明显快于公猪,Logistic模型与深县猪公猪的早期生长性状拟合度更高(R 2 =0.988),在残差箱线图中箱体更接近残差中线,尾线范围更小;Von Bertalanffy模型与深县猪母猪的早期生长性状拟合度更高(R 2 =0.992),在残差箱线图中箱体位于残差中线的数量最多,尾线范围更小。综上所述,深县猪公猪达50 kg体重日龄校正公式为■、深县猪母猪达50 kg体重日龄校正公式为■。本研究表明通过生长模型建立深县猪的校正公式是可行的,且深县猪公猪达50 kg的平均日龄为146 d,深县猪母猪达50 kg的平均日龄为128 d。
