血常规作为临床医学中最常用的血液学指标,可以有效评估动物的健康状况、免疫功能及生理反应。不同畜禽物种的血常规指标存在差异,与物种特性、环境适应性、饲养管理水平以及遗传背景密切相关,其在畜牧业中的应用已从传统的健康监测逐步扩展到遗传育种领域。本文综述了主要畜禽的血常规指标及其在遗传育种中的应用进展。随着多组学技术的发展,基因组、转录组和蛋白质组等方法为解析畜禽血常规性状的遗传机制提供了新策略,也为其作为遗传标记助力畜禽健康与抗病育种开辟了新途径。
