articleAbstract=为探究饲粮中添加5%的竹酢粉对断奶湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化指标及免疫指标的影响,本试验选择2月龄健康、体重(20.00±1.16)kg的断奶湖羊10只,随机分为2组,每组5只,单栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加5%的竹酢粉,预试期7 d,正试期42 d。试验结束后,采集颈静脉血用于测定血液生理生化及血清免疫指标。结果表明:试验组与对照组断奶湖羊的平均日增重(ADG)和耗料增重比(F/G)均无显著差异。与对照组相比,试验组断奶湖羊血液中的平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)和平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著降低;白蛋白(ALB)和白球比(A/G)显著升高,总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、葡萄糖(GLU)和钙(Ca)含量极显著升高。与对照组相比,试验组断奶湖羊血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量显著升高,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量极显著升高。以上结果表明,日粮中添加5%竹酢粉能提高断奶湖羊的免疫力和抗病力,预防羔羊应激,有利于其机体健康。, 为探究饲粮中添加5%的竹酢粉对断奶湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化指标及免疫指标的影响,本试验选择2月龄健康、体重(20.00±1.16)kg的断奶湖羊10只,随机分为2组,每组5只,单栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加5%的竹酢粉,预试期7 d,正试期42 d。试验结束后,采集颈静脉血用于测定血液生理生化及血清免疫指标。结果表明:试验组与对照组断奶湖羊的平均日增重(ADG)和耗料增重比(F/G)均无显著差异。与对照组相比,试验组断奶湖羊血液中的平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)和平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著降低;白蛋白(ALB)和白球比(A/G)显著升高,总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、葡萄糖(GLU)和钙(Ca)含量极显著升高。与对照组相比,试验组断奶湖羊血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量显著升高,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量极显著升高。以上结果表明,日粮中添加5%竹酢粉能提高断奶湖羊的免疫力和抗病力,预防羔羊应激,有利于其机体健康。
