    为探究不同羽色威宁鸡的生长发育规律,试验选取健康的麻羽系、黑麻羽系和黄羽系威宁鸡各200只(公、母各半),测定初生体重和2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20周龄时的体重,分析比较不同周龄威宁鸡的体重差异。采用3种非线性模型(Logistic、Compertz和Von Bertalanffy模型)对威宁鸡公、母鸡0~20周的生长曲线进行拟合及分析。结果表明:不同羽色威宁鸡仅在生长发育初期存在差异,其中,黑麻羽系公鸡和黄羽系公鸡初生重高于麻羽系公鸡初生重(P<0.05),黄羽系公鸡4周龄体重大于麻羽系和黑麻羽系公鸡体重(P<0.05),黄羽系公鸡6周龄体重高于黑麻羽系公鸡体重(P<0.05),不同羽色威宁鸡母鸡的初生重存在显著差异,且黄羽系>黑麻羽系>麻羽系(P<0.05)。威宁鸡麻羽系和黄羽系公鸡在12周增重达到高峰,而黑麻羽系公鸡在10周达到高峰,母鸡均在6周到达增重高峰。3种生长模型的拟合曲线与实际各羽色威宁鸡生长曲线相吻合,Gompertz模型对不同羽色系威宁鸡公、母鸡的拟合效果最佳(R 2 >0.998)。说明不同羽色威宁鸡早期生长的体重存在差异,Gompertz模型对3个羽色系威宁鸡公、母鸡生长曲线拟合效果最佳,本文研究结果可为威宁鸡后续的饲养管理和开发利用提供参考。
