articleAbstract=本研究旨在分离筛选出具有体外降解玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN),且具备良好益生性的枯草芽孢杆菌,并评估其缓解小鼠ZEN中毒症状的能力,为其作为饲料添加剂和霉菌毒素脱毒菌剂提供参考依据。从牡丹根际土壤样品中,分离纯化对ZEN具有降解能力的益生菌并探究菌株益生性能。将30只雌鼠随机分为3组,每组10只,每组平均体重25~28 g,对照组小鼠灌服生理盐水,ZEN组灌服ZEN标准品稀释液(50 mg/kg BW),H-1组灌服ZEN标准品稀释液(50 mg/kg BW)与H-1培养液(1×10~8 CFU/mL),每只小鼠灌服剂量为0.2 mL,检测各组生长性能、脏器指标和肝脏与生殖系统相关指标。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌H-1玉米赤霉烯酮体外降解率可达88.3%,并且有较好的益生性与安全性。与ZEN组相比,H-1菌株对ZEN造成的生长性能影响有改善作用(P<0.05);同时,与ZEN组相比,H-1组子宫卵巢系数降低(P<0.05),促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2 本研究旨在分离筛选出具有体外降解玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN),且具备良好益生性的枯草芽孢杆菌,并评估其缓解小鼠ZEN中毒症状的能力,为其作为饲料添加剂和霉菌毒素脱毒菌剂提供参考依据。从牡丹根际土壤样品中,分离纯化对ZEN具有降解能力的益生菌并探究菌株益生性能。将30只雌鼠随机分为3组,每组10只,每组平均体重25~28 g,对照组小鼠灌服生理盐水,ZEN组灌服ZEN标准品稀释液(50 mg/kg BW),H-1组灌服ZEN标准品稀释液(50 mg/kg BW)与H-1培养液(1×10~8 CFU/mL),每只小鼠灌服剂量为0.2 mL,检测各组生长性能、脏器指标和肝脏与生殖系统相关指标。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌H-1玉米赤霉烯酮体外降解率可达88.3%,并且有较好的益生性与安全性。与ZEN组相比,H-1菌株对ZEN造成的生长性能影响有改善作用(P<0.05);同时,与ZEN组相比,H-1组子宫卵巢系数降低(P<0.05),促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2 )含量升高(P>0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平降低(P<0.05)。分离所得枯草芽孢杆菌H-1具有体外降解玉米赤霉烯酮的能力与良好的益生性能,可缓解玉米赤霉烯酮中毒对小鼠肝脏及生殖系统造成的损伤。
