试验旨在探究不同剂量南瓜子提取物对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、血清抗氧化指标、血清球蛋白及血清炎症因子的影响。选用7日龄石岐鸽乳鸽96只,随机分成4个组,试验组(NT1组、NT2组、NT3组)分别人工灌服220、440、660 mg/kg南瓜子提取物,对照组(NCK组)灌服与NT2组同等体积的蒸馏水,每组6个重复,每个重复4只。预试期5 d,正试期22 d。结果显示:试验组乳鸽试验末重(28日龄)、平均日增重(ADG)与对照组均差异不显著,NT2组体斜长、胸宽高于NCK组和NT1组(P<0.05);NT2组乳鸽的宰前活重、屠体重、半净膛重均高于其他3个组(P<0.05);3个试验组乳鸽血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量均高于NCK组(P<0.01或P<0.05),且以NT3组最高,NT2组次之;3个试验组乳鸽血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于NCK组(P<0.01);4个组间血清球蛋白(IgA、IgG和IgM)含量均差异不显著;3个试验组乳鸽血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量均低于NCK组(P<0.01或P<0.05);3个试验组乳鸽血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)含量均高于NCK组(P<0.01)。在本试验条件下,灌服南瓜子提取物可显著提高乳鸽血清抗氧化指标和抗炎性能,可在一定程度提高乳鸽生产性能,以440 mg/kg灌服水平效果较好。
