articleAbstract=为探索狮头鹅育肥效果差异的影响机制,本试验选用相同饲养条件下育肥效果不同的100日龄雄性狮头鹅共1 000只,分体型较大组(H组)和体型较小组(L组)。每组随机选取6只雄性狮头鹅,采集其胸腿肌和空肠组织进行H&E染色和相关基因表达分析。结果表明:1)H组胸肌纤维直径大于L组(P<0.05)。2)与L组相比,H组绒毛长度增长(P<0.05),隐窝深度降低(P<0.05),绒窝比提高(P<0.05)。3)在门水平上,H组疣菌门和变形菌门的相对含量高于L组(P<0.05);在属水平上,H组拟杆菌属和脱硫弧菌属的相对丰度高于L组(P<0.05)。4)革兰氏阴性菌嗜粘蛋白-阿克曼氏菌属与成肌分化基因MyoD、促生长因子Igf-1,以及肠道紧密连接蛋白Zo-1呈正相关(r>0.83,P<0.05)。本文从骨骼肌发育与肠道结构及微生物组成层面,揭示了造成狮头鹅个体差异的影响因素,为优化狮头鹅规模化养殖管理提供了参考。, 为探索狮头鹅育肥效果差异的影响机制,本试验选用相同饲养条件下育肥效果不同的100日龄雄性狮头鹅共1 000只,分体型较大组(H组)和体型较小组(L组)。每组随机选取6只雄性狮头鹅,采集其胸腿肌和空肠组织进行H&E染色和相关基因表达分析。结果表明:1)H组胸肌纤维直径大于L组(P<0.05)。2)与L组相比,H组绒毛长度增长(P<0.05),隐窝深度降低(P<0.05),绒窝比提高(P<0.05)。3)在门水平上,H组疣菌门和变形菌门的相对含量高于L组(P<0.05);在属水平上,H组拟杆菌属和脱硫弧菌属的相对丰度高于L组(P<0.05)。4)革兰氏阴性菌嗜粘蛋白-阿克曼氏菌属与成肌分化基因MyoD、促生长因子Igf-1,以及肠道紧密连接蛋白Zo-1呈正相关(r>0.83,P<0.05)。本文从骨骼肌发育与肠道结构及微生物组成层面,揭示了造成狮头鹅个体差异的影响因素,为优化狮头鹅规模化养殖管理提供了参考。
