    为探究夏季诱导发情条件下湖羊及其杂交后代生殖激素的变化规律,本研究选择年龄相近、经产1胎的湖羊及其与南丘羊、陶赛特羊杂交F 1 代(南湖、陶湖)空怀母羊各7只,共21只,按品种分为3组。采用阴道硅胶栓(CIDR)+孕马血清素(PMSG)法进行诱导发情,记录发情情况,利用腹腔镜检测排卵数,分别采集注射PMSG后0、24、48、49、50、51、52、53、54、55 h的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)含量,分析其变化规律。结果表明:湖羊在注射PMSG后72 h排卵,南湖F 1 代、陶湖F 1 代均在处理后56 h排卵,湖羊排卵数最多;0、24 h时的FSH、LH分泌水平在组间差异不显著,南湖F 1 代、陶湖F 1 代在48 h时的FSH、LH分泌水平升高,且在49 h的分泌水平均高于湖羊(P<0.01),55 h时的分泌水平低于湖羊(P<0.01,P<0.05),连续8 h呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,而湖羊在此期间仍呈上升趋势;可见,夏季诱导发情后南湖F 1 代、陶湖F 1 代均有发情表现,但FSH、LH分泌周期短,排卵数均低于其母本湖羊,血清LH与FSH呈极显著正相关,湖羊LH与FSH呈显著正相关,均波动式分泌。
