However, the current training work still faces practical difficulties such as an incomplete teacher selection mechanism, insufficient learning motivation for students, and limited training funds. In response to these issues, Junlebao has taken a series of optimization measures, including optimizing the training system, improving training quality, strengthening career planning, assisting employee development, improving incentive mechanisms, stimulating employee enthusiasm, and effectively improving training quality.
