[Objective]

In the industrial production of dairy products, incomplete equipment cleaning can lead to microbial contamination and affect product quality. To further optimize the traditional Cleaning in Place (CIP) cleaning parameters, this study focused on the milk collection line and optimized the sequence of alkaline circulation cleaning. The alkaline circulation time was shortened from 900 seconds to 600 seconds, and the pulse frequency was reduced.

[Method]

Residual water samples were collected at multiple time points after cleaning, and the hygiene of 5 key sampling points was verified using the ATP rapid detection method. Data analysis was conducted using the two-sample T test.

[Result]

All ATP detection values after optimization were below the standard limit (100 RLU) .

[Conclusion]

While ensuring the cleaning effect, it is possible to effectively reduce cleaning time and resource consumption, providing a reference basis for the energy-saving optimization and risk assessment of the CIP cleaning process in dairy product enterprises.

［目的］

在乳制品工业化生产中，设备清洗不彻底易导致微生物污染，影响产品质量。为进一步优化传统原位清洗系统（CIP）清洗参数，本研究以收奶线为对象，对碱循环清洗时序进行优化，将碱循环时间从900 s缩短至600 s，并降低脉冲频次。

［方法］

通过采集清洗后多个时间点的残留水样，采用ATP快速检测法对5个关键采样点进行卫生验证，并结合双样本T检验进行数据分析。

［结果］

优化后的清洗参数所有ATP检测值均低于标准限值（100 RLU）。

［结论］

在保证清洗效果的前提下，可有效减少清洗时间与资源消耗，为乳品企业CIP清洗过程的节能优化与风险评估提供参考依据。

［目的］

在乳制品工业化生产中，设备清洗不彻底易导致微生物污染，影响产品质量。为进一步优化传统原位清洗系统（CIP）清洗参数，本研究以收奶线为对象，对碱循环清洗时序进行优化，将碱循环时间从900 s缩短至600 s，并降低脉冲频次。

［方法］

通过采集清洗后多个时间点的残留水样，采用ATP快速检测法对5个关键采样点进行卫生验证，并结合双样本T检验进行数据分析。

［结果］

优化后的清洗参数所有ATP检测值均低于标准限值（100 RLU）。

［结论］

在保证清洗效果的前提下，可有效减少清洗时间与资源消耗，为乳品企业CIP清洗过程的节能优化与风险评估提供参考依据。

[Objective]

In the industrial production of dairy products, incomplete equipment cleaning can lead to microbial contamination and affect product quality. To further optimize the traditional Cleaning in Place (CIP) cleaning parameters, this study focused on the milk collection line and optimized the sequence of alkaline circulation cleaning. The alkaline circulation time was shortened from 900 seconds to 600 seconds, and the pulse frequency was reduced.

[Method]

Residual water samples were collected at multiple time points after cleaning, and the hygiene of 5 key sampling points was verified using the ATP rapid detection method. Data analysis was conducted using the two-sample T test.

[Result]

All ATP detection values after optimization were below the standard limit (100 RLU) .

[Conclusion]

While ensuring the cleaning effect, it is possible to effectively reduce cleaning time and resource consumption, providing a reference basis for the energy-saving optimization and risk assessment of the CIP cleaning process in dairy product enterprises.
