In order to explore the community structure and construction mechanism of soil protozoa in Lhamu Lhacuo National Wetland Park, 24 large samples were set up in July 2023 according to the geographical and habitat characteristics in the study using the plum blossom five-point sampling method with a total of 120 soil samples. The culture and morphological identification of soil protozoa were performed by non-submerged culture method and in vivo observation method. The quantitative study was conducted by Petri dish direct counting method. A total of 175 soil protozoa species were identified, belonging to 12 classes, 29 orders, 55 families and 91 genera, mainly composed by species of Zoomastigophorea accounting for 15.43% of the total species, and species of Heliozoea was the least, accounting for 1.14% of the total species only. The α diversity of soil protozoa community in Lhamu Lhacuo National Wetland Park. had no significant difference between slopes(P>0.05), and the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Simpson dominance index at low, middle and high altitudes were significantly different from those at high altitude(P<0.05). In the co-occurrence network analysis, the relationships between soil protozoan communities in different slope aspects and at different altitudes are mainly positively correlated. Altitude, pH value, soil water content, soil organic matter, available potassium, and vegetation coverage are the main soil environmental factors that affect the composition of soil protozoan communities. The results of this study are helpful for evaluating and monitoring the changes in the soil environmental quality of the Lhamu Lhacuo National Wetland Park, and can provide basic theoretical data for the protection of soil ecological functions and the sustainable development in the Tibet region.

为探讨拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物的群落结构及其构建机制,于2023年7月,根据拉姆拉错国家湿地公园地理及生境特征共设置了24个大样方,以"梅花五点采样法"共采集到120份土壤样品,使用"非淹没培养法"和"活体观察法"对土壤原生动物进行培养与形态学鉴定,定量研究采用"培养皿直接计数法".共鉴定出土壤原生动物175种,隶属12纲29目55科91属,以动鞭纲(Zoomastigophorea)为主,占总物种数的15.43%,太阳纲(Heliozoea)的物种数最少,仅占总物种数的1.14%.拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落α多样性在坡向间无显著性差异(P>0.05),低海拔、中海拔、高海拔的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与Simpson优势度指数与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05).共现网络分析中,不同坡向与不同海拔土壤原生动物群落关系均以正相关为主;海拔、pH值、土壤含水量、土壤有机质、速效钾和植被覆盖度是影响土壤原生动物群落组成的主要土壤环境因子.本研究结果有助于评价和监测拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤环境质量的变化,为西藏地区土壤生态功能保护与可持续发展提供基础理论数据.

为探讨拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物的群落结构及其构建机制,于2023年7月,根据拉姆拉错国家湿地公园地理及生境特征共设置了24个大样方,以"梅花五点采样法"共采集到120份土壤样品,使用"非淹没培养法"和"活体观察法"对土壤原生动物进行培养与形态学鉴定,定量研究采用"培养皿直接计数法".共鉴定出土壤原生动物175种,隶属12纲29目55科91属,以动鞭纲(Zoomastigophorea)为主,占总物种数的15.43%,太阳纲(Heliozoea)的物种数最少,仅占总物种数的1.14%.拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落α多样性在坡向间无显著性差异(P>0.05),低海拔、中海拔、高海拔的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与Simpson优势度指数与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05).共现网络分析中,不同坡向与不同海拔土壤原生动物群落关系均以正相关为主;海拔、pH值、土壤含水量、土壤有机质、速效钾和植被覆盖度是影响土壤原生动物群落组成的主要土壤环境因子.本研究结果有助于评价和监测拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤环境质量的变化,为西藏地区土壤生态功能保护与可持续发展提供基础理论数据.

In order to explore the community structure and construction mechanism of soil protozoa in Lhamu Lhacuo National Wetland Park, 24 large samples were set up in July 2023 according to the geographical and habitat characteristics in the study using the plum blossom five-point sampling method with a total of 120 soil samples. The culture and morphological identification of soil protozoa were performed by non-submerged culture method and in vivo observation method. The quantitative study was conducted by Petri dish direct counting method. A total of 175 soil protozoa species were identified, belonging to 12 classes, 29 orders, 55 families and 91 genera, mainly composed by species of Zoomastigophorea accounting for 15.43% of the total species, and species of Heliozoea was the least, accounting for 1.14% of the total species only. The α diversity of soil protozoa community in Lhamu Lhacuo National Wetland Park. had no significant difference between slopes(P>0.05), and the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Simpson dominance index at low, middle and high altitudes were significantly different from those at high altitude(P<0.05). In the co-occurrence network analysis, the relationships between soil protozoan communities in different slope aspects and at different altitudes are mainly positively correlated. Altitude, pH value, soil water content, soil organic matter, available potassium, and vegetation coverage are the main soil environmental factors that affect the composition of soil protozoan communities. The results of this study are helpful for evaluating and monitoring the changes in the soil environmental quality of the Lhamu Lhacuo National Wetland Park, and can provide basic theoretical data for the protection of soil ecological functions and the sustainable development in the Tibet region.

土壤生态环境健康与人类、动植物的生存发展密切相关[1].土壤微生物群落在土壤生物地球化学过程中起着关键作用.土壤中的微生物种类繁多,原生动物是土壤微生物中占有绝对优势的单细胞真核生物[2].土壤原生动物分布广泛,主要分布于土壤中、土壤表面覆盖的凋落物、土壤间隙水以及腐殖质中[3],在土壤食物网中处于消费者层级,以病原细菌与真菌为食,可以减少土壤动植物病害的发生[4],在物质循环、能量流动与维持土壤生态系统稳定中起着重要作用[5-6].土壤原生动物具有个体微小,形态多样,生长繁殖周期短,细胞膜直接与外界环境接触等特征,对外界环境的细微变化高度敏感,相比于其他微生物,其群落结构更容易受到外界环境变化的影响,可作为环境质量变化的有效监测生物[7-8].
青藏高原地区原生动物的研究起步相对较晚,随着其研究热度日渐上升,新物种不断被发现,宁应之等人在西藏墨脱原始森林土壤中发现了新物种;并对其形态进行了详细描述和分子系统发育分析[9],丰富了青藏高原原生动物多样性;在区系分类上逐渐清晰;研究人员对青藏高原不同地区的原生动物进行了区系分类学研究,在对雅鲁藏布江上、中、下游等区域的原生动物群落的研究过程中,进一步明确了原生动物的物种组成、分布格局及其与环境因子的相关性,有基于传统形态学鉴定方法对土壤原生动物群落多样性进行研究[10-14];随着高通量测序技术的发展与进步,对原生动物的研究更全面深入,如利用18S rDNA高通量测序技术分析原生动物群落多样性及其与环境之间的关系[15-16],通过探究原生动物优势种的时空生态位,揭示原生动物优势种对资源的使用及与水环境因子之间的相关性[17],以及探究不同植被类型下原生动物群落构建机制[18],但利用高通量测序技术对土壤原生动物的研究正处于起步阶段[19].西藏地区作为"地球第三极"青藏高原的主要组成地区,具有奇特多样的地形、地貌以及独特的高寒生态系统,孕育了丰富的动、植物以及微生物,该地区生态环境的健康状况对我国乃至全球有着重要的影响[20-21],因此开展土壤原生动物群落特征研究工作,对高原土壤环境质量监测与评价具有重要的意义.
拉姆拉错国家湿地公园是国家重点保护野生动物栖息地,拥有丰富的植被类型,不同海拔生境分化明显,且具有空间异质性,在维持小生境生态平衡中起着重要作用,由于生态系统脆弱,易受到气候变化以及人类活动的影响.目前为止,拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物的相关研究尚未见报道,不同生境与景观的土壤生态环境健康状况尚不清楚,区域内土壤原生动物的空间分布格局、群落稳定性及群落动态变化的驱动因素仍有待探究,在此背景下,本研究于2023年7月(夏季)在拉姆拉错国家湿地公园进行采样,以传统形态学观察法对该地区24个样点的土壤原生动物进行鉴定与分类,旨在了解拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落特征、分布模式及其驱动因素,为保护该区域土壤生态系统稳定性提供基础理论依据.
拉姆拉错国家湿地公园位于西藏自治区加查县境内,属于高原温带半湿润气候,日照充足,辐射强烈,热量低,气温年变化相对较小而日温差大,无霜期短,降水量小且降水量集中,雨季明显,干湿季节分明,平均海拔4000m左右,地处冈底斯—念青唐古拉山与喜马拉雅山大地构造单元之陷凹地带[22],地势西高东低,地形复杂多样,植物种类丰富,常见的植物有红景天(Rhodiola crenulate)、蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.)、独一味(Phlomoides rotata)等,以及旱獭(Marmota himalayana)、岩羊(Pseudois nayaur)、秃鹫(Aegypius monachus)等一些常见的野生动物.
2023年7月根据拉姆拉错国家湿地公园地理及生境特征,设置24个一级样方如图1所示,共120个采样点,并对采样点进行划分,分为两个坡向和4个海拔段,低海拔区间为3729.5~3746.33m、中海拔区间为3998.05~4028.919m、高海拔区间为4176.3~4196.63m、超高海拔区间为4424.49~4445.14m,每个海拔设6个样方,样地基本概况如(表1)所示.在每个一级样方约100m2的面积内设置5个采样点,每个采样点的面积为25m2(5m×5m),采样前把土壤表面的新鲜凋落物清除,现场测定并记录土壤温度(ST)、海拔(Alt)、地理坐标(经纬度)和植被状况等相关数据[23].使用土壤采集器(LEICI,JC-802B,中国)以"梅花五点采样法"采集0~10cm土壤表层的土壤样品[24],每个采样点采集1个土壤样品,每个一级样方共采集5个土壤样品,将5个土壤样品置于同一透气布袋中混合,将布袋口密封,并做好标记.将土壤样品带回实验室后分为两部分进行处理,一部分土壤样品用于土壤理化指标的测定,剩余的一部分土壤样品于实验室自然风干后,用于土壤原生动物的定性观察和定量培养.
定性观察采用"非淹没培养皿法",称取50g风干土壤样品于15cm的培养皿中[25],加入土壤浸出液,使其完全被浸润但不被淹没.置于25℃的光照恒温培养箱中培养,在第2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24……d采用"活体观察法"[26]在显微镜(Leica D500)下进行镜检,连续培养直至没有新物种出现,在此期间,使土壤样品保持"非淹没"状态,依据Lynn[27]分类系统对土壤原生动物进行分类鉴定.采用"培养皿直接计数法"进行定量研究[28],称取30g风干后的土壤样品于10cm的培养皿中,水土比例为1:1,记录培养皿液面后,将培养皿置于25℃的恒温光照培养箱中培养,保持培养皿液面恒定至最大计数日(第9,10或11d),于最大计数日将培养皿倾斜45°,静置5~7min,将土壤上清液全部抽取用于计算,吸取一滴固定于显微镜下计数,一份土壤样品重复此过程5次.将所得结果换算为1mL(22滴约等于1mL)水中的土壤原生动物密度,每1mL水中的土壤原生动物的密度可换算30g土壤样品中土壤原生动物的数量.
土壤温度(ST)采用土壤温枪(XTY0087)现场测定、采用土壤干湿比重法计算土壤含水量(SWC),GPS(MAP631csx)测定采样地的地理坐标,其余土壤理化因子指标则委托杨凌新化生态科技有限公司进行测定,有效磷(AP)用碳酸氢钠浸提钼锑抗比色法测定,采用凯氏定氮法测定总氮(TN)含量,用Phs-3CpH测定采样地土壤pH值,速效钾(RAK)用火焰光度计测定,采用硫酸、重铬酸钾氧化-容量法测定土壤有机质含量.
采用Shannon多样性指数(H)、Margalef物种丰富度指数(G)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)、Simpson优势度指数(F)对拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落的物种多样性进行分析.计算公式如下:
式中:N为所有样点中物种的总个体数;Pi为第i个类群个体数的比例;S为采样点所有种类数.
利用Excel 2019对原始数据进行初步整理,ArcGIS 10.8绘制样点图,R 4.3.1统计软件的pcutils包对拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落组成可视化,R 4.3.0统计软件的ggvenn包绘制venn图展示各海拔及坡向间共有物种数及特有物种数;vegan包分析土壤原生动物群落Alpha多样性;使用Gephi(0.9.2版)对共现网络进行可视化,土壤原生动物群落与环境因子相关性分析利用R 4.3.1统计软件中的devtools包进行.
本研究共鉴定出土壤原生动物175种,隶属12纲29目55科91属,其中低海拔、中海拔、高海拔和超高海拔物种数分别为120种,111种,102种,99种.从总体上来看,纲水平物种数以动鞭纲(Zoomastigophorea)为主,共27种,占总物种数的15.43%;其次为叶足纲(Lobosea),共26种,占总物种数的14.86%;寡膜纲(Oligohymenophorea)共24种,占总物种数13.71%;旋毛纲(Spirotrichea)共23种,占总物种数的13.14%;太阳纲(Heliozoea)的物种数最少,仅为2种,占总物种数的1.14%.
基于纲水平对拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落组成进行分析如图2所示,从坡向上看,东坡与西坡土壤原生动物群落物种占比最大分别为叶咽纲(Phyllopharyngea)与肾形纲(Colpodea),占比最小分别为瓶纤纲(Armophorea)与太阳纲(Heliozoea).从海拔上看,超高海拔土壤原生动物群落物种占比最大为叶咽纲(Phyllopharyngea),最小为太阳纲(Heliozoea)和瓶纤纲(Armophorea);高海拔土壤原生动物群落物种占比最大为叶咽纲(Phyllopharyngea);最小为太阳纲(Heliozoea);中海拔土壤原生动物群落物种占比最大为肾形纲(Colpodea),最小为核残基纲(Karyorelictea);低海拔土壤原生动物群落物种占比最大为寡膜纲(Oligohymenophorea),最小为核残基纲(Karyorelictea).
从属水平对拉姆拉错国家湿地公园不同海拔及不同坡向土壤原生动物类群相对丰度进行分析如图3(a)所示,以下为相对丰度排名前3的土壤原生动物类群,低海拔为瞬目虫属(Glaucoma)(19.26%)、斜管虫属(Chilodonella)(18.98%)、肾形虫属(Colpoda)(8.87%);中海拔为斜管虫属(Chilodonella)(17.73%)、肾形虫属(Colpoda)(14.77%)、篮环虫属(Cyrtolophosis)(7.27%);高海拔为斜管虫属(Chilodonella)(22.54%)、波豆虫属(Bodo)(7.2%)、篮口虫属(Nassula)(5.48%);超高海拔为斜管虫属(Chilodonella)(29.12%)、肾形虫属(Colpoda)(12.64%)、波豆虫属(Bodo)(8.05%);东坡为斜管虫属(Chilodonella)(23.98%)、瞬目虫属(Glaucoma)(14.05%)、肾形虫属(Colpoda)(10.34%);西坡为斜管虫属(Chilodonella)(15.63%)、肾形虫属(Colpoda)(10.03%)、波豆虫属(Bodo)(8.35%).
利用Venn图对不同坡向和不同海拔土壤原生动物共有物种和特有物种进行展示,结果见图3(b).在坡向上,东坡与西坡共有物种为107种,东坡特有物种为32种,西坡特有物种为36种;海拔上看,低海拔、中海拔、高海拔和超高海拔共有物种为42种;低海拔特有物种共17种,中海拔特有物种共17种,高海拔特有物种共11种,超高海拔特有物种共10种.
对拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落α多样性进行差异性分析,结果如图4所示.从坡向上看,该地区土壤原生动物群落Margalef丰富度指数平均值为东坡<西坡、Pielou均匀度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与Simpson优势度指数平均值均为东坡>西坡,但都无显著差异(P>0.05);在海拔上,Margalef丰富度指数为低海拔>中海拔>高海拔>超高海拔,低海拔与中海拔具有显著差异(P<0.05),中海拔与超高海拔具有显著差异(P<0.05),低海拔与高海拔无显著性差异(P>0.05),低海拔和超高海拔无显著性差异(P>0.05),中海拔与高海拔无显著性差异(P>0.05);Pielou均匀度指数为低海拔>高海拔>中海拔>超高海拔,低海拔、中海拔与高海拔之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),中海拔与超高海拔无显著差异(P>0.05),低海拔与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05),高海拔与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05);Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为低海拔>高海拔>中海拔>超高海拔,低海拔、中海拔、高海拔与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05);Simpson优势度指数为低海拔>高海拔>中海拔>超高海拔,低海拔、中海拔、高海拔与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05).
结果表明,如图5所示,不同坡向(Stress=0.239,P=0.203)的土壤原生动物群落结构变化不显著,群落组成无显著性差异;不同海拔梯度(Stress=0.165,P=0.042)的土壤原生动物群落结构有显著变化,群落组成上有显著差异.
图6可知,共现网络的模块化系数(Modularity coefficient)均>0.4,节点数(Number of nodes)和边数(Number of connections)存在差异,说明土壤原生动物群落内部发生了动态变化,东坡、西坡、低海拔、中海拔、高海拔与超高海拔土壤原生动物群落共现网络节点间均以正相关为主占比分别为94.59%、97.66%、88.29%、95%、94.93%和95.51%,表明拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落以协同作用为主;东坡土壤原生动物群落的网络节点稍高于西坡,西坡土壤原生动物群落的边数、平均度(Average degree)、图密度(The density of figure)以及平均聚类系数(Mean clustering coefficient)明显高于东坡,说明西坡的土壤原生动物类群间的互作关系较为复杂与稳定;对4个不同海拔共现网络的差异性分析,超高海拔的平均度与平均聚类系数在4个海拔中最高,说明超高海拔土壤原生动物群落物种之间的相互关系相比于低海拔、中海拔与高海拔更为密切,对外界环境的变化更敏感.
本研究中,拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤环境因子测定结果如表2所示,东坡TN、TP、SOM、RAK、pH值、ST和SWC的平均值小于西坡,东坡AP、TK和VC的平均值大于西坡;从海拔上看,TN、SOM、VC和SWC的含量随着海拔的升高而降低,土壤pH值与ST随着海拔的升高而降低.
对不同坡向及不同海拔的土壤原生动物类群与土壤理化指标进行冗余分析(RDA),如图7所示,RDA的前两个排序轴(RDA1与RDA2)共解释了不同坡向和不同海拔物种数据总差异的30.17%,海拔(Alt)、pH值、植被覆盖度(VC)、土壤含水量(SWC)对不同坡向及不同海拔土壤原生动物群落差异解释率较高,表明拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落差异主要受Alt、pH值、VC、SWC的影响.
对拉姆错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落与土壤环境因子进行相关性分析,如图8所示,东坡和西坡的土壤原生动物群落与Alt呈极显著相关,西坡的土壤原生动物群落与VC呈显著相关;低海拔与高海拔的土壤原生动物群落与Alt呈极显著相关,低海拔土壤原生动物群落与SWC、VC呈显著相关;中海拔的土壤原生动物群落与RAK呈显著相关,超高海拔土壤原生动物群落与Alt呈显著相关.综上所述,SWC、RAK、Alt和VC是影响拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落的主要因素.
土壤原生动物在土壤生态系统中形成了丰富多样的微型生物群落,拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物物种丰富,不同海拔上的土壤原生动物群落组成具有显著差异,这与拉姆拉错国家湿地公园独特的生境有关,而东坡和西坡土壤原生动物群落组成差异较小,可能是因为东西两个坡向的气候条件与土壤环境相似;张珂等[29]和闫丰等[30]研究发现,海拔影响着植被类型,不同植被类型下土壤动物群落组成与分布具有差异性.低海拔与中海拔的土壤微生物物种相较于高海拔与超高海拔更为丰富,表明低、中海拔的土壤环境条件更适合土壤原生动物的生存,这与低海拔和中海拔的植被类型有关,低海拔为阔叶林,中海拔为针阔混交林,凋落物堆积更厚,土壤有机质含量更高,使得土壤微生物群落更丰富,高海拔为针叶林,超高海拔为灌木丛,凋落物相对来说较少;低海拔与中海拔氮含量相对于高海拔与超高海拔高,其中土壤细菌是土壤中数量最高的微生物群落,可以驱动碳、氮等一些重要化学因子的生物地球化学循环[31],固氮细菌可以固定氮元素[32],使其被植物吸收利用,促进植物的生长[33],使植物生长更茂盛,从而增加了土壤中各种微生物的食物来源.
黄倩等[11]对西藏热振森林公园土壤原生动物的研究结果中3个海拔段之间的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数没有显著性差异,与本文的研究结果不一致,可能是拉姆拉错国家湿地公园相对于西藏热振森林公园的生境分化更为明显,并且低、中、高海拔为森林土壤,森林土壤与灌丛土壤中影响土壤原生动物生长繁殖的土壤环境因子含量具有差异,超高海拔的土壤温度、土壤有机质、土壤含水量和植被覆盖度等比低、中、高海拔低,在面对极端环境时,只有部分土壤原生动物能适应,因此本研究地超高海拔土壤原生动物群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与Simpson优势度指数与低海拔、中海拔、高海拔具有显著性差异.
在生态系统中,群落中各生物共存模式往往取决于它们之间的相互作用[34],共现性生态网络分析可以直观反映土壤微生物之间的关系,在评价土壤微生物群落结构稳定性中具有重要作用[35],群落中网络结构越复杂,则抵御环境胁迫的能力越强,对环境变化的反应更加敏感,从而使得群落趋于稳定[36].
其中共现网络中正相关与负相关分别代表着群落物种之间的协同关系与竞争关系[37],然而生态网络中微生物类群之间的互作关系并非一成不变,而是能够随着环境情况的变化而发生改变[38];各物种间既可通过竞争关系争夺环境资源,又可通过协同关系共同利用环境资源[39];拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落共现网络拓扑参数显示,土壤原生动物群落以协同关系为主,在坡向上,西坡相较于东坡更为稳定与复杂,可能原因是因为东坡阳光照射时间比西坡长,导致东坡热量比西坡更高,使得东坡的水汽蒸发量更大,因此西坡土壤含水量相较于东坡土壤含水量更高,更有利于植物的生长,同时促使西坡土壤原生动物群落组成结构更加复杂.在海拔上,超高海拔土壤原生动物物种之间联系更紧密复杂,可能是因为随着海拔的升高,温度、湿度、pH值以及植被类型等环境因素发生变化,在特定的环境压力下可能促使某些微生物物种之间的关联性更强以应对极端条件[12],如导致超高海拔土壤中微生物的共生关系更强或者出现更为复杂的群落互动现象.低海拔与中海拔的生态环境相对来说较稳定,土壤中含有土壤微生物群落所需要的营养物质充足,土壤含水量高不仅可以促进土壤原生动物的生长代谢,还能使其活动增强[40],从而导致土壤原生动物群落的联系较为松散.
土壤环境因子是影响土壤微生物群落结构及多样性的重要因素[41],本研究RDA与Mantel分析结果显示拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落受海拔(Alt)、土壤酸碱度(pH值)、植被覆盖度(VC)、土壤含水量(SWC)、土壤有机质(SOM)和速效钾(RAK)的影响较大.拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤中的理化因子随着海拔的升高其含量也随之发生变化,其中pH是影响土壤原生动物群落变化的主要因素,pH值的变化可能会导致一些独特生态位的出现[42-43].在小生境中植被覆盖度对土壤微生物群落组成具有显著地影响[44],魏嘉欣等[45]研究发现,阔叶林具有丰富的物种多样性,比纬度相近但植被类型有差异的样地物种多样性更高;SWC不仅可以促进土壤微生物的生长代谢,还可以通过改变土壤理化因子的含量从而间接的影响到土壤微生物的组成[46],此外,土壤中的钾是植物生长必须的营养元素之一,植物群落特征与RAK含量具有显著的相关关系,植物生长越茂盛土壤中的RAK含量越高[47],同时RAK可以为土壤原生动物生长繁殖提供必须的营养[48-49];由此可见拉姆拉错国家湿地公园的土壤原生动物群落组成差异是多种因素共同影响的结果.
4.1 拉姆拉错国家湿地公园共鉴定出土壤原生动物175种,隶属12纲29目55科91属;总体上,以动鞭纲为主,其物种数占总物种数的15.43%,太阳纲物种数最少,仅占总物种数的1.14%.东坡与西坡共有物种为107种,东坡特有物种为32种,西坡特有物种为36种;4个不同海拔的共有物种为42种,低海拔、中海拔、高海拔及超高海拔各自特有物种数分别为17,17,11,10.
4.2 坡向上,土壤原生动物群落α多样性无显著性差异;海拔上,低海拔与中海拔,中海拔与超高海拔Margalef丰富度指数具有显著差异(P<0.05);低海拔与超高海拔、高海拔与超高海拔的土壤原生动物群落Pielou均匀度指数具有显著差异(P<0.05);低、中、高海拔的土壤原生动物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数与超高海拔具有显著性差异(P<0.05).
4.3 拉姆拉错国家湿地公园土壤原生动物群落以协同关系为主.
4.4 海拔、pH值、土壤含水量、土壤有机质、速效钾和植被覆盖度是土壤原生动物群落的主要影响因子.
