The InVEST-PLUS model was coupled to calculate and analyze the spatiotemporal dynamics of four types of ecosystem services in Guizhou Province from 2000 to 2030 under different scenarios. Based on Spearman’s correlation analysis, the trade-offs/synergies between various service functions were examined, and self-organizing feature mapping networks were utilized to reveal the ecosystem service bundles. The results showed that from 2000 to 2020, the changes in land structure were mainly characterized by the continuous decrease of arable land and the fluctuating changes of forest and grassland, with a significant expansion of construction land. The natural development scenario showed the most significant increase in construction land among the three scenarios, with an increase of 25.39%, while in the ecological protection scenario, the main ecological land such as forest and grassland were protected. The water yield and soil conservation showed a fluctuating trend of first decreasing and then increasing from 2000 to 2020, while habitat quality and carbon storage showed a declining trend. The average value of carbon storage decreased from 234.05t/hm2 to 231.70t/hm2, and the average value of habitat quality decreased from 0.64 to 0.60. Relatively, in the ecological protection scenario, except for a slight decrease in water yield, other ecological function indicators improved, especially carbon storage and habitat quality, which reached the highest values. The trade-offs (3pairs) and synergies (3pairs) between ecosystem service functions in the study area showed a relatively balanced state. Under the ecological protection scenario, the correlation coefficients between different ecosystem services gradually increased, indicating an overall trend of environmental improvement in the region. Based on the clustering results, four types of ecosystem service bundles (ESB) were identified in Guizhou Province. From 2000 to 2030, the spatial pattern of various ecosystem service clusters in the study area remained basically stable, but there was spatial and temporal heterogeneity among different ESBs.

耦合InVEST-PLUS模型,测算和剖析了2000~2030年不同情景下贵州省4种生态系统服务的时空动态,基于斯皮尔曼相关性(Spearman)分析各服务功能之间的权衡/协同关系,并利用自组织特征映射网络揭示了其生态系统服务簇.结果显示:2000~2020年,土地结构变化主要表现为:耕地的持续减少和林地及草地波动变化,建设用地出现大幅度扩张, 3种情景下自然发展情景的建设用地上升最为显著,增幅为25.39%,生态保护情景中林地与草地等主要生态用地得到保护.产水量和土壤保持在2000~2020年间呈先降后升的波动变化趋势,而生境质量和碳储量呈下降趋势,碳储量的平均值由234.05t/hm2降低到231.70t/hm2,生境质量的平均值由0.64降低至0.60;相对而言,在生态保护情景中,除产水量略有下降外,其他生态功能指标均有改善,尤其是碳储量及生境质量均达到最高值.研究区生态系统服务功能间的权衡(3对)和协同(3对)呈现相对均衡状态;在生态保护情景下,不同生态系统服务之间的相关系数逐渐增大,区域整体环境呈变好趋势.根据聚类结果识别了贵州省4类生态系统服务簇(ESB),2000~2030年研究区各类生态系统服务簇空间格局基本保持稳定状态但各类ESB存在时空异质性.

耦合InVEST-PLUS模型,测算和剖析了2000~2030年不同情景下贵州省4种生态系统服务的时空动态,基于斯皮尔曼相关性(Spearman)分析各服务功能之间的权衡/协同关系,并利用自组织特征映射网络揭示了其生态系统服务簇.结果显示:2000~2020年,土地结构变化主要表现为:耕地的持续减少和林地及草地波动变化,建设用地出现大幅度扩张, 3种情景下自然发展情景的建设用地上升最为显著,增幅为25.39%,生态保护情景中林地与草地等主要生态用地得到保护.产水量和土壤保持在2000~2020年间呈先降后升的波动变化趋势,而生境质量和碳储量呈下降趋势,碳储量的平均值由234.05t/hm2降低到231.70t/hm2,生境质量的平均值由0.64降低至0.60;相对而言,在生态保护情景中,除产水量略有下降外,其他生态功能指标均有改善,尤其是碳储量及生境质量均达到最高值.研究区生态系统服务功能间的权衡(3对)和协同(3对)呈现相对均衡状态;在生态保护情景下,不同生态系统服务之间的相关系数逐渐增大,区域整体环境呈变好趋势.根据聚类结果识别了贵州省4类生态系统服务簇(ESB),2000~2030年研究区各类生态系统服务簇空间格局基本保持稳定状态但各类ESB存在时空异质性.

The InVEST-PLUS model was coupled to calculate and analyze the spatiotemporal dynamics of four types of ecosystem services in Guizhou Province from 2000 to 2030 under different scenarios. Based on Spearman’s correlation analysis, the trade-offs/synergies between various service functions were examined, and self-organizing feature mapping networks were utilized to reveal the ecosystem service bundles. The results showed that from 2000 to 2020, the changes in land structure were mainly characterized by the continuous decrease of arable land and the fluctuating changes of forest and grassland, with a significant expansion of construction land. The natural development scenario showed the most significant increase in construction land among the three scenarios, with an increase of 25.39%, while in the ecological protection scenario, the main ecological land such as forest and grassland were protected. The water yield and soil conservation showed a fluctuating trend of first decreasing and then increasing from 2000 to 2020, while habitat quality and carbon storage showed a declining trend. The average value of carbon storage decreased from 234.05t/hm2 to 231.70t/hm2, and the average value of habitat quality decreased from 0.64 to 0.60. Relatively, in the ecological protection scenario, except for a slight decrease in water yield, other ecological function indicators improved, especially carbon storage and habitat quality, which reached the highest values. The trade-offs (3pairs) and synergies (3pairs) between ecosystem service functions in the study area showed a relatively balanced state. Under the ecological protection scenario, the correlation coefficients between different ecosystem services gradually increased, indicating an overall trend of environmental improvement in the region. Based on the clustering results, four types of ecosystem service bundles (ESB) were identified in Guizhou Province. From 2000 to 2030, the spatial pattern of various ecosystem service clusters in the study area remained basically stable, but there was spatial and temporal heterogeneity among different ESBs.

生态系统服务(ES)是人类从生态系统中通过生态系统的功能直接或间接获取的用以满足自身需求的产品和服务[1],生态系统服务对人类社会可持续发展十分重要.土地利用变化是直接影响着区域生态系统服务功能和质量的重要因素[2],而人类活动引起的土地利用变化也带来了一系列的生态环境挑战,包括生态系统退化、生物多样性丧失、环境污染严重、景观破碎化等问题[3].对生态系统服务功能有明显的抑制或调控作用,导致不同生态系统服务之间的关系发生了一系列变化,反过来直接影响着人类的可持续发展.因此,量化并探究多重ES的格局特征,厘清各服务功能间复杂的相互关系,对促进ES的合理利用和区域生态安全、提高人类福祉至关重要.
生态系统服务具有多样性和空间分布的不均衡性,因此不同生态系统服务之间存在着复杂的此增彼减的权衡关系或同增同减的协同关系[4].利用相关性分析可以快速辨识生态系统服务间的权衡/协同关系,但是易忽视ES在空间上的潜在关联模式,且无法深入揭示多个ES间的相互依存关系[5].而生态系统服务簇(ESB)反映了生态系统服务间的相互依赖性,可以识别某一时空尺度上多种ES的聚类模式,提供ES之间错综复杂的相互关联关系的全面描述[6].目前多数研究主要采用自组织特征映射网络(SOM)[7]和K-means聚类分析[8]方法集中开展对流域[9]、城市[10]、平原[11]等区域ESB的探讨.但研究角度多从静态或历史时期对ESB展开分析,忽略了ES之间的相关性和ESB在未来不同情景下的演变,特别是针对贵州省未来的ESB分布格局及演化的研究较为缺乏.土地是陆地各种生态系统的重要载体,土地利用变化模拟成为生态系统服务情景分析的重要基础[12].现有的土地利用变化模拟模型主要包括CLUE-S[13]、CA-Markov[14]、FLUS[15]等,而PLUS模型与这些经典模拟模型相比能够更好地基于随机森林算法挖掘各类土地利用变化的诱因,更精确地模拟多个土地利用斑块变化,具有更高的模拟精度,且运行效果良好,受到广泛认可[16].
喀斯特地貌在贵州省境内分布十分广泛,生态系统脆弱性显著[17].同时,贵州省作为两江(珠江、长江)上游的重要生态屏障,生态地位显著,承担着关键的水土保持、水源涵养、固碳释氧和生物多样性保护等生态系统服务重要功能[18].但随着人类活动强度增大,特别是城镇化和系列重大工程(如交通、水利等)的推进对生态空间的破坏,叠加原本脆弱的喀斯特环境,区内土地利用结构变化和生态环境恶化等问题突出,使区域生态系统服务功能下降.尽管贵州省内积极开展退耕还林还草、天然林保护、水土流失治理和石漠化综合治理等一系列生态修复工程,落实“山水林田湖草生命共同体”的核心理念,积极改善区域生态环境质量.但喀斯特生态环境脆弱,生态保护修复难度大,区域内部仍存在不同差异.目前关于贵州省生态系统服务模拟集中于生态系统服务价值的评估[19]、碳储量[20]或生境质量[21]等单一生态系统服务的分析,对于多种生态系统服务的模拟预测及其相互关系研究缺乏.综上所述,本文以贵州省为例,耦合InVEST-PLUS模型评估2000~2030年土地利用格局及生态系统服务(产水量、碳储量、土壤保持、生境质量)的时空变化特征;通过Spearman相关性探讨了历史年份和未来不同情景下的生态系统服务权衡/协同总体特征;最后运用自组织特征映射网络(SOM)识别2000~2030年研究区的生态系统服务簇,以期为该地区土地利用结构优化、生态保护和提升生态系统服务提供科学参考.
贵州省地处中国西南地区,位于103°36′~109°35′E,24°37′~29°13′N,总面积约为17.62×104km2,由贵阳市、毕节市等6个地级市及3个自治州共88个区县组成(图1).境内山地与丘陵广布,平均海拔约为1100m,地势西高东低,年平均气温15℃左右,年均降雨量约为1000~1400mm.省内喀斯特面积10.91×104km2,约占全省面积的62%,是典型的喀斯特生态脆弱山区,地表崎岖破碎,其生态基地脆弱,石漠化、水土流失等生态环境问题仍较突出;经济社会发展相对滞后,城乡发展差距大,是中国脱贫成果巩固拓展与乡村振兴的难点所在.而随着城镇化和交通、水利等领域重大工程项目的推进,人类社会经济活动对生态环境的干扰显著加剧,面临着生态保护与经济发展的双重压力和生态系统服务功能下降的威胁.而贵州省作为珠江、长江上游的重要生态屏障,生态保护与资源的合理利用是区域经济可持续发展的重要前提.
本文使用的数据主要包括土地利用数据、DEM数据、气象数据等.土地利用数据(2000、2010和2020年)来源于中国科学院资源环境科学数据中心(http://www.resdc.cn/),空间分辨率为30m;数字高程数据(DEM)来源于地理空间数据云平台(http://www.gscloud.cn/),空间分辨率为30m;气温、降水数据来源于国家地球系统科学数据中心(http://www.geodata.cn/);土壤数据来源于世界土壤数据库的中国土壤数据集(http://westdc.westgis.ac.cn/);人口密度数据来源于World Pop(https://landscan.ornl.gov/);人均GDP数据来源于中国科学院资源环境科学数据中心;道路、水系等数据主要来源于全国地理信息资源目录服务系统(https://www.webmap.cn/)和Open Street Map(https://www.openstreetmap.org/).考虑到研究区实际面积大小对模型运行高效性影响和PLUS模型模拟的高精度要求等因素,以上数据经ArcGIS 10.8预处理,统一空间分辨率至100m.
考虑贵州是全国三个生态文明建设试点先行省份之一,且处于长江、珠江两江上游的重要区位,生态保护处于优先地位,故本文选取贵州省产水量、碳储量、土壤保持、生境质量等4种主要的ES,具体计算方法如下.
(1)产水量
通过InVEST模型中Annual Water Yield模块计算.公式如下:
式中:WYx表示栅格x的年产水量,mm;AETx表示像元x的实际蒸散发量,mm;Px表示像元x的年降雨量,mm.
(2)生境质量
通过InVEST模型中Habitat Quality模块计算.公式如下:
式中:Qxj为生境质量;Hj为生境类型j的生境适宜程度;Dxj是生境退化程度;k为半饱和常数,通常取Dxj最大值的一半.
(3)土壤保持
通过InVEST模型中Sediment Delivery Ratio模块计算,公式如下:
式中:SC表示土壤保持能力,t/hm2;LS为坡度坡长因子;CP分别为植被覆盖管理因子和水土保持措施因子;K为土壤可蚀性(t⋅hm2⋅h)/(hm2⋅MJ⋅mm);R为降雨侵蚀力因子(MJ⋅mm)/(hm2⋅h⋅a),以上因子详细计算公式参考文献[22].
(4)碳储量
通过InVEST模型中Carbon Storage and Sequestration模块计算.其中,各土地利用/覆被类型碳密度参数参考文献[23].
式中:Cx为总碳储量,t/hm2Cabove为地上生物碳储量;Cbelow为地下生物碳储量;Csoil为土壤有机碳储量;Cdead为死亡凋零物碳储量.
利用PLUS模型,以土地利用数据为基础,模拟2020年的土地利用状况,将模拟结果与2020年真实土地利用数据进行对比,以验证PLUS模型的模拟精度.用于土地利用模拟的驱动因素分为自然地理因子、社会经济因子、气象因子、可达性因子等,主要包括高程、坡度、坡向、人口密度、GDP、年均气温和年均降水、距道路的距离、距水系距离和居民点距离等10个驱动因子.精度验证阶段2020年的各地类的需求量通过Markov链预测得到,参考相关文献[19,24],地类转移矩阵如表1所示.
(1)精度验证:PLUS模型2020年土地利用模拟结果与真实2020年土地利用状况对比,精度验证结果显示Kappa系数为0.89(Kappa系数大于0.8,表明结果最佳),FoM系数为0.12(值一般为0.01~0.25,其值越大,表明模拟结果的精度越高),总体模拟精度为0.93.这说明PLUS模型的模拟精度较高,可以用于贵州省未来土地利用状况的模拟.
(2)情景模拟设置:依据《贵州省国土空间生态修复规划(2021—2035年)》,参考已有研究[19,24],综合考虑贵州省实际发展情况和未来社会经济发展规划,基于Markov模型设计了2030年的3种情景:自然发展情景(NDS)、耕地保护情景(FPS)和生态保护情景(EPS).①自然发展情景:保持发展趋势,未加入限制因子,以原有土地利用转移概率模拟2030土地利用.②耕地保护情景:耕地保护情景下注重对贵州省稳定耕地及优质耕地保护,将2010、2015及2020年的耕地进行叠加分析,取3个年份均为耕地的部分作为贵州省的长期稳定耕地,将稳定耕地作为限制转换区.此外,对转移概率矩阵进行修正,设置其它各地类向耕地转移概率增加20%,耕地向其他地类转移的概率降低30%,严格落实耕地保护.③生态保护情景:追求生态效益,将自然保护区作为限制转化区,以此加强对林地与草地等生态用地的保护.此外,对转移概率矩阵进行修正,其它地类向林地、草地转移概率均增加20%,其余地类向建设用地的转移概率降低30%.
基于极差标准化对数据进行无量纲处理后,不同生态系统服务之间的权衡和协同关系利用Spearman相关性分析来确定,用R语言中的“corrplot”包对各年份ES进行Spearman相关系数分析并实现可视化.
式中:R(xy)为相关系数,值域为-1~1,正相关系数(R(xy)>0)表示两个ES之间的协同关系,负相关系数(R(xy)<0)表示ES之间的权衡关系;XijYij表示不同类型ES数据值.
基于生态系统服务的评估结果,利用自组织特征映射网络(SOM)识别生态系统服务簇.为确保多时期划定的服务簇具有一致性和可比性,参考已有文献[11]并综合考虑研究区实际大小,以研究区为范围建立3km×3km渔网(共计20338个渔网)作为样本输入,利用ArcGIS10.8预处理并导出不同时期及各情景下贵州省20338网格作为样本,基于R语言执行clusGap函数确定最佳聚类数,通过R语言中的“kohonen”包执行SOM分析.
根据贵州省土地利用类型的空间分布(图2)和面积(表2)表明,林地、耕地、草地是贵州省主要的用地类型,总计占研究区总面积95%以上.2000~2020年,土地结构变化主要表现为耕地的持续减少和林地及草地的波动变化,20a间耕地面积减少137240hm2,减幅为2.76%;林地面积先增加后减少,2000~2010年面积增加199002hm2,2010~2020年面积减少234125hm2,这是由于贵州省2000年开始实施退耕还林、2008年开始石漠化综合治理等政策,导致耕地面积持续减少、而林地面积前期增加、后期随着城镇化和交通水利等重大工程建设而减少趋势(原来的一些低效林地、灌草地转为草地、建设用地、水域);草地面积先减少后增加,前10a间减少229441hm2,变幅为7.20%,后10a间增加143283hm2,变幅为4.84%;而水体和建设用地面积占比出现大幅度扩张,相较于2000年增幅分别为190.85%和302.30%.
图2表2呈现了贵州省2030年不同情景下的土地利用模拟变化各有差异.在自然发展情景下,耕地、林地与未利用地依旧呈减少态势,相较于2020年其面积占比分别减少2.88%、2.69%和9.04%,其余地类的面积占比均呈增加趋势,其中水体和建设用地面积占比持续增加,增长幅度分别为76.11%和25.39%.耕地保护情景下,林地与未利用地面积占比呈现不同程度的减少,减幅分别为4.36%和9.58%,而耕地在此情景下增长141946hm2,增幅为2.94%.生态保护情景下,耕地、水域和未利用地面积占比相较于2020年减少3.36%、1.21%和9.21%,建设用地面积占比变化微弱,而该情景考虑保护林草地等生态用地,林地和草地面积占比均呈增加趋势,共计增加163945hm2,生态发展潜力得到进一步提升,退耕还林还草等保护措施取得一定成效.另外,建设用地在自然发展、耕地保护和生态保护三种情景下均呈现不同程度的扩张,增幅分别为25.39%、22.80%、0.001%,由于耕地保护和生态保护情景分别注重对耕地和林草地的保护,限制其转化为建设用地的可能性,所以这两种情景下建设用地的扩张速度相对受到一定抑制.结果表明,三种情景下自然发展情景的建设用地扩张最为显著,耕地保护情景耕地得到一定保护,生态保护情景中林地与草地等主要生态用地得到保护,并且建设用地扩张得到控制.
从空间上整体来看(图2),贵州省2000~2020年及2030年三种情景下的土地利用空间分布格局变化不显著.研究区林地主要集中于南部黔南及东部黔东南、铜仁等地区,建设用地主要分布中部及各市州的建成区(包括其周边),2000~2020年建设用地空间分布范围有明显的扩散趋势,耕地主要环绕建设用地及西北部集中分布,草地则以研究区西部最为集中(属于山地型草地).
图3表3可知,产水量整体呈现波动变化的趋势,2000~2010年贵州省的平均产水量从538.17mm下降到410.94mm,降幅为23.64%,再上升至2020年的568.33mm,总体增幅为5.61%;从空间分布来看,总体上产水量东南部高于西北部,东南部海拔低,且降雨量丰富,研究区西部的产水量较低且分布集中,该区域海拔高且降雨量少,因此产水供应量也相对较低.土壤保持服务中,2000~2010年由853.78t/hm2下降至763.40t/hm2,降幅为10.59%,再上升到2020年的856.17t/hm2,且2020年相较于2000年泥沙输出量下降了35.27t,土壤保持功能总体增强;土壤保持低值区的空间分布上没有明显变化,集中在研究区的西部和中部等地,进一步研究发现,林地单位面积土壤保持量约927t/hm2,远高于其他地类,其次为耕地(约481t/hm2),形成了土壤保持功能强度四周高、中间低的分布特征.而影响2010年产水量和土壤保持功能下降的主要原因是西南地区2009~2010年出现连年大旱,降雨量大幅减少.2000~2020年碳储量和生境质量服务总体呈下降趋势,近20a来碳储量的平均值由234.05t/hm2降低到231.70t/hm2,降幅约为0.9%,主要由于建设用地扩张导致碳密度较高的草地及耕地面积缩减,生境质量的平均值由0.64降低至0.60,平均值降低6.25%,受道路建设、城市扩张、矿山开采等人类干扰活动的影响,生境质量整体上有退化趋势;在空间上看,中部的建设用地碳储量能力最弱,西部草地和西北部耕地次之,而林地集中分布的南部、东部及东北部地区碳储量能力最强,在南部、东部的林地区域生境质量能力最强,而低值区主要分布在中部区域(这一带正是贵州省重点打造的贵阳-贵安黔中城市群),20a间整体上碳储量和生境质量服务分布格局变化不大.
图3表4呈现了耦合InVEST-PLUS模型得到的2030年不同情景下ES的模拟结果.结果显示,自然发展、耕地保护情景下产水量均值分别增加4.62t/hm2和7.60t/hm2,而生态保护情景减少了1.05t/hm2,这可能与植被覆盖提高,蒸腾作用增强有关[7];自然发展、耕地保护情景下土壤保持量分别下降0.62t/hm2和1.88t/hm2,而生态保护情景上升了0.75t/hm2,土壤保持服务四周高、中间低的总体布局保持稳定,但耕地保护情景下土壤保持量下降显著,可能由于林地面积减少致使植被覆盖低从而促使水土流失多发;自然发展、耕地保护情景下碳储量平均值分别下降2.79t/hm2和2.07t/hm2,而生态保护情景上升了0.37t/hm2,总体来说碳储量低值区仍然主要分布在建设用地及水体周围,高值区集中于黔东南、铜仁等地,其降雨充沛植被丰富,而林地是碳储量强度的主要来源,从而这些区域碳储能力增强;生境质量仅在生态保护情景有微小提升,其余情景下均有恶化趋势,其中耕地保护情景下变化最显著,下降0.01(表4).碳储量及生境质量在生态保护情景下均达到最高值,主要是因为耕地面积减少、建设用地基本稳定,而林地及草地等生态用地扩张,人类活动对生态环境的干扰减弱.总的来说,自然发展、耕地保护情景下除产水量均有不同程度的增加外,其它生态服务功能指标没有改善甚至下降状态,尤其耕地保护情景下土壤保持量下降显著,相对而言生态保护情景下,除产水量略有下降外,其它生态功能指标均有改善,尤其是碳储量及生境质量均达到最高值.
相关性分析揭示了2000~2020年及2030年不同情景下贵州省产水量、碳储量、土壤保持与生境质量两两间的相互关系(图4).结果表明,产水量和碳储量、生境质量、土壤保持之间为负相关(R<0),呈现权衡关系;土壤保持和碳储量、生境质量两两之间为正相关(R>0),呈现协同关系.
权衡关系中,从总体上来说,产水量主要受降雨和蒸散发的影响,土壤保持与植被、坡度等有关[25],而贵州省森林覆盖率高,土壤保持量高,生物多样性好,但由于植被覆盖率高,植被的蒸散作用较强,导致产水量低.2000~2020年,产水量与土壤保持、生境质量的R值呈先下降后上升的波动变化趋势,其中产水量与土壤保持的R值由0.044下降至0.029再增至0.067,产水量与生境质量的R值由0.434下降至0.416再增至0.432(图4),主要由于2010年研究区(2009~2011年西南地区出现连续3a百年难遇的特大干旱)产水能力下降;从整体上看,产水量和碳储量之间作用强度呈上升趋势,其中产水量和碳储量的R值均在0.700以上,显示出显著的权衡关系.协同关系中,从2000~2020年,生境质量与碳储量R值超过0.550,一直保持高协同关系,这是由于区域逐步实施了以退耕还林还草和石漠化综合治理为众多的生态修复工程,再加上研究区自身水热条件较好,植被面积与覆盖度稳定得到一定保障,进而生态环境及生物多样性相对较好.进一步来看,碳储量与生境质量之间的R值呈下降趋势,2010~2020年期间下降率较大,降幅为5.91%,这由于研究区建设用地在20a间迅速扩张,主要占用了林地、草地等地类,且2010~2020年扩张速度高于前10a.土壤保持和碳储量、生境质量之间相关系数呈现增大趋势,2020年的协同作用最强,R值分别为0.272和0.339,前者的相关性增幅较大.
2030年三种不同情景下,研究区各生态系统服务间的权衡和协同效应依然相对均衡(图4).从相关系数的大小可知,在产水量和碳储量、生境质量、土壤保持的权衡关系中,三种情景对比下生态保护情景中不同生态系统服务之间的R值相对较大;在土壤保持和碳储量、生境质量两两之间的协同程度为生态保护情景>自然发展情景>耕地保护情景,说明生态保护情景下研究区生态系统恢复的潜力较好,生境质量好的地区植被覆盖度较高,有机物积累丰富,则碳储量服务更好.另外,自然发展情景下,碳储量和生境质量、产水量,生境质量和产水量R值下降;在耕地保护情景下,除碳储量和产水量的R值增加外,其余各生态系统服务间的R值以下降趋势为主,主要原因可能是在自然发展和耕地保护两种情景下除产水有不同程度上升外,其他生态功能均呈下降趋势或稳定变化.
总体来说,研究区各生态系统服务间的权衡和协同效应相对均衡,在生态保护情景下相关系数逐渐增大,生态发展潜力得到进一步提升.
基于SOM聚类分析,识别并确定了贵州省4类生态系统服务簇(ESB),如图5所示,同类生态系统服务簇在空间上呈聚集模式,而各生态系统服务簇的组成结构存在明显差异.以玫瑰图(图6)展示了研究区各类ESB的每种生态系统服务的相对大小,较长的瓣代表较高的生态系统服务能力.生态系统服务簇1(ESB1)能提供较高的碳储量服务、良好的生境质量,得益于植被覆盖率较高,该簇具有一定的生态保育功能;服务簇2(ESB2)中,碳储量和产水量生态功能均有贡献,且碳储量供给相对占优势;四种生态系统服务对服务簇3(ESB3)均有贡献,且土壤保持的贡献突出,而生境质量和产水服务相对较弱;而服务簇4(ESB4)呈现单一产水服务供给能力最强,其他生态系统服务弱.因此,根据各服务簇内部ES供给特点[26]及研究区实际将四类服务簇分别命名为生态保育簇(ESB1)、碳储主导簇(ESB2)、综合供给簇(ESB3)和产水主导簇(ESB4).
2000~2030年贵州省各类型生态系统服务簇空间格局基本保持稳定但各类ESB空间分布差异显著.结合图5和土地利用类型分析可知,生态保育簇(ESB1)主要集中分布在研究区南部和北部,土地利用类型以林地(占比>70%)和耕地(>15%)为主,主要提供碳储量和生境质量服务供给,且其处于协同发展状态;整体上看,碳储主导簇(ESB2)空间分布较为广泛,散布在整个研究区,主要由于所占土地利用类型为耕地(约34%)和林地(>45%),且主要为灌木林和疏林地)为主,这些用地类型破碎化程度较高,景观连通程度差,其中到2010年ESB4向西北部转移扩散,ESB2大面积消失,可能原因是2010年产水量的低值区在此聚集更明显;综合供给簇(ESB3)主要分布在研究区东部和东北部,以黔东南、铜仁、遵义等地最为显著.簇中组成结构波动不大,除土壤保持服务能力较高外,其余3种服务供给能力整体上较为均衡,由于所处区域植被覆盖较好且海拔较低,故生态环境质量较好,存在广泛协同关系;产水主导簇(ESB4)除产水服务功能高值,其余生态系统服务供给能力匮乏,整体上集中分布在研究区中部和西部区域,用地类型以耕地、草地(两者占比均约35%).另外,在产水主导簇中建设用地占比相对突出(其占比约5%,而其余ESB建设用地占比均在0.5%以下),建城区具有地表硬化的特点,在减少水土流失的同时,雨水下渗受阻、地表径流增多.
根据图5图6整体上看,研究区ESB1和ESB2的空间占比面积与动态变化较大.2000~2020年ESB1的面积占比由28.61%增加至30.32%,再下降至25.27%,整体呈下降趋势,降幅为3.34%;ESB2的面积占比先减少9.52%,再增加14.27%,总体呈上升趋势;ESB3为面积占比波动变化较小的服务簇,2000~2020年间保持在0.7%~4%上下范围浮动;ESB4面积占比2000~2020年期间,由21.09%上升至23.01%.结合图6表5进一步分析发现,在自然发展情景下,由于耕地的减少且建设用地的扩张速度明显放缓,人类干扰活动相对减弱,ESB1的面积占比较2020年增加4.61%.另外,2030年此情景下ESB1和ESB2的转入面积明显,ESB1的面积主要由碳储主导簇(ESB2)转入,而ESB4的面积呈减少趋势,主要转移至ESB2,其余各类服务簇的分布及面积变化均相对稳定;耕地保护情景下,各类型服务簇面积占比相较于2020年变化较小,ESB2和ESB4间的转移面积明显相对较大;生态保护情景下,由于生态保护力度的加大,林地、草地等生态用地面积增加,截留雨水作用会增强,且研究区地势陡峭,ESB4面积占比较2020年缩减,下降1.96%,且在ESB4的转出面积中主要转向碳储主导簇和综合供给簇,其余服务簇面积占比均呈不同程度增加.
土地利用变化是推动生态系统服务动态变化的关键因素[27].贵州省的草地集中分布在西部地区,林地主要分布在南部、东部地区,而耕地主要环绕建设用地及西北部集中分布,建设用地集中分布在中部.这种土地利用格局呈现出东部、南部的林区生态系统碳储量、生境质量及土壤保持较强(涉及黔东南、黔南、铜仁等林相好、森林覆盖率高地区),而中部城镇化区(包括原来的一些低效林地、灌草地转为建设用地等)则较弱.产水量空间分布也存在显著的异质性,总体上产水量东南部高于西北部,与研究区海拔、区域降水量和潜在蒸散发有关,但进一步研究发现,部分区域存在建设用地、草地的产水量高于林地的产水量.另外,碳储量和生境质量服务在2020年林地等生态用地相对减少,而建设用地扩张时略有下降,这与孙彦等[28]贵州省生态系统服务供给的研究结果基本吻合.虽然ES变化存在自然和人为原因共同作用的结果,但总的来说,贵州省土地利用变化对生态系统服务功能在空间差异有明显作用,需对生态环境保护和土地资源合理利用及分区管控予以重视,以确保生态系统的稳定可持续性.
Hu等[29]指出快速的城市扩张(建设用地)取代了森林和湿地等具有重要生态意义的土地,导致自然生境的破碎化、退化和破坏,可能导致多种生态系统功能的退化,包括栖息地质量、碳储存、空气净化等.在三种情景下,建设用地都有不同程度的扩张,但相较于自然发展和耕地保护情景,生态保护情景下建设用地增加面积最少,林地增加相对较大.本文发现,不同变化情景对其有不一样的作用,在自然发展情景下,未来涉及城镇化发展等人类活动背景下,建设用地规模增加,研究区生境质量部分区域退化;耕地保护情景中,由部分林地(主要是疏林地和灌木林)、建设用地、未利用地转入耕地,碳储量和生境质量存有不同程度的下降;在生态保护情景下,人类干扰活动更受约束,建设用地扩张更受限制,生态环境质量得以增强.各情景结果呈现不同程度的人类活动在建设用地规模上响应,某种意义上证明了人类生产活动与生境质量变化之间存在相关,与陈田田等[30]和周豹等[31]结果相一致.
本文基于具有随机森林算法的PLUS模拟模型,从动态角度对权衡/协同与ESB展开分析,揭示ES之间的相关性和ESB在未来不同情景下的演变,研究方法组合上具有一定新意.与现有研究对比,贵州省土壤保持和碳储量、生境质量两两服务之间呈现协同关系,与高敏等[32]在喀斯特地区研究结果吻合,植被覆盖度好,生态环境质量稳定,生态系统碳储量能力较强,也减弱降雨对土壤的侵蚀,从而增加土壤保持能力[33].产水量和碳储量、生境质量、土壤保持之间呈现权衡关系,这与郎焱卿等[34]在喀斯特山区研究结果吻合,一方面典型的喀斯特山区地表破碎,地貌类型多样,有明暗交替的河流,落水洞和漏斗等增强入渗量,导致产水量减小[35];另一方面产水量主要也受降雨和蒸散发的影响,土壤保持与植被、坡度等有关[25],贵州省拥有良好的水热条件其植被也丰富,植被的蒸散作用较强,同时对降水的截留作用强,导致产水量减弱.
本文根据贵州省土地利用转移规律,结合研究区的发展现状及《贵州省“十四五”自然资源保护和利用规划》中对自然资源保护和利用的要求.同时,《贵州省国土空间生态修复规划(2021-2035年)》中指明贵州省生态脆弱、水土流失较重、石漠化危害大等问题仍然突出,同时人地矛盾、发展不平衡、经济总量偏小,城乡发展差距依然较大,保护与发展的矛盾长期存在.因此,有效保护和合理利用土地资源对研究区推进经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义.以2020年为基准,设置自然发展、耕地保护和生态保护3种情景模拟2030年土地利用变化.①贵州省GDP从2010年的全国第26位上升到2023年的第22位,城镇化率提高20个百分点,超过50%;森林覆盖率提高近20个百分点,超过60%,同时重视经济发展和生态保护两条底线.考虑贵州省在未来一段时期内城镇化水平与经济仍处于亟待提升的阶段,在政策支持范围内势必伴随建设用地的扩张.因此在自然情景中,延续历史的土地利用转移规则,未加入限制因子,以原有土地利用转移概率模拟土地利用.②耕地资源是粮食安全和生态保护的重要保障,而喀斯特山区地形复杂、起伏大,坡耕地占比大,耕地破碎化严重,增加了耕地保护和利用的难度;同时贵州省适宜农业耕作的低坡度土地面积占比较少,保护耕地对于喀斯特山区稳定粮食生产和保障农产品供给尤为重要.而相比于平原地区,提取6°以下优质耕地不符合区内实际情况(因自然条件限制,贵州省坡耕地较多,同时基本农田数据未公开),所以此情景下提取2010、2015及2020年长期稳定不变的耕地作为限制转换区.③贵州省是两江上游生态安全屏障的重要组成,也是国家生态文明建设试验区之一,《贵州省“十四五”林业草原保护发展规划》指出全面构建森林、草原等生态系统高质量保护发展新格局,因此生态保护情景涉及林草地等生态用地质量的提升、退耕还林还草等.受限于研究数据的可获取性,此情景在自然发展情景的基础上,控制林地、草地等向建设用地转化的概率减少30%,各地类向林地与草地转移概率增加20%,利用转移规则,限制各地类的转移,以此加强对林地与草地的保护.另外,设定转移矩阵、转移概率和相关参数时,除生态保护情景外,都积极考虑了地区发展潜力和发展需求,但由于贵州省社会经济发展相比其他发达省份(地区)相对滞后,基数(底数)小又受地形起伏大的约束,建设用地扩张能力也相对较弱,因此建设用地的扩张未达到理想需求.未来,在严格落实生态保护和耕地保护红线管控要求前提下,推进生态保护与经济社会高质量协调发展也是贵州省发展的重中之重.
生态系统服务簇能够识别生态系统空间上的聚集模式,将服务簇应用于生态系统管理中,可达到同时管理多种生态系统服务的目的.结合《贵州省国土空间生态修复规划(2021-2035年)》的规划目标,提高植被覆盖率和林地比例,生态系统状况和质量得到明显改善,从而提高生态系统服务功能潜在供应.基于SOM划分的多情景下的4种生态系统服务簇及其相似的空间分布规律提出如下建议:(1)生态保育簇(ESB1)应继续加强对区域的管理,推动生态安全屏障建设,落实生态修复措施的推进,提升森林草地质量.该区域涉及多个自然保护区和地质、森林公园(如平塘地质公园、赤水竹海国家森林公园等),结合贵州省人民政府发布的《省人民政府关于实施“三线一单”生态环境分区管控的通知》中贵州省环境管控单元分类图进一步发现,属于重点管控单元与优先保护单元.因此,这些区域与生态源地联系密切,是贵州省物种迁徙聚集的优选区域,应加强自然保护地的保护和管理,进而筑牢生态廊道,严格限制破坏性建设活动,减少人为干扰,降低区域林、草地等自然地表破碎度,进一步提升土壤保持等服务能力,继续保持、提升生境质量与其余生态系统服务的协同关系;(2)碳储主导(ESB2)在境内均有分布,由于喀斯特地区地表崎岖破碎,耕地分布广、林地和耕地都十分破碎且水土流失等严重问题长期存在,在耕地整治和基本农田(高标准农田)建设中,要推广生态型土地整治技术和措施,同时加强河流廊道和道路两旁林带建设,增强分散破碎的林地(斑块)的连通性;(3)综合供给簇(ESB3)区域海拔较低,主要以林地为主,涉及铜仁梵净山、黔东南雷公山等主要的自然保护区和森林公园,其也为优先保护单元,应在保持稳定状态前提下,实施严格的土地管理制度,进一步通过生物与工程措施共同维护其生物多样性、提高土壤保持和碳储量等服务能力,同时要注重提高土壤保持与其它两项服务间的协同关系,以实现生态系统服务的综合提升和优化管理,这将有助于增强生态系统的整体健康和韧性,为区域可持续发展提供坚实的基础;(4)产水主导簇(ESB4)区域用地类型以耕地、草地和建设用地为主,同时部分区域地形起伏较大,要避免过度开发导致生物多样性、碳储量等愈加恶化,合理限制其发展规模,引导人口、城镇等布局与区域承载能力相适应,将土地利用规划与区域开发利用相结合,以防止人类活动对自然环境过度干扰,减缓大规模城建等活动建设导致耕草地等面积减少,在城建活动中总结、优化贵安新区等海绵城市建设技术经验并推广,尽量维护区内自然地面占比的稳定性;另外,草地也作为该区的主要地类,高覆盖度草地对生态系统服务具有显著的积极作用,因此应坚持适地适林适草原则,合理优化调控和确定耕地、草地与建设用地比例,协调好产水服务与土壤保持等的关系,提高其水源涵养能力,并降低植被蒸发和水资源蒸散强度,降低产水量增强带来的威胁,同时降低或缓解产水与生物多样性、土壤保持、碳储量等服务的权衡关系,增强区域的生态环境抵抗力.
未来土地利用具有多变性及复杂性,三种情景可能无法全面涵盖所有潜在的变化,有待进一步丰富与深化.本研究仅探讨了各ES之间的权衡/协同的时序变化和ESB的时空变化,未来应进一步探究区域ES间权衡/协同作用的时空异质性及复杂关系演化的驱动机制,以期为区域生态管理提供更科学有效的参考.ESB的识别会受到生态系统服务功能的评估方法和尺度的影响[35],在未来需深入确定更好的评估方式和尺度,以提高准确性和可靠性,从而为生态系统管理和决策提供更科学的依据.
4.1 2000~2020年,土地结构变化主要表现为:耕地的持续减少和林地及草地的波动变化,建设用地出现大幅度扩张,相较于2000年增幅为302.30%;2030年三种情景下自然发展情景的建设用地上升最为显著,增幅为25.39%,而耕地保护情景耕地增幅为2.94%,生态保护情景中林地与草地等主要生态用地得到保护,并且建设用地扩张得到控制.贵州省2030年不同情景下土地利用空间格局相较于2020年整体变化较小.
4.2 2000~2020年产水量和土壤保持为先降后升的波动变化趋势,而生境质量和碳储量呈下降趋势;与2020年相比,2030年自然发展、耕地保护情景下除产水量均有不同程度的增加外,其它生态服务功能指标没有改善甚至呈下降趋势,尤其耕地保护情景下土壤保持量下降显著,相对而言生态保护情景下,除产水量略有下降外,其它生态功能指标均有改善,尤其是碳储量及生境质量均达到最高值.
4.3 2000~2020及2030年不同情景贵州省4项生态系统服务间权衡/协同作用关系整体均衡,在生态保护情景下不同生态系统服务之间的相关系数逐渐增大,区域整体环境呈变好趋势.
4.4 2000~2030年贵州省各类生态系统服务簇空间格局基本保持稳定状态但各类ESB空间分布差异显著.研究区南部和北部分布以碳储量和生境质量为主的服务簇,研究区东部和东北部(以黔东南、铜仁等地部分区域最为集中)分布4种ESs均存在的服务簇,研究区中部和西部区域分布以产水服务为主的服务簇,而以碳储量和产水量均有的服务簇空间分布较为广泛,由于其用地类型以耕地和林地(主要为灌木林和疏林地)为主,破碎化程度较高,景观连通程度较差.
