To investigate the spatio-temporal variations, influential factors and environmental health effects of negative air ions (NAIs) in Hainan tropical rainforests, a mobile comprehensive measurement platform was utilized to carry out field observation during typical tourist season (January), four types of typical forest stands (evergreen broad-leaved, deciduous broad-leaved, coniferous and bamboo forests) at eleven different altitudes in the Wuzhishan area of the Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park were measured. The concentrations, spatiotemporal variations of NAIs, and their relationships with forest types, meteorological factors, air quality, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation method for the ecological health function of tropical rainforest based on the Forest Health Index (FHI) was established. The results showed that the NAI concentration in the Wuzhishan area was relatively high (3541±882) moles/cm3, reaching Level VI of the World Health Organization's air freshness classification standard. The NAI concentration was increased with altitude initially and then decreased. Coniferous forest was found to have the highest NAI concentration, followed by broad-leaved forest, with bamboo forest having the lowest. A total of 66VOCs were detected, with sesquiterpenes and oxygenated organic compounds accounting for over 80%. NAIs were shown significant positive correlations with relative humidity, fine particulate matter, and monoterpenes, and significant negative correlations with sesquiterpenes and aromatic hydrocarbons. The FHI in the afternoon was generally found to be higher than that in the morning, with most sampling sites reaching Level II or above.

为揭示海南热带雨林空气负离子(NAIs)的时空变化规律、影响因素及环境健康效应,选择典型旅游旺季(1月),利用移动式综合测量平台,在海南热带雨林国家公园五指山片区的11个不同海拔高度,开展4类典型林分(常绿阔叶林、落叶阔叶林、针叶林、竹林)的现场加强观测,分析了NAIs的浓度水平、时空分布及与林分类型、气象因子、空气质量和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的关系,构建了基于森林康养指数(FHI)的热带雨林生态保健功能综合评价方法.结果表明:五指山地区NAIs的浓度高(3541±882)个/cm3,空气清新度达到世界卫生组织分级标准的Ⅵ级水平.NAIs浓度随着海拔的升高呈先增大后减少的趋势.针叶林的NAIs浓度最高,阔叶林次之,竹林最低.共检出66种VOCs,其中萜烯类化合物和含氧有机物占比最高(>80%).NAIs与相对湿度、细颗粒物、单萜烯呈显著正相关,与倍半萜烯、芳香烃呈显著负相关.下午的FHI普遍高于上午,大部分点位达到了“II级”以上水平.

为揭示海南热带雨林空气负离子(NAIs)的时空变化规律、影响因素及环境健康效应,选择典型旅游旺季(1月),利用移动式综合测量平台,在海南热带雨林国家公园五指山片区的11个不同海拔高度,开展4类典型林分(常绿阔叶林、落叶阔叶林、针叶林、竹林)的现场加强观测,分析了NAIs的浓度水平、时空分布及与林分类型、气象因子、空气质量和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的关系,构建了基于森林康养指数(FHI)的热带雨林生态保健功能综合评价方法.结果表明:五指山地区NAIs的浓度高(3541±882)个/cm3,空气清新度达到世界卫生组织分级标准的Ⅵ级水平.NAIs浓度随着海拔的升高呈先增大后减少的趋势.针叶林的NAIs浓度最高,阔叶林次之,竹林最低.共检出66种VOCs,其中萜烯类化合物和含氧有机物占比最高(>80%).NAIs与相对湿度、细颗粒物、单萜烯呈显著正相关,与倍半萜烯、芳香烃呈显著负相关.下午的FHI普遍高于上午,大部分点位达到了“II级”以上水平.

To investigate the spatio-temporal variations, influential factors and environmental health effects of negative air ions (NAIs) in Hainan tropical rainforests, a mobile comprehensive measurement platform was utilized to carry out field observation during typical tourist season (January), four types of typical forest stands (evergreen broad-leaved, deciduous broad-leaved, coniferous and bamboo forests) at eleven different altitudes in the Wuzhishan area of the Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park were measured. The concentrations, spatiotemporal variations of NAIs, and their relationships with forest types, meteorological factors, air quality, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation method for the ecological health function of tropical rainforest based on the Forest Health Index (FHI) was established. The results showed that the NAI concentration in the Wuzhishan area was relatively high (3541±882) moles/cm3, reaching Level VI of the World Health Organization's air freshness classification standard. The NAI concentration was increased with altitude initially and then decreased. Coniferous forest was found to have the highest NAI concentration, followed by broad-leaved forest, with bamboo forest having the lowest. A total of 66VOCs were detected, with sesquiterpenes and oxygenated organic compounds accounting for over 80%. NAIs were shown significant positive correlations with relative humidity, fine particulate matter, and monoterpenes, and significant negative correlations with sesquiterpenes and aromatic hydrocarbons. The FHI in the afternoon was generally found to be higher than that in the morning, with most sampling sites reaching Level II or above.

空气负离子(NAIs)又称负氧离子,是指带负电荷的单个气体分子和轻离子团的总称.NAIs主要来源于大气电离作用、植物光合作用以及雷纳德效应[1-3].NAIs被誉为“空气维生素和生长素”,可以去除尘埃、净化空气和杀灭病菌;高浓度的NAIs可以抑制病菌的繁殖,促进人体的新陈代谢、增强免疫力[4].NAIs作为评价森林生态环境质量的重要指标,在一定的条件下可以反映监测区域的生态质量[5].近年来,随着我国城市化的加快以及人口老龄化和亚健康状态的普遍化,人们对健康绿色的生活方式更加向往,尤其在后疫情时代,人们敬畏自然、追求健康的意识不断提高,森林康养等绿色健康生活方式越来越受到人们的青睐[6].NAIs作为重要的森林环境健康因子之一,目前中国气象、林业等部门已将空气负离子浓度(NAIC)作为森林康养的关键指标[7].
研究表明,森林环境中的NAIC显著高于城市、山野林地、平原等其他环境,森林中的NAIC约为城市地区的5~10倍,在有河流的森林环境中可达到上万个数量级[8-9].近年来,在我国不同森林地区对NAIs的浓度变化、时空分布、影响因素等方面开展了大量研究[10-13].但是,研究区域主要集中在亚热带以及温带地区[2,14-16],对于热带雨林地区NAIs的研究较为缺乏[17-19].
研究发现,不同森林类型、海拔高度、地理位置的NAIC变化趋势不同,与温度、相对湿度、风速等气象条件以及颗粒物(PM2.5、PM10)、氮氧化物(NOx)等空气质量的影响有关[7,18-20].另外,NAIC随着温度和湿度的季节性变化呈季节梯度分布,夏季NAIC最高,其次为春季和秋季,冬季最低[10,21].以往研究主要对环境因子进行探究,对植物生理的研究较少.
森林环境会受到多种因素的影响,且各项生态保健指标的效果存在明显差异,由单一的生态保健指标所反映的森林生态保健效应往往比较片面,对多项保健指标进行综合评价可以更全面、客观地反映森林生态保健功能.目前常用的评价方法有主成分分析法、模糊评价法、层次评价法、灰关联法等[22-23].目前,对森林的生态保健功能综合评价体系仍处于初步研究阶段,缺乏广泛应用的理论方法.
为此,本文以海南五指山热带雨林为研究区域,选取典型旅游旺季(1月)为研究时段,利用移动式综合测量平台,在11个不同海拔高度的4类典型林分开展现场测量,分析了NAIs的浓度、时空变化及与林分类型、气象因子、空气质量和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的关系,构建了基于森林康养指数的热带雨林生态保健功能综合评价方法.本研究可为海南热带雨林地区的森林康养深度开发和“全健康”战略推进提供一定的数据支撑.
五指山市位于海南岛中南部(18°38′~19°02′N,109°19′~109°44′ E),地处海南热带雨林国家公园核心区域,属热带海洋性季风气候,海拔165~1867m,年平均温度23.4℃,年平均降水量1865.2mm,具有四季不分明、夏无酷暑、冬无严寒、气候温和的气候特点.五指山市森林覆盖率达90%,主要植被类型为热带低地雨林、热带山地雨林、热带亚高山矮林、热带山顶灌丛、枫香林[24].为了对五指山热带雨林地区的森林康养效果进行探究,因此选择1月旅游旺季作为观测的主要时段.
考虑五指山市的地形特点、植被类型、植被覆盖度及距离人类活动区域的远近等因素,在不同海拔高度(325~840m.a.s.l.)的11个典型点位(市区、郊区、原始森林,图1),针对四种典型林分(常绿阔叶林、落叶阔叶林、针叶林、竹林),开展现场加强观测,林分基本情况如表1所示.研究区内常见的树种有海南桫椤、枫香树、三桠苦、秋枫、樟树、糖胶树、榄仁、凤凰木等.
利用移动式综合测量平台,在2024年1月17~31日的日间(08:00~17:00),在11个点位依次开展NAIs、气象因子、空气质量及VOCs的现场监测.采用EP050B型便携式大气负离子监测仪(北京依派伟业数码科技有限公司),利用吸入式电容收集法对NAIs的浓度进行在线测量,进气口离地1.5m,检测范围为0~9.99×104个/cm3,时间分辨率为1min.采用IES-200型空气质量监测仪对同期的PM1、PM2.5、PM10进行实时监测,时间分辨率为1min.采用Haloiot HWS600一体式传感器(海量智能科技)测量气温、相对湿度、风速,时间分辨率为1min.采用LFAA-2012(O3)臭氧在线气体分析仪、LFAA-2012(NOx)化学发光法氮氧化物分析仪(力合科技(湖南)股份有限公司)进行O3、NOx的在线监测,时间分辨率为1min.光合有效辐射(PAR)采用LI-6800便携式光合荧光测量系统(北京莱阔生物科技有限公司)进行在线监测.利用内壁硅烷化处理后的苏玛罐(体积3.2L)采集环境空气中的VOCs样品,采集时间为每日的10:00、14:00、17:00,共采集39个样品.采样完成后,当天晚上运用低温预浓缩-GC-MS/FID完成VOCs的样品分析[25].
为保证观测数据的准确性和一致性,样品采集前及分析过程中均执行严格的质量保证与质量控制(QA/QC)措施.观测前,利用国家标准物质研究中心生产的NO一级钢瓶气和经流量传递的气体动态校准仪(Model 146i,美国)对NOx分析仪进行校准,利用溯源到美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)的Model 146i对O3分析仪进行线性检查;观测期间,每两天进行一次零跨校准,每两周进行一次精度检查.观测前,对苏玛罐进行气密性检验,并抽至真空(<50mtorr),进行VOCs预浓缩系统的空白实验和苏玛罐清洗后的氮气空白实验.每日采集1个苏玛罐平行样品.观测前,用标准气体自动稀释仪(Nutech 2202B,美国)配制7个浓度梯度((0.1~4)×10-9体积分数,每个浓度平行进样3次)的VOCs标准样品,对测量仪器进行标定并建立标准曲线(R2>0.99).VOCs的相对标准偏差低于10%,方法检出限在(1~100)×10-12体积分数范围内.每日进行VOCs仪器校准,偏差低于10%.
运用Excel 2016进行数据统计,对于小于等于前后值3倍或是1/3异常值剔除处理,并且将连续6个及以上的相同数据判定为异常值,运用平均值方法对数据进行分析统计.采用SPSS 26.0对NAIC数据进行ANOVA单因素方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析以及聚类分析.用Origin 2021绘制图表.
目前关于NAIs的等级评价,我国尚未形成统一的标准.世界卫生组织(WHO)将NAIC划分为6个等级(表2):当NAIC低于500个/cm3,浓度低,空气为不清新;当NAIC高于2100个/cm3,浓度特别高,空气非常清新[26].
气候舒适度指数根据所测得的环境因子,参考陆鼎煌[27]提出的“综合舒适度指数”进行评价,计算公式如下:
式中:S代表气候舒适度指数;t代表气温,℃;RH代表空气相对湿度,%;v代表风速,m/s.
本研究采用极差标准化法,先将原始数据映射在[0,1]之间,对于NAIC、VOCs采用Xij′=(Xij-MinXij)/(MaxXij-MinXij)处理,对于气候舒适度、PM1、PM2.5、PM10采用Xij′=(MaxXij-Xij)/(MaxXij-MinXij)处理.将各保健指标通过SPSS统计软件确定主成分和权重,从而提取出对分析结果起决定作用的主要因子.每个主成分的得分值按以下公式进行计算:
式中:Fi为第i个主成分得分值;βij为特征向量,aij表示因子载荷矩阵中第i列第j行的元素,λ表示该元素相对应的特征根;Xj为第j个指标的极差标准化值.
根据确定的主成分的贡献率和累计贡献率进行加权,计算得到森林康养指数(FHI):
式中:Wi代表各指标权重系数,Fi代表各指标主成分得分.通过对FHI值进行系统聚类分析,将FHI划分为5个等级(表3),FHI数值越高,其保健效果越好.
五指山地区的NAIs平均浓度为(3541±882)个/cm3,最高浓度可达50451个/cm3.各点位的NAIC较高(表4),平均值均大于2100个/cm3,根据WHO的分级评价标准(表2),表明五指山的空气清新度达到Ⅵ级标准.
将本研究与国内其他不同类型森林地区的NAIC进行了对比分析(表5).研究认为当NAIC在700~1000个/cm3范围内时对人体具有保健作用[28],午潮山国家森林公园和北京九龙山NAIC低于保健作用临界值,济源南山森林公园的NAIC刚达到保健作用临界值.福建君子峰国家级自然保护区中的岩坑监测站、灵鹫山国家森林康养基地以及海南五指山热带雨林这些地区的NAIC均高于3000个/cm3,具有较高的浓度水平,是进行森林康养活动的理想场所.总体而言,五指山的NAIC处于较高水平,仅低于灵鹫山国家森林康养基地,与君子峰国家级自然保护区、尖峰岭热带山地雨林区较为接近,达到室内浓度水平的18倍,是国内其他森林地区的2~4倍.
各观测点位的NAIs平均浓度分布情况如图2所示,御景与桫椤公路差异不显著,而与其他点位有显著差异;御景(4987±2506)个/cm3、畅好乡(4945±27)个/cm3、大峡谷(3516±1464)个/cm3、亚泰雨林(3488±551)个/cm3等点位的NAIC明显高于毛纳村(3181±874)个/cm3、太平水库(2292±1005)个/cm3;琼州大学(2479±1048)个/cm3、森林湖(2283±790)个/cm3的NAIC水平较低,其植物群落结构主要由乔木-灌木-木本混合组成.御景和畅好乡的NAIC水平最高,大峡谷和亚泰雨林,桫椤公路(3061±1415)个/cm3、国家背景站(3025±1529)个/cm3与红峡谷(3071±813)个/cm3的NAIC水平相差不多.
不同海拔高度观测点位的NAIC差异(P<0.05)如图3所示.结果表明,NAIC均值随着海拔的升高呈现先增大后减少的趋势.4个海拔的NAIC平均值从高到低依次为600~800m(3284±1523)个/cm3、400~600m(3211±542)个/cm3、<400m(3133±1372)个/cm3、>800m(2752±1082)个/cm3,300~800m海拔高度处的NAIC显著高于800m以上的点位(P<0.05),海拔小于400m的点位、海拔在400~600m的点位以及海拔在600~800m的点位,其NAIC没有显著差异(P>0.05).海拔高度是影响NAIC的主要因素之一,海拔高度的变化通过改变林分内部的温度和相对湿度,间接对NAIC与气温、相对湿度的相关关系造成影响[15].一般而言,随着海拔的升高,环境中物种丰富度呈单调递减的趋势,从而影响NAIs的生成.已有研究发现,随着海拔上升,NAIC先上升后下降[43,44].在海拔较低处,靠近城市中心区域,人类活动较活跃,环境空气中污染物浓度高,空气中的负离子容易被吸附通过沉降去除,因此低海拔地区的NAIC一般较低.在中海拔地区,人类活动逐渐减少,且由于地形原因该区域的风速远小于高海拔地区,NAIs不易扩散,另外,该地区的温湿度等环境条件更适宜NAIs的生成及积累,从而使得该地区的NAIC达到较高值.在高海拔地区,环境空旷,山风增强,植被难以抑制空气的流动,导致NAIC较中海拔地区降低[43,45].
观测区域内以常绿阔叶林这类植物群落为主,因此对不同海拔高度常绿阔叶林的NAIC进行了对比分析,如图3(b)所示.结果表明,NAIC均值仍然呈现随着海拔的升高先增大后减小的规律.5个不同海拔梯度的NAIC平均值从高到低依次为630m(4500±2573)个/cm3,735m(3374±506)个/cm3,325m(3264±1454)个/cm3,465m(3234±835)个/cm3,840m(3127±1506)个/cm3,海拔高度为630m常绿阔叶林的NAIC显著高于其余海拔高度(P<0.05),海拔325、465、735和840m处的NAIC没有显著差异(P>0.05).
五指山地区近10年(2013~2023)的NAIC(数据来源:https://hnsthb.hainan.gov.cn/)呈现先升高后下降的年际变化趋势(图4).最大值出现在2017年(8317±535)个/cm3,2022年呈现最低值(3439±553)个/cm3.五指山的NAIC具有明显的季度变化特征,在2013~2016年间,第三季度的NAIC较高;在2017~2020年间,第二季度的NAIC最高.不同季度NAIC表现为第二季度>第三季度>第一季度>第四季度.第二季度普遍较高的NAIC可能与气象因子(温湿度高、光照强)、植物VOCs排放量大以及西南季风影响下空气质量优良有关.
不同点位的NAIC日变化趋势如图5所示.御景(图5(a))、毛纳村(图5(d))和森林湖(图5(g))的NAIC日变化规律均为双峰型:御景和毛纳村的NAIC整体表现为先下降后上升的趋势,而森林湖则表现为先下降后上升再下降的趋势.桫椤公路(图5(b))和红峡谷(图5(j))的NAIC呈单峰型变化,日变化整体均表现为先上升后下降.国家背景站(图5(c))呈现双峰型,在10:00和17:00达到峰值,且在中间时段变化幅度较小.太平水库(图5(e))、琼州大学(图5(f))、畅好乡(图5(h))、大峡谷-亚泰雨林(图5(i))的NAIC整体呈现下降的日变化趋势,峰值出现在早上,之后浓度下降到一定水平后波动相对平稳.整体来看,人类活动丰富的点位NAIC日变化趋势相对波动较小,而距离人类活动区域较远的点位NAIC日变化趋势相对波动较大.
NAIs具有促进植物生长、抑制病原菌活性的作用,特别是在浓度较高的环境下,五指山热带雨林地区的NAIC在早上和下午的浓度总体上较中午高,植物可能会吸收更多的NAIs,从而促进其生长和健康.此外,NAIs也可能参与到大气化学反应中,影响云的形成,对局部的气候产生影响.在一定的条件下,NAIs可以加速某些气体向固体颗粒转化的过程,从而增加空气中的颗粒物数量,为云的形成提供更多的凝结核.
不同林分类型NAIC差异如图6所示.四种林分的NAIC均值从高到低依次为针叶林(3369±995)个/cm3、常绿阔叶林(3109±1446)个/cm3、竹林(2955±252)个/cm3、落叶阔叶林(2941±1144)个/cm3.四种林分的NAIC存在一定差异,常绿阔叶林和针叶林的NAIC显著高于竹林(P<0.05).常绿阔叶林、落叶阔叶林以及针叶林之间没有显著差异.与阔叶林相比,针叶植物所具有的“尖端放电”作用,使得针叶林对空气中负离子的贡献率大于阔叶林,绿色针叶植物越多的区域,周围环境大气中的NAIC往往越高.本研究的结果与王顺利等[28]的研究一致,针叶林的NAIC高于常绿、落叶两种阔叶林.但是在马荣等[15]的研究中,午潮山国家森林公园总体表现出常绿、落叶两种阔叶林NAIC相对较高.一般地,常绿植物的光合产量要大于落叶植物,在本研究中,常绿阔叶林的NAIC要高于落叶阔叶林,与马荣等[15]的研究结果一致.目前,关于不同林分类型与NAIC之间的关系有待进一步研究,环境条件以及植物自身的生理特性都有一定影响.
对五指山NAIC与空气温度、相对湿度、风速以及PAR进行相关性分析(表6)发现,不同气象参数与NAIC具有不同的线性相关关系.通过双变量Spearman相关性双侧检验分析得到,五指山NAIC与相对湿度总体上呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),即相对湿度越大,NAIC越高,与王一荃等[30]的研究结论一致.NAIs主要以O2-(H2O)n的形式在空气中相对稳定地存在,当空气相对湿度增大时,O2-与水分子结合生成NAIs的机会增大[46].相对湿度可能通过以下方式影响NAIs的浓度:1)原子核凝结半径和结合速率的增加间接引起离子迁移率的降低,从而对NAIC产生影响;2)在雾的形成和消散过程中也可能会引起NAIs的产生[47];3)相对湿度增加使得水诱导的勒纳德效应增强,从而促进NAIs的产生[48].
本研究中NAIC与空气温度、风速呈负相关,与张曼义等[49]、郑诗禹[11]的研究结果一致.研究表明,当温度升高时,环境中的污染物会因为布朗运动而加速扩散,并在扩散过程中吸附大量NAIs,使其浓度降低.另外,随着温度的升高,植物的光合作用加强,释放出的氧气在紫外线辐射下易发生光电效应形成负氧离子,从而使NAIC升高[29,50].风速不断增大,可能会导致植物叶片内外的水汽压损耗增加,为了减少叶片内部水分的流失,植物会减小气孔的开度,从而影响NAIs的生成[12].但在本研究中,NAIC与风速的关系并不显著,原因可能与不同海拔高度的风速差异较大有关.
根据环境空气质量标准(GB3095-2012)所规定的浓度限值,观测时段五指山地区的O3(66µg/m3)、NO2(6µg/m3)、PM2.5(16µg/m3)、PM10(17µg/m3)均达到一级浓度限值标准.环境空气质量指数(AQI)可以反应空气的污染程度,观测时段五指山日均AQI为34,达到AQI技术规范(HJ 633-2012)的一级标准,空气质量为优.
将五指山NAIC与AQI、NO2、O3、PM1、PM2.5、PM10进行相关性分析(表6)发现,不同空气污染物、颗粒物浓度与NAIC具有不同的线性相关关系.通过双变量Spearman相关性双侧检验分析得到,NAIC与NO2呈负相关,与AQI和O3呈正相关,与Zhang等[51]在北戴河的研究结果一致.研究表明,在充足的光照下,NOx会因为发生光化学反应而生成一定量的O3,使大气中的O3浓度增加、NO2浓度下降,同时也会生成一定量的NAIs[52].
龚苗等[10]研究发现潜山国家森林公园的NAIC与PM2.5呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),但在其研究期间,也出现PM2.5与NAIC呈正相关的现象;李少宁等[53]发现北京西山国家森林公园的NAIC与PM2.5呈极显著负相关(P<0.01).研究表明,空气中带有负电荷的NAIs与正电荷的PM2.5等颗粒物会相互吸引,粘附成更大粒子后会发生沉降,从而使NAIC下降.但本研究中与前人的研究结论不同:NAIC与PM1、PM2.5、PM10为显著正相关(P<0.05).原因可能是本研究观测时期处于冬季,植被处于落叶期,树木的生理活动较春夏减弱,对于空气中颗粒物的调控能力减弱,且此时五指山地区处于旅游旺季,NAIs浓度受人为干扰的影响大于夏季,从而使得颗粒物与NAIs浓度呈现正相关[54].除此以外,NAIC还与研究区域、研究对象和监测点周围空气的流通状况等因素的差异有关.
观测期间各点位共检测出66种VOCs(图7),包括22种萜类化合物(异戊二烯、16种单萜烯、5种倍半萜烯)、19种烷烃、4种烯烃、15种芳香烃、6种含氧化合物.各点位的VOCs组成大致相同,以萜烯类化合物、含氧化合物为主,其占比高于80%.从整体上看,各点位的日均VOCs浓度大小依次为:国家背景站(38.05×10-9)>毛纳村(32.59×10-9)>御景酒店(31.34×10-9)>桫椤公路(30.26×10-9)>太平水库(28.46×10-9)>大峡谷(28.45×10-9)>琼州大学(28.34×10-9)>亚泰雨林(26.25×10-9)>森林湖(23.19×10-9)>畅好乡(21.94×10-9)>初保村(19.86×10-9)>红峡谷(18.44×10-9).
萜类化合物是非常重要的森林保健因子.植物排放的单萜烯(例如,α-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、桧烯等)能够镇痛、抗炎杀菌,广泛应用于医药原料中,倍半萜烯(例如,石竹烯、长叶烯等)同样具有杀菌消毒、抵抗炎症等健康效应.观测期间各点位环境空气中萜烯类化合物的浓度占比很高,均达到了70%以上.国家背景站的萜烯类化合物浓度最高(31.15×10-9),其次是毛纳村(25.00×10-9),初保村的萜烯类化合物浓度最低(12.95×10-9).国家背景站的萜烯类化合物主要为罗勒烯、莰烯、胡椒烯、长叶烯,浓度分别为2.10×10-9、2.02×10-9、1.84×10-9、1.79×10-9;毛纳村的萜烯类化合物以长叶烯、异长叶烯、β-石竹烯、胡椒烯为主,浓度分别为1.70×10-9、1.68×10-9、1.68×10-9、1.64×10-9.毛纳村环境空气中含氧化合物浓度最高,达到了6.93×10-9,其次是御景(6.59×10-9),亚泰雨林的含氧化合物浓度最低.毛纳村的含氧化合物主要为壬醛、辛醛,浓度分别为1.60×10-9、1.51×10-9;御景的含氧化合物以壬醛、辛醛为主,浓度分别为1.94×10-9、1.50×10-9.各采样点位的气象因子(气温、相对湿度、PAR等)、环境条件以及优势树种的不同使得其空气中VOCs的浓度和组成存在一定差异.
将五指山NAIC与VOCs(萜类、烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、含氧化合物)进行相关性分析(图8)发现,不同VOCs与NAIC具有不同的线性相关关系.通过双变量Spearman相关性双侧检验分析得到,五指山NAIC与倍半萜烯、芳香烃类化合物总体上呈负相关(P<0.05),与萜烯类化合物、单萜烯、烯烃类化合物呈正相关(P<0.05).选取各类VOCs中浓度较高的物质与NAIC进行相关性分析,萜烯类化合物中的异戊二烯、芳香烃类化合物中的苯以及烷烃类化合物中的2,3-二甲基丁烷与NAIC呈负相关(P<0.05),萜烯类化合物中的对伞花烃、β-石竹烯和烷烃类化合物中的环戊烷与NAIC呈正相关(P<0.05).徐晨等[55]研究了北京九龙山国家森林康养基地山楂-日本落叶松混交林NAIs与VOCs的关系,结果表明:混交林内NAIs与萜类、烯烃和芳香烃呈负相关,与烷烃呈正相关.NAIs中的氢氧自由基(OH•)可以和VOCs发生光化学反应,从而使林分内的VOCs含量下降,但同时OH•还可以和NOx反应生成HNO3,使得林分内NOx和OH•的含量下降,从而影响VOCs自身发生光化学反应的几率[56].
有研究发现只有当空气相对湿度这个影响NAIs的主导因素满足时,VOCs对NAIs的促进作用才会有效;在白天或者是相对干燥的环境条件下,NAIs的产生会受到限制,VOCs对其所造成的影响会被缩小,因此,相对于环境因素,VOCs对NAIs的影响相对较弱[57].目前对于NAIs与VOCs的研究少有报道,因此,关于VOCs如何影响NAIs生成的机制还有待进一步研究.
不同环境因素(如温度、湿度、风速等)之间的交互作用也会对NAIs的浓度变化产生一定的影响.例如,温度和相对湿度的交互作用会影响空气的饱和蒸汽压,进而影响NAIs的赋存形态和数量.另外,风速和风向的交互会改变局部气象流场的分布,从而对NAIs的扩散造成影响.总体上,NAIC受到多种环境因素的耦合影响,所观测到的NAIC是多因素动态平衡的结果.
表7所示,6个指标可归为2个相互独立的因子,其累计方差贡献率达到了65.28%.根据主成分得分矩阵可以看出,第一主成分(F1)主要反映了PM1浓度、PM2.5浓度、PM10浓度对FHI的作用,第二主成分(F2)主要反映了气候舒适度、NAIC、VOCs浓度对FHI的作用,两个主成分的方差贡献率分别为45.83%和19.45%.
在观测期间,该地区的FHI均值为0.55±0.12,3个时间段的FHI平均值从高到低依次为14:00(0.61±0.19)、17:00(0.56±0.29)、10:00(0.50±0.17).其中各点位FHI的时间变化如图9所示,从图中可以看出,采样点的FHI在一天中的不同时刻之间具有明显的变化特征.御景、国家背景站、毛纳村和森林湖的FHI在14:00达到峰值.桫椤公路、琼州大学和畅好乡的FHI呈现不断上升的日变化特征,在17:00达到最大值.大峡谷-亚泰雨林以及红峡谷-初保村的FHI呈现逐渐下降的日变化趋势,在10:00达到最大值.太平水库FHI日变化规律为V型,在14:00达到谷值,在10:00达到最大值.总体上,各典型林分FHI日间最高值多出现在14:00,其可能原因包括以下三个方面:一是FHI受空气悬浮颗粒物的影响,相对于中午来说,下午的空气悬浮颗粒物浓度较低,空气较为洁净.二是受NAIC影响,各观测点位的NAIC具有早晚低、中午前后高的变化规律.最后,植物源VOCs作为维持森林保健的重要物质,其浓度最高的时间主要在14:00前后,随着午后温度的升高以及光照强度的增加,植物源VOCs的有关合成酶活性增强,植物所排放的有机物也会随之增加.
各点位FHI日平均值变化波动幅度在0.340~0.694,最大值比最小值高51.0%.其中,毛纳村的FHI最高,而森林湖因为靠近市区,污染物浓度较其他地区高,因此FHI值远低于其他点位.根据表3的评价标准,除了红峡谷-初保村、太平水库、森林湖,其他点位均达到了Ⅱ级标准,综合保健效果较好,适宜开展森林康养活动.
五指山热带雨林不同海拔地区的FHI差异较小,从图10(a)可以看出,FHI随着海拔的增加呈现出先增大后减小再增加的趋势.四个不同海拔梯度的FHI按平均值大小依次为400~600m(0.67±0.13)、>800m(0.57±0.19)、<400m(0.53±0.26)、600~800m(0.51±0.22),每个海拔梯度之间的FHI差异不显著.不同林分类型FHI差异如图10(b)所示.其FHI均值从高到低依次为落叶阔叶林(0.73±0.19)、针叶林(0.71±0.17)、常绿阔叶林(0.51±0.21)、竹林(0.49±0.12),不同林分之间的FHI指数差异并不显著.
本研究为海南热带雨林开展森林康养的适宜时间和区域提供了一定的数据支持,以期更好地指导人们利用NAIs进行养生保健,改善身体状况.但是,本研究仅在干季对五指山地区进行了加强观测,并对影响因素作了简单的相关性分析.未来,应该覆盖更广泛的地理区域进行长期观测,对不同季节的研究结果进行对比分析.此外,可以利用数值模式、神经网络等工具对各影响因素进行更精细的分析,以探究NAIs的生成与演化机制.
4.1 海南五指山热带雨林地区2024年1月NAIs的平均浓度为3541个/cm3,所有监测点位的平均浓度均大于2100个/cm3,NAIs浓度等级达到WHO-Ⅵ级标准,空气清新程度为非常清新,有益于居民的身心健康.
4.2 针叶林的NAIC相对较高.NAIC随着海拔的升高呈现先增大后减少的趋势,中海拔区域(600~800m)的NAIC最高.常绿阔叶林的NAIC浓度在海拔630m最高.NAIC呈现“两峰一谷”日变化趋势,峰值主要出现在上午09:00~10:00以及下午的14:00~16:00,谷值出现在12:00前后.
4.3 相对湿度、大气颗粒物、萜烯类化合物、烯烃类化合物、芳香烃化合物是NAIC的主要环境影响因素.各点位共检测出66种VOCs,其中萜烯类化合物和含氧有机物占比最高(>80%).NAIC与相对湿度、大气颗粒物呈显著正相关,与VOCs中的倍半萜烯、芳香烃呈显著负相关,而与单萜烯、烯烃呈显著正相关.
4.4 构建了一种基于气候舒适度、颗粒物、NAIs、VOCs等指标的FHI计算方法,用以综合评价森林的生态保健功能,五指山各点位FHI日变化差异显著,大部分点位FHI下午高于上午,不同海拔和林分FHI差异不显著.
