This paper studies the routing design problem of inland river container liners. In accordance with the significant impact of loading volumes on the draft of inland ships, a strategy was proposed to optimize the last port of call on the ship's outbound route based on loading volumes. In view of the features that loaded containers can only be transported in one direction while empty containers can be transported in both directions on inland waterway, the node variables of empty containers were introduced. Then, two route design models considering cargo flow balance were established under two scenarios depending on whether the demand is divisible. Ten groups of real ships with different sizes on the Yangtze River were selected for example validation analysis. The results indicate that optimizing the last port of call for ships based on loading volumes and considering cargo flow balance are beneficial for improving the shipping company's voyage profits. Both the number of ships deployed on the route and the number of ports of call show a trend of first increasing and then remaining unchanged with the increase in the seasonal water depth of the Yangtze River channel or the decreases in the confidence level set by the shipping company. The shipping company's voyage profit also increases with water depth. The research conclusions can provide useful references for operation decision-making of shipping companies on inland waterway liner transportation.

针对内河集装箱班轮航线设计问题，根据装载量对内河船舶吃水影响显著的特点，提出了一种基于装载量优选船舶去程航线最后一个挂靠港的策略。结合内河重箱仅可单程而空箱可双程运输的特征，引入空箱节点变量，按照需求是否可分割两种情形，建立了两类考虑货流平衡的航线设计模型。选用长江上10组不同尺寸的实际船舶进行了算例验证分析。结果表明：基于装载量优选船舶去程最后一个挂靠港口，以及考虑货流平衡的空箱调运策略均有利于提高船公司航次利润；随着季节性长江航道水深的增加，以及船公司设置的置信水平的降低，航线配船数量和船舶挂靠港口数量均呈现先增加后保持不变的趋势，船公司航次利润也随之增加。研究结论可为船公司内河班轮运输决策提供有益的参考。
