Middle outrigger is the main support leg of tunnel erecting machine, and hydraulic system plays an important role in the erection process of prefabricated utility tunnel sections. To solve the problems of slow action and low positioning accuracy of hydraulic cylinder of middle outrigger, the hydraulic system of tunnel erecting machine is optimized through on-site experiments and AMESim simulation analysis. According to the erection process and hydraulic system principle of tunnel erecting machine, a preliminary analysis and on-site measurements of original middle outrigger hydraulic system are conducted, and an optimized system scheme applying high-frequency response proportional valve and accumulator is proposed. Then, the reasonable accumulator working parameters of optimized hydraulic system are explored, and the high-frequency response proportional valve control strategy based on feedforward compensation is studied. Finally, the optimized hydraulic system is simulated and compared with measurement data. The results show that the combination of high-frequency response proportional valve and accumulator can significantly improve the response characteristics and position control accuracy of hydraulic system. The hydraulic cylinder displacement of optimized system is increased by 82.2% within 0.5 s of system startup, and the maximum hoisting positioning error is ±2.0 mm, which can meet the erection and installation requirements of utility tunnels.

中支腿作为架廊机的主支撑腿,其液压系统在装配式综合管廊节段架设过程中起重要作用。为解决中支腿液压缸动作缓慢和定位精度低的问题,通过现场试验和AMESim仿真分析,对架廊机中支腿液压系统进行了优化。依据架廊机架设工艺及液压系统原理,对中支腿液压系统进行初步分析及现场测量,提出了采用高频响比例阀和蓄能器的系统优化方案。探究了优化液压系统的蓄能器合理工作参数,研究了基于前馈补偿的高频响比例阀控制策略。最后对优化系统进行仿真,并与现场测量数据进行对比分析。结果表明:高频响比例阀和蓄能器相结合可显著提升液压系统响应特性及位置控制精度,优化后系统启动0.5 s内液压缸位移提高82.2%,最大吊装定位误差为±2.0 mm,可满足综合管廊架设安装要求。

中支腿作为架廊机的主支撑腿,其液压系统在装配式综合管廊节段架设过程中起重要作用。为解决中支腿液压缸动作缓慢和定位精度低的问题,通过现场试验和AMESim仿真分析,对架廊机中支腿液压系统进行了优化。依据架廊机架设工艺及液压系统原理,对中支腿液压系统进行初步分析及现场测量,提出了采用高频响比例阀和蓄能器的系统优化方案。探究了优化液压系统的蓄能器合理工作参数,研究了基于前馈补偿的高频响比例阀控制策略。最后对优化系统进行仿真,并与现场测量数据进行对比分析。结果表明:高频响比例阀和蓄能器相结合可显著提升液压系统响应特性及位置控制精度,优化后系统启动0.5 s内液压缸位移提高82.2%,最大吊装定位误差为±2.0 mm,可满足综合管廊架设安装要求。

Middle outrigger is the main support leg of tunnel erecting machine, and hydraulic system plays an important role in the erection process of prefabricated utility tunnel sections. To solve the problems of slow action and low positioning accuracy of hydraulic cylinder of middle outrigger, the hydraulic system of tunnel erecting machine is optimized through on-site experiments and AMESim simulation analysis. According to the erection process and hydraulic system principle of tunnel erecting machine, a preliminary analysis and on-site measurements of original middle outrigger hydraulic system are conducted, and an optimized system scheme applying high-frequency response proportional valve and accumulator is proposed. Then, the reasonable accumulator working parameters of optimized hydraulic system are explored, and the high-frequency response proportional valve control strategy based on feedforward compensation is studied. Finally, the optimized hydraulic system is simulated and compared with measurement data. The results show that the combination of high-frequency response proportional valve and accumulator can significantly improve the response characteristics and position control accuracy of hydraulic system. The hydraulic cylinder displacement of optimized system is increased by 82.2% within 0.5 s of system startup, and the maximum hoisting positioning error is ±2.0 mm, which can meet the erection and installation requirements of utility tunnels.

架廊机作为装配式综合管廊架设的专用设备,其主要功能是利用起重天车将管廊节段高效精准地运送至拼装位置[1]。由于标准管廊节段尺寸大、吨位重,在管廊架设过程中,架廊机中支腿作为主支撑腿,在提廊过孔工况下中支腿承受载荷较大[2-3],支腿易出现动作缓慢、定位精度低的问题,直接影响架廊机的高效稳定工作。液压系统是架廊机支腿的关键组成部分,针对支腿液压系统进行分析及优化具有重要意义。
针对大型工程机械及起重设备液压系统的分析优化,诸多学者开展了相关研究。陈轶辉等[4]针对动力设备液压缸制动期间存在冲击作用及能量损耗问题,设计了一种以蓄能器为基础的能量回收装置。高蕾等[5]研究了采煤机液压支架液压系统中流量匹配及控制,为液压支架结构优化提供了参考。王留根等[6]针对架桥机支腿油缸在负载冲击下的失稳问题,开展了含气量对支腿液压系统的影响分析并提出了相应的解决方案。夏小松等[7]研究了不同工况下装载机全变量液压系统耗能情况。李德镇等[8]通过仿真分析探究了液压挖掘机回转系统中复位弹簧刚度对系统控制性能的影响。为提高船用起重机液压驱动系统的稳定性,吴汪洋等[9]研究了主动升沉补偿系统时延实时控制方法。
本研究以提高架廊机中支腿液压系统响应特性和定位精度为目标,分析原有液压系统性能,并与现场测量数据进行对比。采用蓄能器和高频响比例阀优化中支腿液压系统,探究蓄能器的最优工作性能,并针对高频响比例阀存在的非线性特性,采用基于前馈补偿的BP神经网络控制策略,进而构建优化液压系统AMESim模型并进行仿真分析,最后对优化前后中支腿液压系统进行现场测试,验证优化方案的有效性。
架廊机是装配式综合管廊吊装和铺设的专用设备,主要通过控制起重天车实现管廊节段横移、升降和旋转。架廊机模型如图1所示。
中支腿液压系统由液压泵站组、阀块组、管路、液压缸等组成,如图2所示。液压油经单向阀、压油过滤器后,由电磁换向阀控制进入液压缸,溢流阀设定和限制系统压力,卸荷阀实现液压泵的空载启动。在卸荷阀得电后系统压力跃升至溢流阀设定压力。液压缸外部安装平衡阀,保证支腿的调平动作,同时防止液压缸超速下降,使其平稳运行。回油过滤器去除油液中的杂质,防止杂质进入油箱。
依据架廊机中支腿液压系统原理,搭建的AMESim模型如图3所示,仿真参数见表1
仿真分析得到中支腿液压缸压力与位移如图4所示。
图4可知,液压缸有杆腔压力在10.3 s后增大至18 MPa,无杆腔压力在2.4 s内先增大至6.8 MPa后逐渐减小。液压缸位移在0.22 s前增长较慢,在10.3 s后增大至12.38 mm并保持稳定。速度在2.4 s后增大至0.012 m/s,之后逐渐降低。
采用传感器测量管廊节段横移过程中原有中支腿液压系统压力与液压缸位移。3次现场测量数据均值见表2
表2可知,在整机架设工况中,随着系统压力的逐渐增大,液压缸位移也在逐渐增大。在初始时,液压缸位移增长速度较慢,液压缸伸缩动作缓慢。系统压力增大至10 MPa后,液压缸位移增大速度加快。
综合仿真与现场测量结果分析,原有液压系统较稳定,但在初始动作时液压缸伸缩动作缓慢,系统响应速度较慢,存在较大的滞后性。
本研究采用高频响比例阀替代电磁换向阀控制液压缸的伸缩,同时增加蓄能器加快控制系统的瞬态响应特性。中支腿液压系统优化方案的原理如图5所示。
为提升设备稳定性,降低噪声,本研究采用气囊式蓄能器。蓄能器的状态变化[10]如下:
式中:p0为初始压力;V0为初始体积;p1为最高工作压力;V1为最高工作压力对应体积;p2为最低工作压力;V2为最低工作压力对应体积;n为气体多变指数;绝热过程n=1.4
体积差∆V=V2-V1为蓄能器供给系统的油液,由式(1)可得,初始体积V0如下:
在蓄能器工作时,为减轻蓄能器质量,p0不宜过小,同时为保护气囊,系统在最低压力工作时气囊不能与提升阀接触,因此初始压力p0应满足
利用AMESim分析蓄能器体积和预充压力对系统响应速率的影响。系统最低工作压力为8 MPa,根据式(3)可得蓄能器参数,见表3
采用表3数据分别对液压缸进行AMESim仿真,换向阀压力及液压缸位移结果分别如图6~图7所示。
图6~图7可知,蓄能器可以有效吸收压力,减少系统振荡效果。预充气压力p0越大,系统响应速度越快,但存在压力冲击峰值较高的问题。因此,为了保证系统快速性和稳定性,同时考虑压力冲击峰值,本研究选取第4组蓄能器工作参数。
高频响位置控制比例阀由弹簧、阀芯、阀套、电磁铁以及传感器组成,将位移传感器采集数据进行反馈,从而形成闭环系统。当阀处于中位时,各油口封闭且互不相通[11]
(1)高频响比例阀数学模型。
比例电磁铁在工作过程中,阀芯所受到的力方程如下:
式中:∆i为线圈电流;Ki为比例电磁铁电流-力系数。
比例阀线圈电流方程如下:
式中:u为线圈电压;R为线圈电阻;Ke为感应反电动势系数;∆x为阀芯位移;L线圈电感。
比例阀的力平衡方程如下:
式中:FL为负载力;Kf为稳态液动力刚度;mv为阀芯、衔铁和阀腔油液的质量;Bv为黏性阻尼系数;Bf为瞬态液动力阻尼系数。
对式(4)~式(6)进行拉式变换,可得到输出电压与阀芯位移的传递函数为
(2)基于前馈补偿的控制策略。
架廊机中支腿液压系统工况复杂,高频响比例阀具有非线性的特点,本研究采用基于前馈补偿的BP神经网络控制策略。
BP神经网络是一种具有反馈机制、非线性映射能力的神经网络,可对传统PID参数进行自动调节,消除比例电磁铁的非线性,结构如图8所示。

优化液压系统AMESim模型如图9所示。通过AMESim模型仿真分析,可得到优化前后液压缸位移对比曲线如图10所示。
图10可知,换向阀处于右位,优化前系统响应速度较慢,10.3 s后在12.38 mm处保持稳定。优化后系统在前0.5 s位移增长较快,液压缸位移达到6.63 mm。由于蓄能器可实现能量的转移和平衡,提高系统的稳定性与可靠性,0.5 s后液压缸位移增长速度逐渐减缓,20 s后在12.38 mm保持稳定。优化后中支腿液压系统响应速度显著提升,0.5 s内液压缸位移提高82.2%。
在试验现场对架廊机中支腿液压系统进行3次测量,得到改进前后液压系统在不同吊装高度下的定位误差数据均值见表4
表4可知,高频响比例阀和蓄能器均可提高系统定位精度,降低系统误差。现场针对不同提升高度进行3次测量,优化前系统定位误差均值在±14.0~22.0 mm,优化后系统定位精度得到了大幅提升,定位误差均值为±1.5~2.0 mm。通过综合仿真与现场测量可知,优化后系统可提高系统瞬态响应特性并提高系统定位精度,减少系统误差。试验发现增加蓄能器可提高设备稳定性,同时降低了系统噪声。
针对架廊机中支腿液压系统,采用高频响比例阀并增加蓄能器对系统进行优化,利用AMESim仿真分析,并与现场测量数据进行对比,得出如下结论:
(1)原有中支腿液压系统的液压缸位移在10.3 s内增大至12.38 mm后保持稳定,系统运行较稳定但响应速度较慢;
(2)优化后中支腿液压系统响应速度显著提高,系统启动0.5 s内液压缸位移提高了82.2%;
(3)高频响比例阀和蓄能器均可提高系统定位精度,减小系统误差,优化液压系统的最大定位误差为±2.0 mm,可满足装配式综合管廊架设安装的实际工作要求。
