In order to investigate the effect of tower slewing motion on tip displacement and to provide a basis for collecting tip displacement data to improve the accuracy of tower steel structure damage diagnosis, this paper adopts a tower physical structure experiment bench to select three different strokes of high, medium and low slewing speeds, and to collect tip displacement during slewing motion and static tip displacement. A characterization study of the tip displacement for slewing stroke and speed change was carried out; the structural response characteristics of the slewing motion were established and characterized by noise characterization coefficients. The experimental results show that the collected tip displacements are close to static displacements when the slewing stroke is larger, the slewing speed is slower, and the noise characterization coefficient is smaller than a set threshold. The purpose of this study is to avoid the influence of slewing motion on the real-time monitoring of structural damage, and to give a scientific basis for the setting of the data acquisition conditions for the required tower steel structure damage diagnosis.

为探究塔机回转运动对顶端位移的影响,给提高塔身钢结构损伤诊断准确性提供采集顶端位移数据的依据,采用搭建的塔机物理结构实验台选取了3种不同行程下的高、中、低3种回转速度,采集塔机回转运动过程中的顶端位移和静态的顶端位移,进行了回转行程和速度变化的顶端位移特征研究,建立了回转运动的结构响应特征,以噪声表征系数进行特征描述。实验结果表明:当回转行程越大、回转速度越慢并且噪声表征系数小于设定的阈值时,采集的顶端位移接近静态位移。该研究的目的是避免回转运动影响结构损伤的实时监测,为所需塔身钢结构损伤诊断数据采集条件的设定提供了科学依据。

为探究塔机回转运动对顶端位移的影响,给提高塔身钢结构损伤诊断准确性提供采集顶端位移数据的依据,采用搭建的塔机物理结构实验台选取了3种不同行程下的高、中、低3种回转速度,采集塔机回转运动过程中的顶端位移和静态的顶端位移,进行了回转行程和速度变化的顶端位移特征研究,建立了回转运动的结构响应特征,以噪声表征系数进行特征描述。实验结果表明:当回转行程越大、回转速度越慢并且噪声表征系数小于设定的阈值时,采集的顶端位移接近静态位移。该研究的目的是避免回转运动影响结构损伤的实时监测,为所需塔身钢结构损伤诊断数据采集条件的设定提供了科学依据。

In order to investigate the effect of tower slewing motion on tip displacement and to provide a basis for collecting tip displacement data to improve the accuracy of tower steel structure damage diagnosis, this paper adopts a tower physical structure experiment bench to select three different strokes of high, medium and low slewing speeds, and to collect tip displacement during slewing motion and static tip displacement. A characterization study of the tip displacement for slewing stroke and speed change was carried out; the structural response characteristics of the slewing motion were established and characterized by noise characterization coefficients. The experimental results show that the collected tip displacements are close to static displacements when the slewing stroke is larger, the slewing speed is slower, and the noise characterization coefficient is smaller than a set threshold. The purpose of this study is to avoid the influence of slewing motion on the real-time monitoring of structural damage, and to give a scientific basis for the setting of the data acquisition conditions for the required tower steel structure damage diagnosis.

随着社会经济的高速发展,塔式起重机(以下简称塔机)作为一种大型物料装卸设备,在工业生产、国防建设、人民生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用[1]。但是,由于塔机的工作环境差,且常年在重载、风载的条件下工作,其塔身极易发生损伤。近年来,塔机由于塔身损伤而引起的安全事故时有发生,为减少因塔机损伤带来的人员伤亡,对塔身损伤状态进行判断具有重要意义[2]
目前,国内针对起重机械钢结构损伤状态的检测方法主要有:旁军恒等[3]提出一种利用小波包对损伤进行识别的方法;周澍[4]提出一种基于神经网络对损伤进行识别的方法;安宏等[5]提出一种基于密度聚类诊断塔机钢结构损伤的方法;张会敏等[6]提出一种基于顶端轨迹图谱特征的塔身损伤状态和损伤程度的判断方法。以上方法在损伤检测中均取得一定效果,但也存在一些不足。例如,小波包分析虽然改善了小波分析的高频分辨问题,但是需要识别损伤前、后加速度的响应信号;神经网络方法需要大量有标签的数据进行模型训练,但是获取大量真实塔机损伤数据非常困难;聚类方法的聚类准确率较低;张会敏提出的基于顶端位移图谱特征的损伤识别方法分辨率较高,能快速判断损伤,但其是在静态的条件下进行的研究,然而在实际回转过程中,塔机回转运动产生的塔身钢结构扭转变形,对于塔身钢结构损伤诊断属于噪声,从而对顶端位移图谱产生较大的影响。同时,由于回转过程中的速度不同,在不同的回转时刻,图谱的变化也不稳定,致使损伤判别存在错判和漏判的可能。因此,本文通过对塔机回转运动的塔身顶端位移特征进行研究,找到能在回转运动中正确采集塔身顶端位移的依据,使回转运动不影响结构损伤的实时监测,进而提高塔机在回转运动中的钢结构损伤诊断准确率。
本文采用搭建的塔机物理结构实验台选取了3种不同行程下的高、中、低3种回转速度,采集塔机回转运动过程中的塔身顶端位移数据和静态顶端位移数据。通过对实验台回转运动实测数据分析,进行回转行程和速度变化的顶端位移特征研究,建立回转运动结构响应特征,以噪声表征系数进行特征描述。设定噪声表征系数阈值,当噪声表征系数小于阈值时,采集的顶端位移接近静态位移。本文为所需塔身钢结构损伤诊断数据采集条件的设定提供了科学依据。
在塔机回转过程中,以回转塔身主肢上的某点为监测点。采集监测点的顶端位移,为表述方便,建立模型坐标系X' Y' Z',以O'为坐标系原点,其中O'为塔身回转平面与塔身中心垂线的交点,塔身中心垂线为与垂直于地面且过塔身在地面固定截面的中心点的直线,坐标轴X'正方向为起重臂在平行于地面时远离塔身方向,坐标轴Z'正方向为垂直于地面向上,坐标轴Y'正方向为垂直于起重臂方向且与X'Z'轴符合右手螺旋法则,坐标系X' Y' Z'为随着塔机回转塔身而转动的动坐标系,建立的坐标系X' Y' Z'模型如图1所示。
塔身上部回转质量包括塔机金属结构自重、机械设备自重、电气设备自重以及附设在塔机上其他装置质量等载荷,塔机在静态、无风的工作状态下,塔身上部对塔身产生一个指向地心的正压力F和由偏心力引起的弯矩M,塔身因受弯矩M的影响会发生弯曲变形。若将塔身看成一个均质的弹性体,塔身可简化为如图2所示的悬臂梁模型[7]
假设塔身顶端沿XY轴的位移量分别为LXLY,则
式中:E为材料的弹性模量;MXMY分别为塔身在XY方向所受的弯矩,IXIY分别为塔身截面沿XY方向的惯性矩;h为塔身高度。
从式(1)、式(2)中可以看出,塔身顶端位移与塔身高度h、塔身受到的弯矩M、塔身本身的弹性模量E及塔身截面惯性矩I有关。对某一特定的塔机,其塔身高度h和弹性模量E为一定值。塔机在静态下,弯矩不会发生变化,此时的顶端位移可以较好地反映出塔身状态。在塔机回转过程中,因有加速度的存在,其上部回转质量必然对塔身产生惯性力,该惯性力导致弯矩发生变化,致使顶端位移产生变化。
考虑利用真实塔机获取一定条件下的顶端位移数据危险性较高,故进行塔机回转运动的塔身顶端位移特征研究,对QTZ40塔机的实际参数缩小到1/22倍,并对其结构进行了简化,搭建了塔机物理结构实验台。物理实验台实物如图3所示,模拟真实工作中的塔机并获取顶端位移基础分析数据集。在数据采集过程中,状态数据采集装置安装在塔机回转支承以上的回转部分,保证其采集的顶端位移为塔机相对坐标系中的信息。数据采集仪器外观如图4所示,该数据采集仪器为刚度仪[8],读取的数据为塔身顶端在图1中动坐标系X'Y'Z'下的位移(XY)。
本文基于上述搭建的物理实验台,在塔身完好状态和空载条件下采集顶端位移数据。设计了静态和回转运动实验,回转运动实验回转范围在30°~0°、60°~0°和90°~0°;回转行程为30°、60°和90°;回转速度为高速、中速、低速这3种速度,共9组实验,每组实验进行30次,共270次实验。静态实验是在塔机回转到一定度数后停止直到稳住,采集稳态的数据,因此静态数据更接近于理想状态,更好地反映塔身状态的数据。
通过实验中状态数据采集装置得到顶端位移数据(XY),比较回转运动和静态的塔身顶端位移,如图5所示。
通过图5(a)图5(b)可知,回转行程在30°和60°时,在高速、中速和低速下采集的顶端位移均偏离静态下采集的数据。由图5(c)可知,回转行程在90°时,采集的顶端位移接近静态下采集的数据。回转范围90°~0°的不同回转速度塔身顶端位移和静态的塔身顶端位移对比如图6所示。
通过图6(a)、图6(b)图6(c)可知,回转行程在90°时,回转速度越慢,采集的顶端位移越接近静态顶端位移。
回转运动会对塔式起重机塔身施加一个扭矩,塔身钢结构会产生扭转位移,同时,在不同的回转角度下,塔身钢结构作为悬臂梁承受弯矩、压力以及风荷载,产生响应的位移,这些位移统称为钢结构的载荷响应。塔机回转运动产生的塔身钢结构扭转变形,对于塔身钢结构损伤诊断属于噪声,建立回转运动的结构响应特征,对于提高塔身钢结构损伤诊断具有重要意义。

通过式(3)~式(5)得到上述9组实验的噪声表征系数,建立噪声表征系数如图7所示。由图7可知,回转速度为高速时,噪声表征系数整体明显大于中速和低速的噪声表征系数。塔机的回转范围在30°~0°和60°~0°时,中速和低速的噪声表征系数大小区别不明显;但在回转行程为90°时,低速明显小于中速的噪声表征系数。表明,当塔机回转行程大于90°时,回转速度越慢,因回转运动产生的塔身钢结构扭转变形对采集的顶端位移影响越小,采集的顶端位移越接近静态位移。但是,通过图7(c)可知,低速的噪声表征系数有波动,因此,设定一个采集稳定数据的噪声表征系数阈值K有必要。当塔机回转按照回转行程大于90°且以低速回转条件采集顶端位移时,得到的噪声表征系数Hδ小于阈值K时,所采集的顶端位移接近静态位移。全部实验的噪声表征系数平均值见表1,本实验中所得到的阈值K=0.166 4,取回转行程大于90°且以低速回转的噪声表征系数Hδ<0.166 4的回转运动位移与静态位移比较如图8所示。
通过图8可知,采集的回转运动的塔身顶端位移接近静态位移。因此,设定噪声表征系数阈值K有必要。K的取值大小主要依据特定塔机出厂时的状态和主要技术参数。
本文通过对塔机物理结构实验台回转运动实测数据分析,回转过程中,回转结构响应信息与回转速度关联度较大。本文通过进行回转行程和速度变化的顶端位移特征研究,当塔机回转行程越大、回转速度越慢时,顶端位移越接近静态位移。建立了回转运动的结构响应特征,以噪声表征系数进行特征描述,当塔机回转行程越大、回转速度越慢、噪声表征系数越小时,表明因回转运动产生的塔身钢结构扭转变形对采集的顶端位移影响越小。并且设定了噪声表征系数阈值,当噪声表征系数小于阈值时,采集的顶端位移接近静态位移。
通过对塔式起重机回转运动的塔身顶端位移特征进行研究,为所需塔身钢结构损伤诊断数据采集条件的设定提供了科学依据,对结构损伤的实时监测具有重要意义。
