In order to meet the operation requirements of the Tianjin trunk line water conveyance box culvert of the South to North Water Transfer Project, a special multifunctional operation vehicle is developed and its high precision control is realized. Firstly, the structure and working mechanism of the multifunctional operation vehicle are described, and its kinematics models are established respectively. Secondly, a cross coupling synchronization control strategy is proposed to solve the problem of vehicle body attitude deviation caused by speed non-synchronization in dual motor independent control. Finally, the system model of multifunctional vehicle is built and the simulation analysis of cross coupling synchronization control is completed. The results of software simulation and system engineering application show that the proposed cross coupling synchronous control strategy can effectively improve the non-synchronization errors of double motors and improve the attitude control accuracy of the multifunctional vehicle for box culverts, and has strong engineering practicability and application popularization.

为满足“南水北调”工程天津干线输水箱涵作业需求,研制一种多功能专用作业车并实现其高精度同步控制。首先,阐述多功能作业车的结构组成及工作机理,进而建立其运动学模型。其次,针对双电机独立控制存在速度不同步诱发的车体姿态偏移问题,给出一种多功能作业车交叉耦合同步控制策略。最后,搭建多功能作业车系统模型并完成交叉耦合同步控制仿真分析。软件仿真结果和系统工程应用表明,交叉耦合同步控制策略可以有效改善双电机不同步误差,提高箱涵专用多功能作业车姿态控制精度,具有非常强的工程实用性和应用推广性。

为满足“南水北调”工程天津干线输水箱涵作业需求,研制一种多功能专用作业车并实现其高精度同步控制。首先,阐述多功能作业车的结构组成及工作机理,进而建立其运动学模型。其次,针对双电机独立控制存在速度不同步诱发的车体姿态偏移问题,给出一种多功能作业车交叉耦合同步控制策略。最后,搭建多功能作业车系统模型并完成交叉耦合同步控制仿真分析。软件仿真结果和系统工程应用表明,交叉耦合同步控制策略可以有效改善双电机不同步误差,提高箱涵专用多功能作业车姿态控制精度,具有非常强的工程实用性和应用推广性。

In order to meet the operation requirements of the Tianjin trunk line water conveyance box culvert of the South to North Water Transfer Project, a special multifunctional operation vehicle is developed and its high precision control is realized. Firstly, the structure and working mechanism of the multifunctional operation vehicle are described, and its kinematics models are established respectively. Secondly, a cross coupling synchronization control strategy is proposed to solve the problem of vehicle body attitude deviation caused by speed non-synchronization in dual motor independent control. Finally, the system model of multifunctional vehicle is built and the simulation analysis of cross coupling synchronization control is completed. The results of software simulation and system engineering application show that the proposed cross coupling synchronous control strategy can effectively improve the non-synchronization errors of double motors and improve the attitude control accuracy of the multifunctional vehicle for box culverts, and has strong engineering practicability and application popularization.

“南水北调”工程是基于我国“南方水多、北方水少”自然情况提出的,以期实现“统筹兼顾、南北两利、水近其利、地尽其用”的目标。南水北调天津干线是保障天津市和雄安新区民生与经济的重要基础工程,天津干线采用全箱涵无压接有压全自流输水方案,输水箱涵需要定期检修作业以杜绝出现渗漏点以及发生箱涵基础不均匀沉降[1-4]
现行检修作业工作存在机械化程度低、保障条件不足、设备集成度低、安全隐患多、维修施工效率低等难题。为此,研制一种天津干线箱涵专用多功能作业车并实现高精度控制,对排空检修作业中大幅减小用工量、节省施工成本、加快施工进度、降低安全隐患具有重要意义。
关于双电机同步控制,业界进行了大量理论分析与工程应用研究,同步控制应用较多的包括并行同步控制、主从同步控制、交叉耦合同步控制等策略。其中并行同步控制因无闭环反馈措施从而控制精度不高,而主从同步控制中从电机相比主电机存在滞后,且从电机运行信息无法影响主电机,主从同步控制效果同样不能满足要求[5-7]。为满足天津干线箱涵内检修快速转场、运输需求,综合以上工程维修装备案例,亟须研制一种结构紧凑、自动化程度高、同步控制效果好的多功能专用检修作业车。
箱涵专用多功能作业车组成主要包括检修作业车、电缆车、泵车等部分,其中检修作业车是整个设备的核心,如图1所示。检修作业车主要包括驾驶室、折叠货架、驱动系统和载货平台等,如图2所示。检修作业车是整个设备的动力设备,其驱动系统内含2台直流伺服电机分别驱动左、右两侧行走轮,能够在不同工作状态下实现快速、慢速行走,360°大角度回转,25°爬坡,可减少操作人员数量,降低施工人员劳动强度,提高工作效率。
多功能检修作业车具有折叠货架,承载能力强,最大承载4套作业平台,主要装载多功能作业台架快速转场。此外,还能够承载施工人员及施工装备,快速到达施工工位。
多功能检修作业车设有剪刀形式升降平台,如图3所示,辅助施工人员搭建作业平台,作业车驾驶采用手柄驾驶系统,可减轻驾驶疲劳。同时,配备有遥控系统,可以离车操作。
根据箱涵结构和作业需求,确定多功能检修作业车主要设计参数,见表1
箱涵专用多功能作业车设计2台直流伺服电机独立控制2个驱动轮,直流伺服电机定子绕组电压方程组可表示为

多功能作业车逆时针转向示意如图4所示,车体速度v0决定于左、右驱动轮的速度vlvr。本节主要分析履带在壁面运动时的运动方程,车体宽度B和转弯半径R会影响左、右轮速之间的关系,如果不考虑滑行因素,可以得到其运动学模型为[8]
由式(3)可以得到车体转弯半径R和转向角速度ω0
控制vlvr的相对大小,可以实现多功能作业车的直行、左转或右转。需要直行时,在干扰影响下vlvr不相等,车体姿态会发生偏转而不能满足要求。实际上,多功能作业车的实时姿态信息可以以更明确的参数表示,为此建立底面固定坐标系和车体移动坐标系,分别为XOYxoy,如图5所示。
基于图5,可以得到多功能作业车实时点坐标(xtyt)和偏转角度如下:
对实时点坐标和偏转角度进行微分,可以得到
交叉耦合控制就是将2台电机速度误差分别乘以不同系数,并与参考速度输入叠加分别送入各自电机输入端,则左、右侧电机输入速度ωlt)和ωrt)分别为

基于建立的作业车数学模型,搭建系统Matlab/Simulink仿真模型如图6所示,输入参考速度1 500 r/min,左、右侧电机带动车体行进,跟踪速度差送至输入端实现交叉耦合控制。
并行同步控制就是分别在作业车左、右侧伺服电机输入相同参考速度1 500 r/min,在0.3 s时左、右侧电机施加不同的负载力矩干扰,电机实际转速取决于其内部结构、控制及外界扰动,两电机间不存在相互影响关系。仿真得到左、右侧电机转速及转速差vlvrEv响应曲线如图7所示,发现左、右侧电机可以在极短时间内达到1 500 r/min的目标速度,在0~0.3 s速度差曲线几乎为0,此时间段内两电机几乎完全同步。0.3 s时左侧电机由于转矩扰动较大,因而产生了较大的减速响应并在随后时间左侧电机小于右侧电机。
为定量衡量负载对作业车造成的影响,设定Tm=0 N·m和Tm=3 N·m,其余条件保持不变即设定目标转速为1 500 r/min,仿真得到作业车横、纵向位移对比如图8所示。可以发现,左、右侧伺服电机干扰力矩均为0 N·m时,车体在纵向位移即维修作业行走方向1 200 m时,横向位移为0 m,即左侧和右侧伺服电机几乎完全同步。但当左、右侧伺服电机干扰力矩不相等时,相同纵向位移时的横向位移达到了近15 m的较大位移,且在0.3 s前后横向位移增加速度变快,对作业车的安全高效施工造成不良影响。
为有效抑制并行同步控制下,作业车左、右侧伺服电机不同步而诱发的车体横向偏移较大问题,采用图7所示的交叉耦合控制方法,输入相同参考速度1 500 r/min。作业车相对纵向方向偏移角度如图9所示,在0.3 s前车体偏移较小,0.3 s时负载扰动导致左、右两侧伺服电机速度不再平衡,车体在横向发生位移,但在交叉耦合控制作用下,偏移影响逐渐降低并于6 s左右稳定于0.045 rad。
交叉耦合控制下,车体偏移角度得到了较好的控制,为进一步确定交叉耦合控制影响,仿真拟合得到交叉耦合控制下作业车横、纵向位移对比,如图10所示。可以发现:0.3 s前交叉控制和独立控制效果区别不大,原因在于此时左、右侧驱动电机转速差较小;而0.3 s后左、右侧驱动电机转速发生较大的区别,但交叉耦合控制可以将横向位移从25 m左右降至2 m左右,耦合控制不同步控制效果明显。
南水北调天津干线是保障天津市和雄安新区民生与经济的重要战略工程,研制了一种天津干线箱涵专用多功能作业车,并实现其高精度控制包括:
(1)行走轮采用伺服驱动系统能够在不同工作状态下快速、慢速行走,单人操作机器即可完成升降、前进、后退、转向等动作,实现25°爬坡,减少操作人员数量,降低施工人员劳动强度,提高工作效率。
(2)电机无级变速有效延长了蓄电池和电机的使用寿命,电机仅消耗工作时的能量。行走轮配备双伺服驱动系统可实现360°大角度回转,使得作业车具有优良的灵活性。
(3)基于双电机实时速度及速度差,采用交叉耦合控制算法进行作业车同步控制,在较长纵向位移下作业车横向位移和实时偏移角度均控制在较满意的范围内。
