In order to deal with the problems of single evaluation criteria and too subjective weight allocation in the evaluation scheme of module division, the evaluation criteria and calculation methods of module degree, module replaceable and module structural integrity of the product module division scheme were proposed. On this basis, multiple secondary evaluation indicators of module division were proposed to determine the weight allocation among evaluation criteria. The optimal and worst many criterion decision model in the distributed multiplicative preference environment is applied to determine the weight distribution of the relevant parameters in the method, and the will of all decision makers is comprehensively considered to make the final module division scheme more objective. Finally, the module division of the excavator working arm is used to verify the feasibility of the method.

为了应对模块划分评价方案中评价准则单一、权重分配过于主观等问题,提出了产品模块划分方案的模块度、模块可替换性、模块结构完整性的评价准则及其计算方法。在此基础上,提出多个二级模块划分评价指标,用以确定评价准则间的权重分配;应用了在分布式乘性偏好环境下的最优-最劣多准则决策模型,用于确定该方法中相关参数的权重分配问题;综合考虑了所有决策者的意愿,使最终模块划分方案更具客观性。最后,以挖掘机工作臂的模块划分验证了方法的可行性。

In order to deal with the problems of single evaluation criteria and too subjective weight allocation in the evaluation scheme of module division, the evaluation criteria and calculation methods of module degree, module replaceable and module structural integrity of the product module division scheme were proposed. On this basis, multiple secondary evaluation indicators of module division were proposed to determine the weight allocation among evaluation criteria. The optimal and worst many criterion decision model in the distributed multiplicative preference environment is applied to determine the weight distribution of the relevant parameters in the method, and the will of all decision makers is comprehensively considered to make the final module division scheme more objective. Finally, the module division of the excavator working arm is used to verify the feasibility of the method.

为应对产品快速设计生产的需求,对产品进行模块划分的方法已经在产品设计与制造领域广泛应用[1]。罗澄清等[2]通过对多轴线运输车进行模块化设计实现了产品的快速设计;王建正等[3]对产品进模块化设计实现了产品的绿色制造;文献[4]基于产品的物料清单提出了一种适用于复杂产品的模块划分方法。产品的模块划分方案不是唯一的,合理的划分才能够发挥其在产品设计生产中的作用,因此构建产品模块划分评价方案非常重要。刘丹等[5]将客户的需求偏好融入模块划分方案的指标选择,基于模糊层次分析法提出了一种多准则群决策的模块划分评价方法;魏文远[6]结合主客观综合权重法与逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)多方案优选方法,建立了一种方案多属性的模块划分评价体系。
针对模块划分方案的选取,本文提出了一种分布式乘性偏好环境下的多准则模块划分综合评价方法。该方法以模块度、模块可替换性和模块结构完整性等3个准则作为模块划分方案的评价标准,并利用分布式乘性偏好环境下的多准则决策模型,从产品的多个方面分配上述3个准则的权重。该方法降低了决策者的主观因素对模块划分方案的影响,使其能够适应更多应用场景的需求。
本研究提出了3个模块划分评价准则及其计算方法,并引入分布式乘性偏好环境下的最优-最劣多准则决策方法(best-worst method,BWM),用于计算在多影响因素下的模块划分评价准则的权重分配问题[7]
产品模块划分一般会产生多个划分方案,针对这一问题,在研究中综合分析产品的设计生产、装配维修、回收利用等方面,提出X={x1模块度;x2模块可替换性;x3模块结构完整性}3个评价准则来确定最佳模块划分方案。
以产品零部件数量为n的综合关联矩阵Pn×n为基础,提出模块内聚合度D1以及模块间聚合度D2的概念:
式中:Z为划分方案中的模块数;NnVn为第NV个模块中的零部件数;为模块N的模块内聚合度;为模块N中第i和第j个零部件对应的关联度值;为模块N与其他模块间的总关联度值;为模块N中第i个零部件和模块V中第j个零部件对应的关联度值,若零部件与自身的关联度记为1,则需减去这一数值。
据此提出了产品模块划分方案的模块度MD
式中:DI为方案中所有模块内聚合度之和;DW为方案中所有模块间聚合度之和;MD的取值范围是[-1,1],对MD进行归一化处理:
模块可替换性主要与模块内包含的零部件数量以及与其他零部件的关联数相关,这两者的数值越高则模块的可替换性越差。基于此,提出模块N可替换性MTN的计算方法:
式中:MTN为第N个模块的可替换性;n为产品总零部件数;mN为第N个模块包含的零部件数;m'N为产品其他零部件与第N个模块中零部件相关的数量。方案平均模块可替换性MT与归一化MTG分别为
模块结构完整性高的定义是在尽可能小的空间里使模块功能尽可能独立完成,且模块的安装难度要尽可能低。因此,提出以功能完整度、装配复杂度、空间占有率综合评价模块结构完整性。为了量化判断指标减少人为误差,咨询相关专家、产品设计人员和产品装配人员的意见制定了指标赋值定义,见表1
通过表1评价模块N的功能完整度、装配复杂度、空间占有率,获得其数值依次记为,则模块N的结构完整性为
式中:r1r2r3分别为功能完整度、装配复杂度、空间占有率3个评价指标的权重,且r1+r2+r3=1。模块划分方案的平均模块结构完整性指标MR计算公式为
式中:MRV为第V个模块的结构完整性,MR的取值范围是[0,1]。
除了上述模块划分评价准则外,引入模块划分二级评价指标Y={y1,设计复杂度;y2,维修难度;y3,模块重用度;y4,结构稳定性;y5,经济适用性;y6,环保性;y7,销售层;y8,客户层}用以确定前者在模块划分评价中所占的权重。该指标几乎涵盖了产品的全生命周期,使模块划分方案更具泛用性。
定义1 设评价准则集为Y={y1y2,…,ym},设A=(aij)m×mY×Y为定义在准则集上的分布式乘性偏好关系,其中aij={(bkfij(bk))|ijk=1,2,…,(m)k}表示指标yi相对于yj的分布式乘性偏好,bk为乘性偏好值,fij(bk)为乘性偏好值bk所占比例,且,(m)kaij中乘性偏好值的个数;根据文献[8]选取1~9比率标度作为乘性偏好值的取值标度,取值参考见表2
定义2 令分布式乘性偏好aij的期望为
设向量U=(u1u2,…,um)为指标集Y的权重向量,最优指标yB与其他指标比较获得最优指标比较向量PB=(aB1aB2,…,aBm),其他指标与最劣指标yW比较获得最劣指标比较向量PW=(a1Wa2W,…,amW),且aBB=1,aWW=1,权重分配最理想的情况是=E(aBi)且=E(aiW),参考BWM建立如式(13)所示优化模型,以求最佳权重分配方案。

求解模型1即可获得φ的值以及最优权重分配向量U。检验偏好一致性的计算公式为[9]
式中:CI为一致性指数,其取值可根据最优、最劣指标之间的比值获得,具体见表3
CR≤0.1时,认为偏好关系满足一致性要求;否则需调整偏好关系aBiaiW的取值,以使一致性指标达到一致性要求。
模块划分综合评价完整步骤如下:
步骤1 设Q=(Q1Q2,…,Qt)为模块划分方案集,通过上述计算方法获取各组划分方案的s=1,2,…,t)。
步骤2 获得二级评价指标间的分布式乘性偏好向量PBPW,同理确定在二级评价指标yii=1,2,…,8)下模块划分准则MDMTMR间的乘性偏好向量以及
步骤3 对上述向量依次使用模型1的方法求解二级评价指标权重U=(u1u2,…,u8)、对应指标下模块评价准则的权重,以及其对应的φ值;根据式(14)检验其是否符合一致性要求。
步骤4 利用如下公式可获得模块划分方案评价准则的综合权重ω=(ω1ω2ω3):
步骤5 通过如下公式计算各方案的综合评价指数并选取出最佳模块划分方案:
以挖掘机的工作臂装置来验证多准则模块划分综合评价方法的可行性。挖掘机工作臂的主要组成部件如图1所示。依据文献[10]中方法获取产品零部件综合关联矩阵L,如图2所示。
机电产品模块划分的最佳模块数应该在左右[11]n为产品零部件数量,因此选择其模块划分数备选方案为3、4、5组模块,参考文献[10]对综合关联矩阵L做层次聚类分析得到3组模块划分方案:

通过决策组:模块划分专家2人、产品设计人员2人、产品装配维修人员2人、产品销售人员2人以及客户意见2人,确定模块结构完整性最优指标为功能完整度MR1,最劣指标为装配复杂度MR2,并对各项指标做出对比评价,得到分布式乘性偏好向量数据(见表4)。利用式(13)中的模型1对模块结构完整性指标进行权重分配,求解得各指标权重为r1=0.637 2、r2=0.131 6、r3=0.231 2,φ=0.156 8,CR=0.068 2<0.1,满足一致性要求。结合决策组对3组方案模块结构完整性性指标的综合评分见表5

以1~9为乘性比例标度,综合决策组的意见选取最优指标为y4和最劣指标为y7,并给出模块划分二级评价指标集的分布式乘性偏好关系,见表7。利用模型1求解得二级模块评价指标的权重为U=(u1u2,…,u8)=(0.137 1,0.123 4,0.099 9,0.340 4,0.104 1,0.071 0,0.040 3,0.083 8),φ=0.440 8。由表2可知,CI=0.47,因此CR<0.1一致性检验通过。
同理,分别得到在指标yii=1,2,…,8)下模块划分准则集X={x1模块度;x2模块可替换性;x3模块结构完整性}的权重分配比例Ui以及对应的φi,依次为U1=(0.563 3,0.325 6,0.111 1),φ1=0.069 8;U2=(0.192 3,0.561 5,0.246 2),φ2=0.080 4;U3=(0.359 9,0.533 7,0.106 4),φ3=0.017 0;U4=(0.263 2,0.631 6,0.105 3),φ4=0.000 0;U5=(0.113 6,0.306 2,0.580 2),φ5=0.105 4;U6=(0.122 0,0.262 1,0.615 9),φ6=0.050 5;U7=(0.108 7,0.545 7,0.345 6),φ7=0.020 8;U8=(0.125 0,0.646 4,0.228 6),φ8=0.171 6。
由上述数据利用式(15)可得出3个模块评价准则之间的权重分配比例为ω=(0.264 0,0.508 9,0.229 3),通过式(16)可计算出3组模块划分方案的综合评价指数依次为MM1=0.638 6,MM2=0.598 2,MM3=0.572 3。对比3组数据发现,方案一的评价综合指数最高,因此选取方案一{动臂模块(1,2,3,4);斗杆模块(5,6,7,8,9,10);铲斗模块(11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20)}为最佳模块划分方案。
本文提出了一种基于分布式乘性偏好环境下的多准则模块划分综合评价方法,该方法以模块划分方案的模块度、模块可替换性以及模块结构完整性为基本评价准则,并通过决策组人员从设计复杂度、维修难度、模块重用度、结构稳定性、经济适用性、环保性、销售层、客户层8个维度综合评价3个划分准则的优劣程度,利用分布式乘性偏好环境下的BWM模型确定其权重,计算得出模块划分方案综合评价指数的取值,并确定待选方案中的最优方案。最后,以挖掘机工作臂的模块划分验证了该方法的可行性。
