In order to solve the problem that the trajectory is not straight when piecewise polynomial interpolation method is used to plan the trajectory of excavator's linear operation in joint space, which leads to the inaccurate trajectory, this paper proposes a quintic polynomial interpolation method based on multidimensional trajectory to realize the accurate trajectory of excavator's linear operation. While using Matlab to draw the relevant images in motion, ikunc function is used to optimize the inverse solution of each point in the motion process, and joint Angle trajectory smoothing algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to verify the minimum change of joint Angle in the optimal inverse solution of ikunc function. It is verified that the ikunc function is correct to obtain the minimum and best inverse solution of the joint Angle change, which indirectly achieves the energy optimal effect.

针对关节空间中使用分段的多项式插值方法对挖掘机直线作业的运动轨迹进行轨迹规划时,存在轨迹并非直线导致轨迹并不精准的问题,提出一种基于多维轨迹的五次多项式插值方法,实现挖掘机直线作业的精准轨迹。在使用Matlab绘制出运动时相关图像的同时,使用ikunc函数使得运动过程中各点求逆解最优化,并使用关节角度轨迹平滑处理算法和粒子群优化算法,对ikunc函数最优逆解关节角度变化最小进行验证,验证了ikunc函数对关节角度变化量最小、最佳求逆解的正确性,间接地达到了能量最优的效果。

针对关节空间中使用分段的多项式插值方法对挖掘机直线作业的运动轨迹进行轨迹规划时,存在轨迹并非直线导致轨迹并不精准的问题,提出一种基于多维轨迹的五次多项式插值方法,实现挖掘机直线作业的精准轨迹。在使用Matlab绘制出运动时相关图像的同时,使用ikunc函数使得运动过程中各点求逆解最优化,并使用关节角度轨迹平滑处理算法和粒子群优化算法,对ikunc函数最优逆解关节角度变化最小进行验证,验证了ikunc函数对关节角度变化量最小、最佳求逆解的正确性,间接地达到了能量最优的效果。

In order to solve the problem that the trajectory is not straight when piecewise polynomial interpolation method is used to plan the trajectory of excavator's linear operation in joint space, which leads to the inaccurate trajectory, this paper proposes a quintic polynomial interpolation method based on multidimensional trajectory to realize the accurate trajectory of excavator's linear operation. While using Matlab to draw the relevant images in motion, ikunc function is used to optimize the inverse solution of each point in the motion process, and joint Angle trajectory smoothing algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to verify the minimum change of joint Angle in the optimal inverse solution of ikunc function. It is verified that the ikunc function is correct to obtain the minimum and best inverse solution of the joint Angle change, which indirectly achieves the energy optimal effect.

挖掘机是一种重要的工程机械,广泛应用于矿山、建筑、道路、水利等领域[1]。在挖掘机的工作过程中,传统挖掘机以驾驶员为基础来完成各种动作,但这种方式存在以下问题[2]:①功率利用率低;②操作难度大,技术要求高,工作强度大;③工作环境恶劣、危险,水下、太空等领域人类无法直接进入;④视野受限,仅依靠驾驶员目测进行环境观察。轨迹规划是一个非常重要的问题,涉及挖掘机的精确控制和高效操作,直接影响到工程的质量和进度。因此,研究挖掘机轨迹规划具有重要的理论和实际意义。
目前,国内外典型的智能化挖掘机系统有美国卡内基梅隆大学的自主装载系统(autonomous loading system,ALS)[3],英国兰卡斯特大学的智能挖掘机系统(Lancaster University computerised intelligent excavator,LUCIE)[4],国内中南大学、浙江大学也有较为成熟的智能化挖掘机试验平台[5-6]
在关节空间中,挖掘机工作装置的运动轨迹通常是由关节角度控制的,因此在关节空间中无法直接控制挖掘机末端执行器沿着直线运动。本文以6 t单斗反铲液压挖掘机为研究对象,基于多维轨迹的五次多项式插值方法,使用ikunc函数求得轨迹运动中最优逆解,得到精准的直线轨迹,并使用关节角度轨迹平滑处理算法和粒子群优化算法验证了ikunc函数精准性。与常规的关节空间轨迹规划对比,结果表明,所提方法得到的轨迹更加精准。
将地面与动臂转动关节垂直距离称为d1,根据挖掘机的工作装置参数,得到挖掘机在D-H坐标系各种关系参数,如图1所示[5]
基于6 t挖掘机工作装置的已知条件,可得挖掘机工作装置的D-H参数见表1
4个参数的定义如下:
(1)连杆长度aixi轴方向上zi轴和zi+1轴之间的距离。
(2)连杆转角αi-1xi轴方向上zi轴和zi+1轴旋转的角度。
(3)连杆偏距dizi轴方向上xi-1轴到xi轴之间的距离。
(4)关节角θizi轴方向上xi-1轴到xi轴旋转的角度。
已知连杆坐标系和对应的连杆参数,将各相邻连杆之间的变换矩阵分别求出,然后把各连杆变换矩阵顺序相乘,可得末端连杆坐标系{n}相对于基坐标系{0}的连杆变换矩阵
根据表1的连杆参数,代入式(1)可得
因工况所需,可假设回转系统不动,即为第2个关节增加高度d1。将其余各连杆的变换矩阵依次相乘,可得挖掘机工作装置的正运动学方程为
式中:c234=cos (θ2+θ3+θ4);s234=sin (θ2+θ3+θ4);c23=cos (θ2+θ3);s23=sin (θ2+θ3);s2=sin θ2c2=cos θ2
通过式(6)求解可以得到挖掘机工作装置正运动学的解为
求解逆运动学方程时,从开始求解关节角度。已知矩阵中各个元素的数值,使用左乘矩阵,使方程右边不再包括这个角度,得到产生角度的正弦值和余弦值的元素,进而求得相应的角度。然后通过移项以及齐次变换矩阵逆矩阵的性质,即可解出逆运动学方程,即
图2可知,AB为动臂液压缸,建立动臂关节角θ2与动臂液压缸行程λ1关系为[6]
图3可知,DE为斗杆液压缸,斗杆关节角θ3与斗杆液压缸行程λ2的关系为
图4可知,GM为铲斗液压缸,铲斗关节角θ4与铲斗液压缸行程λ3的关系为
根据D-H坐标系,从(5,0,0)点到(2,0,0)点进行平地作业,起始点铲斗姿态为(0,0,–50°),终点姿态为(0,0,–100°),平地作业起始点和终点坐标与关节角的转换见表2
铲斗关节角度小且变化也小,在实际平地工况中,铲斗关节几乎不动,符合实际工况。
上文建立了D-H坐标系,进行运动学分析,而后可以进行轨迹规划。使用Matlab中的Robotic Toolbox工具箱进行轨迹规划建模,其理论是基于上节已建立的D-H坐标系和运动学分析。
首先,建立挖掘机工作装置简易模型,使用五次多项式插值[7]进行关节空间轨迹规划[8-9],在0~10 s内进行51次插值,使用jtraj函数进行轨迹规划,得出关节空间下动臂关节、斗杆关节、铲斗关节的角度随时间变化图像,如图5所示,获得的轨迹如图6所示。
使用函数fkine(q),并由图6可知,轨迹中最低点为–0.319 7,即进行平地工况轨迹规划的时,挖掘机向下最深挖319.7 mm。
若使用多段多项式插值进行轨迹规划,只是将多段光滑的曲线相连接去逼近一条直线。
由此可见,挖掘机在此轨迹规划下的实际平地工况作业时,误差较大,不能很好地实现平地工作。
由上文可知,在关节空间轨迹规划时,无论使用单段多项式轨迹规划还是分段多项式轨迹规划,铲斗运动轨迹都是一条光滑的曲线,而平地工作需要的是一条笔直的直线。相比之下,多维轨迹规划mtraj是Matlab机器人工具箱中的一个函数,用于生成多维多项式轨迹。mtraj函数可以生成各种形状的运动轨迹,包括直线、圆弧、椭圆等,其通过多项式函数来描述物体在空间中的运动轨迹,这种轨迹具有平滑性和连续性,适合用于机器人的路径规划和控制。本文使用多维轨迹规划,使用第2章方法,在Matlab中搭建挖掘机工作装置模型。
规定好铲斗末端位姿后,使用mtraj函数生成机械臂轨迹,进行五次多项式直线插补,设置时间10 s。如图7所示,挖掘机铲斗轨迹为一条直线,符合平地工况要求。
在关节空间轨迹规划下,大多采用的是ikine函数,而ikine函数采用的是数值求解方法,默认使用Levenberg-Marquardt算法进行求解,通过迭代求解机器人的逆运动学解。ikine函数可以用于求解一般的、多自由度的机器人逆运动学问题。
本文使用的是ikunc函数,使用ikunc函数对平地工况时各个关节角度进行最优逆解。ikunc函数使用数值方法求解逆运动学问题,其通过数值迭代的方式不断调整关节角度,直到机械臂的末端可以达到期望的位姿。在数值迭代的过程中,ikunc函数会根据机械臂的正运动学方程计算末端位姿,并计算末端位姿与期望位姿之间的误差。然后,ikunc函数会根据误差大小和梯度信息,不断调整关节角度,使得误差逐渐缩小,直到满足指定精度要求或迭代次数达到最大值。
多维轨迹规划主要步骤:①定义工作装置的连杆参数;②显示工作装置的初始位置,即起始点;③定义2个位姿和欧拉角,分别表示机械臂的起始点和终止点,以及起始姿态和终止姿态,生成时间向量,并使用mtraj函数生成欧拉角和位姿的轨迹;④将欧拉角和位姿的轨迹合并为位姿矩阵的轨迹;⑤使用ikunc函数求解工作装置的逆运动学解,并控制工作装置运动到目标位姿;⑥计算工作装置的关节角度的轨迹。关节角速度和关节角加速度,通过计算相邻时刻的关节角度差来求得。
最终结果是通过工作装置的运动轨迹以及关节角度轨迹,实现了工作装置的路径规划和运动控制。其中,轨迹规划采用了基于欧拉角和位姿的轨迹规划方法,工作装置的运动控制采用了ikunc函数求解逆运动学解。
由ikunc函数求得逆解的关节角度随时间变化曲线如图8所示。
参照式(9)~式(11),输入到Matlab中可得液压缸行程变化曲线,如图9所示。
首先,使用optimize_joint_angles函数对机械臂的关节角度轨迹进行优化,使得机械臂在执行末端运动轨迹时的关节角度变化更加平滑[10]
optimize_joint_angles函数是一个用于优化机械臂关节角度轨迹的函数。该函数的输入参数为机械臂的关节角度轨迹,输出参数为优化后的关节角度轨迹Q_optimized。
该函数的主要思路是使用差分的方法计算相邻3个时刻的关节角度差,然后通过一定的比例系数进行平滑处理,最终得到优化后的关节角度变化图像如图10所示。
图10可知,优化后的关节角度曲线与优化前的关节角度曲线基本重合。由仿真得到的数据来看,优化后关节角度与优化前关节角度变化≤0.001 rad。验证了ikunc函数最优逆解的准确性。
particleswarm是Matlab中的一个优化函数,用于求解具有多个变量的非线性优化问题。该函数使用粒子群优化算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO)[11]来搜索最优解。目标函数为关节角度的误差平方和。关节将变量范围(关节角度上下限)作为限制条件,输入Matlab中,进行仿真验证。各关节角度上下限见表3。关节角度变化曲线如图11所示,优化结果相似。
(1)本文使用多维轨迹规划对6 t挖掘机铲斗进行轨迹规划。结果表明,使用多维轨迹规划,轨迹呈一条直线,更好地接近平地工况。在实际应用时,根据获得的各液压缸伸缩长度变化曲线即可对挖掘机进行控制。
(2)使用2种算法对ikunc最优关节求逆解函数进行验证,结果相同,得到了ikunc求逆解关节顺滑且关节角度变化最低的正确性,关节角度变化量小亦可实现能量最优。
(3)研究结果对挖掘机直线作业工况的轨迹规划具有极强的指导意义和参考价值。
