This paper starts from the content of intelligent control technology, introduces various intelligent control technology theories and methods, and discusses the application of intelligent control technology in various construction machinery according to intelligent technology methods. At the same time, the key problems and technical system of future construction machinery under intelligent control are analyzed and studied, which provides reference for the intelligent development of construction machinery control technology.

近年来,智能控制技术在现代工程研究领域占据了越来越重要地位,伴随着人工智能技术兴起,为工程机械实现智能化控制提供更多可能。在智能技术发展过程中,工程机械系统控制精度的提高确保工业生产更为可靠安全,提高了企业生产效率。本文从智能控制技术的内容出发,介绍了各种智能控制技术理论方法,并根据智能技术方法,探讨了智能控制技术在各类工程机械中的应用。同时,分析研究了未来工程机械在智能化控制下的关键性问题和技术体系,为工程机械控制技术智能化发展提供参考。

In recent years, intelligent control technology has occupied an increasingly significant position in the field of modern engineering research. With the rise of artificial intelligence technology, it provides more possibilities for construction machinery to realize intelligent control. In the development process of intelligent technology, the control accuracy of construction machinery system is improved, industrial production is more reliable and safe, and the production efficiency of enterprises is improved. This paper starts from the content of intelligent control technology, introduces various intelligent control technology theories and methods, and discusses the application of intelligent control technology in various construction machinery according to intelligent technology methods. At the same time, the key problems and technical system of future construction machinery under intelligent control are analyzed and studied, which provides reference for the intelligent development of construction machinery control technology.

自20世纪中叶以来,随着工业经济的飞速发展,我国工程机械由萌芽时期到快速发展阶段再到稳定发展阶段,如今我国工程机械发展已经进入了新时代[1]。在智能制造2025的时代背景下,智能控制技术应用在工程机械领域中已经十分普及,互联网+制造业给工程机械行业发展带来了新机遇[2]。如今信息数据全球互联,各行各业都在寻求智能化发展机会,工程机械发展也进入了新阶段[3]。当前我国智能化发展趋势良好,但实现我国企业机械工程总体智能化还需要很长时间。在目前的科学技术发展状态下,国内还有很多企业并没有实现智能化,工程生产主要还是依赖传统制造方式,但好在工程机械控制系统不断借鉴国内外优秀发展经验,改革创新,并将工业智能化作为未来的发展目标。
人工智能控制技术在系统算法、理论分析方法等方面已经取得了许多突出性成就,对工业控制、建筑自动化、能源管理、风力发电和航空航天等众多领域都拥有非常重要的应用价值[4]。机械工程领域利用智能控制技术打造的控制系统,通过程序下达指令已经开始逐步取代人工控制。智能控制系统通过智能分析完成对机器自动控制,并在处理数据时进行数据采集和反馈,并进行归纳分析,以确保系统在最佳状态运行[5]。而且随着产品精密化,工程机械对于控制系统的精度要求越来越高,从线性系统到非线性系统控制,从单信号输入输出控制系统到多信号输入输出系统,融合应用了多种智能控制理论方法[6-7]。为提高机电设备与智能控制技术的融合,仍需要不断提高技术壁垒,使得机械智能制造技术、计算机自动控制技术和传感器测量技术等智能化技术相互结合,为工程机械向着智能化发展提供技术支撑[8],提高工程机械人机交互[9]和可靠性[10-12]
本文在总结各智能控制技术内容特点的基础上,分析了各种基础智能控制理论方法,根据智能控制技术在工程机械上面对的问题和应用发展需求,提出了后续工程机械智能控制技术研究关键技术体系,并对未来工程机械现智能化发展方向做出展望。
专家系统(expert control,EC)是由Feigenbanm创立的一种集人工智能和计算机处理技术,通过模拟领域专家的处理经验进行决策判断的过程,用来解决那些有待处理的复杂问题。该技术避免了需要专家亲临处理问题,节省了专家资源和成本。专家系统基本结构如图1所示,专家系统的决策优缺点见表1
模糊控制(fuzzy control,FC)是由Zadeh提出的一种非线性的智能控制方法,通过将控制目标模糊化,利用人类的知识库进行模糊控制,具体表现形式满足“if条件/then结果”,简单来说就是进行条件语言控制。其中,模糊控制器是其核心,模糊控制基本结构如图2所示,模糊控制优缺点见表2
遗传控制算法(genetic control algorithm,GCA)是一种基于达尔文进化理论的智能优化算法,其基本原理就是通过模拟自然种群遗传突变的自然选择过程,不断进化种群以达到最优解。遗传控制算法基本步骤流程如图3所示,遗传控制算法的优缺点见表3
人工神经网络(artificial neural networks,ANN)是基于神经科学提出的一种人工智能控制理论研究方法,通过各个神经元之间相互连接节点代表输出函数,在现实状况下自动改变神经节点之间的加权值,便于解出更加符合现实状况的结果[13]。神经网络常用于解决非线性多目标函数和应对复杂环境系统问题,典型的神经网络结构如图4所示,神经网络控制的优缺点见表4
除了在智能控制技术方法中常用的专家控制系统、模糊控制技术、遗传算法和神经网络控制之外,还有许多智能技术应用在工程机械控制系统中,如人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)、机器学习(machine learning,ML)、强化学习(reinforcement learning,RL)、深度学习(deep learning,DL)和其他智能优化算法(intelligent optimization algorithm,IOA)等[14]。面对复杂系统,单一的控制技术已经不能满足控制需求,现如今各种智能控制技术融合发展,为各个领域发展提供全新的发展机会,应用智能化技术控制工程机械也有了越来越多的优化方案。
工程机械智能化控制通过运用计算机操作系统对工况进行分析,通过程序设定实现工程机械控制、识别、运算、检测和监控等操作。在数控机床方面,数控机床作为智能制造行业的关键设备,文献[15]基于数控加工的专家系统,根据可行产品工艺实现制造过程可持续性,提高了产品成本效益、能源和辅助材料使用效率;文献[16]提出一种逆PageRank算法来评估数控机床元件故障传播风险,结果与典型事件基本一致,符合专家判断。
工程机械大多是重型机械,如挖掘机、压路机、推土机、塔式起重机和施工升降机等。在挖掘机方面,文献[17]采用计算机视觉技术和卷积神经网络对挖掘机活动进行分类,提高了建筑施工自动化与连续监测能力,降低了施工生产成本;文献[18]运用多体动力学(multibody dynamics,MBD)和离散单元法(discrete element method,DEM)的结合基于功能模型接口(FMI)联合仿真,捕获更新的材料行为和设备行为,并预测设备性能,进行精准监控。
在压路机方面,压路机设备主要依赖传感器技术检测,结合工作环境进行调节振动频率,进行地面压实。文献[19]采用多目标遗传算法设计了一种新型驾驶隔离器,改善振动压力机的行驶品质;文献[20]采用模糊控制的增强油气悬置(HPM)进一步增强所使用的振动压路机驾驶室的平顺性。
在推土机方面,自动控制技术和人工智能技术的蓬勃发展使得人们对无人驾驶系统产生浓厚的研究兴趣,但无人驾驶系统研究领域主要集中在道路车辆。文献[21]基于多传感器融合技术,将无人驾驶系统研究应用于推土机工路径跟踪与位姿估计,提高了工程施工安全和质量。
在塔式起重机方面,其关键技术要求塔式起重机精确地跟踪规划的路径,并将有效载荷定位在指定的目标位置。文献[22]基于计算机视觉(CVB),提出了一种利用单目远场相机对塔机和吊钩进行实时识别和定位的框架,取得了较高的精度,有助于安全管理和生产率分析的发展。文献[23]在不永久集成额外传感器的情况下,基于数据的路径误差预测与补偿模型,减小了自动化塔式起重机路径误差,提高施工生产效率。
在施工升降机方面,文献[24]采用深度强化学习和深度Q网络(DQN)实现施工升降机系统自动控制,增加高层建筑施工现场多个提升机的提升性能,有助于缩短工程进度;文献[25]采用NVH优化降低驱动系统振动噪声,对施工升降机驱动系统振动噪声预测与控制,降低了施工升降机故障发生率。在机械工程控制领域下,研究人员通过运用智能控制理论方法并不断优化改进,使得工程机械朝着智能化控制方向发展。
目前工程机械智能化通过使用自动控制系统和智能监测技术虽然做到了工程机械作业施工,但面对更加复杂和艰苦的工作环境,仍无法达到更高的要求,大型机械施工在细节处理上也无法十分精确。同时,在工程机械智能化发展过程中依然存在一些关键性问题:①技术研究资金投入问题,大型机械设备造价昂贵,企业进行设备更新换代十分困难复杂,技术水平影响智能化进程的快慢;②系统软硬件问题,随着机械系统智能化,硬件系统结构也随之增多,软件程序逻辑控制需求也越来越高,使得结构非常复杂,系统的稳定性和可靠性也随之影响;③智能化机械维修问题,随着工程技术结构复杂,机械结构也变得越来越精密,维修管理人才也变得十分重要;④机械与人工智能契合度问题,应对突发事件,机械始终无法做到像人一样思考,无法完全实现智能化。
未来工程机械系统是一种实现主动感知、自我辨别和主动决策的智能化系统。在智能化进程下,工程机械不需要人员参与现场施工就可以正常实现工程运作。计算机处理系统通过各类传感器采集现场信息,并通过程序分析自主制定施工策略。在智能控制系统下的工程机械数据网络与接口技术、工程机械自主控制技术、工程机械实时监管技术、工程作业质量判断技术、工程机械故障诊断与解决技术和工程机械机群调度技术共同运作构成工程机械智能化基础技术体系。
智能化时代全面降临,信息科技发展影响着各个领域,智能化革命促进着产业优化升级,在未来多智能控制技术融合发展的趋势下,工程机械系统必然朝着数字化、信息化和智能化发展。智能控制技术作为工程机械设备控制系统中的关键技术之一,其应用实现了对工程机械设备的自主控制、智能监测和产品优化,提高了工程机械设备的安全性能和施工效率。基于当前智能化工程机械应用状况和存在的问题,探讨工程机械未来智能发展趋势,能够为工程机械智能化发展提供方向。同时,企业应合理应对工程机械智能化发展,注意规避智能化工程机械存在的弊端,合理分配智能化工程机械使用成本,灵活应对未来工程机械智能化发展。
