In order to explore the safety threat of slope deformation to transmission lines, taking the transmission tower-line system as the research object, the overall finite element model of the tower-line system considering soil-structure interaction (SSI) effect is established, and the rationality of the numerical analysis model is verified based on the field measured data. On this basis, considering the relationship between the slope deformation area and the spatial position of the tower and the influence of the slope deformation angle, the response law of the stress characteristics of the tower-line system to the slope deformation is explored. The results show that when the towers are located above, below and inside the slope deformation body respectively, the failure mode and deformation resistance of the upper tower line system are significantly different. And with the increase of slope deformation angle, compared with horizontal slope deformation, the anti-deformation ability of tower-line system will decrease by 25%-50%. When the tower is located outside the slope deformation body, the anti-deformation ability of tower-line system will decrease most seriously, with the decrease range of 33%-50%.

为探究边坡变形对输电线路的安全威胁,以某输电塔线体系为研究对象,建立考虑土-结构相互作用(SSI)效应的塔线体系整体有限元模型,并基于现场实测数据验证了数值分析模型的合理性。在此基础上,考虑边坡变形区域与铁塔空间位置关系以及边坡变形角度的影响,探究塔线体系受力特性对边坡变形的响应规律。结果表明:当铁塔分别位于边坡变形体以外上方、下方和边坡变形体内部时,上部塔线体系的失效方式和抗变形能力有显著差异;且随着边坡变形角度的增大,与水平边坡变形相比,塔线体系抗变形能力会下降25%~50%;当铁塔位于边坡变形体以外下方时,塔线体系抗变形能力下降最严重,下降幅度在33%~50%之间。

为探究边坡变形对输电线路的安全威胁,以某输电塔线体系为研究对象,建立考虑土-结构相互作用(SSI)效应的塔线体系整体有限元模型,并基于现场实测数据验证了数值分析模型的合理性。在此基础上,考虑边坡变形区域与铁塔空间位置关系以及边坡变形角度的影响,探究塔线体系受力特性对边坡变形的响应规律。结果表明:当铁塔分别位于边坡变形体以外上方、下方和边坡变形体内部时,上部塔线体系的失效方式和抗变形能力有显著差异;且随着边坡变形角度的增大,与水平边坡变形相比,塔线体系抗变形能力会下降25%~50%;当铁塔位于边坡变形体以外下方时,塔线体系抗变形能力下降最严重,下降幅度在33%~50%之间。

In order to explore the safety threat of slope deformation to transmission lines, taking the transmission tower-line system as the research object, the overall finite element model of the tower-line system considering soil-structure interaction (SSI) effect is established, and the rationality of the numerical analysis model is verified based on the field measured data. On this basis, considering the relationship between the slope deformation area and the spatial position of the tower and the influence of the slope deformation angle, the response law of the stress characteristics of the tower-line system to the slope deformation is explored. The results show that when the towers are located above, below and inside the slope deformation body respectively, the failure mode and deformation resistance of the upper tower line system are significantly different. And with the increase of slope deformation angle, compared with horizontal slope deformation, the anti-deformation ability of tower-line system will decrease by 25%-50%. When the tower is located outside the slope deformation body, the anti-deformation ability of tower-line system will decrease most seriously, with the decrease range of 33%-50%.

随着我国输电线路电压等级逐渐提高,输电铁塔日趋呈现高耸、负荷大、柔性强的特点,但由于铁塔的高柔性、塔线耦合作用,地基、基础和上部结构的相互作用(soil-structure interaction,SSI)效应,分布于山区滑坡多发地带的输电塔线体系对边坡变形的激励作用较为敏感,输电铁塔很容易发生杆件屈服和失稳等现象[1-2]。因此,探究滑坡区输电塔线体系抗边坡变形能力,确保滑坡区输电线路正常稳定运行具有实际工程意义。
为探究滑坡区输电线路的安全性,国内外学者已经开展了一些研究,并为本文的研究提供了启发作用。周永强等[3]、黄晨忱等[4]分析了不同边坡变形对杆塔基础变形的影响规律,研究发现杆塔基础与滑坡的相对位置关系会影响杆塔基础的破坏模式。王彦海等[5]、郑武略等[6]探究了单腿和双腿发生沉降、倾斜以及不同方向水平滑移对铁塔杆件最大应力、倾斜度的影响规律,提出了滑坡区输电线路安全性评估方法。文献[7-10]通过数值分析与模型试验分析了斜方向水平地表变形引起的双腿水平滑移对采空区输电铁塔杆件的受力特性的影响,初步揭示了采空区水平地表变形与铁塔破坏形式之间的规律。Yang等[11-12]基于现场实测的铁塔不均匀沉降数据,探究单腿沉降以及三腿不均匀沉降对煤矿采空区上方的输电铁塔杆件应力的影响,并由此提出了采空区输电线路的维护方案。
综上所述,目前研究仅针对单腿或者某一侧塔腿支座位移,对塔线体系的影响进行分析,而未考虑边坡变形对整个塔基造成影响的实际情况;且在数值试验分析过程中均未合理考虑塔线体系、基础和地基之间的协同作用对铁塔整体受力和变形的影响。为此,本文以位于滑坡体上的输电塔线体系为研究对象,建立考虑SSI效应的输电塔线体系整体有限元模型,重点研究在不同边坡变形作用下,边坡变形区域与铁塔空间位置关系以及边坡变形角度对塔线体系承载力的影响规律,并在此基础上给出了塔腿支座位移与上部铁塔结构变形之间的关系,可为滑坡区铁塔的安全性分析及实施针对性的加固措施提供参考。
本文以位于滑坡处的典型输电塔线体系为研究对象,档距为1 658 m;大号侧(200#~201#)按34°硬转塔设计,档距为260 m。导线采用LBJ-510-23AC铝包钢绞线,地线一根采用GJ-215(1×37)锌铝稀土合金镀层钢绞线(安全系数3.0),另一根采用OPGW-220光缆。在对输电塔线体系进行建模时,选用Beam188单元对铁塔的塔材进行建模,导线和绝缘子均选用Link180杆单元来模拟,钢筋混凝土基础采用弥散单元Solid65。地基土建模尺寸为60 m(长)×60 m(宽)×30 m(厚),采用实体单元Solid45结合Druker-Prager屈服准则来模拟地基土。
根据上述方法,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立考虑SSI效应的输电塔线体系整体有限元模型,如图1所示。
经分析,在边坡变形作用下,铁塔构件达到失效准则时,最不利工况下导地线的最大应力均小于其最大使用应力,因此不考虑导地线的破坏特性。
上部塔线体系所承受的最大边坡变形,以铁塔构件达到下面准则进行判断(以最先屈服的杆件为准):
(1)输电铁塔主斜材的轴力-挠度曲线出现极值,关键杆件发生失稳破坏。
(2)输电铁塔主斜材在弯矩和轴力作用下的等效应力超过其屈服强度,关键杆件全截面屈服。
(3)主材相邻结点弯曲度超过0.2%、横担歪斜度超过1.0%以及铁塔在Z轴负方向的位移大于0[13]
研究对象中边坡变形位于200#塔基小号方向,铁塔位于边坡变形区域以外上方,如图2所示。受边坡变形影响,200#塔原AB腿之间基础护面裂纹已达70 mm,且裂缝宽度每天以1 mm速度在增长。现场观察铁塔大号侧中相导线悬挂点附近主斜材已出现明显弯曲变形。
在ANSYS中,通过在塔基小号侧土体周边施加等效边界节点位移,模拟边坡变形作用,施加的边坡变形角度为30°与塔基小号侧边坡坡面角一致,边坡变形值从0开始增加,直至上部塔线体系失效,计算结果如图3所示。为便于观察铁塔结构在边坡变形作用下的变形状态,本文变形图已放大50倍。
图3中铁塔最终屈服形态可知,在边坡变形作用下,大号侧中相导线悬挂点附近主斜材受力变形明显,与现场观察到的塔材变形一致。由图3可知,在边坡变形作用下,塔腿A、B发生了明显水平位移和沉降位移差,铁塔顺线路根开增大46.9 mm;而现场观察到A、B腿之间基础护面裂纹已达70 mm,根据式(2)[4]将地表水平位移量转换成杆塔基础水平实际位移量62.52 mm,大于输电塔线体系失效时的根开变化值,说明200#铁塔已处于不安全状态。而实际情况是该铁塔已经搬迁,验证了仿真分析结果的合理性。
式中:εb为铁塔基础水平位移;α为水平地表变形折减系数,一般取0.897 2;εa为地表水平位移;b为位移常数,一般很小,可忽略不计。
根据铁塔建于边坡变形区域不同位置的实际情况,边坡变形区域与铁塔空间位置关系可以分为以下3类,如图4所示。
(1)压缩变形工况:当铁塔位于边坡变形区域以外的下方时(图4中a部分),边坡变形发生后,铁塔上部滑体沿坡面整体下滑会挤压大号侧塔基,从而使铁塔基础发生压缩变形。该工况命名为压缩变形工况,简称为ZJC工况。
(2)拉伸变形工况:当铁塔位于边坡变形区域以外上部时(图4中b部分),边坡变形发生后,随着铁塔塔基下方坡体地层新临空面的产生,铁塔小号侧塔基会在边坡变形的牵引作用下朝着该临空面发生拉伸变形。该工况命名为拉伸变形工况,简称为KYC工况。
(3)整体变形工况:当铁塔位于边坡变形区域内部时(图4中c部分),边坡变形发生后,铁塔基础会随着滑体沿着坡面发生整体下滑变形。该工况命名为整体变形工况,简称为ZT工况。
为更清楚说明不同工况下输电塔线体系杆件失效方式,对输电塔的部分杆件进行命名,铁塔塔身交叉斜材的命名方式为塔面字母与数字编号相结合的方式。例如:交叉斜材AB-1表示塔腿AB侧第1号交叉斜材。在2.2节中已经分析过拉伸变形工况,故本节仅对压缩变形工况和整体变形工况下输电塔线体系杆件失效方式进行分析。
(1)压缩变形工况。
在ANSYS中通过在塔基大号侧土体周边施加等效的边界节点位移来模拟边坡压缩变形作用,施加的边坡变形角度作为控制变量,仍为30°;边坡变形值从0开始增加,直至上部塔线体系失效,计算结果如图5所示。
图5(b)可知,铁塔结构的变形以导线横担处作为分隔线:导线横担以下结构受力变形明显,且整体向受力反方向侧倾斜(即向边坡变形的反方向倾斜);而导线横担以上结构受两侧导地线拉伸作用的影响,几乎没发生变形,塔头倾斜值也较小。
图5(c)可知,当边坡变形值由60 mm增加到90 mm的过程中,铁塔最大应力增长速度加快;观察铁塔变形图5(b)可知,出现这一现象的原因是在边坡变形作用下,塔腿A、B出现了明显水平位移和竖直位移差;铁塔顺线路的根开变小,小号侧塔腿向上位移,塔腿B发生明显水平压缩变形和沉降变形,B塔腿的AB面斜材平面外变形。由图5(a)、图5(c)可知,当边坡变形值由90 mm增加到219.54 mm时,随着顺线路塔腿根开进一步变小,铁塔第一横隔面AB侧横隔材发生向上弯曲变形,随着内力的进一步传递,最终交叉斜材AB-2与A塔腿主材相交处应力超限,塔线体系失效。
(2)整体变形工况。
在ANSYS中通过在塔基大号侧以及小号侧两土体周边施加等效的边界节点位移来模拟整体变形作用,施加的边坡变形角度为30°,边坡变形值从0开始增加,直至上部塔线体系失效,计算结果如图6所示。
图6(b)可知,在整体变形工况下铁塔结构的变形同样以导线横担处作为分隔线:导线横担以下结构整体向边坡变形的反方向倾斜;而导线横担以上结构受两侧导地线拉力作用的影响,整体倾斜值也较小。由此可见,对大高差耐张塔线体系而言,导地线的存在会影响边坡变形作用下铁塔基础的变形特征。
图6(a)、图6(c)可知,当边坡变形值由60 mm增加到132 mm的过程中,铁塔最大应力增长速度加快;出现这一现象的原因是在边坡变形作用下4个塔腿变形相似,塔腿之间没发生明显错位,铁塔下部杆件受力与变形不明显,但随着铁塔整体进一步向小号侧移动,大号侧导地线应力增大,在导地线不平衡张力的作用下,右相导线悬挂处的交叉斜材YD-1、YD-2、连系杆-1应力超限,塔线体系失效。
考虑实际工程中受边坡开挖深度等因素的影响,边坡变形可能沿不同角度发生。本文主要考虑水平边坡变形以及边坡变形角度分别为30°、45°、60°的4种情况(工况简称方式为变形工况与边坡变形角度相结合),对不同角度边坡变形下,塔线体系抗变形能力进行了分析,得到的塔线体系最大应力随边坡变形值的变化曲线如图7所示。
图7可知,随着边坡变形值的增加,不同工况塔线体系最大应力的变化趋势几乎相同。具体如下:当边坡变形值较小时,塔线体系最大应力增长比较缓慢;而当边坡变形值超过某一限值时,塔线体系最大应力就会迅速增长直至塔线体系失效。此外随着边坡变形角度的增加,塔线体系最大应力缓慢增长的阶段将会被缩短,同时应力增长的速率也会提高。由此可见,随着边坡变形角度的增加,输电塔线体系的承载力会逐渐下降。
与水平边坡变形相比,随着边坡变形角度的增大,塔线体系抗变形能力会逐渐下降,下降幅度在25%~50%之间,当铁塔位于边坡变形区域以外的下方时(ZJC工况)抗变形能力下降最严重,下降幅度在33%~50%左右。
为进一步探究塔腿位移与上部铁塔结构变形之间的规律,统计了ZJC0、ZJC30、ZJC45、ZJC60、KYC0、KYC30、KYC45、KYC60、ZT0、ZT30、ZT45、ZT60 12种边坡变形下,塔线体系失效时塔腿支座的最大位移,以及此时铁塔主要受力杆件的位置。由于在顺线路边坡变形作用下,塔腿支座在横线路方向位移很小,故仅统计塔线体系失效时,塔腿支座在顺线路方向和竖直方向的最大位移。根据输电塔线体系在不同边坡变形工况下,铁塔支座位移以及塔腿根开变化值的差异,结合对应工况下上部塔线体系的受力与变形情况,得到塔腿支座位移对上部铁塔结构变形的影响规律如下:
(1)在ZJC30、ZJC45、ZJC60以及KYC0工况下,塔线体系失效时,塔腿极限根开变化值最大(压缩变形根开变小,拉伸变形根开变大),此时屈服的关键杆件是第二横隔面以下的主斜材。
(2)在KYC30、KYC45、KYC60以及ZJC0工况下,塔腿支座的竖向位移最大(压缩变形塔腿上拔变形,拉伸变形塔腿沉降变形),此时屈服的关键杆件是铁塔中相导线悬挂处附近的主斜材。
(3)在ZT工况下,塔腿的根开值基本上没发生变化,塔腿支座的竖向位移比重也不大,但塔腿整体水平位移值最大,此时屈服的关键杆件是铁塔左右相导线横担附近的主斜材。
根据上述规律,在对滑坡区输电铁塔进行安全性评估时,可依据塔腿支座位移以及塔腿根开变化值的大小,作为评价铁塔是否安全的标准。具体评估流程如下:
步骤1 对输电塔基周围地形进行现场勘察,得到输电铁塔与边坡变形区域的相对位置关系、边坡变形发生的角度(即坡面角)等关键参数;
步骤2 根据输电线路实际地理环境,建立考虑SSI效应的输电塔线体系数值分析模型,探究输电塔线体系在边坡变形作用下易屈服的关键杆件位置和塔腿的最大位移、极限根开变化值;
步骤3 将现场检测(或者实时监测)到的塔腿位移值和塔腿根开变化值,与步骤2得到的塔腿最大位移和极限根开变化值进行比较,若前者大于后者,则输电塔线体系处于不安全状态,反之则安全。
本文利用有限元软件,对考虑SSI的滑坡区大跨越耐张塔线体系抗边坡变形能力进行了分析,得到了边坡变形区域与铁塔空间位置关系以及边坡变形角度对塔线体系承载力的影响规律,并在此基础上提出了一种滑坡区输电塔线体系安全性的评估方法。主要结论如下:
(1)在典型边坡变形作用下,上部塔线体系的失效主要以第一横隔面以及导线悬挂点附近的主材、交叉斜材等杆件的屈服为标志。
(2)对于大高差耐张塔线体系而言,当边坡变形发生时,导地线的拉伸作用会使得上部铁塔结构向边坡变形的反方向倾斜,从而影响铁塔基础的变形趋势以及上部铁塔结构的受力分布。
(3)边坡变形区域与铁塔空间位置关系,对塔线体系的失效方式和抗变形能力有显著影响,当铁塔位于边坡变形区域内部时,塔线体系的抗变形能力最弱。
(4)与水平边坡变形相比,随着边坡变形角度的增大,塔线体系抗变形能力会逐渐下降,下降幅度在25%~50%之间;当铁塔位于边坡变形区域的下方时,塔线体系抗变形能力下降最严重,下降幅度在33%~50%之间。
(5)提出了一种滑坡区输电塔线体系在边坡变形作用下安全性的评估方法,可为滑坡区输电塔线体系的安全性分析提供参考。
