In recent years, with the development of new models of China's spacecraft and the advancement of the localisation process, considering the demand for highly integrated and remotely dynamically reconfigurable telemetry equipment, the development of remotely dynamically reconfigurable telemetry encrypted transmitters compatible with multiple modulation regimes is an inevitable trend in the development of telemetry transmission equipment. Differing from the traditional transmitter baseband software architecture of FPGA+DA+channel approach, the transmitter architecture consists of a heterogeneous multicore FMQL embedded system+RF integrated chip B9361 to form the transmitter baseband. This is combined with the software to achieve the functions of remote dynamically reconfigurable, poweron self-test, working status patrol, and real-time reporting of the working status. This improves the degree of integration of the measurement system and realizes the reconfiguration and sharing of the software and hardware resources to the maximum extent.It also significantly reduces the system volume, weight, power consumption, and cost. This scheme is based on the design ideas of generalization, serialization, and combination, so that the transmitter product has the advantages of high integration, serialization, and controllable components, generalized platform, flexible software configuration, etc. This provides strong technical support for the development of the new generation of telemetry transmitters in the direction of generalization, high performance, and dynamic reconfigurability.

近年来,随着我国航天器新型号的发展及国产化进程的推进,综合考虑高度集成化、远程动态可重构的遥测设备需求,研制兼容多调制体制的远程动态可重构遥测加密发射机是研制遥测传输设备的必然趋势。区别于传统发射机基带软件架构的FPGA+DA+信道方式,该发射机架构由异构多核FMQL(可编程芯片)嵌入式系统+射频集成芯片B9361组成发射机基带组成,结合软件实现远程动态可重构、上电自检、工作状态巡检、工作状态实时上报功能,提高了测量系统集成度,最大程度地实现软硬件资源的重构和共享,也大幅度缩减了系统体积、重量、功耗和成本。本方案基于通用化、系列化、组合化的设计思想,使发射机产品具备高度集成化、元器件自主可控、通用化平台、软件灵活配置等优点,为新一代遥测发射机向通用化、高性能、动态可重构方向发展提供有力的技术支撑。

近年来,随着我国航天器新型号的发展及国产化进程的推进,综合考虑高度集成化、远程动态可重构的遥测设备需求,研制兼容多调制体制的远程动态可重构遥测加密发射机是研制遥测传输设备的必然趋势。区别于传统发射机基带软件架构的FPGA+DA+信道方式,该发射机架构由异构多核FMQL(可编程芯片)嵌入式系统+射频集成芯片B9361组成发射机基带组成,结合软件实现远程动态可重构、上电自检、工作状态巡检、工作状态实时上报功能,提高了测量系统集成度,最大程度地实现软硬件资源的重构和共享,也大幅度缩减了系统体积、重量、功耗和成本。本方案基于通用化、系列化、组合化的设计思想,使发射机产品具备高度集成化、元器件自主可控、通用化平台、软件灵活配置等优点,为新一代遥测发射机向通用化、高性能、动态可重构方向发展提供有力的技术支撑。

In recent years, with the development of new models of China's spacecraft and the advancement of the localisation process, considering the demand for highly integrated and remotely dynamically reconfigurable telemetry equipment, the development of remotely dynamically reconfigurable telemetry encrypted transmitters compatible with multiple modulation regimes is an inevitable trend in the development of telemetry transmission equipment. Differing from the traditional transmitter baseband software architecture of FPGA+DA+channel approach, the transmitter architecture consists of a heterogeneous multicore FMQL embedded system+RF integrated chip B9361 to form the transmitter baseband. This is combined with the software to achieve the functions of remote dynamically reconfigurable, poweron self-test, working status patrol, and real-time reporting of the working status. This improves the degree of integration of the measurement system and realizes the reconfiguration and sharing of the software and hardware resources to the maximum extent.It also significantly reduces the system volume, weight, power consumption, and cost. This scheme is based on the design ideas of generalization, serialization, and combination, so that the transmitter product has the advantages of high integration, serialization, and controllable components, generalized platform, flexible software configuration, etc. This provides strong technical support for the development of the new generation of telemetry transmitters in the direction of generalization, high performance, and dynamic reconfigurability.

遥测遥控系统是航空航天通信的重要分系统之一,包括遥测、遥控、外测三部分,主要实现遥测参数传送、外弹道测量、实验级落点实时预测等功能[1],并为用户提供图像及实验数据、遥测指令传送服务。随着遥测通信技术的发展以及器件制作工艺水平的提高,遥测发射机朝着占用带宽小、传输速率高、结构简单、功能多样、可拓展性强、可远程动态重构的方向发展[2]。遥测发射机发展方向重点着重于采用最少的器件、基于最简单的硬件平台来实现带宽的最大化利用,并通过软件控制来实现远程动态重构与功能的多样化。同时随着航天事业的发展,发射机研制也正朝着高度集成化、小型化、高速化、智能化方向发展。传统的硬件架构多采用FPGA+AD/DA的模式完成信号的收发处理[3]。这种架构具有“软件无线电”的诸多优点,如通用的系统架构、功能实现较为灵活,但这种架构硬件设计较为复杂,软件上需要完成芯片间数据的不断交互,特别是FPGA和DSP间接口的设计,两者之间数据交互频繁会降低DSP的处理能力[4],所以本发射机利用宽带射频收发器B9361为核心,实现射频模拟信号的收发及其基带数字信号之间的转换,并增加接口与加密模块,实现设备软件支持远程动态可重构与加密功能。本文基于集成度高、成本低、通用性强、扩展性好的设计思想与原则,提出一种远程动态可重构遥测加密发射机设计方案。
遥测加密发射机采用模块化设计思路,各模块功能相对独立,整机由功放模块、电源模块、调制模块、加密模块组成,通过内总线完成信号交互,其组成框图如图1所示:
发射机调制模块作为遥测加密发射机的重要组成部分,主要功能为对加密后的数据进行TPC编码、调制、滤波并输出射频信号,并具有上电自检、工作状态巡检功能,同时将工作状态实时上报。需监测的工作状态包括:功率监测电压、频综锁定、工作频率、有无输入遥测时钟、软件版本号、加密工作状态等。调制处理FPGA固件是调制模块的核心工作软件,主要由以下几个分模块组成:TPC编码模块、FM调制模块、时钟管理模块、宽带射频收发器件B9361配置模块。软件架构图如图2所示。其中,时钟管理模块功能为将晶振送来的参考时钟信号进行延时,产生系统复位信号并且对B9361返回的时钟进行去抖动并倍频处理;宽带射频收发器B9361配置模块可实现基带数字调制信号通过器件直接转换并上变频至射频模拟信号;FM调制模块功能为对挑路后的PCM(脉冲编码调制)数据进行FM调制,经过B9361转化后输出射频信号;TPC编码模块功能为将输入的PCM数据流进行TPC编码。
调制模块采用软件无线电理论,在数字域完成信号的调制[5],在硬件不变的条件下具有软件可灵活重构的特点,其可完成的功能有:① 接收外部输入的PCM数据流及同步时钟,完成数据预调滤波、FM数字调制、上变频、滤波和放大,输出已调射频信号送到功放模块;② 完成设备输出频率配置功能。其原理图如图3所示,主要由调制及配置信号接口、FPGA、EEPROM、捷变收发器时钟系统及射频信道等部分组成。时钟系统为调制模块内部FPGA、频综电路及调制器提供高稳定性工作时钟;调制信号接口采用差分422接口,接收外部的PCM数据和时钟并进行电平转换后送至FPGA;FPGA完成对PCM数据流的预调滤波、数字域FM调制、输出中频已调信号至捷变收发器,捷变收发器完成数模变换后输出中频已调模拟信号至下行射频信道,在射频信道中进行上变频、滤波及放大后输出多种波段射频信号[6]
对于本发射机的研制,采用高度集成射频芯片B9361为基带射频处理核心芯片,主要完成对基带数字信号的滤波、数模转换、放大,然后上变频至射频发送至功放模块。
B9361作为一款高性能、高集成度的射频收发国产芯片,内部集成了大量模块,包括射频放大器、发射通道的频率合成器、混频器、模拟滤波器、数据转换器等,可以完成信号在基带数据流与射频信号之间的转换工作。接口方面,B9361具备专用数字数据接口,可利用高速LVDS、LVCOMS等接口与FPGA之间开展数据交互;B9361可以选择FDD或者TDD通信模式,另外,国产B9361在寄存器配置上与进口AD9361略有差异,优先推荐使用API函数配置以获最优性能,脱离底层繁琐的寄存器配置。其发射通道与接收通道如图4所示。
随着测控设备的不断升级,高度智能化测控设备成为必然的发展趋势,通过数据采集、通信传输、实时监控、决策分析、自动控制等技术实现测控设备智能化控制成为研究的重要内容。为了实现遥测遥控、外测、数据链、安控等多种功能的自由组合或更替,以及各频段、各码率以及多种数据处理算法的自由切换,在智能化控制中需要依据控制任务需求进行软件功能重构[7,8]。在软件功能重构设计中,需要解决的技术难题主要包括:① 适应全频段、多信道、低功耗的统一性硬件平台研制;② 具有最优资源分配功能的软件智能化分配策略。
目前,遥测遥控、安控、外测[9,10]、数据链等多种功能的软件已经实现了按实际需求的重构,并能完成调制方式参数、编码方式参数、频率参数、密钥参数、码型参数、调制指数参数、码速率参数等多类参数的一键配置形式,为后续进一步扩宽软件功能形式以及可配置参数类型奠定了坚实的基础。
在软件功能升级与重构的智能化过程中,从航天产品的两大应用层面出发,首先,建立了标准、开放、可互操作的软件架构基础,摒弃传统的利用JTAG进行软件固化的模式[11],采用新的串口升级方式,使得设备更具有通用性、灵活性和扩展性,同时避免了频繁开盖对产品的损耗和影响;其次,软件架构中的智能化任务管理模块完成了对用户的任务命令解析,并根据任务命令能生成不同任务模式所对应的不同决策,然后依据决策和软件内部重组逻辑关系,进行系统预置的不同功能软件及组件的管理和调用;最后,完成系统功能部件的加载及参数的配置,保证硬件环境下的正常启动运行。
基于上述通用架构设计的智能化测控设备,在国产FPGA的Quickboot技术[12]的支持下,能够通过一键任务分配实现测控设备的功能更迭,高效、可靠、便捷地完成软件升级的工作。在软件、硬件的双重保障下,确保了软件升级重构的安全性和便捷性,同时对于降本增效也有创造性意义。
依据实际的工况,发射机远程动态可重构流程设计如下:
① 通过通用的测控设备装订上位机,选择需要的功能以及工作参数,进行一键装订;
② 软件内部任务管理模块依据收取的指令进行决策下发,并重组软件的逻辑关系,实现系统预置的不同功能软件及组件的管理和调用,完成系统功能部件的加载及参数的配置;
③ 启动硬件工作,上位机通过读取产品的状态反馈判断产品是否工作正常。
其中,在①中的功能重构既包含了硬件平台的功能更迭,如遥测遥控、外测、数据链、安控、脉冲应答机等,也包含了功能软件中各类参数的更新初始化,如调制方式、编码方式、频率、密钥、码型、调制指数、码速率、外测体制、安控体制、指令码内容、跳频速率、跳频图谱等。
通过上述标准、开放、可互操作的软件架构,使得设备更具有通用性、灵活性和扩展性。
综合考虑我国航天器[13]、战略导弹未来发展规划和国内外多功能射频综合技术发展趋势[14],按软件无线电思想[15],结合嵌入式微内核数据处理技术,通过对弹箭载遥测、安控、外测、导航、数据链等系统的综合化、一体化处理技术的研究与对数据综合器可同时接收多路上行、下行信号,在天地基收发一体化、通用性强、扩展性好的研究基础上,构建具备信号及信息综合处理、资源及数据智能管理、任务及功能可动态重构、可扩展等能力的平台化系统,在射频综合软硬件优化的基础上,研究射频综合的标准和规范,搭建通用化硬件平台,实现软件可灵活配置,快速准确实现产品功能的可重构,支撑弹箭载遥测发射机智能化的发展。为了完成动态可重构功能,本发射机设计通用硬件模块,并形成通用化的软件库。
为实现动态重构功能,并监控远程动态重构状态,FPGA程序上电时序流程可分为2条线路流程,即正常工作流程、参数注入流程。正常工作流程负责对来自外部设备的PCM数据进行输入、内部处理与输出工作。参数注入流程即接收响应上位机串口注入的命令,将参数存入EEPROM。参数回读命令即读取目前EEPROM中参数回显。每次上电,FPGA的参数注入模块、主模块均启动。原理框图如图5所示。
参数注入回读流程:
上电初期,正常工作流程中的参数读取模块上拥有对EEPROM的访问权限。系统上电后,参数读取模块开始初始化(从EEPROM中读取)系统工作参数。参数装订完毕后,释放EEPROM的访问权限给串口注入模块中。
串口参数注入模块的UART接口轮询是否有命令下发,如果有,则根据命令类型启动参数注入流程或参数回读流程。串口注入时,串口参数注入模块通过协议将参数写入EEPROM芯片的指定位置。
参数回读时,串口参数注入模块读取EEPROM中的数据,并通过其UART接口发送到上位机回显,以校验参数注入的正确性。
本设备拥有2条线索通过检索参数重复注入方法以实现参数的修改,并且发射机状态可返回上位机,该发射机具有上电自检、工作状态巡检功能,并将工作状态实时上报,需监测的工作状态包括:功率监测电压(隔离器后)、频综锁定、工作频率、输入遥测时钟有无、软件版本号、加密工作状态。
动态可重构设计步骤如下:① 通过文档把参数装订进发射机。图6是参数装订程序页面。
② 为了实时判定发射机内部功能参数准确性,发射机与上位机实现闭环,动态实时上报遥测发射机数据帧状态、工作状态、软件版本、是否加密等。图7为发射机工作状态参数返回软件界面。
③ 在参数装订成功之后,可再对发射机码率、调制度、中心频率、系统时钟、TPC选择码进行重复多次设置,设置界面如图8所示。
远程动态可重构遥测加密发射机提高了系统集成度,减小了系统体积、减轻了系统重量,降低了总装、测试难度,具有集成度高、成本低、通用性强、扩展性好的特性。本发射机充分继承已有相关电子产品成熟技术,综合考虑国内外遥测加密发射机发展趋势,基于软件无线电设计思路,结合异构多核FMQL嵌入式系统+射频集成芯片B9361组成发射机基带,采用开放式系统架构,搭建通用化硬件平台,实现软件可配置、功能可重构等智能化设备。遥测加密发射机实物图见图9
本实验在实物发射机上进行测试,用频谱仪对发射机射频信号进行测量,对收取来的数据信号数据进行滤波、调制、变频后输出射频信号。本实验在样机基础上进行测试,用频谱仪对发射机射频信号进行测量,得到如图10所示的为最终单载波信号,且经试验证明,单载波射频频率可随意远程动态切换。图11为发射机射频输出10 M的马鞍谱信号,图12是发射机在线切换射频输出5 M的马鞍谱信号,图13是发射机在线切换射频输出10 M且带TPC编码情况下的马鞍谱信号。试验结果表明,发射机可以实现在线切换发射机数据与状态,可实现远程动态可重构功能,实验结果满足工作频率在S频段内自由切换、码速率可变、调制度可变,且频率稳定度与准确度均不大于±5×10-5;输出谐波抑制发射机指标可以做到≥65 dB。
国产化硬件平台及软件可重构设计实现了遥测加密发射机点频、码率、调制度的在线远程装订,不仅使自主可控得到了保障,在应用的便捷性、更改的灵活性、质量的可靠性方面也有了显著的提升。
