The premission system calibration and tracking verification are important tasks to be accomplished by the Ka-band all-mobile integrated TT&C system, which has strong mobility, supporting the requirements of land mobile TT&C and maritime TT&C.The system is flexible in terms of station deployment location, and there is no calibration tower at the station deployment site,so it is impossible to use the traditional fixed calibration tower method for system calibration and tracking verification. The UAV platform is mobile and flexible, and after carrying Ka-band beacon machine and calibration zero inverter equipment, it can not only be used to complete the calibration phase, distance calibration zero and tracking verification work under the static condition of Kaband fully motorized comprehensive measurement and control system, but also meet the tracking verification demand under the system motorized measurement and control condition. In this paper, the UAV test calibration system is designed to meet the calibration and tracking verification requirements of Ka-band allmobile integrated TT&C system, and the tracking verification under maneuvering conditions is carried out.Through actual testing, the measurement accuracy of the mobile TT&C meets the requirements which provides a new means for the mobile TT&C,and has a good application prospect.

任务前的系统标校和跟踪验证是Ka频段全机动综合测控系统需要完成的重要工作。Ka频段全机动综合测控系统机动性强,同时支持陆地机动测控和海上测控需求。系统布站位置灵活,布站地无标校塔,无法采用传统固定标校塔方法进行系统标校和跟踪验证。无人机平台机动灵活,搭载Ka频段信标机和校零变频器设备后,不仅可用于完成Ka频段全机动综合测控系统静态情况下的校相、距离校零和跟踪验证工作,还可满足系统机动测控情况下的跟踪验证需求。本文设计了无人机测试标校系统,满足Ka频段全机动综合测控系统在任意布站位置展开标校和跟踪验证工作,并进行了机动情况下的测控跟踪验证。经实测,“动中测”的测量精度满足要求,为机动型测控系统提供了一种新的跟踪验证手段,具有良好的应用前景。

任务前的系统标校和跟踪验证是Ka频段全机动综合测控系统需要完成的重要工作。Ka频段全机动综合测控系统机动性强,同时支持陆地机动测控和海上测控需求。系统布站位置灵活,布站地无标校塔,无法采用传统固定标校塔方法进行系统标校和跟踪验证。无人机平台机动灵活,搭载Ka频段信标机和校零变频器设备后,不仅可用于完成Ka频段全机动综合测控系统静态情况下的校相、距离校零和跟踪验证工作,还可满足系统机动测控情况下的跟踪验证需求。本文设计了无人机测试标校系统,满足Ka频段全机动综合测控系统在任意布站位置展开标校和跟踪验证工作,并进行了机动情况下的测控跟踪验证。经实测,“动中测”的测量精度满足要求,为机动型测控系统提供了一种新的跟踪验证手段,具有良好的应用前景。

The premission system calibration and tracking verification are important tasks to be accomplished by the Ka-band all-mobile integrated TT&C system, which has strong mobility, supporting the requirements of land mobile TT&C and maritime TT&C.The system is flexible in terms of station deployment location, and there is no calibration tower at the station deployment site,so it is impossible to use the traditional fixed calibration tower method for system calibration and tracking verification. The UAV platform is mobile and flexible, and after carrying Ka-band beacon machine and calibration zero inverter equipment, it can not only be used to complete the calibration phase, distance calibration zero and tracking verification work under the static condition of Kaband fully motorized comprehensive measurement and control system, but also meet the tracking verification demand under the system motorized measurement and control condition. In this paper, the UAV test calibration system is designed to meet the calibration and tracking verification requirements of Ka-band allmobile integrated TT&C system, and the tracking verification under maneuvering conditions is carried out.Through actual testing, the measurement accuracy of the mobile TT&C meets the requirements which provides a new means for the mobile TT&C,and has a good application prospect.

测控系统是各类运载器、飞行器信息保障的基础。目前,S频段统一载波测控通信系统已无法满足飞行器各方面的需求,Ka频段在通信带宽、安装空间和克服“黑障”等方面优势明显。随着航天测控技术的发展,Ka频段天线在测控领域已逐步应用[1,2]
测距、测速、测角是测控系统的基本功能。Ka频段全机动综合测控系统采用双通道单脉冲自跟踪,为保证测距、测速和测角精度,任务前在布站地进行系统标校和跟踪验证是系统的重要工作内容[3]
系统标校主要包括距离零值标校、角度零值标校、系统校相等[4]。系统标校方式主要包括:对塔标校、无塔偏馈校零、无塔偏馈校相、方位标角度零值标校、无人机标校、信标球校相、星体标校等[511]。距离零值标校可采用对塔标校、无塔偏馈校零、无人机标校。角度零值标校可采用方位标角度零值标校、星体标校。系统校相可采用对塔标校、无塔偏馈校相、无人机标校。无人机标校用途广泛[3,12−15],开展标校工作迅速,在海上还可作为信标球校相的备份手段用于系统跟踪验证,是Ka频段测控系统任务前系统标校的有效方法。基于无人机标校的优点,本文设计了无人机标校系统,解决了Ka频段全机动综合测控系统布站地无标校塔情况下的实际标校问题,同时针对系统机动测控的需求,采用无人机进行“动中测”验证,为机动测控系统提供了一种新的跟踪验证手段。
系统标校工作需要在远场条件下进行,远场距离条件要满足:R≥2D2/λ。式中,R为标校塔或高层建筑物与测控站接收天线之间的距离,D为天线口径,λ为波长。标校塔或高层建筑物的高度H应满足:天线光轴对准光标时,光轴与大地之间的夹角大于三倍天线的半功率点波束宽度。随着系统工作频率的升高或天线口径的增大,使R增大、H增加,则实施难度越来越大,特别是对于Ka频段全机动综合测控系统,这一矛盾更加突出[12]。无人机标校系统不需要标校塔,且无人机飞行高度能够满足标校高度的要求,可克服这一矛盾。
无人机标校基本原理同对塔标校原理的差别在于,标校天线、校零变频器或信标机等标校设备不是固定放置在标校塔上,而是由无人机搭载悬停在指定位置,进而完成系统标校工作。利用无人机搭载高精度GPS/BD定位设备、校零变频器或信标机等进行距离零值标校或角度零值标校,就是将无人机载高精度GPS/BD定位结果作为已知量,结合Ka频段全机动综合测控系统自身的位置,可计算出无人机至系统的精确距离,并以此作为距离标校的基准值,完成测控站的距离零值标校工作。对于系统校相,无人机搭载信标机悬停在某一固定点,由信标机发射出单载波信标信号,即可开展系统校相工作。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统的标校工作在满足远场距离条件下,规划无人机悬停点,控制系统对无人机进行跟踪,利用无人机高精度GPS/BD定位设备进行实时定位解算,无人机定位结果可通过数传电台传至综合测控系统,系统结合该结果和测控站位置,计算出测控站与无人机的距离值,确定误差修正模型系数,通过测距软件对距离零值进行修订。采用无人机进行系统标校原理见图1
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统无人机标校系统由无人机平台、Ka频段校零变频器、Ka频段信标机、标校天线、无人机飞控单元、无人机飞控软件、RTK差分定位设备、数传电台及飞控手持机组成。
无人机平台上安装无人机高精度GPS/BD定位设备、数传电台模块等设备。GPS/BD定位设备用于获取无人机定位信息,数传电台模块用于将无人机位置信息远距离传输给综合测控系统,同时可接收飞控手持机控制命令。RTK差分定位设备和地面数传电台模块安装于Ka频段综合测控系统方舱顶部,用于和无人机平台通信以及给无人机平台提供差分定位数据。无人机飞控单元用于接收无人机飞控软件控制命令,通过数传电台发送至无人机,同时接收无人机定位信息。飞控手持机可单独控制无人机平台飞行,也可在无人机起飞降落时进行辅助控制。
Ka频段校零变频器、信标机、标校天线是Ka频段全机动综合测控系统的标校设备,采用小型化、轻量化设计,吊装于无人机平台上,满足无人机载重和续航时间要求。无人机标校系统组成及布局位置关系如图2所示。
利用无人机进行系统标校,无人机平台需满足以下技术需求:
① 无人机具备挂载校零变频器和信标机等载荷的能力,并可保证带载飞行续航时间大于30 min,以满足系统标校时间要求。
② 为满足Ka频段综合测控系统标校远场距离的要求,无人机最大通信距离大于5 000 m。
③ 无人机配置高精度GPS/BD定位设备,差分定位精度小于0.3 m,悬停精度满足水平小于1.5 m,垂直小于0.5 m,以保证无人机距离零值标定的精度要求。
① 无人机飞行控制软件可实现航迹规划编辑,综合测控系统可接收无人机定位信息并转换为距离信息供系统标校使用。
基于以上需求,选用成熟无人机平台并加装系统标校设备,无人机地面设备布置在测控站电子设备方舱。
无人机主要指标如下:
① 无人机飞行最大高度:≥2 500 m;
② 续航时间:≥30 min;(挂载重量6 kg情况下);
③ 最大通信距离:≥5 km。
④ 无人机悬停精度:水平≤1.5 m;垂直≤0.5 m。
⑤ 定位精度(差分模式):≤0.3 m。
⑥ 飞行控制软件可实现航迹编辑,并可将航迹定位信息通过网口发送给系统交换机。
⑦ 环境要求:
a 工作温度:-10 ℃~40 ℃;
b 最大可承受风速:≥8 m/s。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统设计专用的Ka频段校零变频器、信标机、标校天线吊装于无人机平台上,标校设备具备电池供电能力(续航时间满足无人机飞行时间要求),且具有重量轻、体积小等特点,可用于无人机标校系统。
Ka频段校零变频器、信标机还支持远程遥控功能,当无人机升起后,可通过遥控电台控制信标机、校零变频器设备工作频率及信号强度大小,可满足不同频点、不同信号强度下系统标校、测试验证的需求。
挂标天线采用宽频带圆极化波纹喇叭天线形式,带宽可以覆盖Ka频段,可同时产生Ka频段左、右旋圆极化信号,标校天线重约70 g,天线增益在Ka频段为12 dB。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统采用3.8 m口径抛物面天线,根据远场距离条件计算,系统远场距离应满足R≥2 700 m(D=3.8 m,F=28 GHz)。在Ka频段综合测控系统周围3 000 m外,规划无人机起落点,无人机挂载信标机或校零变频器设备,飞行高度在500 m时,Ka频段综合测控系统与无人机之间的斜距可满足远场距离条件,系统标校设计如图3所示。
信标机设备开机发射Ka频段信标信号,发射功率为0 dBm,Ka频段标校天线增益为12 dB,Ka频段发射电缆损耗为2 dB,此时,无人机平台发射的信号功率为10 dBm。根据公式(1)进行空间损耗计算。
Lsp=32.44+20lg(F)+20lg(R)
其中,F为信标信号频率,R为信标距离,可计算得:到达Ka频段综合测控系统天线口面处的信标功率Pr为-121.043 dBm。
Ka频段综合测控系统接收信号功率与噪声谱密度比计算公式如公式(2)。
S/Φ=Pr+G/T-K)
其中,Pr为接收信号功率,G/T为Ka频段综合测控系统品质因数,取值为29.8 dB/KK为玻尔兹曼常数(-228.6 dBW/Hz·K),因此,Ka频段综合测控系统接收信号功率与噪声谱密度比为137.357 dBm/Hz,满足系统标校要求。实际应用中,无人机挂载信标天线存在一定的倾斜角度,信标机具备遥控功能,可根据接收信标信号强度适当调整信标机输出功率。
在无人机平台搭载标校天线、校零变频器(单机的距离零值已知)等,综合测控系统通过与无人机上的校零变频器进行收发信号闭环,可以获得伪距值。根据无人机差分定位结果获得无人机与测控站的真实距离值,将此距离与伪距进行对比,即可获得综合测控系统无人机标校的距离零值。无人机距离校零原理图如图4所示。
距离零值标定校零残差主要包括校零变频器距离零值标定误差、空间距离标定误差。无论是对塔标校、无塔标校还是无人机标校,都存在空间距离测量问题。一般校零变频器校零残差为△≤0.8 m。采用无人机进行距离零值标定时,校零残差还要考虑无人机差分定位精度。差分定位精度为0.3 m时,无人机标校系统校零残差为0.85 m。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统采用双通道单脉冲体制进行目标自跟踪。利用无人机完成系统校相功能,无人机搭载信标机悬停在固定位置,在综合测控系统基本对准无人机后,在方位顺逆方向拉偏一定的角度,同时记录脱靶量、误差电压等信息,并可以求出需移向值Φ。后续在俯仰上下方向分别多次拉偏天线并进行电跟踪,可以求出所需移向值Φ。多次测量取平均值,可以确定系统的移向值Φ
采用无人机进行系统校相时,无人机差分定位精度0.3 m,在远场条件下,假设无人机偏移角度为A,则偏移角度A=arctan(0.3/R)=0.005 7°(根据2.4节设计方法,R取值为3 041 m)。利用无人机进行多次系统校相后,系统跟踪基本不受影响,经过实际任务验证,可将无人机校相结果用于系统跟踪使用,系统校相精度分析如图5所示。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统在完成系统标校后,可利用无人机完成系统任务前的目标跟踪验证工作,根据任务跟踪轨道,规划无人机航迹,Ka频段全机动综合测控系统可在等待点进行目标捕获跟踪验证,也可利用系统微光电视对无人机进行电视跟踪验证。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统集成了测姿测位设备,具备动中测控能力,可利用无人机完成系统机动情况下的测量精度统计。测试采取载车机动情况下,跟踪无人机目标,路况为三级路况,载车速度分别为10 km/h、20 km/h。测试过程中,载车机动时,系统均能成功捕获跟踪无人机目标,并稳定跟踪至载车停止,经测试,Ka频段全机动综合测控系统机动过程中跟踪无人机目标精度满足相关要求。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统载车机动期间,测控站可稳定跟踪无人机。跟踪过程中,全程记录天线实时角度信息(AiEi)。
载车停止后,根据载车运动中测量得到的方位、俯仰实时角度,利用最小二乘法拟合真值曲线。拟合曲线与测量值在每个采样点作方差,计算差值的均方根,分别得到方位、俯仰的测角误差。
根据公式(3)得到系统测角随机误差。
Xi为测量值,X为拟合曲线采样点,σ为测量随机误差。
无人机将实时定位数据发给测控站,通过计算可得测控站对准无人机的理论大地角度值。根据公式(4)计算得到测角系统误差。
yi为测量值,y0i为根据无人机位置给出的理论真值,σ为测量随机误差。
在载车速度为10 km/h时,方位/俯仰角度对比曲线和方位/俯仰误差曲线如图6~图9所示,经计算,方位测角随机误差为0.018°,俯仰测角随机误差为0.017°。
在载车速度为20 km/h时,方位/俯仰角度对比曲线和方位/俯仰误差曲线如图10~图13所示,经计算,方位测角随机误差为0.017°,俯仰测角随机误差为0.012°。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统机动情况下稳定跟踪无人机信标后,开始收发扩频测量信号,与无人机载设备完成上下行链路测量闭环。测控系统按照预定路线机动,实时记录系统测量的距离值Ri,以及对应时刻的站址位置XiYiZi。根据无人机的位置X0Y0Z0和测控天线的实时站址位置XiYiZi计算距离真值R'i
载车停止后,利用实时记录的距离值,并根据无人机定位信息和载车位置信息计算出距离真实值,根据公式(5),计算测距精度。
车速为10 km/h时,经计算距离随机误差为0.291 707 405 m,如图14图15所示。
车速为20 km/h时,经计算距离随机误差为0.291 53 m,如图16图17所示。
Ka频段全机动综合测控系统利用无人机进行了机动情况下的测量精度测试,测角、测距随机误差统计情况见表1,满足相关要求。
无人机平台机动灵活,快速高效。采用无人机搭载Ka频段标校设备载荷,可满足Ka频段全机动综合测控系统任务前系统校相、距离零值标定和跟踪验证需求,满足载车动中测控情况下的精度验证需求;设备在海上执行任务时,无人机标校可作为信标球标校手段的有效补充,提高设备标校的效率,并节约标校成本。随着越来越多的Ka频段测控系统的应用,无人机标校作为一种灵活的标校手段,将大大提高系统任务前的相关准备工作的效率。
