The examples of foreign heterogeneous cooperative weapons projects and the forms of heterogeneous clusters are provided, and the definition of heterogeneous cluster is given based on the literature. Based on the process of multiagent cooperative warfare, four key areas of cooperative technology are summarized, including cooperative network communication technology,cooperative decision and planning technology, cooperative formation control technology, and cooperative terminal guidance technology. The key technologies in each area are summarized, and the technical differences between a heterogeneous cluster and a homogeneous cluster are given. On this basis, two technical areas are proposed, including pretask planning and cooperative game penetration guidance. The grouping and proportioning problem for heterogeneous cluster warfare is proposed, and the development status of scene modeling and bi-level optimization model solving technology is introduced. For the multiagent confrontation problem, the issues of using differential game theory are discussed. Finally, the difficulties faced by heterogeneous cluster cooperative technology are summarized, and the future development of this research field is prospected.

本文给出了国内外异构协同项目实例及已经出现的异构集群形式,并综合文献资料给出了异构集群的定义。将同构多无人系统协同任务过程中的关键技术分为协同网络通信、协同决策与规划技术、协同编队控制技术和协同末制导技术,对每个关键技术进展做了总结概括,给出了异构集群相比同构集群的技术差异。在此基础上提出了任务前规划和协同博弈制导两个技术领域,提出了针对异构集群的分组配比问题,介绍了场景建模和双层优化模型求解技术的发展现状;针对多体对抗问题给出了微分对策理论需要解决的问题。最后对异构集群协同技术所面临的难点作出总结,并对该研究领域的未来发展作出展望。

本文给出了国内外异构协同项目实例及已经出现的异构集群形式,并综合文献资料给出了异构集群的定义。将同构多无人系统协同任务过程中的关键技术分为协同网络通信、协同决策与规划技术、协同编队控制技术和协同末制导技术,对每个关键技术进展做了总结概括,给出了异构集群相比同构集群的技术差异。在此基础上提出了任务前规划和协同博弈制导两个技术领域,提出了针对异构集群的分组配比问题,介绍了场景建模和双层优化模型求解技术的发展现状;针对多体对抗问题给出了微分对策理论需要解决的问题。最后对异构集群协同技术所面临的难点作出总结,并对该研究领域的未来发展作出展望。

The examples of foreign heterogeneous cooperative weapons projects and the forms of heterogeneous clusters are provided, and the definition of heterogeneous cluster is given based on the literature. Based on the process of multiagent cooperative warfare, four key areas of cooperative technology are summarized, including cooperative network communication technology,cooperative decision and planning technology, cooperative formation control technology, and cooperative terminal guidance technology. The key technologies in each area are summarized, and the technical differences between a heterogeneous cluster and a homogeneous cluster are given. On this basis, two technical areas are proposed, including pretask planning and cooperative game penetration guidance. The grouping and proportioning problem for heterogeneous cluster warfare is proposed, and the development status of scene modeling and bi-level optimization model solving technology is introduced. For the multiagent confrontation problem, the issues of using differential game theory are discussed. Finally, the difficulties faced by heterogeneous cluster cooperative technology are summarized, and the future development of this research field is prospected.

随着任务场景和任务目标的复杂度不断提升,无人系统所面临的任务也逐渐变得更加复杂,使用单个飞行器完成大面积探测等任务变得极为困难,而人工智能和网络通信技术的不断发展使得多无人系统有了协作配合的能力。多无人系统协同通过将多个同构或者异构的无人系统组成集群,使其涌现出了很多单个无人系统不具有的性能,从而达到了“1+1>2”的效果[1]。目前,多无人系统协同主要体现在飞行器上,如多无人机协同以及其他多飞行器协同。多无人机协同可以在短时间内完成大面积探测以及救险和物资投放等任务,而多飞行器协同可以有效增加任务成功的概率和敌方的拦截难度,在目前各国快速发展反导技术的背景下有着较高的震慑力[2]
未来面对更加复杂的任务场景,如体系化对抗等,需要不同种类的无人系统进行协同以达到最好的对抗效果,因此异构集群的协同问题被提出。异构集群系统中包含多种不同的角色,每种无人系统的能力和自身运动学模型等各不相同,通过异构集群的协同可以得到比同构集群更优的性能,同时异构集群的协同难度必然远大于同构集群,因此需要对异构集群协同技术开展研究。
上世纪70年代,美国首先提出了武器协同的概念,之后研制了“网火”武器系统[3],“网火”武器系统任务过程示意图如图1所示。“网火”武器系统包含两种飞行器,分别为巡航攻击飞行器和低成本精确制导飞行器,巡航攻击飞行器不仅可以对敌方实施打击,还可以在战场上巡航30分钟以上时间,进行目标搜索任务。在战斗时先发射巡航导弹(LAM)进行目标搜索,之后发射精确制导导弹(PAM)进行打击。
“棱堡”系统主要包含P-800超音速反舰飞行器,“舞会”系统使用“天王星”反舰飞行器,“口径”系统的飞行器为巡航飞行器。P-800飞行器同构组队时可以指定领导者,之后领导者爬升高度以进行探测,等同于用同构飞行器实现了角色分配[1],达到了异构的效果。在俄乌冲突中上述三种武器系统进行了协同作战,“棱堡”、“舞会”、“口径”武器系统任务过程示意图如图2所示。
对地协同制导武器体系包括小型空射诱饵飞行器(MALD)、高速反辐射飞行器(HARM)和联合防区外武器(JSOW)组成。其协同样式主要为HARM+MALD防空压制。使用F-16等携带空射诱饵和反辐射飞行器,先投放空射诱饵,诱骗敌方雷达探测并打击诱饵,在获得敌方探测设备位置的同时削弱敌方火力,之后立刻发射反辐射飞行器摧毁敌方重要设备。而JSOW则同时对敌方防空系统进行打击,增加防空系统的防空压力。该项目示意图如图3所示[1]
无人机和无人车可以组成空地异构集群系统。无人机具有探测范围广、机动能力强的特点,可以完成复杂环境下的探测任务;无人车可以搭载多种设备完成地面主要任务。利用无人机进行伴飞侦查,为无人车提供精确的环境信息可以有效克服复杂地形对无人车的影响,提高任务效能[4]
固定翼和四旋翼是目前最常见的两种无人机平台,但两者有着明显差异。在控制层面主要表现为固定翼为欠驱动系统,可控性较低,对控制系统和算法有着较高的要求。而四旋翼为过驱动系统,需要解决驱动分配问题。
主动防御技术目前已经应用于舰船和坦克等装备上。空中主动防御任务一般包含三类对象:拦截飞行器、目标飞行器和防御飞行器。其中,目标飞行器和防御飞行器为同一阵营,目标可以是载机也可以是进攻飞行器。上述三个对象的任务分别为:拦截飞行器需要摧毁目标;防御飞行器需要击毁拦截飞行器,保护目标飞行器;而目标飞行器需要与防御飞行器合作以便于防御飞行器完成任务。可以看出,三方角色共同构成了博弈对抗的场景,因此主动防御问题也被称为三体对抗问题。
三体对抗问题的理论难点主要在控制策略求解上。虽然目前三体对抗的控制率已经有了很多理论成果,但由于各种限制与不足,目前还未应用到工程上。现有的一些主动防御的相关项目依然处于理论攻关层面。
异构集群协同在同构集群协同的基础上衍生了许多新的关键技术,在研究相关关键技术之前首先需要了解异构集群的定义。综合相关文献资料[19],给出异构集群的定义如下:
异构集群是指包含不同结构、参数和功能的无人系统的集群。根据异构的程度可以将异构集群分为结构异构、参数异构和功能异构。结构异构指的是集群中存在两类完全不同的无人系统,如四旋翼加固定翼异构、无人机加无人车异构,集群中的不同种类的无人系统具有完全不同的动力学模型,所使用的控制方法也完全不同;参数异构指异构集群中的无人系统有相同的动力学模型,但动力学参数如质量、气动外形等有区别,如不同类型的四旋翼无人机、无人车和直升机等。功能异构是最简单的异构,在集群中无人系统动力学模型完全相同,但由于携带载荷不同等原因造成了无人系统功能上的差异,如带有雷达导引头的高性能飞行器和普通飞行器所构成的集群。对于一般的领从式架构,集群中的无人系统可能完全相同,但由于领导者和跟随者的角色分配导致跟随者并未使用自身携带的一些功能,因此这也是一种功能异构[6]
同构飞行器集群关键技术主要有协同网络通信与数据链组网技术、协同决策与规划技术、协同编队控制技术、协同末制导技术[7,8]。异构集群协同在这四种关键技术上与同构集群有所不同,主要体现在:① 异构集群在这四个关键技术上要实现和同构集群相同的性能更加困难,需要使用更加复杂和适应性高的方法;② 在协同决策与规划技术上,异构集群需要考虑任务前规划,主要是数量配置问题;③ 在同构集群协同末制导技术的基础上,异构集群衍生出了协同博弈对抗技术。
信息传输是多无人系统协同的基础,对于包含高速飞行器集群的异构集群,网络通信拓扑需要满足可以在线重构、能力可伸缩的特点。与同构集群相比,异构集群在网络拓扑结构上有着不同的要求。
异构集群的通信拓扑结构分为集中式、分布式以及混合式拓扑结构。
集中式拓扑结构中只有一个中心节点,该节点主要进行信息接收以及信道分配。由于是一个节点统一分配信道,通过算法可以实现更好的信息传递效率,但中心节点的任务量大,且作为信息传输的枢纽,一旦中心节点受到破坏,则整个集群的数据链将完全瘫痪。集中式拓扑一般用于功能异构的集群中,如在领从式飞行器集群系统中,跟随者功能单一,需要将测量得到的信息传递给主飞行器,主飞行器处理后对跟随者进行信息反馈。
分布式通信拓扑较为灵活,所有无人系统可以与周围的其他无人系统通信,不需要转接站。分布式拓扑结构的优点是组网灵活、设计简单,只要集群中的无人系统在通信范围内即可进行通信。相比于集中式拓扑结构,分布式拓扑结构使得信息传输系统不容易被摧毁,有着更高的坚固性。但由于分布式网络拓扑中的每个无人系统都要接受其他无人系统的信息进行存储和计算,因此在节点较多时信息的处理效率会降低。
混合式拓扑结构如图4所示。它是集中式和分布式的混合拓扑,混合式网络中有着多层节点,分别被称为普通节点、群首节点和中继节点。在图4中,群A使用集中式架构,中心计算单元B为更高一层的中心节点,和同一层集群中的其他无人系统使用分布式拓扑架构。混合式拓扑非常适合多种结构异构的无人系统组成的系统,可以很好地适应集群无人系统种类与数量的增加。无人机-无人车异构系统一般使用混合式拓扑结构,无人车集群作为底层集群使用集中式拓扑结构,而每一架无人机作为领导者带领一个无人车集群运动,由于数量较少,无人机集群使用分布式拓扑结构通信。
对于同构集群,任务开始前需要进行任务分配与航迹规划。对于异构集群,在任务前还需要进行异构无人系统选型组合,即如何选用每种异构智能的数量以达到效能最大化。
选型组合问题是一个离线的规划问题,规划的结果需要尽可能与实际任务中的环境相似,因此问题的建模需要尽可能接近实际情况。对于集群协同以及多无人机对地打击问题,需要根据实际任务流程协同探测和目标识别等动作的效能增益做出准确建模。
① 协同任务增益建模
多无人系统执行打击任务时,协同的优势主要体现在协同目标定位、协同目标识别以及协同制导毁伤效能上。文献[9]通过仿真给出了不同数量飞行器定位时的标准差,实验表明:随着飞行器数量增多,定位误差减小,但提升越来越缓慢。
当多个无人系统都带有雷达导引头时,可以通过对目标进行成像融合来识别目标类型以及是否为假目标,提升任务效能,徐艺博等通过实际图像的仿真测试证明了这一点[10],但并未给出多个无人系统协同识别的成功概率随无人系统数量的变化趋势。
协同制导是指多导弹等无人系统同时多角度到达目标并进行毁伤,以造成最大的毁伤效果。一般情况下,无人系统协同打击的效能不能无限增加,因此多无人系统协同制导的效益与进攻方数量服从边际效益递减模型[11]
② 整体流程建模
实际情况下的对抗环境非常复杂,可能会出现各种情况。如果要考虑每一个无人系统的行为和状态则模型会变得极为复杂,很难得到解析的公式,因此在整体建模上需要一定的简化。对于实际对抗过程中的损耗,周中良等利用我方飞行器飞过敌方防区的时间以及阵亡概率等积分得到损耗数量,用两阶段DEA(数据包络分析)模型对战场任务流程进行建模,给出了不同兵力方案的效能,有着很高的理论价值,但由于求解时使用穷举法,因此不适合用在分组配比问题中[12]。对于携带诱饵的进攻飞行器,汪民乐等在建模时只规定其和进攻飞行器一同飞行,不考虑诱饵飞行器主动防御的情况,这比较符合工程实际,但随着主动防御技术的发展,这种建模方式可能会变得不再准确[13]
在异构集群协同任务过程中,每一种涉及协同的事件可能需要集群中不同的无人系统完成,因此在选型时还需要考虑任务过程中集群的分组,同时得到最优配比和分组解,分组配比问题的数学描述如下:
其中,J为性能指标,可以是效费比或者其他指标;f是性能指标计算函数,与场景数学模型相关;N为可供选择的异构飞行器种类数量;n为每种异构飞行器的数量;k为所得到的分组;M为分组的数量。
由式(1)可以看出,异构集群打击多目标的任务需要提前设置分组以发挥协同的作用,更好地完成任务,而分组需要依赖各种异构无人系统的数量,这使得分组问题和数量配置问题发生了耦合,因此分组配比问题是一个双层优化问题。目前对于分组配比问题,已有研究成果主要集中在异构飞行器的配置选型和目标分配上面,求解此类问题所使用的方法主要包括最优化方法和启发式算法。夏博远等利用差分进化算法求解了动态环境下的飞行器配置问题,当利用启发式算法时[14],飞行器选型的求解难度明显低于目标分配和任务规划。贺小亮等使用模拟退火遗传算法求解对地火力分配问题,这种算法可以适应多架战机携带多发飞行器的情况,但战机和飞行器的数量是预先设计的,不参与优化[15]。启发式算法如群体智能算法虽然理论简单,可以求解复杂优化问题,但一般情况下只能求解一种问题,如给定各类无人系统的数量优化分组,或者给定无人系统的种类优化选型。如果要同时求解选型数量和分组,可以先固定参与任务的无人系统数量,优化每一个无人系统的种类和分组,这样对于参与任务的每一个无人系统,其类型和分组都需要1个单位的粒子长度去储存,则问题的求解维数变为原问题的2倍,很容易造成算法陷入局部最优。另一种方案是求解时先得到数量,再优化分组,以此得到每种数量配比的分组最优解。张炜等针对混装线产品生产同时需要考虑产品种类和生产次序的问题提出了嵌套遗传算法,分别涉及平衡遗传算子和排序遗传算子,利用平衡遗传算子作为排序遗传算子的输入,同时优化平衡和排序[16],算法流程图如图5所示。
从多种异构无人系统中选出最优的组合并且确定其数量也可以被视为一个组合优化的问题。传统的组合优化求解方法有分支定界法、列生成法、分支定价法和分支切割法,这些方法主要思想都是不断缩小解的可行域,但随着问题维数的增加,这些算法的速度也会指数性下降[17]。为了加快求解速度,传统算法和人工智能算法的融合变为了新的方向,Bengio等通过调研已有的优化算法得出了将机器学习用于组合优化会提升算法性能的观点,并且给出了强化学习与传统方法结合的三种策略[18]。Nair等在分支定界法中加入了神经网络,利用神经网络学习优化过程中的分支策略,在实际问题中做出分支预测,可以明显提高问题求解的速度,且使用该方法可以在求解问题的过程中继续对网络进行训练,优势较为明显[19]
除此之外,求解组合优化问题还有其它算法。Shmelova等利用图论对无人机集群效能进行估计,根据任务类型对无人机编队通信拓扑进行优化[20]。胡振震等在枚举法的基础上提出了一种0-1递归搜索算法,当问题维数较大时,将其改进为径向基合并和0-x决策方法,将求解问题的时间复杂度由O(mn)变为了O(nb+nm),提高了搜索速度[21]
编队控制是指在任务过程中形成并保持特殊构型的方法。主要包括编队队形的形成、编队保持、队形切换以及适应性控制四个方向。异构集群的编队需要克服动力学模型异构、参数异构和功能异构的影响,如固定翼-四旋翼集群中的两种无人系统控制方法完全不同,以及无动力飞行器会因为气动参数差异导致速度衰减速率不同等。
上面提及的异构集群系统均包含飞行器。对于低速有动力飞行器,由于状态变化缓慢、可控性高,因此可以更好的进行编队控制,目前已有的研究也主要是针对包含低速飞行器的异构集群[22]。而对于高速飞行器,由于其速度变化剧烈、飞行速度较大,因此很难进行有效的编队控制,尤其是对于无动力飞行器,由于速度自然衰减,且只能通过攻角和倾侧角控制飞行器运动,因此其编队控制充满挑战性。目前,对于高速飞行器的研究主要集中在协同制导上面,协同制导需要各无人系统同时到达目标点,甚至需要从多个方向到达,可以被视为一种多约束下的聚集行为,因此协同制导也可以被视为一种特殊的编队控制问题。
与编队控制不同,协同制导一般注重终端约束,现有的终端约束包括时间约束(同时到达目标)、空间约束(多个角度攻击)和时空约束,过程约束一般涉及防碰撞约束、过载约束等。在目标相对运动坐标系中,协同制导可以被看成特殊的编队控制问题,因此编队控制和协同制导的控制器设计方法也有着相似之处。目前主流的控制方法有PID反馈控制、滑模控制、自适应控制、动态逆控制、反步控制和最优控制等。
① 无人机-无人车集群
在各种异构集群中,无人机-无人车异构集群编队控制的成果较为丰富。Liao等利用虚拟领导者编队控制策略,考虑到领导者具有未知时变输入的情况,利用状态观测器和自适应控制理论实现了编队控制和对虚拟领导者的路径跟踪[23]。Lu等使用虚拟领导者、分组领导者和跟随者三层架构,基于观测器理论和滑模控制理论设计控制器,在理论推导中使用线性化模型,但仿真结果表明这种控制方法可以在异构非线性无人系统集群上取得良好的效果,实现分组编队跟踪控制[24]。可以看出,上面的几种无人机-无人车集群编队控制方法基本都是采用领从式或者虚拟领导者控制策略,通信拓扑为分布式,使用一致性理论框架和其他控制方法设计控制器,这也是目前主流的方法。
② 其他低速飞行器异构集群
除无人机-无人车集群之外,国内外学者还对一些其他的异构集群编队控制做了大量研究。邹尧等针对惯性参数不同且未知的垂直起降飞行器异构集群设计了编队控制器,使用一致性理论得到误差,在给出确定形式的控制律后,使用自适应算法估计集群无人系统的惯性参数,实现了分布式集群的稳定编队[25]
③ 高速飞行器编队与协同制导
对于低速异构无人系统集群,由于速度较低、控制力上限较大,因此可以使用线性模型推导算法,使用一致性理论设计算法,甚至一些功能异构的低速异构集群完全可以采用和同构集群相同的控制方法。而对于高速飞行器,想实现编队并保持稳定是非常困难的,对于有动力高速飞行器,可以使用低速飞行器的编队控制方法;对于无动力飞行器,由于速度衰减,只能靠气动力机动,因此其编队非常困难。Zhang等利用一致性理论设计了分布式编队控制律,将协同条件设为水平面相对位置不变,实现了3枚无动力飞行器的协同[26]。水晓冰等也对三枚无动力飞行器组成的编队进行了研究,先通过一致性理论反馈控制使得飞行器速度方向达到一致,之后使用GA-SQP算法对飞行器初始位置、飞行时的攻角以及开始协同的距离进行了优化,从而保证了飞行器速度偏差最小,仿真结果显示利用这种方法可以使三枚无动力飞行器保持较为稳定的编队[27]。陆浩然等以能量最低的飞行器位置为基准,采用偏转角最小的原则给出编队成型后的飞行器对应关系,将编队问题转化为轨迹优化问题,利用伪谱法求解最优轨迹形成编队[28],这种方法可以节省飞行器的能量,但伪谱法优化通常耗时较长,在实时性方面得不到保证。以上编队方法均针对同构集群,需要再进行一定改进才能应用于异构集群。
对于模型异构飞行器集群,如高速飞行器、弹道式飞行器和无动力飞行器,目前相关的研究较少。2015年,赵启伦等对高速飞行器和常规飞行器协同制导的可行性进行了分析,对象被设置为两枚高速飞行器和两枚常规飞行器,任务策略为常规飞行器进入敌方雷达搜索区域吸引火力,两枚高速飞行器绕过雷达探测区以期望的终端角约束和常规飞行器同时攻击目标。作者给出了可用过载、速度对遭遇时间可行域的影响图,同时仿真了发射角范围以及终端角范围对协同条件的影响[29]。刘晓等提出了一种低成本的探测飞行器与攻击飞行器功能协同的打击方案,为探测飞行器设计自适应巡航轨迹规划策略[30],保证多目标的精确探测,攻击飞行器不携带导引头,根据探测飞行器传递的信息进行末制导。这种方法可以减小攻击飞行器的打击误差,提高效费比,但没有考虑末制导时两种飞行器的通信距离要求。
对于异构飞行器,协同博弈对抗可以分为角色异构下的三体对抗问题和参数异构时的区域攻防博弈问题。两者之间的不同在于:三体对抗场景中攻击飞行器需要和防御飞行器配合,使得防御飞行器与拦截飞行器碰撞从而保证顺利完成对抗任务,重点在于协同诱导碰撞。而区域攻防博弈问题是指为进攻飞行器设计机动策略,使得进攻飞行器突破敌方拦截飞行器组网的概率最大,在区域攻防博弈问题中,飞行器的参数异构并不影响问题求解的方法和过程,只影响结果。三体对抗攻防的场景示意图如图6所示,场景中的三个角色分别为攻击飞行器(M)、拦截飞行器(I)和防御飞行器(D),攻击飞行器需要和防御飞行器相互配合,躲避拦截飞行器;防御飞行器需要保护攻击飞行器不被拦截飞行器拦截,一般情况下需要保证和拦截飞行器碰撞;拦截飞行器则需要躲避防御飞行器并对攻击飞行器实现拦截。
三体对抗是一个攻防双方对抗的问题,在我方使用策略时,拦截飞行器也有可能使用最优的策略,因此需要对双方的策略同时进行推导。Shima等将微分对策应用在了三体对抗问题中,利用线性二次型微分对策推导了理想动力学下各角色的最优策略[31]。微分对策本质上是将多个无人系统的运动写为一个状态方程,之后使用最优控制的方法求解双边最优控制问题。微分对策用于求解三体对抗问题时存在着一些问题:
① 微分对策的基础是最优控制理论,一般需要对运动模型进行线性化,且做出诸多假设,如速度不变、小角度假设等。而飞行器运动模型一般是非线性模型,甚至无动力飞行器有着速度衰减的特点,很难使用这种假设来简化;
② 使用微分对策可以求解三个飞行器的对抗问题,但实际对抗过程涉及多个飞行器;
③ 微分对策需要剩余飞行时间信息,目前已有的成果基本使用弹目距离除以速度作为剩余飞行时间,对于大机动飞行器,这种假设误差较大;
④ 微分对策需要对方的完美信息,如速度和加速度等;
⑤ 为了推导解析解,一般假设飞行器动态特性为理想动态,即零阶动态特性,这与实际情况不符;
⑥ 当模型变得复杂时,解析解很难推导,使用线性二次型微分对策时得到的解中有积分项,因此计算控制指令需要的时间较长;
对于问题①,Shinar等将弹目相对运动模型转换为线性时变模型,在速度时变和控制量有界的条件下设计了微分对策制导律[32]。Bardhan等推导了非线性微分对策框架下飞行器的最优反馈控制律,仿真表明这种方法的性能优于线性二次型微分对策制导律,且无需精确计算剩余飞行时间,但这篇文章推导的是一对一微分对策[33]
对于问题②,Sun等将参与对抗的角色扩展成了一枚攻击飞行器、一枚拦截飞行器和两枚防御飞行器,分别给出了防御飞行器和目标的机动策略,在一枚防御飞行器被摧毁或者通信失效时仍然可以发挥协同拦截作用[34]
对于问题③,Dhananjay提出了基于数值差值的剩余飞行时间计算方法,可以提高剩余飞行时间的估计精度,但能否在三体对抗问题中应用还需要更多的验证[35]。除此之外,还有一些学者不使用剩余飞行时间预测设计制导律,Tekin等[36]将相对距离表示为关于时间的函数,通过数值积分的方式确定制导参数。Dong等[37]以比例导引的剩余飞行时间作为目标飞行时间,通过改变比例导引的增益使得无动力飞行器的剩余飞行时间与预测时间相同,可以较为精确的实现时间协同,但仍需要迭代求解制导参数。
对于问题④,一般使用观测器和滤波方法获取敌方信息,如史恒等考虑目标的复杂机动导致的运动非线性难以测量的问题,利用交互多模型(IMM)结合非线性滤波的方法对目标状态进行估计,还利用集中式和分布式两种方法融合雷达、红外传感器的数据,可以高精度获取目标的运动信息。
对于问题⑤,Battistini等将拦截飞行器动态特性设为一阶环节,推导了相应的边界型微分对策制导律[38],Perelman A等使用线性二次型微分对策理论推导了任意阶动力学特性下的三体对抗问题的解[31]
对于问题⑥,在推导出微分对策相关方程后使用数值解法是一个可以探索的方向。Wang等提出了一种结合初值猜测、遗传算法以及配点法的微分对策数值解法[39]
除了上述问题之外,在三体对抗问题中,性能指标通常是各打击组的脱靶量及能量乘以一个系数构成,此系数的选取对对抗结果影响非常大。现有文献中对此系数一般设为定值,但为了更好地对抗效果,该系数应当作为可变参数并入制导律中,从而推导得到性能更好的制导律。
本文针对异构无人系统集群,总结了现有的各种异构形式,给出了异构集群的概念及分类方法,针对协同通信等四个技术领域给出了异构集群协同的技术现状。总体而言,对于异构集群协同的相关理论和应用虽然已经有一定的成果,但这个领域依然处于发展的初始阶段,现有技术的实践对象主要以无人机等小型高可控性无人系统为主,针对高速飞行器的编队控制以及协同博弈对抗技术目前并没有已经成功的项目实例,且分组配比问题的求解需要依靠精确的场景建模与效能评估方法。因此,异构集群协同领域依然处在发展的初期。
由于异构集群协同的特殊优势,未来异构集群协同必然会成为工业和战争等领域的主要任务载体,未来异构集群协同的主要发展趋势如下:
① 探索更多形式的异构无人系统组合
目前已有的异构集群中无人系统种类较少,且容易协同,如参数异构的无人机的很多控制理论与同构集群相同,无人机-无人车集群中的无人系统均可以写为状态方程,容易推导控制理论。未来需要探索更多形式、更复杂的异构集群,如再入飞行器与无动力飞行器的异构协同,高速飞行器与无人机-无人车的协同等。
② 基于AI技术的异构集群协同技术研究
异构集群存在分组配比、目标分配和航迹规划等决策问题,需要算法速度较快以保证实时性。人工智能具有自主能力强,计算速度快等优点,可以将人工智能技术应用到目标分配、航迹规划等决策模块中。近来,很多学者使用神经网络、强化学习来解决控制问题,可以将这些技术应用到编队控制以及博弈制导技术中,解决传统控制方法计算速度慢等问题。
③ 异构集群协同策略研究
异构集群由于参与任务的无人系统类型较多,因此可以衍生出多种合作方式,如高速飞行器即可以常规飞行器的协同,也可以和探测飞机等协同。未来需要根据任务场景研究更多的合作策略,并开展相应的任务流程规划、射前流程规划等。
④ 大数量异构飞行器博弈制导技术研究
目前,微分对策等控制理论智能解决小数量异构飞行器博弈对抗问题,未来需要进行更多的研究,得到可以应用在大数量异构飞行器的博弈对抗技术。同时需要将博弈相关理论和协同制导相结合,研究区域攻防博弈策略选择,纳什均衡策略求解等理论。
⑤ 复杂无人系统的参数异构控制
目前控制难度最大的飞行器为无动力飞行器,具有速度衰减等特征,但由于可以进行大范围机动,未来必定成为主要的研究对象之一。因此,需要在已有技术的基础上研究无动力飞行器异构集群的编队控制以及协同制导技术。
