This paper introduces an MSK non-coherent demodulation algorithm that integrates the soft spreading spectrum of CCSK, addressing the issue of signal demodulation in noisy environments. MSK modulation is widely used due to its efficient spec-tral utilization and low bit error rate, but traditional coherent demodulation relies on accurate carrier phase information, which is not suitable for short-burst communication and high-dynamic environments. The algorithm combines CCSK spreading technology, using base functions with strong periodic auto-correlation characteristics and their cyclic shift sequences, and proposes a waveform-matching-based MSK non-coherent demodulation algorithm, which significantly enhances the anti-interference capability, simplifies the receiver design, and maintains good demodulation performance under low signal-to-noise ratio conditions, with a high degree of tolerance to the sampling point drift. The simulation results show that under a signal-to-noise ratio of -5.5 dB, the system's bit error rate (BER) can be kept below 10-6, demonstrating excellent noise resistance. Additionally, simulation experiments analyzed the im-pact of sampling point drift, revealing that a 1-sample point drift can cause 2-3 dB decrease in demodulation performance, while a 2-sample point drift can contribute to a 5-6 dB decrease, yet the demodulation performance remains within an operational range. The algorithm demonstrates outstanding demodulation performance under low signal-to-noise ratios and in high-dynamic scenarios. In conclusion, the waveform-matching-based MSK non-coherent demodulation algorithm proposed in this paper offers an efficient and reliable solution for wireless communication in complex environments.

针对噪声环境下的信号解调问题,本文提出了一种结合CCSK(循环码移键控)软扩频体制的MSK(最小频移键控)非相干解调算法。MSK调制技术因其高效频谱利用和低误码率而被广泛使用,但传统相干解调依赖于精确的载波相位信息,不适用于短突发通信和高动态环境。本算法结合CCSK扩频技术,利用周期自相关特性强的基函数及其循环移位序列,提出了一种基于波形匹配的MSK非相干解调算法,信号的抗干扰能力得到显著提升,简化了接收机设计,并在较低信噪比条件下保持良好的解调性能,宽容度高,对采样点漂移具有一定的容忍度。仿真试验结果表明:在信噪比为-5.5 dB的条件下,系统的误码率(BER)能够保持在10-6以下,显示出良好的抗噪性能。同时,仿真实验分析了采样点漂移的影响,发现1个采样点漂移会使解调性能下降2~3 dB,2个采样点漂移则下降5~6 dB,尽管如此,解调性能仍在可用区间。该算法在较低信噪比和高动态场景下展现出优异的解调性能。综上所述,本文提出的基于波形匹配的MSK非相干解调算法为复杂环境下的无线通信提供了一种高效、可靠的解决方案。

针对噪声环境下的信号解调问题,本文提出了一种结合CCSK(循环码移键控)软扩频体制的MSK(最小频移键控)非相干解调算法。MSK调制技术因其高效频谱利用和低误码率而被广泛使用,但传统相干解调依赖于精确的载波相位信息,不适用于短突发通信和高动态环境。本算法结合CCSK扩频技术,利用周期自相关特性强的基函数及其循环移位序列,提出了一种基于波形匹配的MSK非相干解调算法,信号的抗干扰能力得到显著提升,简化了接收机设计,并在较低信噪比条件下保持良好的解调性能,宽容度高,对采样点漂移具有一定的容忍度。仿真试验结果表明:在信噪比为-5.5 dB的条件下,系统的误码率(BER)能够保持在10-6以下,显示出良好的抗噪性能。同时,仿真实验分析了采样点漂移的影响,发现1个采样点漂移会使解调性能下降2~3 dB,2个采样点漂移则下降5~6 dB,尽管如此,解调性能仍在可用区间。该算法在较低信噪比和高动态场景下展现出优异的解调性能。综上所述,本文提出的基于波形匹配的MSK非相干解调算法为复杂环境下的无线通信提供了一种高效、可靠的解决方案。

This paper introduces an MSK non-coherent demodulation algorithm that integrates the soft spreading spectrum of CCSK, addressing the issue of signal demodulation in noisy environments. MSK modulation is widely used due to its efficient spec-tral utilization and low bit error rate, but traditional coherent demodulation relies on accurate carrier phase information, which is not suitable for short-burst communication and high-dynamic environments. The algorithm combines CCSK spreading technology, using base functions with strong periodic auto-correlation characteristics and their cyclic shift sequences, and proposes a waveform-matching-based MSK non-coherent demodulation algorithm, which significantly enhances the anti-interference capability, simplifies the receiver design, and maintains good demodulation performance under low signal-to-noise ratio conditions, with a high degree of tolerance to the sampling point drift. The simulation results show that under a signal-to-noise ratio of -5.5 dB, the system's bit error rate (BER) can be kept below 10-6, demonstrating excellent noise resistance. Additionally, simulation experiments analyzed the im-pact of sampling point drift, revealing that a 1-sample point drift can cause 2-3 dB decrease in demodulation performance, while a 2-sample point drift can contribute to a 5-6 dB decrease, yet the demodulation performance remains within an operational range. The algorithm demonstrates outstanding demodulation performance under low signal-to-noise ratios and in high-dynamic scenarios. In conclusion, the waveform-matching-based MSK non-coherent demodulation algorithm proposed in this paper offers an efficient and reliable solution for wireless communication in complex environments.

在现代无线通信中,数据传输的高效性和可靠性极为重要。最小移频键控(Minimum Shift Keying,MSK)因其高频谱效率、优异带宽利用和低误码率而广受欢迎。作为连续相位频移键控(Con-tinuous Phase Frequency Shift Keying,CPFSK)的一种形式,MSK通过平滑的频率变化和避免相位突变,减少了旁瓣功率,增强了信号的抗干扰性[1]
在实际通信中,接收信号常受噪声干扰,这对解调技术提出了挑战。传统相干解调依赖精确的载波相位信息,但在短突发通信中难以快速锁定。因此,非相干解调技术因其简单快速且对相位和频率变化具有较高鲁棒性而变得适用。MSK非相干解调中,差分解调法是经典方法[2],分为1 bit和2 bit差分[3,4],但两者在抗噪性和误码率上均有局限。1 bit差分解调抗噪能力差,容易出现相位模糊,适用于低速率通信,2 bit差分的性能略强于1 bit差分[57]。虽然文献[57]指出了2 bit差分解调稍有改进,但在低信噪比下误码率仍然较高且存在延迟问题。
以上这些方法适用于信道环境较好、实时性要求不高的通信系统,并不适用于天基环境下的短突发实时通信。
维特比算法是一种多符号最大似然序列检测技术,用于基于MSK信号的相位变化进行非相干解调。它通过比较GMSK(高斯最小频移键控)信号的相位路径与所有可能的信息序列,选择最匹配的序列作为解调结果[8,9]。然而,维特比算法在实现时需要大量硬件资源,并且其路径度量值在运算过程中会无限发散,这在工程实践中难以处理[9]
本论文提出了一种基于MSK信号特性的非相干解调算法,该算法集成了CCSK软扩频技术,并运用波形匹配原理进行信号解调和解扩。该方法优化了接收机设计,提升了信号处理速率,确保了在低信噪比环境下的解调性能,并具有对采样点漂移的容错能力,增强了通信系统的可靠性和效率。
MSK是CPM(Continuous Phase Modulation,连续相位调制)的一种形式,同时也是2FSK(2-Level Frequency Shift Keying,二进制频移键控)的一个特例,当2FSK的频偏等于码元速率的一半且码元间相位连续时,即为MSK。
MSK是一种恒包络的信号调制方式,其信号的表现形式如公式(1)[10,11]
式中,ωc=2πfc,为载波角频率,ak=±1(分别对应输入码元为“1”或者是“0”),需要将原来的单极性归零码转变为双极性不归零码进行操作;TB为码元宽度;φk为第k个码元的初始相位,它在一个码元周期内不变。
对于MSK而言,相位连续性是其重要特征之一,其一般条件是前一码元末尾的相位等于后一码元开始时的相位,这就要求如公式(2)所示:
根据上式进行推导可得到如公式(3)的递归条件:
由上式可以看出,第k个码元的相位φk不仅和当前输入ak有关,而且也和前一个码元ak-1及前一码元的相位φk-1有关。这也就是说,要求MSK信号的不同码元之间存在相关性。在用相干解调接收的时候,可以假设φk-1的初始参考值等于0。根据以上推导,MSK信号的表现形式可改写为如公式(4)的形式:
按照公式(4)可推导得到MSK信号的附加相位轨迹图,如图1所示。
例如图1代表的是序列100100111对应的相位轨迹图。
一般来说,MSK信号可以有两个正交的分量来进行表示,这也就代表着MSK的正交表示法,其表示形式如公式(5)所示:
根据公式(6)可以构建信号传统正交框图如图2所示[11]
CCSK(Cycle Code Shift Keying)编码扩频是通过选用一个周期自相关特性优良的函数f(t)为基函数s0(基码),并用s0及其循环移位序列s1s2sM-2sM-1来表示原始的信息序列。在使用CCSK的过程中,常常需要将原始的二进制码元序列分段后转换为十进制序列进行处理。
在多数情况下,基函数为一个二进制序列, s0=(b0b1b2,…,bM-2bM-1),其余序列由s0循环移位得到,这些序列集合共同构成了扩频码集合{S0S1,…,SM-1}[12]。集合中共有M个元素,可以表示长度为k的二进制序列:M=2k。映射方式为:当k位的二进制序列对应十进制值为m时,使用sm(0≤mM)序列来表示原始的二进制序列。在CCSK(32,5)中,其映射规则如表1所示[13]
CCSK是一种编码扩频技术,与传统的DS(Di-rect Sequence,直序列)扩频相比,在相同带宽和伪码长度条件下,CCSK能提供更快的传输速度和更高的信道利用率。CCSK通过编码降低符号速率,使用更长的伪码序列进行扩频,从而在相同带宽和传输速率下,性能优于DSSS。CCSK的扩频增益计算如公式(6)
其中,RC为扩频后的码片速率,Rb为信息速率,TC为码片宽度,M为扩频伪码长度,k为单次扩频的信息序列长度,M=2k。对于CCSK(32, 5)而言,扩频增益约为8 dB。
区别于传统的正交调制MSK生成方法,直接相位映射的MSK调制技术通过将码元变化直接映射为信号相位变化,生成基带MSK信号,避免了传统正交调制中的差分编码、串并变换和基带混频等步骤。这种方法简化了调制过程,降低了结构复杂度,使得MSK信号的生成更为简便和高效。
采用直接相位映射的方式实现I和Q路正交信息,而不需要通过差分编码和传统MSK正交调制的第一次混频。实现步骤如公式(7)至公式(12)所示:
① 生成原始码元并将其转化成双极性码:

④ 将输出的phase相位信息依照欧拉公式映射到正交的cos支路和sin支路:

从上述仿真可以看出,该调制方法基于MSK调制的基本原理,采用了直接对信号进行相位变化映射的方法来实现基带MSK调制,省去了传统正交产生方式中的差分编码、串并变换、基带混频等步骤,在实现结构上更加简洁,具有先进性。
该解调方法通过计算扩频码与本地序列的相关性来实现对MSK信号的解调和扩频。具体操作是将基带信号按5比特一组进行分段,然后与本地生成的32个MSK调制数据进行相关性计算。将计算得到的相关值结果填入两个判决矩阵,通过比较两个判决矩阵的行,可以恢复出原始的5比特数据。
基于该方法的信号处理与算法推导步骤如下:

上式中,y(k)是完整的接收到的输入信号,x(k)为有用信号,n(k)为高斯噪声信号。将信号以32位为一组进行分段后得到单段待处理的数据信号公式如下:

设信号采用的是N倍采样率的采样方法,可以得出每段数据长度为32·N,基于此对信号做32·N点FFT计算得到如下表达式:
对本地序列作同样的FFT处理得到:
Y1(n)与Y2(n)在频域进行相乘操作:
在频域内进行相乘,也就相当于输入信号与本地信号在时域进行循环卷积,这一步骤也就是计算输入信号序列与本地所有的全部32种CCSK波形进行相关性计算的过程。接下来对频域相乘结果作IFFT计算:
至此就得到了信号序列与本地序列的循环卷积结果。对卷积结果按照采样率进行抽样得到:

对长度为32的y3(k)按照一定的分配原则来对全部的32个相关计算结果进行位置分配得到AB两个判决用的矩阵,其分配原则如下:矩阵A与矩阵B都是5×16的矩阵。其中,矩阵A的第1行是输入序列与5位二进制码中第一位为1的共16个序列的CCSK软扩后的MSK基带调制波形进行波形匹配的结果,第二行是输入序列与5位二进制码中第二位为1的共16个序列的CCSK软扩后的MSK基带调制波形进行波形匹配的结果,第三、四、五行依此类推。矩阵B的第1行是输入序列与5位二进制码中第一位为0的共16个序列的CCSK软扩后的MSK基带调制波形进行波形匹配的结果,第二行是输入序列与5位二进制码中第二位为0的共16个序列的CCSK软扩后的MSK基带调制波形进行波形匹配的结果,第三、四、五行依此类推。
接下来取矩阵AB各行中的最大值y4(k)和y5(k),并进行判决,可以得到CCSK(32,5)对应的全部5个原始码元。

在信号能量角度,对比本文提出的解调方法与相干解调法,可以发现两者在解调性能上并无显著差异。
通过融合CCSK的软扩频技术与MSK调制的高效频谱利用,显著提升了信号的抗干扰性能。CCSK的软扩频增益优化了信号的冗余度,增强了系统在噪声和干扰环境下的鲁棒性。进一步,本文方法采用多波形匹配技术,提高了数据判决的容错率和精度,从而增强了系统的整体鲁棒性。
尽管这种方法在带宽上有所增加,但在高速移动通信和卫星通信等复杂环境中,这种带宽的扩展为通信系统带来了更高的可靠性和更好的性能,是一种合理的权衡。
综上所述,本文方法在保持带宽效率的同时,优化了信号处理,提升了通信系统在高动态环境下的性能,为现代通信技术的发展提供了新的视角。
表2为MATLAB仿真参数。在仿真中设置载波频率为3 MHz,码片频率为1 Mcps,并在不同的信噪比环境下进行仿真。在下变频乘以本地载波频率的信号进行混频时,为本地载波添加了相较于接收信号的随机相偏,模拟非相干解调时相位不对准的情况。在此仿真参数下使用CCSK(32,5)及以上所描述的解调方法仿真得到如图5的误码率曲线:
仿真结果显示,在SNR>-5.5 dB并伴随载波随机相偏的情况下,该解调方式可达到10-6数量级的误码率,体现出了对载波同步的低要求,展现了该非相干解调方法的高可靠性和鲁棒性。
采样点漂移仿真设置参数如表3所示,在存在采样点漂移的情况下,接收端的接受情况会有一定程度的恶化,其解调性能相较于没有采样点漂移的情况下会下降,如图6为向左漂移采样点的误码率曲线仿真图。
可以看出采样点漂移会影响解调性能。当发生1个采样点漂移时,解调性能下降约2~3 dB;2个采样点漂移时,性能下降约5~6 dB,但仍然可用。采样点漂移的方向(向左或向右)对误码率影响相似,具体仿真结果如图7所示。
相较于无采样点漂移的情况,在有采样点漂移的情况时,接收的误码率会有一定程度的恶化,但也处于可以接受的范围,依然可以达到10-6级别的误码率。
仿真结果显示,该解调方式对采样点漂移有一定的宽容度,在采样点漂移点数不多的情况下依然可以保持较好的接收效果。
传统的MSK非相干解调方式包括1 bit差分解调和2 bit差分解调,差分解调原理是将其中一路数据经过延时后和另一路信号相乘,再进行低通滤波抽样判决恢复数据[14]
1 bit差分解调时,正交信号经过一个信息码元宽度(Tb)时延后,与同相支路信号相乘,低通滤波后得到输出信号y(t),对y(t)进行抽样判决即可恢复原始码元,其原理图如图8所示。
当采用2 bit差分解调时,中频滤波器输出首先通过硬限幅电路消除振幅的变化,再与经过2Tb时延的信号相乘后得到y(t),对y(t)进行抽样判决即可恢复原始码元,其原理如图9所示。
2 bit差分解调相较于1 bit差分解调而言,需要在MSK调制时结合差分编码才能在接收端恢复出正确的原始码元。由于本文中MSK调制方式采用的是直接相位映射的方式实现的,没有使用差分编码,所以此处只引用传统的1 bit差分解调,与本文基于CCSK相关性遍历的MSK非相干解调进行对比,得到误码率曲线如图10所示。
图10可以看出:基于CCSK相关性遍历的MSK非相干解调相较于传统的1 bit差分解调有着十分明显的优势,本文所提出的解调方式在信噪比较低的情况下甚至有着大于10 dB的优势。
本文对结合CCSK软扩频技术的MSK非相干解调算法进行了深入分析与仿真验证。研究结果表明:该算法对MSK信号的载波同步要求显著降低。即便在接收端本振产生的下变频信号与接收信号之间存在相位不对准的情况下,该算法依然能够实现卓越的接收性能。
仿真结果进一步证实:在接收端存在载波随机相偏的条件下,该算法能够维持极低的误码率水平。当SNR大于-5.5 dB时,误码率可降至10-6级别,充分满足了MSK通信系统对高可靠性的严苛要求。此外,基于相关性波形匹配原理,该算法能够一次性完成MSK信号的非相干解调和解扩,简化了信号处理流程,有效提升了通信系统在实际工作条件下的运行效率,并降低了系统开销。
该算法对于采样点漂移具有较高的容忍度,这进一步降低了接收端与接收信号之间载波同步的复杂性。这一特性使得该算法在复杂环境下的无线通信中,提供了一种既可靠又高效的MSK信号处理解决方案,为无线通信技术的发展与应用开辟了新的可能性。
