Space-air-ground access integrating, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) will be the key capabilities in 6G. This paper studies an SC-FDE ISAC signal framing method in UAV networking to meet the requirement of communication-aided sensing based on the communication signals. Additionally, the high-precision ranging methods for UAV clusters with 4 and 2 samples per symbol are proposed to improve the cooperative localization performance in the UAV cluster network. After extensive simulations, we found that these two ranging methods could achieve a performance of RMSE=0.1 m at SNR=10 dB. Furthermore, the 2 samples per symbol ranging method outperforms the 4 samples method, and gets closer to the CRB theoretical performance bound.

空天地一体化多接入和通感一体化融合将是6G(第六代移动通信系统)的核心关键能力,针对通信辅助感知时基于通信波形的一体化波形发展需求,在无人机集群接入网中提出一种SC-FDE(单载波频域均衡)通感一体化波形的组帧方法,以及采用4倍过采样和2倍过采样时的高精度机间组网测距方法,用于提升集群组网的协同定位能力。通过仿真分析该通信波形的测距性能,结果表明:两种测距方法统计性能可以在信噪比为10 dB时达到根均方误差为0.1 m,且2倍过采样信号测距时比采用4倍过采样计算方法的性能更接近理论门限值。

空天地一体化多接入和通感一体化融合将是6G(第六代移动通信系统)的核心关键能力,针对通信辅助感知时基于通信波形的一体化波形发展需求,在无人机集群接入网中提出一种SC-FDE(单载波频域均衡)通感一体化波形的组帧方法,以及采用4倍过采样和2倍过采样时的高精度机间组网测距方法,用于提升集群组网的协同定位能力。通过仿真分析该通信波形的测距性能,结果表明:两种测距方法统计性能可以在信噪比为10 dB时达到根均方误差为0.1 m,且2倍过采样信号测距时比采用4倍过采样计算方法的性能更接近理论门限值。

Space-air-ground access integrating, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) will be the key capabilities in 6G. This paper studies an SC-FDE ISAC signal framing method in UAV networking to meet the requirement of communication-aided sensing based on the communication signals. Additionally, the high-precision ranging methods for UAV clusters with 4 and 2 samples per symbol are proposed to improve the cooperative localization performance in the UAV cluster network. After extensive simulations, we found that these two ranging methods could achieve a performance of RMSE=0.1 m at SNR=10 dB. Furthermore, the 2 samples per symbol ranging method outperforms the 4 samples method, and gets closer to the CRB theoretical performance bound.

第五代移动通信系统(5G)通过增强型移动宽带(eMBB)、大规模机器类通信(mMTC)与高可靠低时延通信(uRLLC)这三大突破性技术来实现万物互联的目的。5G通信感知的范畴比较有限,6G将原生地支持通信、感知和计算服务,发展“空-天-地”一体化多接入能力、“通-感-算”一体化融合服务能力和“云-边-端”一体化协同计算能力等关键核心能力,将支撑6G成为未来社会高效可持续发展的网络信息底座[1]。通信感知一体化(Integrated Sensing and Communication,ISAC)可以根据通信与感知间的相互关系分为通信辅助感知类业务和感知辅助通信类业务,通信辅助感知时将通信参考信号作为感知信号,实现目标定位、测速、手势识别等业务;感知辅助通信时,通过无线感知技术对无线通信环境及通信节点进行探测感知,辅助通信系统对信道估计、均衡、波束管理等模块进行算法选择、算法参数设置及算法优化[2]。通信感知一体化技术已经受到ITU(国际电信联盟)、IEEE(电气与电子工程师协会)、3GPP、中国IMT-2020推进组和IMT-2030推进组、北美Next G Alliance、欧盟赞助的ETSI(欧洲电信标准化协会)和Hexa-X等全球多个标准化组织和6G研究机构广泛关注。通感一体化业务的通信性能指标主要包含误比特率/误码率、网络覆盖率、时延、数据速率、连接密度、频谱效率、能量效率、可靠性等。感知性能指标包括感知业务时延和刷新频率等感知用例涉及的公共指标,以及检测类、估计类和识别类各自涉及的指标,如在置信度95%情况下,定位精度为0.2 m。
波形设计是通感一体化的一个关键技术,包含基于通信波形的一体化波形、基于感知波形的一体化波形以及基于全新的通感融合的一体化波形[3]。基于感知波形主要有线性调频脉冲信号、调频连续波(FMCW)信号以及步进频率连续波(SFCW)信号等,存在频谱利用率低、通信效率低的问题。全新的通感一体化波形设计还处于研究初期,而基于通信波形的设计思路是在保证通信信息传输效率的前提下实现感知功能,典型的通信波形主要有正交频分复用(OFDM)波形、单载波频域均衡(SC-FDE)波形以及滤波器组多载波(FBMC)波形等[2]。中国IMT-2030推进组空口技术主要分析了OFDM和OTFS(正交时频空调制)两种典型波形在感知场景下的性能评估,其中OTFS仍处于研究应用初期。若将OFDM波形用于通感一体化,存在感知距离受限、峰均比较高的问题,需要结合感知的性能指标,进行一体化设计;SC-FDE波形用于通感一体化设计,其峰均比低更适用于需要无人机通信时高功率效率场景。
无人机集群将是6G天地一体化的重要接入部分,需要针对通感一体化需求研究组网通信波形等关键技术。本文针对协同定位需求提出一种SC-FDE通感一体化波形及其集群组网高精度机间测距方法,同时通过仿真进行性能评估。
为了提供全球覆盖,6G无线通信网络将从地面移动通信扩展到陆海空天多维立体通信网络,包括天基卫星通信、空基有人-无人机通信、陆基移动通信、海基通信以及水下通信等[4]。空间物联网(IoST)是6G的主要突破之一,主要通过卫星和无人机(UAV)来扩展网络。无人机组网通信作为陆海空天信息网络中临时机动特性最突出的一段,具有快速网络拓扑变化、网络异构稀疏特性等特点[5]。国内无人机自组网技术研究处于快速发展与初步应用中,大规模无人机组网通信主要以编队控制形式出现。北京遥测技术研究所依据无人机通信信道特性[6],掌握了基于COFDM、SC-FDE的宽带抗多径低时延组网技术,分档带宽可覆盖0.1 Mbps~200 Mbps;开发了基于高速跳扩频的抗干扰窄带自组网技术,终端跳速大于1万跳,跳频带宽大于300 MHz,形成了U/L/S/C等频段的一站多机测控与协同组网通信系统,可应用于超近程、近程与中程等多型飞行器异构分布式智能组网[7]
传统测控系统采用伪随机码测距,其测量精度依赖码片速率和收发伪码相位差;采用延迟锁定环的测距方法取决于环路跟踪精度;而载波相位测距方法的测距精度较高,但其2π周期使得测距范围较小,缓解此类相位模糊的测距方法难以完全消除相位模糊[8, 9]。这些传统测控系统测距方法的多址能力较差,无法应用到移动通信系统波形中,也无法同时测量大规模集群组网终端间的距离,迫切需要开发面向移动通信OFDM与SC-FDE等信号的集群组网测距技术。文献[8]中西安电子科技大学团队联合多载波OFDM信号的时域和频域进行高精度的时延估计。随着OFDM信号被IEEE 802.16、3GPP LTE等移动通信系统采用为标准体制,其测距技术研究与应用已较为丰富:文献[10]针对OFDM信号多径问题采用识别主径抑制方法,解决室内环境非视距定位精度较差问题;文献[11]进一步分析了OFDM测距的多用户干扰消除和多天线测距方法;文献[12]设计了OFDM测控系统基于FIR结构的时频域测距方法,通过接收采样信号的时域定时估计、频域定时估计,得到时延估计,求得机间距离估计值c为光速。
目前,SC-FDE信号高精度测距技术研究尚较少,其收发信号处理结构与OFDM系统非常类似,也可以开展联合整数倍与小数倍的测距估计。两个系统都使用循环前缀消除块间干扰(IBI),但原理上却完全不同:两种技术都采用了FFT与IFFT模块,但位置和作用不同,OFDM系统的FFT主要是用作调制和解调,SC-FDE系统中FFT用于在频域完成信道均衡。OFDM系统对大的动态范围、载波频偏、带内谱零点等比较敏感。而SC-FDE技术有峰均比低、内在宽带频率分集效果、对载波频偏和时间选择性相对不敏感等优点。集群组网传输的SC-FDE数字基带信号表示为:
其中,T为符号周期,Ts为采样时钟,g(t)为滤波器,τT为时延,z(t)为高斯白噪声,s(n)为发端数据符号,1≤nNs(n)包含长度为Np的前导段{a(1),a(2),…,a(Np)}、长度为Nq的独特字段UW{b(2),…,b(Nq)}与长度为No的数据段{d(1),d(2),…,d(No)},各段总长度为NFNF=Np+xNq+No,其中x表示帧内UW段个数。
针对SC-FDE信号对频域均衡算法的要求,设计连续传输与短时突发两种帧结构,如图1所示。
① 多段连续传输帧,帧结构为“前导+UW+数据+UW+UW+数据+UW……”,用户节点传输多个业务数据段时一般在每段前后各加一段UW,第一段UW作为循环前缀吸收码间干扰、第二段与其他UW构成具有良好自相关特性的周期序列,也作为后续数据段的循环前缀。
② 短时突发帧,帧结构为“前导+UW+UW+数据+UW”,在连续传输模式的前缀UW位置增加一段UW作为循环前缀,相对来说增加了开销。
UW段一般长为Nq=64、128或256,跟业务数据段一起构成1 024或2 048长度FFT变换,UW段一般为Frank-Zadoff、Chu序列。
无人机集群作为6G天地一体化的重要接入部分,集群自组网采用SC-FDE信号的传输速率可能达100 Mbps,而小型无人机间的自组网应用需要研制低成本组网通信终端[13]。行业内常用的软件无线电芯片AD9361,其通信信号带宽仅支持56 MHz,其采样率限制在122.88 MHz以下[14],即宽带信号在采用芯片AD9361的接收机中仅可获得2~3倍过采样。因此,需要研究2倍采样宽带信号的高效感知方法。这里给出4倍过采样和2倍过采样下的两种联合整数倍与小数倍测距方法。
对于接收机采用L=4倍过采样时,计算小数倍时延信息估计
其中,1≤l≤4,∠为求相位信息。上式小数倍时延信息估计可等效表示为:
利用前导段{a(1),a(2),…,a(Np)}计算差分相关,并获得相关度量R(n):
然后,通过比较相关度量R(n)与门限λ,来判断前导段ni=arg{R(n)≥λ},arg表示提取满足条件的n值,门限λ在工程中通过仿真分析确定,可获得整数倍时延信息niT,进而得到时延估计,并求得机间距离估计值
在SC-FDE接收机中采用2倍过采样时,利用N个符号对应的2N+1个采样数据,得到小数倍时延信息估计:
上式可进一步等效表示为:
类似式(4),2倍过采样接收同样可以利用前导段获得整数倍时延niT,进而得到时延估计,并求得机间距离估计值。下面通过仿真分析两种方法的测距性能。
仿真评估本文测距方法在不同信噪比下的偏差与方差性能。在计算过程中影响该方法性能的主要因素是小数倍时延估计。整数倍时延仿真时门限λ设定方法参考文献[15],不同门限λ获得不同的前导段帧同步检测概率性能。工程中用到的信噪比在5 dB以上的,式(4)计算前导段差分相关度量方法的检测性能接近1,其性能研究不在本文研究范围内。获取相关度量R(n)应用于接收机帧同步、小数倍时延估计式(3)和式(6),并同时用于接收机定时同步,实现通信与测距一体化设计。本方法在工程实现时占用的资源仅为1个加法运算、每节点1个计时器存储资源。
考察联合测距方法的偏差与方差性能,分析其有效性与可靠性。仿真采用QPSK调制信号的成形滤波滚降系数为α=0.35,接收机过采样为2倍和4倍,设短时突发帧SC-FDE信号的FFT长度为1 024,UW段长度Nq=128,数据段长度No=768,符号速率1/T=50 MHz。如图2所示为该测距方法的测距偏差值性能仿真结果和根均方误差性能仿真结果,对应信噪比SNR分别为5 dB、10 dB、30 dB时的测距偏差为0.01 m、0.003 m、0.000 5 m,RMSE性能为0.14 m、0.07 m、0.01 m。此外,本文方法在2倍采样时比4倍采样时的RMSE性能有0.18 m、0.1 m、0.015 m的较大性能提升,对比理论门限值σCRB如式(7)所示。根据以上分析可见本文测距算法是有效和可靠的。
无人机集群将是未来6G空天地一体化的重要接入部分,针对通信波形设计实现感知功能需求,在综合分析OFDM、SC-FDE、FBMC和OTFS等波形基础上,SC-FDE将比OFDM波形用于通感一体化时有峰均比较低等优势,对载波频偏和时间选择性相对不敏感等优点,适用于机载高动态组网系统。本文首先设计SC-FDE的连续传输与短时突发两种帧结构,然后针对无人机集群低成本组网终端中宽带信号接收机难以4倍过采样的问题,设计了4倍过采样和2倍过采样的两种联合整数倍与小数倍测距方法,仿真结果表明了其测距估计的有效性和可靠性。
