The current navigation system relies heavily on GNSS system, which makes the users unable to work in the denied environment. This paper analyzes the navigation and position technology by low orbit satellite, based on satellite receiver's Doppler measurement, this technology can be used to realize the positioning of user on earth. On the condition of orbit altitude 800 km, observing arc segment 8 min, measuring error of Doppler 0.01 Hz, the simulating result is that the user's positioning error is 1 000 m. In the Global Positioning System denied environment, the findings of this study would offer an alternative positioning approach for specific user groups.

从卫星导航系统拒止环境的导航定位需求出发,本文深入探究了低轨道单一卫星无源测频导航定位技术。该技术依靠星载接收机接收地面设备发射的特定信号,通过解算出该信号的多普勒频移,实现对地面静止或低速用户的导航定位。分析和模拟数据显示:在卫星轨道高度800 km、8 min可见时间段内,在多普勒估计误差为0.01 Hz时,用户定位误差小于1 000 m。这一技术方案能给紧急情况和特定环境下的导航定位提供一个可靠的备用方案。

The current navigation system relies heavily on GNSS system, which makes the users unable to work in the denied environment. This paper analyzes the navigation and position technology by low orbit satellite, based on satellite receiver's Doppler measurement, this technology can be used to realize the positioning of user on earth. On the condition of orbit altitude 800 km, observing arc segment 8 min, measuring error of Doppler 0.01 Hz, the simulating result is that the user's positioning error is 1 000 m. In the Global Positioning System denied environment, the findings of this study would offer an alternative positioning approach for specific user groups.

导航技术是社会不断实现工业化、信息化与全球化的关键技术。从人类诞生起,导航定位就一直是人类生存发展不可或缺的基本需求,且极大满足人类对获取时空信息的需要。导航技术在人类社会进程加快、文明提高的过程中不断发展,到了大航海时代,人们对导航定位的需求更加强烈。要是没有导航定位技术的发展,大航海时代就无法开启,跨海贸易也无法开展,航空航天技术也就无从谈起了[1,2]
在导航定位领域内,卫星导航定位技术发展最快且应用最为广泛,自20世纪80年代美国全球定位系统(GPS)开始研制,开启了这一技术的飞速发展历程,之后俄罗斯的格洛纳斯、欧洲的伽利略和中国的北斗等卫星导航系统也开始了快速发展,目前卫星导航系统已成为现代军事战争关键的信息支撑设施[3,4]。卫星导航系统本质上属于一种无线电导航系统,其包含空间段的卫星系统、地面段的测运控系统以及用户端使用的核心设备等[5]。当下各类作战武器在战略和战术方面对卫星定位系统的依赖越来越强,同时卫星导航系统也成了许多社会行业离不开的支柱性基础设施[6]
随着全球宇航与太空技术不断进步,卫星定位系统空间部分遭受反卫星武器侵袭的风险日渐增大,并且地面控制部分和用户终端等关键设施所面临的攻击威胁也日趋严峻。若以发射欺骗信号或者反卫星武器的方式攻击,可能使卫星失能进而让导航信号无法正常播发[79],这样特定区域内可用卫星数量或许会降到4颗以下,从而形成导航拒止区域,导致用户不能进行定位、测速和授时等[10,11]。另外,受到干扰信号影响,可能扰乱导航接收机正常工作,使其无法完成导航定位任务[12,13]。受上述拒止区域限制,仅靠卫星导航技术的设施难以满足军事和民用产品在智能化、自动化方面持续增长的需求。由于国际局势持续紧张,卫星导航拒止区域内的环境越发恶劣,尤其是军用领域,全程GPS导航信号失锁的风险明显增加[14]
前述拒止条件下导航定位面临挑战,在这种情况下以近地轨道卫星开展导航定位技术的探索变得很关键。国内不少机构在低轨卫星增强技术方面进行了理论研究、模拟运算和轨道验证,并提出了自己的星群规划,像“鸿雁”“虹云”“天地一体化信息网络”等等,这些星座都充分考虑了低轨卫星导航增强功能。“珞珈一号”“鸿雁星座试验星”以及“网通一号”等低轨试验卫星进行了在轨技术试验,给低轨卫星导航信号增强、精度提高以及拒止条件下导航定位技术积累了宝贵的技术储备[1521]。上述大部分低轨星座均采用了伪码测距方法和无线电导航定位技术,虽可达米级定位精度,但均需要进行星座部署,建设周期很长,成本与系统复杂度很高。本研究参考多普勒测速定位基本原理[22,23],以低轨卫星运行轨迹和多普勒频移测量技术为依托,提出了一种全新的单星被动式测频导航定位策略,该策略通过一颗卫星上的接收机测量需要定位的地面用户信号多普勒,利用多普勒等频曲面与地面相交的等频曲线完成导航定位功能,能够解决卫星导航系统拒止条件下的导航定位的问题。
单星无源测频定位的基本原理是:利用星上接收机对地表用户发出信号的多普勒频移进行多次测量,并依据得到的多普勒频移数据测定地表辐射源的位置。由于这种定位技术依靠接收地面信号而非卫星自身发射导航信号,所以属于无源测频定位技术。卫星经过地表辐射源上空时,通过捕获其信号从而计算出接收信号的多普勒频移。低轨卫星经过辐射源上空大概需要10~20 min,且在这期间可测量不同时刻的信号频率,而卫星的星历已知(地面运控系统可获取),通过读取时间戳就能把测频时间点与卫星星历对应起来,进而推算出卫星测频瞬间的位置和速度,最后这些信息经测频多普勒定位处理,就能算出辐射源精确坐标,进而完成目标定位任务。
按照多普勒测量原理[5],卫星捕获的信号频率fi 和发射源释放的信号频率fT有如下关联性:
上文提到的公式里,abs(·)是取变量绝对值,卫星在ti时刻的速度为Viti时刻接收到的地面用户信号频率为fi,地面用户发射频率为fT,地面用户和卫星的连线同卫星速度方向的夹角为θic为光速。上述式(1)中的各变量可以通过如下方法完成参数及其数值解,其解析过程如下所述。
上述表达式中,用星历信息或者其他星载测速手段可测定低轨卫星的速度。地面载体发射频率是已知的,则式(1)中地面用户与卫星连线同卫星速度矢量减的夹角θi,可通过测量卫星接收到的频率获得,则ti时刻与卫星运动方向成θi角的全部坐标点可构成一个以卫星位置为顶点、圆锥角为θi的圆锥面,如图1所示。那么地面用户的位置就处于这个锥面和地球表面的交线AOB上面。
在地面用户静止或速度远小于卫星速度的条件下,通过t1t2两个定位时刻点,就能够获得两个圆锥面,两个锥面与地球表面都相交,就可以得到两条等频曲线,两条曲线继续相交,最终形成两个交点,则其中的一个交点就是地面用户所在的位置,如图2所示,具体情况分析如下:
对上图分析可知,在t1t2定位时刻,分别对地面用户的位置进行两次测量,能够获得等频锥面1和等频锥面2,等频锥面都和地球表面相交,得到两条如图2所示的等频曲线AOB和等频曲线CPD,两等频曲线AOBCPD在地球表面相交后,可获得EF两个交点。这两个交点中,一个是用户的真实位置,另一个是位置模糊点。而为了得到准确的定位结果,可再经过第三个定位时刻t3,获取第三个等频锥面以及第三条等频曲线,然后上述三条等频锥面进一步相交后,就可以去掉一个模糊点,最终得到真实的用户位置。
为进一步探究上述方法的可行性,需要对上述测频方式实现导航定位的具体算法进行详细研究,详细求解方法分析如下。
图3中,以地心地固坐标系为参考,地球的半径为r,待求地面用户坐标为S(xyz)。在ti测量时刻,卫星的坐标为Pi(Xi, Yi, Zi),卫星速度为,卫星测量频率为fi,那么卫星到载体的距离di则是该矢量的模,且di可以表示为:
在有测频误差的条件下,式(1)可进一步表示为:
其中,ti时刻的卫星速度为Viti时刻接收到地面用户发射的信号频率为fifT是地面载体发射频率,εi是频率偏差。
将地面用户的坐标值(x, y, z)、卫星的速度()和位置(Xi, Yi, Zi)代入式(3),同时,在ECEF坐标系内矢量可以表示形式为(x-Xi, y-Yi, z-Zi),即该矢量是矢量的差,且该矢量的模就是载体与卫星间的距离di,并考虑如下空间两矢量之间夹角公式:
在式(3)中,进一步考虑速度矢量的模与空间夹角余弦计算公式中该矢量的模可约分抵消,可得公式(3)的坐标形式表示如下:
其中,c为光速,fi为卫星接收的信号频率,fT为地面用户发射的信号频率,εi为接收频率的噪声偏差,i=0,1,2,……,N,为卫星过境时信号接收多普勒测量的历元计数值,同时也是测量时刻卫星位置坐标(XiYiZi)的历元计数值。
在式(5)中,只有地面用户坐标值(xyz)为待求未知量,其他变量均可以通过测量得到,但上述方程是非线性方程,可以考虑将上述公式在(x0y0z0)点进行线性化处理,然后通过在卫星轨道上进行3次测量,得到3个线性方程构成的联立方程组,通过求解方程组获得地面用户的位置结果。由于地面用户的运动速度较低,采用3连续测量结果过程中,位置坐标近似不变,然后在得到真实坐标(xyz)以后,可以用本次解算位置作为下次计算的初始值,进行下一次求解的初值,从而迭代计算得到地面用户的连续定位结果。
为进一步得到具体计算方法,可将式(5)转换为下式:
利用泰勒级数展开的方法将式(6)线性化,为了便于分析,在进行线性化之前将式(6)写成如下形式:
则式(7)中,坐标估计点(x0y0z0)处泰勒级数一阶展开式为:

其中,∆fi=fi-fi(x0y0z0),∆x=(x-x0),∆y=(y-y0),∆z=(z-z0)。将得到的测量数据代入到式(8)中,每次代入三个时刻点,能够获得如下方程组:
可将上式写成矩阵形式如下:
F是星载接收机连续3次测量得到的多普勒矢量,B是连续3次定位过程中的位置误差矢量,E是连续3次测量多普勒的误差矢量,G是连续3次测量多普勒函数对位置坐标(XYZ)的偏导数矩阵,又叫作雅可比矩阵,上述变量的表达式如下:
利用最小二乘法,对于位置误差矢量B的最小二乘解为:
则利用式(6),对载体位置变量(xyz)分别求偏导数,则该表达式中各变量的偏导数表达式为:
其中,i=1,2,3,…… N,为该卫星过境弧段内数据历元计数值,(x0y0z0),是地面用户坐标泰勒级数展开估计点的坐标值。
在给定载体初始位置后,利用式(16),可求得前后两次坐标差值估计量(∆x,∆y,∆z),将该误差值引入到起始值(x0y0z0),就可以得到一组新载体坐标(x1,y1,z1),然后该结果作为下一轮迭代起始值,并将新观测量加入到上述所列方程中,开始下一轮迭代,直到卫星出境,无新观测数据输入,则定位计算过程停止。
根据上述分析研究的单星无源多普勒定位原理进一步分析可知,主要的定位误差源包括:星载接收机的频率测量误差、星载接收机和平台终端频率偏差、测量时段内的钟差、卫星的位置误差以及速度误差等。为分析以上误差对地面载体的定位情况的影响,进行了上述无源多普勒定位的仿真分析,参考某型号卫星轨道情况,具体仿真计算的参数与条件如下:
卫星的轨道高度为800 km,轨道采用极轨轨道,轨道倾角为98°,偏心率为0,升交点赤经为132.40°,对卫星轨道进行仿真计算后,得到卫星轨道仿真时间3条轨道,如图4中分别用红、蓝、黑三色表示,定位运算选用第三轨数据,且卫星经过我国上空,具体选用的定位数据长度8 min,在图4中用紫色标注数据段部分。
仿真地面载体发射的载波频率为401.6 MHz,且仿真的卫星接收机与地面发射信号的多普勒估计误差为0.01 Hz,卫星接收机与平台终端频率偏差为1.5 kHz,由于低轨卫星过境时间短,在该测量时间段内的时钟偏差较小,可以忽略该项误差;卫星位置和速度从卫星星历可以计算得到,误差较小,在仿真过程中忽略。地面载体初始位置坐标为:39°N, 110°E,高程100 m,对应ECEF(地心地固坐标系)坐标系内的位置为:[-1 697 584.508 m,4 664 075.102 m,3 992 379.955 m]。具体仿真结果如图5~6所示,在卫星8 min可见弧段内,XYZ三个方向的最大位置误差小于1 000 m。
以上仿真结果表明:在卫星轨道高度为800 km,在8 min可见弧段内,多普勒估计误差为0.01 Hz时,对地面静止用户的定位误差小于1 000 m。
本文从卫星导航系统拒止环境下的导航定位需求出发,进行了一种低轨单星无源测频导航定位技术的研究。仿真结果表明:在卫星导航系统拒止条件下,通过三次星上测量地面发射特定频率信号的多普勒,利用测量结果,可以实现地面用户的导航定位任务。该定位方案可以满足一些对定位精度要求不高的应急和特殊场景的导航定位需求。
