This paper conducts an engineering feasibility study on the dielectric absorption coefficient test requirements stipulated by relevant fixed capacitor standards. The study includes equivalent circuit analysis and physical verification, achieving satisfactory results: confirming the reasonable feasibility of the single-branch model, which effectively simplifies circuit analysis. The residual voltage and current measured after capacitor charge/discharge cycles exhibit distinct peak characteristics, clearly reflecting the presence and variation pattern of the absorption effect. Analysis of the peak conditions readily reveals the necessity for test capacitors to have identical capacitance values, facilitating comparative grading. Expressions for the dielectric absorption coefficient include voltage-based and current-based types. High-input-impedance test instruments must be matched to the source impedance.

本文针对固定电容器相关标准规定的介质吸收系数检测要求,进行工程可行性研究,包括等效电路分析及实物验证,取得满意效果:证实单支路模型的合理可行性,有效简化电路分析。电容充放电后测取的剩余电压和电流呈现明显的峰值,充分反映吸收效应的存在及其变化规律。由峰值存在条件不难发现参试电容必须容值一致,便于比较定级。介质吸收系数的表达方式有电压型及电流型之别。测试用的高输入阻抗仪表须与信源阻抗匹配。

本文针对固定电容器相关标准规定的介质吸收系数检测要求,进行工程可行性研究,包括等效电路分析及实物验证,取得满意效果:证实单支路模型的合理可行性,有效简化电路分析。电容充放电后测取的剩余电压和电流呈现明显的峰值,充分反映吸收效应的存在及其变化规律。由峰值存在条件不难发现参试电容必须容值一致,便于比较定级。介质吸收系数的表达方式有电压型及电流型之别。测试用的高输入阻抗仪表须与信源阻抗匹配。

This paper conducts an engineering feasibility study on the dielectric absorption coefficient test requirements stipulated by relevant fixed capacitor standards. The study includes equivalent circuit analysis and physical verification, achieving satisfactory results: confirming the reasonable feasibility of the single-branch model, which effectively simplifies circuit analysis. The residual voltage and current measured after capacitor charge/discharge cycles exhibit distinct peak characteristics, clearly reflecting the presence and variation pattern of the absorption effect. Analysis of the peak conditions readily reveals the necessity for test capacitors to have identical capacitance values, facilitating comparative grading. Expressions for the dielectric absorption coefficient include voltage-based and current-based types. High-input-impedance test instruments must be matched to the source impedance.

电容器的高频应用需要顾及两项因素[1]:一是引线分布参数引起的等效串联电阻及电感(RSLS);二是介质吸收效应引发理想电容C并接Ra-Ca串联等效电路,如图1所示,RIS代表绝缘电阻。不断完善的小型化及表贴工艺,使前者影响可忽略不计,因而突显后者的不良后果[2-4]。本文结合实践,侧重研讨介质吸收效应的描述方法及检测指标的估算。
在积分、振荡、采保、压频及频压变换等定时电路中,电容器作为主要储能元件,其介质吸收效应直接影响变换器的精准度[5]图2展示压频、频压隔离变换器原理框图(注意虚线箭头)[6-7]Ct1Ct2为定时电容器。当分别采用民品级和军级I类陶瓷电容器、薄膜电容器以及云母电容器构建定时电路时,其输出-输入特性的非线性误差如表1所列。已知合格指标为0.6‰FSFS代表满量程,表1显示民级I类陶瓷电容器存在超出规定允差范围的情况。
可见,借助基本理论及便捷的检测和分类方法[8-9],实现电容介质吸收系数的快速研判,以利新品设计选型,成为目前亟待解决的一项现实问题。通常采用直接检测法及间接判别法满足实践需求[10]。直接检测法又有电压型和电流型表述之别。本文兼顾直接法两型理论分析,且侧重电压型实验验证。
电容器C介质吸收效应直接验证电路如图3(a)所示[11]:当定时开关K置于1c(充电)、2d(放电)、3m(测量)档时,分别通过限流电阻(RcRd)实现电容器充放电及测量过程[12][13]。限流电阻受制于最大电流及电容器允许的du/dt指标。在时间tc内,电容器由电源E充电;然后在td时间内经低阻放电;随即将电容器开路,转入剩余电压测量时段tm,出现如图3(b)所示的完整电压波形。引人注目的是该图虚线包围的圆滑拖尾,通常称为剩余电压或残压Uca-t曲线。此现象起因于电容介质吸收效应[2]
验证介质吸收效应的充放电时间选择有考究:通常充电时间tc≥10min;放电时间td≤10s[14]
实际电容器绝缘介质具有缓慢极化现象。在电场作用下,介质缓慢极化引起的吸收电流Ia随外加电压时间的增加而缓慢下降,导致充放电过程的时间滞后。
下面通过比较实验,验证介质吸收效应的存在。将一个理想电容器(代号1)和一个有介质吸收效应的实际电容器(代号2),按图3(a)连接进行充放电特色比对,其变化曲线如图4所示。曲线1显示充放电过程迅速,在t=(3~5)RC之后,电容器的端电压分别接近电源电压E(充电曲线)或趋于零(放电曲线)。而曲线2的充放电过程均显缓慢,不仅偏离理论轨迹,变化幅值亦异于前者,且呈不确定性,从而构成定时电路的重要误差源。
再以图2为例,观察压频变换器(V/F)的输出波形,见图5(a)。其中t1为定时电容Ct充放电时间;t2为脉冲间隙;t3为放电拖尾时间。拖尾时间长短,直接反映电容介质吸收效应的高低。实测表明,唯有t2>t3,波形才能正常显示;一旦t2t3,便会出现错乱的分频现象,应予避免。在t2>>t3时,即低频端,频压特性(F/V)斜率几乎不变。唯在高频端,介质吸收效应使频压变换特性的线性度变差。故获取高低频段的折线斜率差值,便可判别介质吸收效应的等级;或是运用综合不确定度估算[15-18],评价介质吸收效应的存在。
图5(b)展示频压变换器的高端斜率变低,曲线非线性增大。这时可用两条折线0-AA-B近似,其斜率分别为αβ。两线的相对斜率差Δ=(β-α)/α。希望Δ绝对值越小越好,最好低于10-4量级。
除两段处理外,还有一段(合成)线性化处理法,如图5(c)所示,图中虚线代表回归直线。该方法需依据实测数据,按式(1)估算静态回归不确定度β,主要表征曲线非线性[19]t分布系数tR与自由度和置信vR相关。通常取R= 0.95,当v= 20时,tR= 2.1;v= 10时,tR= 2.2。v=n-2,n为子样数。
式中Sn-2为纵轴相对均值的无偏标准偏差;r为线性相关系数;分别为xiyi均值;FS表满量程。将r引入β,是式(1)的独到之处。前两项参数定义如后:

通常β与介质吸收系数Ka呈正相关。将β值由低至高排列,便可直接反映不同材质介质吸收系数的相对优劣,供设计选型参考。也可逆向运行,通过观察压频(V/F)变换电路Ct电压波形,验证电容介质吸收效应的存在及其系数值的相对大小。
所谓电压型,系指等效电路数学模型以电压形式出现[20]。理想电容器只需电容C和绝缘电阻RIS并联等效,见图6(a)。存在介质吸收效应的电容器,则应在理想电容C旁并接多个Cai-Raii=1,2…串联电路等效[3-4],见图6(b)。在多个支路中,通常只有一路是主导分量。为简化分析,抓主要矛盾,在工程允差内不妨取单一支路Ca-Ra等效,模拟电容C充电不满、放电不净的滞后效应,如图6(c)所示[21]
下面转入电路分析。电容器C经充放电之后,进入开路状态,测量C上剩余电压(亦称残压或恢复电压)UC。就图5(c)单支路模型,列出节点A电流平衡和回路电压平衡方程:

式(15)指出,剩余电压峰值与Ucad(0)及Ca/C比值有关。Ucad(0)代表放电结束瞬间等效电容Ca存留电压。与此对应的电荷Q0=CaUcad(0),成为测量时段剩压演变的主要驱动源。先是对理想电容C充电,UCt)由零升高,Ucadt)随之缓降;待到UCt)≈Ucadt)时,出现极大值UCm;此后CCa一起对RIS放电,UCt)则逐渐下垂。图7完整描绘剩余电压变化轨迹,真实反映介质吸收效应的外在特征。

当放电时间td<Ta时,式(16)得以简化
式(17)表明:充电电压E一定时,剩余电压峰值主要取决于电容比值A=Ca/CA表征介质吸收效应的大小。实测A在10-5~10-3之间。
对照图3原理,构建电容介质吸收直接测试电压型实验验证切换拓扑图,如图8所示。实取电源电压UP=E=10V;充电电阻RC=200 Ω;放电电阻Rd=5 Ω。为缩短实验设备准备时间,充电时间tc暂由手动控制,放电时间则由自动电路实现。
常开双刀乒乓开关K1在接通电源(K1a)的同时,K1b发出控制器归零信号UT1,见图8图9。手动计时开始,待充电时间tc结束,K1断开。随即手动转换开关K2接入放电挡,发出控制器(见图8左上角框图)启动指令UT2,放电延时电路(IC1)工作。一旦放电时间td结束,立即激励图9所示R-S触发器(IC2),带动开关管BG1驱使继电器J1的常闭触点切换,步入剩余电压测量时段。J1动作时间小于10 ms。此后高输入阻抗(1 014 Ω)数字电压表DVM(B2985A型)承担电压测量重任。
图10描绘控制器特征点的波形图。可见,在完成规定充放电时间(tc+td)之后,方转入剩余电压测量功能。这里快速转接是关键(时间误差低于1 m/s),确保剩余电压在零压附近起升。
有必要说明图8RL的实质,和数字电压表相关。该仪表系用有源器件搭建,输入阻抗再高,也有输入偏置电流Ii的存在。Ii具有恒流源特色,在外部绝缘阻抗(等效为RISCIS并联)上形成压降和充电现象,使电压表零位输出升至伏特级,一个不可接受的异常现象。
一种简便的应对措施是在被测电容两端并联一只高阻值电阻(如10 GΩ)对地,为测量电流Ii提供泄放通路。对于B2985A型仪表,10 GΩ为经验证适用的阻值。
特选四种参试电容器,材质分别是I、Ⅱ类陶瓷、薄膜及云母。容值统一为0.1 μF,方便性能比对。其中云母电容为10只小容值并联。
电容基本数据列于表2。按图8布线,每次测试一种电容器C,获得一组UCt)曲线,见图11(a)
四种UCt)波形变化趋势相近,与图7理论分析一致,证实图6单支路模型的有效性。剩余电压峰值汇于表3,彼此差异不大,彰显式(17)的现实可行性。峰值出现时刻相近,与式(12)表述相符,见图11(b)
再看一组Ⅱ类瓷介电容,同型号(CT4-5R)三种规格的电容剩余电压 实测曲线组,如图12所示。
对应左中右三条曲线的容值分别为1nF,10nF及100nF。出现峰值时刻随容值增大而延后,符合式(12)揭示的规律。然而,剩压峰值却随容值增大而升高,表明大容值的Ⅱ类瓷介电容介质吸收效应严重,有必要提请电路设计师注意。
国标GB/T 6346.1-2024推荐剩余电压与充电电压的比值[22],作为介质吸收效应的量度。通常根据测试参数类型分为剩余电压型和剩余电流型两类。电压型又有峰值法及峰前法之别。图13展示同容值异材质的四种电容器局部剩余电压波形图。介质吸收系数常以国标推荐的电压形式表述,譬如用剩余电压峰值UCm与充电电压E之比来表征:
诚然,采用峰值UCm表述吸收系数Ka1虽然醒目直观,但获取UCm条件苛刻,耗时长,代价高,不利于应用推广。经改进,在容值相同的条件下,于峰值前选定某特征时刻ta(通常小于tm/2)所对应的剩余电压Ua来表达Ka2
剩余电压测量,需要配备高输入阻抗(不低于1 012Ω)数字电压表或静电计[23],价格不菲。设置辅助电路,势必增加测试电路复杂性[24-25]。于是引出吸收电流(ia)测量方案,以降低测试仪表及电路板(PCB)的技术要求。有两种电流模式供选择:一是放电后检测电流ia1(模式1);二是充电后检测电流ia2(模式2)。
图14是实施电流检测模式1的图解,比图3(a)多了测量电阻Rm。已知Rm远低于绝缘电阻RIS,故RIS被忽略。当图14(a)转接开关K经过低阻(RC)充电(1c)、低阻RmRd)放电(2d)位置,转入测量(3m)状态时,电容不再开路,而是通过Rm接地。实为电流取样功能,阻值可大可小。暂以Rm=10 MΩ及100 kΩ为例分析各自特色。
Rm=10 MΩ
Rm阻值大到满足RmC=TC>>Ta=RaCa条件,可以适当延缓电流演变过程,方便观测。鉴于图14图6存在共通点,省略中间推演,直接写出电容C两端电压时间函数UCt),然后导出Rm上的电流:
式中,ia1(0)=Ucad(0)Ca/CRm=(Ucad(0)/Ra)(Ta/TC);,为放电截止瞬间Ca残留电压。Ca残压是驱动电路运作的缘由。模式1电流ia1t)波形示于图14(c),形似图7。电流峰值出现时刻tcm1为:

式中TC/Ta>1。此时方括号内数值趋于1,式(22)得以简化。建议取Rm≈10 MΩ。阻值过大,不仅内部热噪声高,亦易引进外部感应噪声。因此,测试电路需设置屏蔽罩保护,且需合理接地。
Rm高阻时电容介质吸收系数为
式中E/RC代表充电电流的最大值。获取电流峰值ia1m代价高,通常选取峰前特征时刻ta的剩余电流ia1a,作为介质吸收系数的度量。

Rm阻值偏低时,满足RmC=TC<<Ta=RaCa条件,此时Rm上电流变化较快,记录仪表响应速度应与其匹配。沿袭上述推导思路,先导出Uc*(t),进而获取电流函数ia1*(t)=UC*(t)/Rm。省略推演过程,直接写出结果:
电流i*a1波形展示于图15。与图14(c)相比,i*a1波形显得瘦削,峰值之后衰减加快,拖尾表征吸收效应的滞后特性。

图16(a)展示电容介质吸收电流检测模式2的测试连接图。开关K先置1c,电容C充电至电压E;接着K转置于2d的放电位置,放电电阻Rd阻值适中,接受电容CCa共同作用所形成的放电电流。
Rd同时起到电流取样功能,由数字电压表读取结果。图16(b)是放电等效电路,列出节点A电流平衡及回路电压平衡方程:

定义时刻ta的电流ia2a与最大充电电流的比值作为介质吸收系数的度量:
借助电容介质吸收等效电路Ca-Ra的综合分析,探索单支路模型的理论特色,与实测数据极为相近,见(图7图11(a)),足以证实单支路模型的合理可行性,显著简化电路分析。
国标GB/T 6343.1-2024推荐剩余电压与充电电压的比值,作为介质吸收效应的量值。除了电压型,还有电流型的表达方式,可视具体条件择优。
本文从剩余电压及剩余电流的分析中,获取有价值的信息:
①电容器充放电后测取的剩余电压和剩余电流(模式1),呈现明显的峰值,充分反映吸收效应的存在及其变化规律,直觉效果强烈,颇受业者青睐。然而,取得峰值的代价高,难以推广,便折中采用峰前某特征时刻所对应的剩余电压与充电电压的比值,表征吸收效应的量值。至于电流型(模式2)的吸收系数,则取拖尾某特征时刻的剩余电流与充电起始电流的比值表达之(见图17)。
②从峰值存在的条件中,不难发现参与检测的电容器,必须容值一致,否则测试结果的可信度存疑,见式(16)[26],无法进行介质吸收系数的量值比对。
③测试用的高输入阻抗仪表,必须实施阻抗匹配。电子仪表系由有源器件构建,输入线上存在微弱的偏置电流,需要信源端提供高阻入地回路。理论指明,信源高阻应低于仪表输入阻抗2~3个量级。
