To address the prevalent issues of poor hardware platform versatility and high redundancy development in China's arrow-borne telemetry transmitters, this paper proposes a novel universal design methodology based on operational requirements analysis of existing equipment. By constructing a dynamic reconfigurable intelligent software architecture, diverse mission requirements across different models can be achieved on a universal hardware platform. When mission parameters change, hardware circuit redesign is eliminated; instead, functional updates and parameter adjustments are accomplished via external serial communication with a ground station. Compared to conventional dynamic reconfiguration techniques that only support static parameter modification, this architecture enables real-time online updates and software reconfiguration of telemetry transmitters. Leveraging a crewed spaceflight mission as an engineering case, a multi-code rate arrow-borne telemetry transmitter is developed, with key technologies including universal hardware platform design, real-time health monitoring, and dynamic reconfigurable software architecture thoroughly investigated. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed solution achieves high integration, autonomous control of domestically produced chips, and real-time health monitoring accuracy. Successful maiden flight validation confirms its engineering feasibility, providing an innovative technical pathway for next-generation arrow-borne telemetry systems.

针对我国箭载遥测发射机普遍存在的硬件平台通用性差、重复开发率高的问题,本文基于现役箭载遥测发射机的应用需求,提出一种新型通用化遥测发射机设计思路。通过搭建动态可重构智能软件架构,在一款通用的硬件平台上就可以实现不同型号任务需求,有需求变更时,无须重新设计硬件电路,仅通过外部串口连接上位机软件就可以实现发射机内部参数与功能的更改。相比较传统动态可重构技术仅可对简单参数进行修改,本动态可重构智能软件架构可以实现遥测发射机参数实时在线更新与软件重构。本文以某载人航天型号为工程背景,设计出一款多码率箭载遥测发射机,对其关键技术如硬件平台通用化技术、实时健康监测技术、动态可重构智能软件架构进行重点分析。工程实践表明,该方案具有高度集成、平台可通用、芯片国产化自主可控和实时健康监测等优点,其首飞试验验证了方案的工程可行性,为新一代箭载遥测设备研制提供了创新技术路径。

针对我国箭载遥测发射机普遍存在的硬件平台通用性差、重复开发率高的问题,本文基于现役箭载遥测发射机的应用需求,提出一种新型通用化遥测发射机设计思路。通过搭建动态可重构智能软件架构,在一款通用的硬件平台上就可以实现不同型号任务需求,有需求变更时,无须重新设计硬件电路,仅通过外部串口连接上位机软件就可以实现发射机内部参数与功能的更改。相比较传统动态可重构技术仅可对简单参数进行修改,本动态可重构智能软件架构可以实现遥测发射机参数实时在线更新与软件重构。本文以某载人航天型号为工程背景,设计出一款多码率箭载遥测发射机,对其关键技术如硬件平台通用化技术、实时健康监测技术、动态可重构智能软件架构进行重点分析。工程实践表明,该方案具有高度集成、平台可通用、芯片国产化自主可控和实时健康监测等优点,其首飞试验验证了方案的工程可行性,为新一代箭载遥测设备研制提供了创新技术路径。

To address the prevalent issues of poor hardware platform versatility and high redundancy development in China's arrow-borne telemetry transmitters, this paper proposes a novel universal design methodology based on operational requirements analysis of existing equipment. By constructing a dynamic reconfigurable intelligent software architecture, diverse mission requirements across different models can be achieved on a universal hardware platform. When mission parameters change, hardware circuit redesign is eliminated; instead, functional updates and parameter adjustments are accomplished via external serial communication with a ground station. Compared to conventional dynamic reconfiguration techniques that only support static parameter modification, this architecture enables real-time online updates and software reconfiguration of telemetry transmitters. Leveraging a crewed spaceflight mission as an engineering case, a multi-code rate arrow-borne telemetry transmitter is developed, with key technologies including universal hardware platform design, real-time health monitoring, and dynamic reconfigurable software architecture thoroughly investigated. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed solution achieves high integration, autonomous control of domestically produced chips, and real-time health monitoring accuracy. Successful maiden flight validation confirms its engineering feasibility, providing an innovative technical pathway for next-generation arrow-borne telemetry systems.

面对高速迭代的航天技术与国际竞争加剧态势,加快型号设备更新迭代已经成为当前航天产品研制的重要需求。传统发射机产品设计仅实现对PCM(Pulse Code Modulation,脉冲编码调制)数据流调制、编码、滤波、扩频及发射等基础功能,未考虑通用性与智能化扩展需求[1-3]。由于不同型号对遥测参数需求存在显著差异[4],而现役平台通用性不足,导致重复研发不仅造成人力资源浪费,还致使技术继承性薄弱、成熟度提升受限,最终导致产品研制成本进一步增加[5]。传统遥测发射机产品功能与参数往往需要根据不同型号任务的具体要求进行设计,一旦遥测产品功能需求稍有变化就需要对发射机产品电路结构重新进行设计,通用性极差[6]
本文设计了一款多码率箭载遥测发射机,结合多种现役传统发射机的功能于一体[7],在实现发射机传统功能基础上,搭建动态可重构智能软件架构,只需通过上位机软件进行参数装订,就可以使发射机参数在一定范围内根据遥测产品需求随意设定,无需开盖重新加载程序,减少因频繁装卸带来的零器件损耗。动态可重构技术已应用在国内部分箭载测控传输设备中,但是仅能实现简单的参数修改,软件架构设计不仅不具备根据需求更新软件功能,在产品工作同时,内部数据处于黑盒状态,不利于操作人员对产品工作状态监测。本文在搭建动态可重构智能软件架构前提下,还提高了发射机产品可靠性,在产品设计上增加健康信息监测功能,实时上报发射机状态,操作人员可对产品状态、内部参数等信息实时监测,第一时间获得试验数据以方便作决策判断。在硬件电路设计上,采用FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)+射频集成芯片B9361的基带处理架构[8],纯国产的射频收发芯片B9361集成了高速ADC/DAC、放大器、混频器等一系列具备射频功能和数字处理功能的部件,大幅缩减了系统体积、重量、功耗和成本[9],并具备轻量化设计优势。
该发射机在功能上不仅集成以往现役传统发射机具有的所有功能,还可修改参数适用于多种使用平台,并采用FPGA+射频集成芯片B9361组成发射机基带的组合方式,极大程度地提高电路集成化,缩小产品体积,真正实现了多功能、通用化和轻量化的设计思想[10]。该发射机采用模块化设计思路,由三个模块组成,模块间相互独立,分别为调制模块、电源模块及功放模块。产品接收前端设备传输来的PCM信号,进行FM调制,再通过低通滤波,滤除高次谐波,再将模拟调制基带信号送进正交调制器件与本振信号混合完成上变频,再由射频放大器及介质滤波器完成功率放大、滤波、分路后送遥测天线输出。其组成框图如图1所示:
其中,调制模块作为发射机功能核心模块,负责接收前端设备送来的PCM数据流,完成调制(调制模式可变)、滤波之后变频至所需波段射频信号,发送至功放模块进行功率放大,经过滤波、分路后输出[11]。为了实现多功能化、通用化设计目标,该产品软件部分设计智能软件架构,硬件部分配置了一组422串口用来进行串行配置。发射机在硬件不变的条件下,通过软件智能架构对其重新配置,使软件功能灵活变更,从而使产品具有动态可重构特性,该功能具体实现将在第3章阐述。
在电源模块与功放模块中,电源模块完成二次电源转换,通过内总线为设备各模块提供工作电压。功放模块完成射频信号的功率放大、滤波及分路后输出,同时输出功率状态信号。该功率状态信号传送给调制模块进行处理后,作为本模块健康监测参数输出。发射机实现原理图如图2所示:
发射机调制模块是遥测发射机的核心功能模块,主要功能为:多路数据选择、TPC(Thermal Protection Cover,热防护罩)编码、PCM加密、PCM调制、滤波处理并输出功率可控的射频信号,以及实时健康监测功能(监测信息包括当前发射机工作状态、工作参数等关键参数)。同时为节省硬件资源、简化电路结构设计和减少接插件的使用,采取接口复用方式,监控监测信息与软件重构分时复用数据接口总线,由指令任务分配模块进行判决分配活动。
调制信号处理功能是调制模块软件的核心功能,主要是负责接收PCM数据流,并对其进行编码、滤波最后调制输出。该模块包含以下子单元:TPC编码模块、调制模块、时钟管理模块、宽带射频收发器件B9361配置模块。发射机调制模块软件架构原理如图3所示:
PCM/FM(Frequency Modulation, 调频体制)具有较好的功率效率及高精度优点,一直作为主流遥测体制[12]。PCM/FM信号采用公式(1)分解为正交分量和同相分量[13]

为实现发射机小型号目标,本设计采用纯国产芯片FPGA+B9361组合方式。B9361芯片是零中频架构设计,具备自动增益控制、正交校正、直流失调校正及数字滤波等功能,具备独立双通道收发能力[14]。B9361芯片集成了12位DAC和ADC的射频收发器,接收频段包含了70 MHz~6.0 GHz,可调通道带宽200 kHz~56 MHz,6路差分或12路单端输入双通道接收器,可实现独立的自动增益控制。另外,国产B9361在寄存器配置上与进口AD9361略有差异[15],优先推荐使用API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口)函数配置以获得最优性能,不仅脱离底层繁琐的寄存器配置,还可以提高产品稳定性[16]。B9361软核模块启动后,执行芯片初始化流程,依次完成基带本振频率配置、射频频点配置等关键操作。B9361初始化配置完成后,产生工作时钟,软核将开始继续执行后续的功能。
B9361的参数配置可通过寄存器相应的比特位来进行实现。本发射机产品仅有发射需求,发射链路中FIR滤波器设置为旁路,固定阶数插值滤波器为系统默认数值,发射信号频率与功率由频率综合器和衰减器来控制。频率综合器的配置需要对参考时钟与本振频率进行设置。参考时钟设定由DCXO(Digitally Controlled Crystal Oscillator,数字控制晶体振荡器)进行控制[17],由地址为0x292、0x293、0x294三个寄存器共同控制。发射机载波频率需要配置7个寄存器,载波频率计算公式为:
其中,NInteger由寄存器地址0x271 ~ 0x272设定;NFractional由寄存器地址0x273~0x275设定;函数Floor与Round分别向下取整和四舍五入取整;FREPLL为实际LO频率乘以0x005寄存器值,FREF为参考频率,一般设为晶振时钟,其数值由寄存器0x2AC控制设定。
功率控制由衰减器进行实现,地址0x073 ~0x074寄存器设定衰减步长,地址0x07C ~ 0x07D寄存器设定共同锁定功率及衰减有效值,整体发送链路衰减步长为0.25 dB/LSB,最高步长为359LSB,总衰减量可达89.75 dB。通道选择由寄存器0x002、0x003和0x004进行控制,发射通道对应寄存器为0x002,分别为Tx1、Tx2通道,0x003地址用于选择接收通道,本产品为发射机,此寄存器不作参考,0x004地址用于选择单端输入或者差分输入。
B9361通信模式分为FDD与TDD[18],本设计为了兼顾更高的产品码速率,采样频率设为120M,在高采样频率的情况下,B9361工作模式建议采用TDD通信模式;接口模式分为CMOS与LVDS;收发模式分为单收单发(1R1T)、双收双发(2R2T)模式等。本产品为发射机,所以只用到单发、TDD下的LVDS工作模式,其中B9361与FPGA之间通过6位差分信号进行数据通信,数据接口时序如图4
发射机搭建智能软件架构可以实现发射机软件动态可重构在线升级功能,是实现发射机通用化的核心技术,即对发射机不进行拆装的情况下,通过数据总线对软件开展自升级工作。该架构可以摒弃传统利用JTAG加载FPGA固化模式,采用新型串口升级模式,基于国产FPGA的Quickboot技术[19],发射机与PC机之间通过一个智能双向串行口进行连接通信[20],PC机发送指令,软件智能解析配置指令。确认获取有效软件升级指令后,启动软件升级模块,对软件存储区域内的程序文件首先进行更迭,再将新程序提取出来存于FLASH芯片中,并从FLASH中读取出来烧写至FPGA,在解析指令完成后生成一个脉冲信号作为更迭开始标志,最后程序文件完成更新后,重新初始化整个软件。动态可重构智能软件架构与外部接口关系如图5所示。
区别以往测控遥测传输设备动态可重构功能,本动态可重构智能软件架构另一重要功能就是可以实现遥测发射机参数实时在线更新。同样是通过智能双向串行口进行连接通信,数据总线接收PC机发送的参数配置指令并进行解析,对发射频点、工作模式选择、编码方式、码率等一系列参数从指令中提取出来,加载至各软件模块部件,软件检测到参数例化流程结束后,初始化各模块,最终实现参数更新。具体步骤如下:
①首先地面检测设备将包含写操作命令的协议帧由地面检测设备发送给调制模块,调制模块接收到该协议帧后,将其原样发送给地面检测设备。
②地面检测设备接收到返回的协议帧后开始发送长度为Data Length的参数表数据给调制模块,调制模块将内容存到EEPROM中,再发送到对应模块。
③参数表数据注入完成后将包含读操作命令的协议帧由地面检测设备发送给调制模块,调制模块接收到协议帧后再将其原样发送给地面检测设备,紧接着再将该模块对应的大小为Data Length字节的参数表数据发送给地面检测设备进行数据逐比特比对校验。
④如果校验不成功,从①开始重新进行参数表数据注入。
参数实时在线更新功能实现了所有参数的可视化,打破了以前只能依靠更新设备软件,甚至硬件才能修改发射机参数的局限[21],节省大量人力物力财力,大大缩短研发周期,并减少产品新开发研制带来的风险。动态可重构智能软件架构需要与上位机装订软件配合使用,参数装订配置软件由C语言设计实现,其设计包括内部数据处理设计、UART收发接口设计和界面设计。参数装订配置软件数据流程图如图6所示。
本发射机秉承多功能通用化的设计思路,将多种功能集成在一台发射机上。以往发射机仅可以修改中心频点、系统时钟、调制度、码速率等参数,而本发射机增加了对单/双路数据源进行选择以及对两路数据源帧格式选择的功能,甚至可以通过串口上位机软件对调制频谱进行更改,用来测试调制参数是否正确。为了方便用户,用户在使用时,只需要通过软件界面对参数重新设定,无须对发射机FPGA固件复杂的底层逻辑进行修改,就可以得到不同参数的遥测发射机,更大程度上兼容了多种发射机的定制需求。发射机参数配置上位机软件界面由图7所示:
为确保动态可重构智能软件架构的可靠性,配套设计出健康监测功能。该功能是提高发射机维护保障能力的有效手段,其关键技术在于:当数据总线未进行软件升级功能和参数装订功能时,通过制定协议,将发射机关键状态与参数以数据帧形式通过串口传送至上位机,发射周期为1 000毫秒/帧。该功能使测试人员实时掌握发射机工作参数,较好地感知发射机的工作情况,进而对各类异常情况作出快速有效的反应。
多码率箭载遥测发射机作为新一代智能化设备,基于FPGA+B9361软件无线电国产化平台,结合上位机软件实现了软硬件协同。在以往传统发射机基础上提高了系统集成度,减小系统体积、减轻系统重量,降低总装、测试难度,实现了多功能、低成本、通用性强、扩展性好等特性,本发射机在已有相关电子产品成熟技术基础上进行开发,具有更高的稳定性,技术风险较小。该通用型发射机PCB尺寸仅为91 mm×91 mm,实物图见图8
用Matlab对PCM-FM调制模式进行模拟,得出相应的频谱图。同时,对实物机在S波段、PCM-FM调制模式下进行测试,也得出频谱图。将二者频谱图进行对比验证,结果表明二者结果一致。Matlab模拟谱如图9所示,频谱仪对发射机射频信号进行测量所得结果如图10所示。
对单音信号发射进行测试,如图11所示,从频谱中能看到发射状态正常。
该发射机采用内总线和模块化设计思路,旨在简化电路设计与结构布局。在元器件和原材料的选用方面,尽可能减少元器件、原材料种类;在接口设计上,统一接口形式并减少接口数量,以此提高产品的可靠性。依托动态可重构技术,搭建智能化软件架构,实现通用化和小型化设计目标,打破不同型号任务、不同平台以及需求多变情况下无法通用的现状壁垒,最大程度兼容多种型号产品需求,从而大大缩短研发周期、降低研发费用和难度。该产品已在某载人航天项目完成首飞,性能在实验室和靶场经过测试验证,满足用户需求且稳定可靠,符合新一代多码率箭载遥测发射机的研制技术要求。
