Proper total pressure, temperature and humidity environment in the cabin are the basic conditions for the stable operation of the space station platform and the safety of astronauts. For the long-term and reliable measurement of the total pressure, temperature and humidity environment in the cabin, an intelligent integrated monitoring technology and instrument are introduced, including the overall design, sensor design, integration challenges and calibration scheme. From the verification of on-orbit data, it is concluded that the instrument can achieve high-precision and high-reliability measurement of the total pressure, temperature and humidity in the cabin. It not only improves the level of environmental measurement in China's space station, but also provides new technical support for environmental detection of the manned space program in the future.

空间站在轨运行期间,合适的舱内总压、温度和湿度环境是保障空间站稳定运行和航天员生命安全的基本条件。面向舱内总压和温湿度环境的长期可靠测量需求,本文介绍了一种智能温压湿集成化监测技术,以及设备的总体方案、传感器设计、集成化挑战和标定验证情况。在轨应用结果分析表明:采用智能温压湿集成监测技术的设备能够在轨实现空间站舱内总压、温湿度参数的高可靠测量。这不仅提升了我国空间站环境测量水平,也为未来载人航天工程中环境探测需求提供新技术支撑。

Proper total pressure, temperature and humidity environment in the cabin are the basic conditions for the stable operation of the space station platform and the safety of astronauts. For the long-term and reliable measurement of the total pressure, temperature and humidity environment in the cabin, an intelligent integrated monitoring technology and instrument are introduced, including the overall design, sensor design, integration challenges and calibration scheme. From the verification of on-orbit data, it is concluded that the instrument can achieve high-precision and high-reliability measurement of the total pressure, temperature and humidity in the cabin. It not only improves the level of environmental measurement in China's space station, but also provides new technical support for environmental detection of the manned space program in the future.

空气总压、温湿环境是航天员在空间站舱内生活的基本环境。空间站总压的范围及变化速率对空间站正常飞行和航天员的生命安全极为重要[1]。空间站舱内适宜的温度和湿度是保障航天员生命活动及舱载系统可靠运行的基本条件[2]。因此,对空间站舱内的总压、温湿度数据的准确监测对保障航天员安全、平台安全具有重要意义。
传统的载人航天器环境监测系统采用分散式架构,即压力、温度、湿度传感器独立部署并通过模拟信号传输至采编单元[3]。这种架构在空间站等大型载人航天器复杂密闭环境中面临显著挑战:
① 铺设难度大:空间站传感器数量多,独立安装导致线缆数量成指数增加,不仅占用宝贵舱内空间,而且安装、布线等铺设实施难度很大[4]
② 信号干扰:传感器由于体积限制一般对供电电源干扰的抑制能力有限,并且传感器一般输出模拟信号,长线传输容易 受舱内电磁干扰影响,导致采集端噪声增加、测量精度下降。
③ 可靠性问题:电连接器和电缆是复杂电子系统环节中失效率最多的环节之一,尤其在空间站长寿命在轨运行的背景下,线缆老化或接触不良可能导致重要数据异常。
④智能化水平不高:航天传感器由于其可靠性、环境适应性的客观要求,发展滞后于现代传感技术趋势。随着软硬件技术发展和新型航天器对数字化、网络化、自诊断等新要求[5,6],有必要在代表我国最高技术水平的空间站平台上,开展智能化航天传感器的探索。
针对上述问题,本文提出了一种智能温压湿集成监测设备,通过多传感器集成、数字化信号处理和总线化通信架构,实现了高可靠、高精度、智能化的环境监测,同时显著简化了系统复杂度。该设备在空间站平台成功应用,验证了其在航天员出舱活动监控、舱压泄漏报警等关键场景中的实际价值。
智能温压湿集成监测设备,主要由传感器、数据采集通信模块、电源三个部分构成。
传感器包含3支150 kPa常压传感器和1支10 kPa微压传感器,分别实现有人值守常压环境和微压环境(如节点舱出舱活动)的总压高精度测量。另外,其还包含1支空气温湿度传感器,以实现测点处空气温度和湿度的监测,其中温度传感器数据用来对湿度测量结果进行温度补偿,以实现更宽范围内湿度的高精度测量。
数据采集通信模块基于FPGA+DSP+1553B(现场可编程门阵列+数字信号处理器+半双工通信总线)架构,具有接口灵活、处理速度快、通信可靠的特点。围绕FPGA设计了I2C(集成电路总线)通信接口、AD(模拟数字)转换器、频率测量接口等多种传感器接口,实现对各传感器不同形式输出信号的兼容采集。DSP具备数据滤波、计算拟合、信息融合、故障判别、通信等功能,完成在轨实时智能化数据处理,并将测量结果、健康数据、原始数据通过空间站1553B总线发送给上级总线管理设备,同时接收上级总线指令和注入数据,可以在地面控制下实现设备在轨软复位、恢复出厂状态、传感器参数更新、程序升级等功能。
电源模块将空间站一次电源转换为设备内部各传感器和模块各种纯净电源需求,转换效率高于80%,同时具备过流保护、浪涌抑制、电磁兼容、上电指示等功能。
通过上述总体设计,智能温压湿集成监测设备将多种传感器测量采编处理集成为一个整体,在完成多种参数测量的同时,实现了对外仅有1个电源接口和1套1553B总线接口,大幅简化了多传感器机械、电气、网络接口,提高了系统可靠性。

由于空间站长达十五年长寿命在轨总压监测以及压降法舱压泄漏报警的应用需求,对压力测量的长期稳定性和精度提出了更高的要求[7]。因此,智能温压湿集成监测设备以150 kPa硅谐振式压力传感器为主,以10 kPa电容式微压传感器为辅,完成舱内总压测量。
硅谐振式压力传感器具有高精度、高稳定、无滞后、耐腐蚀等特点,非常适合用于空间站平台长期高精度压力测量[8]。其原理是基于MEMS工艺制作的单晶硅谐振器作为敏感元件,在变化静电力驱动下产生谐振,安装在谐振梁上的应变电阻也随之振动,当敏感元件承压时,谐振梁发生形变,通过检测应变电阻谐振频率变化,获取环境压力参数,并通过敏感元件温度补偿提高测量精度。设备中配置了3支硅谐振式压力传感器,通过对3支传感器的测量数据进行三取二处理,进一步提高总压测量数据可靠性。

谐振式压力传感器频率值的输出范围为25 kHz~30 kHz,因此频率测量精度直接影响总压测量精度。本设计采用基于FPGA的带同步滤波的周期法频率测量原理,在满足采样率要求的同时,还能够有效滤除毛刺和高频干扰。实际测试结果表明:频率精度误差低于5.6×10-8,分辨率达到0.001 96 Hz[9],能满足传感器对频率测量精度的要求。
电容式压力传感器具有灵敏度高、分辨率高、抗过载能力强的特点,但其长期稳定性不如谐振式压力传感器,因此用于10 kPa以下微压环境压力变化监测。电容式压力传感器的敏感组件采用以不锈钢为电极衬底的双电容结构,差分电容信号由数字式电容读取芯片采集后,通过I2C接口传输给FPGA。敏感元件的双电容结构大大减小了传感器的非线性误差并具有温度自补偿作用。

空间站受微重力环境影响,舱内空气几乎不存在自主热对流,而舱内强制对流设备受舱内布局限制,不同区域的空气温度、湿度场存在较大差异[10]。因此需针对重点关注的节点舱、工作舱活动区等分别布置温湿度监测点,以获取舱内具体位置的温湿度环境信息。
智能温压湿集成监测设备的温度传感器使用NTC(负温度系数)热敏电阻,具有体积小、热响应快、灵敏度高、技术成熟的特点,适合用于室温范围空气温度的快速测量。湿度测量使用高分子薄膜电容式湿敏元件,具有迟滞小、稳定性好、抗环境干扰能力强等优点[11],输出与电容变化相关的频率信号。热敏电阻和湿敏电容靠近安装在保护罩中,以利于对湿度进行准确的温度补偿。
由于热传导和舱内空气流动的存在,安装于具有较大功率的集成监测设备上的NTC热敏电阻,相对于传统分立安装的温度传感器更容易受到设备内部发热的影响。因此,在温湿度传感器电路和敏感元件之间设计了隔热支柱,在温湿度传感器与集成监测设备壳体之间设计了隔热座。

对设备发热引起的温度敏感元件精度的影响进行了仿真。热仿真分析的边界条件如下:环境温度为22 ℃,传感器接触面的温度设定为65 ℃,表面换热系数取3×10-6 W/(mm2·℃) [12],温湿度传感器电路自身热耗为0.3 W。热仿真分析结果表明:温度测量精度受设备加电发热而引起的测量误差为0.03 ℃,影响微小。

多传感器融合是指协同多种传感器并将各种信息结合起来获得高性能感知系统,如更高的精度、可靠性或者更全面的环境信息[13]。智能温压湿集成监测设备在多传感融合方面面临以下问题:
问题一:150 kPa谐振式压力传感器三取二判决算法
对于压力输出这种模拟量的三模冗余判决逻辑和算法与最终数据可靠性密切相关[14]。本设计实现算法如下:对同一秒的三支压力传感器的数据作平均处理,然后求每支传感器与平均值的误差,误差最大者的数据丢弃不用,取其余两支传感器的数据再作平均处理后作为最终压力输出。
三取二判决还要考虑数据的同步性。使用正弦压力校准设备测试的数据(见表1)表明谐振式压力传感器在1 Hz的频响优于0.1 dB。数据采集系统更新速率为60 Hz(3支各20 Hz),同步精度小于13 ms,在进行滤波后总压更新速率为1次/秒。而空间站舱内总压通常波动较小,即使发生泄漏时,根据严重等级,其舱压预警时间在1分钟到几个小时之间[15],所以当前响应时间能够满足任务需求。
通过三取二判决,按2年工作时间,总压数据可靠度从单支传感器0.998 774提升至0.999 995,有力支撑了高可靠舱压泄漏报警需求。
问题二:150 kPa与10 kPa压力传感器量程切换
为充分发挥150 kPa谐振式压力传感器的高稳定、高可靠特性,以及10 kPa电容式压力传感器的高精度、高分辨率优势,需研究100 Pa~150 kPa的量程切换策略。在本设计中,当三支150 kPa压力传感器的三取二结果为10 kPa以下且与10 kPa压力传感器之差小于100 Pa时,则使用10 kPa压力传感器为最终压力输出,以实现高分辨率微压测量,其余情况使用三支150 kPa压力传感器作为最终压力输出。软件设置了50 Pa的迟滞量,防止频繁传感器切换造成数据波动。该设计兼顾了不同量程压力测量的可靠度、分辨率及精度。
问题三:温度与湿度传感器的补偿算法
由于湿度传感器湿敏电容薄膜介电常数和结构对温度的敏感性,应进行温度补偿。温湿度传感器的一体化设计提供了这种补偿的硬件基础。通过温湿度箱标定各温度环境下各湿度输出,并使用Laguerre(拉盖尔)多项式曲线拟合的方法[16],生成非线性多项式写入软件,从而实现高精度湿度温补输出。
集成化设计通常带来了更高的设备热耗和更明显的温度梯度,而多数传感器容易受到温度影响。因此,在本设计中,采取了以下几个优化措施,以应对整机热管理的新挑战。
① 电源模块是主要高热耗模块,将其直接安装于设备底板,并填充导热材料,降低热阻,提高散热能力。温度敏感且发热量低的各传感器安装于设备上表面,从空间上将发热组件和敏感组件隔离。
② 传感器进行敏感元件级的温度补偿。分别在每支谐振式压力传感器的敏感元件处设计温度敏感二极管,最大程度降低了温度梯度对压力测量精度的影响。在后续标定和解算过程中使用该温度输出对压力输出进行补偿。
③对温湿度传感器进行热隔离安装和在轨热环境仿真。
智能化健康管理(自诊断)是现代智能测量技术的重要特点[17]。智能温压湿集成监测设备,在大量地面试验验证统计和故障预案分析的基础上,对各传感器的电源电流、特征电压、温补电压、输出频率的正常范围,以及各种内外部通信状态、单粒子翻转计数、FPGA工作状态进行监测,如有异常立即屏蔽用于舱压泄漏报警的总压数据输出,并通过总线上报故障编码,请求地面介入处理。这种在数据输出前进行了早期诊断的措施,有效降低了潜在的误报警或漏报警风险。
在轨可重构功能对于空间站长寿命、高价值设备具有尤其重要的意义。本设计根据测量设备的特点,提出并实现了两种在轨可重构模式[18]
第一种方式是传感器参数修正,即通过总线注入新的传感器相关参数。由于各传感器长期稳定性和校准周期不同,通过在轨更换部分敏感元件或者在轨标定,延长了整个设备整体的使用寿命。传感器参数更新传输数据量小、传输时间短,有助于提高修正效率,且不会影响软件安全性,风险较小。
第二种功能是程序升级,即通过总线注入升级全套DSP软件。由于在轨使用中可能会发现新的问题或提出新的需求,可以通过程序升级的方式修复,如更换拟合算法、优化自诊断逻辑等。由于程序升级传输数据量大、传输时间长、对轨道位置有要求、约束性强,一般应谨慎实施。
智能温压湿集成监测设备的标定要综合考虑传感器、采集设备以及软件算法等。为了对整机的总精度进行真实评估,本文采用了传感器单独标定结合整机协同标定的方案,如图7所示。
第一步,对各传感器、采集部分分别进行单独标定。对压力传感器的精度单独标定,获得全温区(-25 ℃~60 ℃)的输入总压P和输出频率Fpress、传感器温度补偿电压VT-press的关系;对温湿度传感器单独标定,获得在温度0 ℃~40 ℃,湿度0%~90%RH范围内温度T、湿度H与温度输出电压VT-temp、频率Fhum的关系。对数据采集模块的频率采集精度、AD采样精度进行标定。将上述标定参数、公式写入软件。设备直接输出物理量数据,总压、温度、湿度的输出数据单位分别为kPa、℃,和%RH,数据格式为单精度浮点数。
第二步,对整机测量结果进行标定。再次进行压力、温湿度标定,获得设备输出值与标定环境的误差,作为设备整机的测量误差。
① 总压协同标定。将设备中的4个压力传感器接管嘴通过柔性压力管路连接到标准压力标校设备,标校设备压力控制不确定度≤3 Pa。在0~150 kPa量程范围,选取10个压力测试点稳压保持30 s,记录设备输出压力值的波动范围(设备数据更新周期1 s),作为设备整机压力测量误差。根据表2标定结果,整机总压测量精度为93 Pa,即0.062%FS。
② 温湿度协同标定。将设备放入标准温湿度箱,测试在不同温度、湿度环境下,设备输出值与标准差值,标准温湿度箱的不确定度为温度0.2 ℃、湿度1.5%RH。根据表3温湿度标定结果,整机温度测量精度为0.43 ℃,湿度测量精度为1.71%RH。
2021年4月,我国空间站核心舱发射后运行在距地面约400 km的近地轨道。智能温压湿集成监测设备持续在轨监测。神舟十二号航天员首次出舱活动期间,安装在节点舱和密封舱的2台设备成功获取了全过程总压及温湿度数据,如图8所示。
图8可以看出,凌晨5:00左右,节点舱总压由93.7 kPa开始阶梯下降,3小时后,节点舱压降至接近真空(<100 Pa),显示出此时节点舱舱门已经完全打开,同时密封舱总压阶梯上升至101.2 kPa。15:00左右节点舱压力开始从真空恢复,在经历了40 kPa、80 kPa的阶梯增压,40分钟后,节点舱总压恢复至93.4 kPa,完成节点舱复压,同时密封舱总压由101 kPa下降至93.4 kPa,节点舱和密封舱连通,总压平衡。
密封舱内的温度变化平稳,温度波动范围为26.3 ℃~28.7 ℃,而节点舱温度波动范围为24.5 ℃~27.6 ℃,两个极大值出现在出舱和入舱的两个时刻前后,反映出航天员活动对节点舱温度的影响。
密封舱相对湿度波动范围为28.1%RH~38.4%RH,7:40出舱活动开始时,密封舱湿度开始明显持续降低,湿度最小时刻出现在入舱前时刻,为28.1%RH。节点舱相对湿度波动范围为0%RH~45.0%RH。其中5:00左右节点舱湿度开始上升,反映出航天员在节点舱进行出舱准备,随着节点舱压力下降,湿度也开始下降,直至8:10左右压力变为真空,湿度也降为0%RH。15:00左右节点舱总压开始恢复,40 min后,节点舱总压恢复至93.4 kPa左右,相应的湿度随之上升,并逐渐恢复到与密封舱湿度基本相同。
在轨数据表明:智能温压湿集成监测设备成功获取舱内总压、温湿度环境数据,能够从多个方面反映空间站各舱段和航天员活动的状态。通过本机数据与其他系统的测量数据、控制动作、人员活动等相结合进行反演分析[19],能够对空间站平台的整体运行状态进行更深入准确的评估。
智能温压湿集成监测设备高稳定、高精度、高可靠的总压测量特性可用于判断舱体泄漏状态,缩短报警响应时间,为空间站安全运行和航天员人身安全提供保障。图9是智能温压湿集成监测设备测得的空间站密闭舱一天中总压变化及每分钟和每小时总压变化速率。
根据上图,当天总压维持在95~96 kPa之间波动,其每分钟压力变化速率小于0.01 kPa/min。每小时压力变化速率小于0.2 kPa/h。根据仿真和试验确定的报警门限,是上述正常压力波动速率的几倍到几十倍[15],具有足够的安全裕量,不会引起误报警。实际上,空间站上的报警设备会对压降速率信息以及其他信息进行冗余处理和综合判断,以保证泄漏报警的高可靠性。
本文提出了一种空间站智能温压湿集成监测设备,介绍了总体方案、传感器设计方案、集成化设计的挑战及解决思路,进行了整机协同标定,并对在轨实际应用情况进行了说明。相关验证结果和在轨数据分析表明:
① 智能温压湿集成监测设备通过多传感器集成、数字化信号处理和总线化通信架构,实现了高可靠、高精度、智能化的环境监测,同时显著简化了系统复杂度。
② 对传感器集成化设计的多传感器融合、热管理、智能化健康管理、在轨可重构等技术挑战提出了相应的解决思路。
③ 提出的传感器单独标定结合整机协同标定的方案,经验证能够客观表征和评价集成化监测设备的测量性能,具有一定的参考意义。
④ 通过在轨实际应用,成功获取空间站温压湿测量结果,对评估空间站平台的整体运行状态,保证空间站平台和航天员安全具有重要意义。
空间站智能化温压湿集成监测技术与设备,契合我国空间站作为长期在轨运行的多功能空间试验平台的设计思想,是智能化传感技术在载人航天领域的成功尝试。后续,可以拓展构建包括氧分压、二氧化碳分压、有害气体监测等更为全面的空间站综合环境监测网络,既能提升我国空间站环境测量水平,也为未来载人登月环境监测需求提供新技术支撑。
