  • 李文均,中山大学生命科学学院珠江学者/逸仙学者特聘教授(二级),中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所兼职特聘研究员,博士生导师。长期从事高温、高盐碱、海洋等极端或特殊生境(植物内生、动物肠道等)微生物分类及系统学、生态学研究。现任伯杰氏国际系统微生物学会(BISMiS)主席,国际原核生物系统学委员会(ICSP)国际委员。同时兼任中国微生物学会微生物教学工作委员会副主任委员、国际交流工作委员会委员、普通微生物专业委员会委员、地质微生物专业委员会委员、微生物资源专业委员会委员;国内外Microbiome、IJSEM、SAM、ANTO等十几个期刊主编、副主编或编委。先后承担并顺利完成了包括国家科技部重点研发课题、国际合作专项、科技基础资源调查专项,以及国家自然科学基金(青年、面上、重点、国际合作共11项)等在内的50余项国家级或省级课题的研究。以第一或通信作者在Natl Sci Rev、iMeta、Nat Commun、Microbiome、ISME J、Cell Reports、Environ Pollut、NPJ Biofilms Microbiomes、mSystems、Org Lett、Environ Microbiol、Bioresource Technol、Genome Biol Evol、Appl Environ Microbiol、Syst Appl Microbiol、Extremophiles、Int J Syst Evol Microbiol、ANTO等刊物上发表学术论文700余篇,参与发表400余篇;以主编或共同主编出版专著10部,专利40余件。先后建议并命名、发表包括细菌、古菌4个新门,5个新纲,30个新目,50余个新科,115个新属,超700个新种。曾获伯杰氏奖(Bergey Award)、斯克尔曼分类学奖(Skerman Award for Microbial Taxonomy)、中国科学院青年科学家国际合作伙伴奖/中国政府友谊奖(均为中方合作伙伴)、省部级自然科学一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各2次。2015-2025连续11年入选由世界著名出版公司爱思唯尔(Elsevier)发布的中国高被引学者榜单。

    蒋宏忱,河南大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。中国微生物学会地质微生物学专业委员会委员,同时担任中国古生物学会地球生物学分会理事、中国地质学会盐类资源环境专委会委员、中国矿物岩石地球化学学会第十一届理事会盐湖资源与环境专业委员会委员。长期致力于盐碱、干旱、地热、极地冰下湖等极端环境的地质微生物学研究。在ISME Journal、Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research、Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta等期刊发表SCI论文200余篇,论文被引9 600余次,H指数51。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。以主编或共同主编出版专著3部,专利10余件。曾获中国地质学会青年地质科技奖-银锤奖、云南省自然科学二等奖、中国地质调查局科技二等奖、青海省自然科学三等奖。

地球系统是一个由岩石圈、水圈、大气圈和生物圈紧密耦合的复杂巨系统。在这个系统中,微生物作为最古老、分布最广泛的生命形式,深度参与并主导着关键元素的生物地球化学循环,驱动矿物的形成与转化,维系着从深海至高原、从盐湖到热泉等各类地质环境的生态功能。深入揭示微生物与地质环境的相互作用机制,不仅是理解地球生命演化与环境协同演变的核心,也是应对资源短缺、环境污染与气候变化等全球性挑战的关键科学基础。自2018年起,《微生物学报》持续组织“地质微生物”专刊,旨在汇聚本领域最新成果,推动学科交叉与创新。本期专刊继续围绕地质微生物学的前沿热点,收录了33篇研究论文与综述,从“极端环境微生物多样性、生态功能与资源挖掘” “关键元素生物地球化学循环的微生物驱动机制” “污染环境微生物修复、资源化与地质过程应用”及“地质微生物学新技术、新方法与机理创新” 4个主题,系统展现了我国学者在该领域的积极探索与最新进展。
极端环境是探索生命极限和挖掘特殊微生物资源的天然实验室。在盐湖环境方面,魏信祥等[1]和牛亚洁等[2]分别从非植被沉积物和典型盐生植物根际视角,揭示了盐度等因子对微生物群落及碳、氮、硫循环功能的塑造作用;而杨静等[3]则进一步刻画了高盐胁迫下以竞争关系为主导的微生物互作网络。张玮祎等[4]的研究为硫酸盐还原菌可能驱动白云石形成的假说提供了新的野外证据。万子合等[5]系统描绘了硫酸镁亚型盐湖中复杂的微生物群落构成、代谢功能及潜在环境风险。在深海与热液系统,尹苗苗等[6]展现了深海真菌在新天然产物发现中的潜力;徐菲等[7]揭示了一种深海细菌高效还原铜并生成独特铜硫化矿物的机制;郭晓梅等[8]则系统综述了深海病毒巨大的生态与生物技术资源价值。在高原与高山系统,余山等[9]精细解析了沉积物垂向剖面中微生物群落与碳、氮、硫循环功能的分层规律;万子合等[5]从生态策略角度揭示了河流真核微生物群落构建的动态过程。此外,祖力胡玛尔∙肉孜等[10]对全球草地细菌新种资源进行了系统梳理,展望了其生态功能与应用潜力。
微生物是驱动碳、氮、硫、铁等元素循环的引擎。在碳循环方面,赵语菲等[11]全面综述了无光条件下微生物固定无机碳的多条途径及其生态贡献;何煦妍等[12]则系统阐述了红树林这一重要蓝碳生态系统中微生物固碳的关键过程与调控因素;李源钊等[13]实证了土地利用变化通过改变土壤环境,深刻影响微生物碳固定与降解功能基因的分布。在氮、硫、铁等元素循环方面,何铁君等[14]揭示了植被与土壤深度如何调控反硝化功能微生物的分布;史明子等[15]阐明了碳氮比通过调控反硝化与硝酸盐异化还原为铵功能菌的竞争,决定土壤氮素去向的微生物机制;黄蕴琪等[16]深入揭示了胞外聚合物在微生物-矿物界面通过复杂作用调控铁还原与活性氧生成的微观机理。
面向国家在环境保护与资源可持续利用的重大需求,地质微生物学展现出强大的应用潜力。在污染土壤生物修复方面,郭一丹等[17]揭示了功能菌间协同增效修复石油污染的作用;陈超等[18]为镉污染耕地修复提供了高效安全的微生物菌种资源;王翔冬等[19]解析了功能菌修复对矿山污染土壤微生物群落与功能的整体改良效应及垂直分异。在废水与废物资源化方面,胡超建等[20]系统综述了降解这种新型持久性污染物的微生物资源与策略;魏信祥等[1]为铀污染治理与低品位铀资源回收提供了新技术思路。在微生物技术应用于腐蚀防控和资源开采方面,王怡滢等[21]开发了一种绿色纳米材料用于控制油气田微生物腐蚀;马艳清等[22]评估了利用内源微生物提高原油采收率的可行性。在微生物参与地质过程与记录方面,张远等[23]创新性地将骨骼化石中的微生物群落作为重建古环境的生物标志物;罗正宇等[24]系统评述了该技术在协同封存二氧化碳与固定重金属方面的原理与应用前景。
技术进步是推动学科发展的核心动力。彭梓怡等[25]利用物理诱变与多组学技术,成功选育高效固碳工程菌并解析其代谢调控网络;赵成等[26]揭示了微生物在缺氧环境下一种新颖的胞外电子传递协同机制。赵晓静等[27]通过构建标准化数据库,为研究植物-微生物共生提供了重要的数据基础。在机理研究层面,李晨等[28]在纯培养水平实证了单一微生物驱动碳、氮、硫代谢耦合的竞争与促进关系;李菲等[29]揭示了红树林退化过程中细菌与真菌群落的相反响应规律;丁明碧等[30]从微观层面阐释了丛枝菌根真菌如何重塑根内细菌群落以增强植物抗逆性;在雅鲁藏布江下游,卜令苏等[31]真核微生物中的特化种在维持微生物共现网络稳定性方面发挥了比泛化种更为关键的作用。
