    • 阮志勇，男，博士，中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所研究员。现任中国微生物学会常务理事、微生物资源专业委员会主任委员，中国绿色食品协会益生菌专业委员会副主任委员兼秘书长，国家微生物种业产业技术创新战略联盟常务理事，“科创中国”微生物种业资源专业科技服务团联系人。主要从事农业微生物资源发掘、分类、评价及应用研究，主持国家自然科学基金(国际<地区>合作与交流项目、面上项目)，国家重点研发计划(课题、政府间国际科技创新合作任务)等项目，以第一或通信作者身份发表SCI论文50余篇，以第一发明人身份获授权国家发明专利10余项。

    何明雄，男，农业农村部成都沼气科学研究所研究员/博士生导师，“微生物合成生物学与生物转化”创新团队首席，中国微生物学会微生物资源专业委员会委员、四川省微生物学会合成生物学专业委员主任委员、四川省微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员。主要从事微生物合成生物学与生物转化等基础与应用基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划(子课题)、四川省重点研发计划、中国农业科学院基本科研业务、成都农业科技中心财政专项等国家级及省部级科研项目20余项。获第十三届四川省青年科技奖(2015)、新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步二等奖(2021)、中国农业科学院“优秀青年人才奖”(2023)，1项成果入选中国农业科学院2021年度十大科学进展。以第一或通信作者在Nucleic Acids Research、Biotechnol Biofuels等发表SCI论文50余篇，授权发明专利6项，入选全球农业生物技术与应用微生物学高产作者和生物技术领域全球前2%顶尖科学家。

    王治业，甘肃省科学院研究员，甘肃省微生物资源开发利用重点实验室主任。中国微生物学会理事，微生物资源专业委员会委员，工业微生物专业委员会委员。获甘肃省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖3项、三等奖6项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文80余篇；国务院政府特殊津贴专家，获第七届甘肃省青年科技奖，甘肃省拔尖领军人才等。主要研究领域：细胞固定化及固定化细胞制备及应用，微生物资源整理、整合及保藏技术研究，功能性微生物菌剂及农牧废弃物资源处理利用等。

    张晓霞，女，博士，中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所研究员。主要从事农业微生物种质资源的保藏、评价以及植物与微生物的互作研究。承担国家自然科学基金、国家农业重大科技、国家重点研发计划、中国工程院“微生物种质资源安全战略研究”等任务，长期致力于国家自然科技资源平台“微生物菌种资源”“国家菌种资源库”“国家农业微生物种质资源保护与利用体系”建设与运行。

微生物资源作为地球生命系统中最丰富、最具多样性的类群之一，在生态环境维持、农业生产提升以及生物产业发展等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。为进一步推动微生物资源的开发与应用，《微生物学报》特别组织了本期“微生物资源”专刊，旨在集中展示当前我国在微生物资源领域的最新成果和前沿进展，涉及耐盐菌、植物内生菌、环境修复菌株、生物促生菌群、反硝化聚磷菌、纤维素降解菌株、农业微生物资源库建设及精准评价等多个方面。各篇论文从不同的生态环境和产业需求出发，通过微生物资源的筛选、分离、鉴定、功能分析和应用实践，系统阐述了微生物资源在生态修复、农业生产和生物产业中的重要功能与作用机制。
本专刊选取了30篇文章，包括6篇综述和24篇研究报告。根据文章内容，设5个栏目，分别为“微生物资源多样性”“微生物资源分离鉴定与评价”“微生物资源新技术新方法”“微生物资源管理”“微生物资源开发与应用”。“微生物资源多样性”栏目含5篇研究报告与2篇综述，研究报告报道了珠江河口滩涂沉积物中可培养细菌多样性及微塑料降解功能菌资源的挖掘、北热带喀斯特季节性雨林土壤细菌多样性分布格局及其影响因子、大柴旦盐湖嗜盐细菌多样性与功能酶挖掘、茫崖翡翠湖嗜(耐)盐细菌资源及其对NaCl胁迫的响应、河北省同纬度不同区域土壤盐分特征及微生物群落结构分析，综述则聚焦子实体伴生菌多样性及其生物活性研究进展，以及植物内生菌多样性、功能及应用研究进展。“微生物资源分离鉴定与评价”栏目含8篇研究报告，报道了拮抗番茄青枯病链霉菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性分析、一株耐盐脱硫脱氮施氏假单胞菌的筛选及其对硫氮污染的控制研究、一株耐盐碱多黏类芽孢杆菌TaRb44的分离鉴定和耐盐促生作用评价、一株芽孢杆菌的筛选及其降解木质纤维素性能、能低温降解木质纤维素的大型真菌菌株的筛选、海洋溶藻菌假交替单胞菌(Pseudoalteromonas sp.) J75的分离鉴定及溶藻作用、摆竹根际可培养细菌的分离评价及合成群落促生初探，以及一株蛙源几丁质分解菌JD-3的分离鉴定、全基因组测序及功能分析。“微生物资源新技术新方法”栏目含4篇研究报告和1篇综述，研究报告报道了土壤丛枝菌根真菌准离体培养体系的建立、转录-蛋白组学关联分析坎帕尼亚盐单胞菌野生型与紫外突变型菌株差异表达的基因与蛋白质、微泡菌属(Microbulbifer)产铁载体海洋细菌的系统发育多样性及相关功能基因簇分析、一株高效同化氨氮酵母菌的筛选及发酵工艺优化，综述则聚焦单细胞视角下污水反硝化聚磷菌资源挖掘与代谢机制的研究进展。“微生物资源管理”栏目含1篇研究报告和3篇综述，研究报告报道了中国农业微生物菌种保藏管理中心大豆根瘤菌精准评价，综述则聚焦我国农业微生物资源库建设与运行的几点思考、短梗霉资源应用：生物制造与可持续发展以及基于大食物观的森林食用菌产业现状、问题与对策。“微生物资源开发与应用”栏目含6篇研究报告，报道了内生菌72和146对盐胁迫下大豆幼苗过氧化氢酶活性和脯氨酸含量的影响、混合添加生物炭和Fe3O4的青稞秸秆厌氧消化产甲烷工艺及微生物功能优化、竹黄伴生真菌对竹红菌甲素合成的调控作用、阿拉伯海假交替单胞菌N1230-9几丁质裂解酶的功能、二甲戊灵降解菌群富集及其微生物群落结构演替、兼性好氧反硝化嗜盐菌海杆菌属W-8的脱氮性能及其机制。
