The removal of Mo(Ⅵ) from wastewater was studied by using jarosite after iron deposition in zinc leaching solution as adsorption material. The effects of the initial pH of simulated wastewater, the initial mass concentration of Mo(Ⅵ), the additon amount of jarosite and the adsorption time on the adsorption of Mo(Ⅵ) by jarosite were investigated, and the kinetic mechanism of the adsorption process was discussed. The results show that under the conditions of initial mass concentration of Mo(Ⅵ) of 40 mg/L, pH=3.0, additon amount of jarosite of 1.0 g/L and adsorption time of 240 min, the adsorption capacity of Mo(Ⅵ) can reach 13.21 mg/g. The adsorption process of Mo(Ⅵ) in wastewater by jarosite is more suitable to be described by quasi-second-order kinetic model, which belongs to chemical adsorption. The adsorption process of molybdenum by jarosite follows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and has higher fitting accuracy. The adsorption process belongs to monolayer molecular adsorption. This method has the advantages of simple process and low cost, and is expected to realize high-value recycling of waste residue.

研究了以锌浸出液沉铁后的铁矾渣为吸附材料去除废水中Mo(Ⅵ),考察了模拟废水初始pH和Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度、铁矾渣用量、吸附时间对铁矾渣吸附Mo(Ⅵ)的影响,并探讨了吸附动力学。结果表明:在废水中Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度40 mg/L、pH=3.0、吸附剂用量1.0 g/L、吸附时间240 min条件下,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附量可达13.21 mg/g;铁矾渣对废水中Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附过程更适合用准二级动力学模型描述,属于化学吸附;铁矾渣吸附钼过程更遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型,有较高的拟合精度,吸附过程属于单层分子吸附。该法工艺简单,成本较低,有望实现废渣高值化循环利用。

The removal of Mo(Ⅵ) from wastewater was studied by using jarosite after iron deposition in zinc leaching solution as adsorption material. The effects of the initial pH of simulated wastewater, the initial mass concentration of Mo(Ⅵ), the additon amount of jarosite and the adsorption time on the adsorption of Mo(Ⅵ) by jarosite were investigated, and the kinetic mechanism of the adsorption process was discussed. The results show that under the conditions of initial mass concentration of Mo(Ⅵ) of 40 mg/L, pH=3.0, additon amount of jarosite of 1.0 g/L and adsorption time of 240 min, the adsorption capacity of Mo(Ⅵ) can reach 13.21 mg/g. The adsorption process of Mo(Ⅵ) in wastewater by jarosite is more suitable to be described by quasi-second-order kinetic model, which belongs to chemical adsorption. The adsorption process of molybdenum by jarosite follows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and has higher fitting accuracy. The adsorption process belongs to monolayer molecular adsorption. This method has the advantages of simple process and low cost, and is expected to realize high-value recycling of waste residue.

我国钼矿资源丰富,产量和消费量都位居世界前列[1]。矿石中的钼矿物以辉钼矿和钼钨钙矿为主,辉钼矿(MoS2)是生产钼的主要来源[2]。钼矿开采和加工过程中产生的废水,会对周边环境造成污染,也有可能流入食物链造成人体中毒[3],因此,对含钼废水进行妥善处理具有重要意义。钼废水的处理方法主要有化学沉淀法、离子交换法、吸附法、膜分离法和生物法[4-5]。这几种方法虽有一些优点,但也存在缺点。化学沉淀法易受pH影响,存在一定使用局限性[6-7];离子交换法仅适于处理低浓度的含钼废水[8-9];膜分离法制备成本较高,稳定性差,且易产生制膜污染,限制了其应用范围[10];生物法应用条件较为苛刻,驯化周期较长[11-12];而吸附法因具有操作简单、成本低、效率高等优点,越来越受到关注。
黄钾铁矾作为一种二次矿物,比表面积较大,表面羟基较多,不仅是一种优异的吸附剂,还可通过其他元素代替其上的多个晶体,产生大量类质同象[13-14]。基于这一特点,黄钾铁矾可通过共沉淀法或吸附法固定有毒有害元素[15]。黄钾铁矾无毒,不溶于稀酸且易沉淀,能吸附并共沉淀重(类)金属,对环境友好,在工业废水处理和矿山污染治理方面拥有广阔应用前景[16]
目前,锌冶炼企业采用黄钾铁矾法去除锌浸出液中铁离子所产生的铁矾渣的主要成分为黄钾铁矾[17],对于铁矾渣的处理方式比较单一,多填埋于渣场中,既污染环境,也浪费资源。试验研究了以锌浸出液沉铁后铁矾渣为吸附材料吸附废水中Mo(Ⅵ),考察了废水中Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度和pH、铁矾渣用量、吸附时间对Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量的影响,探讨了吸附过程的动力学机制,以期在有效处理含钼废水的同时,实现铁矾渣的高值化循环利用。
铁矾渣:广西某锌冶炼企业在锌浸出液净化过程中,采用黄钾铁矾法沉铁所得,主要化学成分见表1
图1为铁矾渣的XRD图谱,可以看出:出现了12个特征峰,分别为2θ=14.87°、15.51°、17.28°、24.60°、28.89°、31.30°、35.14°、39.52°、45.98°、50.03°、60.33°、61.54°,所对应晶面与标准卡片(PDF#22-0827)衍射峰相吻合,说明铁矾渣样品为一种黄钾铁矾质矿物;未发现其他杂质峰,说明在可测定范围内没有其他成分生成;XRD衍射峰较强烈,推测该铁矾渣结晶性能良好。
铁矾渣的电镜扫描结果如图2所示。铁矾渣晶体颗粒呈光滑球形或椭圆形,粒度较均匀,粒径在100~200 nm范围内,颗粒之间界限清晰,晶粒尺寸较大,分散性好,说明具有较好的过滤性能。
含Mo(Ⅵ)模拟废水:由(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O配制而成。
试剂:ZnSO4·7H2O、FeSO4·7H2O、H2O2(30%)、K2SO4、K2CO3、NaOH、H2SO4等,均为分析纯。
仪器:MiniFlex600型X射线衍射仪;CAP720型ICP-OES;FlexSEM1000型扫描电子显微镜;PHS-3C型精密pH计;101型鼓风干燥机;THZ-82型水浴恒温振荡器;FA2004型精密电子分析天平。
废水中的钼离子主要以$\mathrm{MoO}_{4}^{2-}$形式存在,铁矾渣的主要成分为A2Fe6(SO4)4(OH)12(A为一价金属离子或者铵根离子),基于铁矾渣固体结构中的阴离子交换特性,硫酸根可被其他阴离子(如砷酸跟、磷酸根、铬酸根、钼酸根等)取代,形成化学吸附。吸附过程中发生的化学反应如下:
A2Fe6(SO4)4(OH)12+$4\mathrm{MoO}_{4}^{2-}$═══════A2Fe6(MoO4)4(OH)12+$4\mathrm{SO}_{4}^{2-}$。
取一定质量浓度的含Mo(Ⅵ)模拟废水100 mL置于锥形瓶中,添加硫酸/氢氧化钠溶调pH至一定值,添加一定量铁矾渣,将锥形瓶置于水浴恒温振荡器中,调节振荡速度为180 r/min,在温度25 ℃下吸附一定时间。吸附结束后过滤,取上清液,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法分析Mo(Ⅵ)质量浓度,计算Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量(qe)及吸附去除率(x)。计算公式如下:

式中:ρ0—浸出液中Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度,mg/L;ρe—吸附平衡时浸出液中Mo(Ⅵ)质量浓度,mg/L;m—黄钾铁矾用量,g;V—溶液体积,L。
取40 mg/L含Mo(Ⅵ)模拟废水100 mL,在铁矾渣添加量1.0 g/L、温度25 ℃、振荡速度180 r/min条件下吸附240 min,考察模拟废水pH对铁矾渣吸附Mo(Ⅵ)性能的影响,试验结果如图3所示。可以看出,模拟废水pH对铁矾渣吸附Mo(Ⅵ)影响显著:随溶液pH升至3.0,Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量和吸附去除率均呈升高趋势;pH大于3.0后,Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量和吸附去除率均呈下降趋势。影响铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)吸附去除效果的关键因素是Mo(Ⅵ)在溶液中的存在形式和铁矾渣表面电荷性质。随pH降低,废水由中性变为弱酸性,此时,Mo(Ⅵ)的主要存在形式为$\mathrm{MoO}_{4}^{2-}$;pH继续降低,$\mathrm{MoO}_{4}^{2-}$开始缩合,Mo(Ⅵ)存在形式转变为$\mathrm{H}\mathrm{MoO}_{4}^{-}$、${\mathrm{Mo}7O}_{24}^{6-}$、${\mathrm{Mo}6O}_{20}^{4-}$等钼氧阴离子。pH较低时,铁矾渣表面带较多正电荷,更易对钼的氧负离子产生静电吸引;pH较高时,铁矾渣表面的羟基所带负电荷与带负电荷的钼氧离子之间的静电斥力增强,使被吸附的$\mathrm{MoO}_{4}^{2-}$释放出来。另外,随pH升高,水中OH-增多,会与Mo离子产生竞争吸附,抑制Mo的吸附。综合考虑,确定适宜的模拟废水pH=3.0,此时Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量为13.21 mg/g,吸附去除率为33.02%。
取质量浓度为40 mg/L、pH=3.0的含Mo(Ⅵ)模拟废水100 mL,在温度25 ℃、振荡速度180 r/min条件下吸附240 min,考察铁矾渣用量对铁矾渣吸附Mo(Ⅵ)性能的影响,试验结果如图4所示。
图4看出:随铁矾渣用量增大,Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量增大,这是因为随铁矾渣用量增大,铁矾渣表面的吸附位点也相应增多,Mo(Ⅵ)与吸附位点的接触概率增大,有利于促进Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附;铁矾渣用量增至1.0 g/L后,Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量呈减小趋势,说明铁矾渣用量在1.0 g/L已达到吸附平衡状态。综合考虑,确定适宜的铁矾渣用量为1.0 g/L,此时Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量为13.21 mg/g。
吸附动力学是探究吸附过程的一种有效手段,也是吸附材料实际应用时需考虑的最重要因素[18]。在温度25 ℃、模拟废水中Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度40 mg/L、pH=3.0、振荡速度180 r/min、铁矾渣用量1.0 g/L条件下绘制铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附动力学曲线,结果如图5所示。
图5看出:随吸附时间延长,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量先快速增大后趋于平稳,吸附240 min时达到平衡状态。整个吸附过程可分为初期的快速吸附、中期的缓慢吸附和吸附平衡3个阶段。吸附前120 min内,铁矾渣表面活性位点较多[19],能充分吸附Mo(Ⅵ),使Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量显著增大;吸附时间在120~240 min内,Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量增幅较小,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附速率也明显下降;吸附超过240 min后,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附达到平衡,固体和液体之间的Mo(Ⅵ)浓度差减小,废水中Mo(Ⅵ)向铁矾渣扩散的推动力减弱,此时,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附达饱和状态,平衡吸附量为13.21 mg/g。
为研究铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附机制,分别采用准一级和准二级动力学模型[20]对试验数据进行拟合,拟合曲线分别如图67所示,拟合参数见表2
准一级动力学模型:
ln(qe-qt)=ln qe-k1t;
准二级动力学模型:
$\frac{t}{{q}_{t}}=\frac{1}{{k}_{2}{q}_{e}^{2}}+\frac{t}{{q}_{e}}。$
式中:qe—平衡吸附量,mg/g;qt—吸附t时间的吸附量,mg/g;t—吸附时间,min;k1—准一级动力学吸附速率常数,min-1;k2—准二级动力学吸附速率常数,g/(mg·min)。
表2看出:准二级动力学吸附模型拟合相关系数为0.995 4,明显高于准一级动力学吸附模型的拟合相关系数(0.915 8),拟合效果更好;准一级、准二级动力学模型拟合所得理论平衡吸附量分别为14.88、13.11 mg/g,准二级动力学模型的拟合结果更接近试验所得平衡吸附量13.21 mg/g。由理论平衡吸附量qeR2的拟合结果可知,准二级动力学模型能更好地描述铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附反应过程,主要通过化学吸附实现。
吸附等温线可用于确定吸附剂的性能。配制不同质量浓度的含Mo(Ⅵ)模拟废水,调pH=3.0,在铁矾渣用量1.0 g/L、温度25 ℃、振荡速度180 r/min条件下吸附240 min,绘制吸附等温线,结果如图8所示。
图8看出:随模拟废水Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度增大,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量快速增大,这是由于Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度较低时,铁矾渣表面的吸附位点过剩,能充分吸附Mo(Ⅵ)且吸附速率较快;而随Mo(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度增大,铁矾渣表面的吸附位点逐渐被占据,对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附量缓慢增大,直至吸附平衡。
为进一步探讨铁矾渣在等温条件下对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附特性,分别采用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型对试验数据进行拟合,拟合曲线如图910所示,拟合参数见表3
Langmuir等温吸附模型:

Freundlich等温吸附模型:
$lg {q}_{{ }_{e}}=lg {k}_{F}+\frac{1}{n}lg {\rho }_{{ }_{e}}。$
式中:ρe—反应平衡时Mo(Ⅵ)质量浓度,mg/L;qeqm—平衡吸附量、最大吸附量,mg/g;kL—Langmuir等温吸附平衡常数,L/mg;kF—Freundlich等温吸附平衡常数,mg1-1/n·L1/n·g-1
表3看出:Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型都能较好地描述铁矾渣吸附Mo(Ⅵ)的表面吸附机制;但相较而言,Langmuir模型的拟合相关系数大于Freundlich模型的拟合相关系数,Langmuir模型比Freundlich模型拟合效果更高。因此,铁矾渣对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附过程用Langmuir等温吸附方程描述更适合,铁矾渣吸附Mo(Ⅵ)时,在固液表面上的吸附类型主要是单分子层吸附为主。
以锌浸出液沉铁后的铁矾渣为吸附材料吸附去除废水中的Mo(Ⅵ)是可行的。适宜条件下,Mo(Ⅵ)吸附量为13.21 mg/g,吸附效果较好。吸附过程遵循准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附类型为化学吸附,属于单分子层吸附。该工艺所用铁矾渣具有良好的吸附性能,在除杂的同时,延伸了废渣的循环利用,整个除杂、吸附的过程工艺简单,成本较低,可实现废渣高值化循环利用。
