The comprehensive recovery of copper and arsenic from black copper slime by oxidation leaching method was studied. The effects of acidity, hydrogen peroxide content, temperature, leaching time and liquid volume to solid mass ratio on the leaching rate of copper and arsenic were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of acidity of 200 g/L, hydrogen peroxide content of 30%, temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 2.0 h, liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 9∶1, the leaching rates of copper and arsenic can reach 99.53% and 98.24%, respectively. After oxidative acid leaching, sodium hydrosulfide is added into the solution at the rate of n(NaHS)/n(Cu)=1.1 to precipitate copper. The mass concentration of copper in the solution after copper and arsenic separation is lower than 0.01 g/L, and the mass concentration of arsenic is greater than 40 g/L. The copper and arsenic are effectively separated. Arsenic-rich liquid can be reduced with sulfur dioxide, and arsenic trioxide and reduced liquid can be returned to the oxidation leaching process.

研究了采用氧化浸出法从黑铜泥中综合回收铜砷,考察了酸度、双氧水用量、温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对铜和砷浸出率的影响。结果表明:在酸度200 g/L、双氧水用量30%、温度80 ℃、浸出时间2.0 h、液固体积质量比9∶1条件下,铜、砷浸出率达99.53%和98.24%;氧化酸浸液按n(NaHS)/n(Cu)=1.1加入硫氢化钠进行沉铜,铜砷分离后液中铜质量浓度低于0.01 g/L,砷质量浓度大于40 g/L,铜砷得到有效分离;富砷液通入二氧化硫还原,可得到三氧化二砷和还原后液,还原后液可返回氧化浸出。

The comprehensive recovery of copper and arsenic from black copper slime by oxidation leaching method was studied. The effects of acidity, hydrogen peroxide content, temperature, leaching time and liquid volume to solid mass ratio on the leaching rate of copper and arsenic were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of acidity of 200 g/L, hydrogen peroxide content of 30%, temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 2.0 h, liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 9∶1, the leaching rates of copper and arsenic can reach 99.53% and 98.24%, respectively. After oxidative acid leaching, sodium hydrosulfide is added into the solution at the rate of n(NaHS)/n(Cu)=1.1 to precipitate copper. The mass concentration of copper in the solution after copper and arsenic separation is lower than 0.01 g/L, and the mass concentration of arsenic is greater than 40 g/L. The copper and arsenic are effectively separated. Arsenic-rich liquid can be reduced with sulfur dioxide, and arsenic trioxide and reduced liquid can be returned to the oxidation leaching process.

粗铜电解精炼过程中的电解液成分会不断发生变化。为保证电解工序正常进行,须在电解一段时间后净化电解液;但用不溶阳极电积净化时,从铜阳极进入到电解液中的砷会与铜一起沉积在阴极,同时,金、银、铅、锑、铋等杂质元素也会一同沉积,形成黑铜泥[1-4]。黑铜泥如果长期堆存,其中的有害元素(砷、铅等)会缓慢发生氧化反应形成氧化物,对环境造成严重危害。因此,对黑铜泥进行资源化无害化处理越来越受到关注[5-7]
目前,处理黑铜泥的方法主要分为火法和湿法两类。火法主要用于回收铜,对设备的要求较高,难以达到环保要求;且在冶炼过程中砷被循环积累,严重影响铜直收率和产品质量,降低设备生产能力,还会对人体健康造成危害[8-9]。湿法具有快速、高效、适应性强、环境友好等优点,但会产生含砷废水,处理难度较大,成本较高[10-13]
近年来,对黑铜泥的湿法处理工艺主要有常压酸浸法和氧压浸出法[14-16],但对铜浸出方面的研究报道较多,而对后续铜砷有效分离及回收研究报道较少。因此,试验研究采用氧化酸浸法处理山东某冶炼公司的黑铜泥,并通过硫化选择沉铜法实现铜砷分离,进行工业化实践。
黑铜泥:取自山东某冶炼公司铜电解车间,化学分析结果见表1,主要化学成分为Cu和As。
试验试剂:硫酸,95.0%~98.0%,分析纯,上海国药集团化学试剂有限公司;硫氢化钠,32%,分析纯,上海国药集团化学试剂有限公司;双氧水,30%,分析纯,上海国药集团化学试剂有限公司。
试验设备:数显恒温水浴锅,HH-2型,金坛市华峰仪器有限公司;悬臂式电动搅拌器,LC-OES-200型,力辰仪器科技有限公司。
黑铜泥主要物相为Cu2As和Cu3As[1]。Cu2As和Cu3As在硫酸体系下会与双氧水发生氧化还原反应,砷被氧化成砷酸,铜则以硫酸铜形式存在于溶液中。主要化学反应方程式如下:
2Cu3As+6H2SO4+11H2O2═══════6CuSO4+2H3AsO4+14H2O;
2Cu2As+4H2SO4+9H2O2═══════4CuSO4+2H3AsO4+10H2O。
加入硫氢化钠可将溶液中的铜和砷转化为硫化铜和硫化砷,根据二者溶度积之差使铜砷得到分离。硫氢化钠在酸性溶液中会电离出钠离子和硫氢根离子,之后硫氢根离子再二次电离出硫离子和氢离子,硫离子与溶液中铜离子反应生成难溶硫化铜沉淀,少量硫离子与砷酸根离子反应生成硫化砷,生成的硫化砷与硫酸铜发生置换反应生成硫化铜沉淀。由于双氧水用量是过量的,使得溶液中的砷会被快速氧化成砷酸,因此,不会有砷化氢气体逸出。发生的主要化学反应如下:
2CuSO4+2NaHS═══════2CuS↓+Na2SO4+H2SO4;
10NaHS+4H3AsO4+5H2SO4═══════2As2S5↓+5Na2SO4+16H2O;
As2S5+5CuSO4+8H2O═══════5CuS+2H3AsO4+5H2SO4
氧化酸浸:首先用去离子水将黑铜泥浆化,置于烧杯中,加入一定量硫酸和双氧水,控制液固体积质量比,在一定温度下浸出一定时间。反应结束后进行固液分离,酸浸渣返回浸出,含铜酸浸液备用。
铜砷分离:含铜酸浸液中添加适量硫氢化钠,在室温下反应1 h。反应结束后进行固液分离。渣为硫化铜,返火法冶炼系统处理;液为富砷液,通入二氧化硫还原,得到三氧化二砷和还原后液,还原后液返回黑铜泥氧化浸出。
液固体积质量比9∶1,温度80 ℃,浸出时间2.0 h,双氧水用量30%(相对于黑铜泥质量,下同),酸度对Cu、As浸出率影响试验结果如图1所示。
图1看出,溶液酸度对黑铜泥Cu、As浸出率的影响较大,随溶液酸度增大,Cu、As浸出率逐渐升高后趋于稳定:酸度增至200 g/L时,Cu、As浸出率分别达99.53%、98.24%;之后继续增大酸度,Cu、As浸出率变化不大。综合考虑,选择溶液酸度为200 g/L。
酸度200 g/L,液固体积质量比9∶1,温度80 ℃,浸出时间2.0 h,双氧水用量对Cu、As浸出率的影响试验结果如图2所示。
图2看出:随双氧水用量增大,Cu、As浸出率先逐渐升高后趋于稳定,双氧水用量为黑铜泥质量的30%时,Cu、As浸出率分别为99.53%、98.24%;之后继续增加双氧水用量,Cu、As浸出率变化不大。这是因为双氧水用量较少时,黑铜泥氧化不完全,Cu、As浸出率较低;双氧水用量较多时,反应较为充分,Cu、As浸出率较高。综合考虑成本等因素,选择双氧水用量为黑铜泥质量的30%。
酸度200 g/L,液固体积质量比9∶1,双氧水用量30%,浸出时间2.0 h,温度对Cu、As浸出率的影响试验结果如图3所示。
图3看出:温度在50~80 ℃范围内,随温度升高,Cu、As浸出率升高,说明温度升高有利于黑铜泥与双氧水反应,提高浸出效果;继续升高温度,Cu、As浸出率无明显变化。温度较低不利于Cu和As的浸出,温度较高时,会加速双氧水自身分解,导致双氧水用量增大。综合考虑,选择反应温度为80 ℃。
酸度200 g/L,液固体积质量比9∶1,双氧水用量30%,温度80 ℃,浸出时间对Cu、As浸出率的影响试验结果如图4所示。
图4看出,浸出时间对黑铜泥浸出有较大影响,随浸出时间延长,Cu、As浸出率先逐渐升高后趋于稳定:浸出时间延长至2.0 h时,Cu、As浸出率达最大,分别为99.53%和98.24%;继续延长浸出时间,Cu、As浸出率无明显变化。综合考虑能耗,选择浸出时间为2.0 h。
酸度200 g/L,双氧水用量30%,温度80 ℃,浸出时间为2.0 h,液固体积质量比对黑铜泥Cu、As浸出率的影响试验结果如图5所示。
图5看出:液固体积质量比在6∶1~9∶1范围内,随液固体积质量比增大,Cu、As浸出率升高;继续增大液固体积质量比,黑铜泥中Cu、As浸出率无明显变化。这是因为液固体积质量比较小时,溶液中硫酸铜和砷酸达到饱和,液固体积质量比增大有利于反应向生成硫酸铜和砷酸方向进行。综合考虑,选择液固体积质量比为9∶1。
取氧化酸浸后液,加入硫氢化钠,常温下反应1.0 h,硫氢化钠用量对铜砷分离的影响试验结果如图6所示。
图6看出:n(NaHS)/n(Cu)为0.9~1.1时,铜沉淀率随硫氢化钠用量增大而升高,砷沉淀率随硫氢化钠用量增大无明显变化;n(NaHS)/n(Cu)为1.1~1.3时,铜沉淀率较平稳无明显变化,但砷沉淀率显著升高。这是因为加入硫氢化钠后,硫氢化钠先与硫酸铜反应生成硫化铜沉淀,少量硫氢化钠与砷酸反应生成硫化砷沉淀,硫化砷直接与硫酸铜反应生成硫化铜;硫氢化钠用量较大时,溶液中的铜几乎会沉淀完全,硫氢化钠开始与砷酸反应生成硫化砷沉淀,导致砷沉淀率明显升高。因此,试验过程中须严格控制硫氢化钠用量。综合考虑,选择硫氢化钠用量n(NaHS)/n(Cu)为1.1。
在酸度200 g/L、双氧水用量30%、温度80 ℃、浸出时间2.0 h、液固体积质量比9∶1最佳试验条件下,按照n(NaHS)/n(Cu)=1.1加入硫氢化钠溶液,进行3组(1#~3#)综合回收试验,分析氧化酸浸液、铜砷分离后液主要成分及三氧化二砷产品质量,结果见表23
表2看出:氧化酸浸液中Cu质量浓度均大于60 g/L,砷质量浓度均大于40 g/L;氧化酸浸液经硫氢化钠处理后所得铜砷分离后液中铜质量浓度均低于0.01 g/L,砷质量浓度均大于40 g/L。
表3看出:3组综合试验所得三氧化二砷产品纯度均达99.5%以上,符合《三氧化二砷产品标准》(GB/T 26721—2011)。说明采用双氧水和硫酸对黑铜泥进行氧化酸浸,再用硫氢化钠进行沉铜,铜砷浸出率较高,处理效果较好,实现了铜砷的有效分离。
黑铜泥综合处理难度较大,采用氧化酸浸、压滤、铜砷分离和还原工艺进行处理,综合回收铜和砷,砷能得到资源化、无害化处理。在酸度200 g/L、双氧水用量30%、温度80 ℃、浸出时间2.0 h、液固体积质量比9∶1最佳条件下,Cu、As浸出率分别可达99.53%、98.24%;氧化酸浸液按n(NaHS)/n(Cu)=1.1加入硫氢化钠进行沉铜后,铜砷分离后液中铜质量浓度均低于0.01 g/L,砷质量浓度均大于40 g/L,铜砷可得到有效分离。该法可为综合回收黑铜泥中的有价元素提供一定技术参考。
