Aiming at the complexity of existing hydrometallurgical process mechanism and the poor accuracy of existing leaching process fault diagnosis methods, an improved dynamic causal diagram was studied to diagnose hydrometallurgical leaching process faults. The dynamic causal diagram was optimized and improved mainly by binary interval number, and the upper and lower limit of conditional probability were weighted to realize the fault diagnosis of hydrometallurgical leaching process. The results show that the fault diagnosis method is more accurate than the conventional method, and can diagnose the faults of leaching process more accurately.

针对现有湿法冶金工艺机制复杂和浸出工艺故障诊断方法存在精度较差等问题,研究了用改进的动态因果图诊断湿法冶金浸出工艺故障,主要通过二元区间数对动态因果图进行优化改进,并对条件概率上下限进行加权,实现湿法冶金浸出工艺故障诊断。结果表明:该故障诊断方法相较于常规方法,故障诊断准确率更高,能对浸出工艺的故障进行较准确的诊断。

Aiming at the complexity of existing hydrometallurgical process mechanism and the poor accuracy of existing leaching process fault diagnosis methods, an improved dynamic causal diagram was studied to diagnose hydrometallurgical leaching process faults. The dynamic causal diagram was optimized and improved mainly by binary interval number, and the upper and lower limit of conditional probability were weighted to realize the fault diagnosis of hydrometallurgical leaching process. The results show that the fault diagnosis method is more accurate than the conventional method, and can diagnose the faults of leaching process more accurately.

湿法冶金是一个连续的金属提取或回收过程,其中的浸出工序最为关键,是后续工序的基础,一旦疏于检查发生故障,有可能影响整个工艺流程,因此,对浸出过程进行故障诊断具有重要意义[1-3]。目前,湿法冶金浸出过程进行故障诊断方法主要有3种:基于数据驱动方法、基于解析模型方法和基于知识的故障树和动态因果图方法。其中应用最为广泛的是基于知识的故障树和动态因果图方法[4-10]。但传统的动态因果图是一种基于概率的推理方法,因果图事件的概率值主要是根据专家的知识经验给出,存在一定的不确定性。试验研究建立了一种改进动态因果图并用于诊断湿法冶金浸出过程故障,主要通过二元区间数对动态因果图进行优化,并对条件概率上下限进行加权,完成湿法冶金浸出故障诊断。
试验以某氰化浸出金工艺过程的故障诊断为例进行研究。在对湿法冶金浸出过程故障进行分析后,选择9个监测变量(X0~X8)作为节点事件,选择10个故障原因变量(B0~B10)作为基本事件,见表1[11-15]
根据专家和现场工作人员经验对完整潜在因果图进行精简,通过过程机制和专家知识确定指向,因果图如图1所示。
采用因果图模型进行故障诊断前,须先确定基本事件和连接事件的先验概率值[16-17]。设基本事件状态概率$\operatorname{Pr}\left\{B_{i}^{k}\right\}$为变量Bik个状态${B}_{i}^{k}$的概率值,历史数据数为Ni,${N}_{i}^{k}$个样本位于${B}_{i}^{k}$中,即变量Bi的第k个状态发生,见式(1)。

同样连接事件的概率值$\operatorname{Pr}\left\{P_{i j}^{k i k j}\right\}$为变量Vi的第ki个状态${V}_{i}^{ki}$导致${V}_{j}^{kj}$发生的概率值。设${V}_{j}^{kj}$发生的数据样本数为${N}_{j}^{kj}$,${V}_{i}^{ki}$和${V}_{j}^{kj}$同时发生的数据样本数为${N}_{i}^{ki}$,见式(5)。

概率值由历史数据和实时数据2部分组成,通过权重(置信水平)进行结合,见式(3)。

式中:$\operatorname{Pr}\left\{V_{i}^{k i}\right\}$、$\operatorname{Pr}^{*}\left\{V_{i}^{k i}\right\}$—历史、实时数据部分;ω1ω2—历史、实时部分权重。
为降低参数不确定性,通过二元区间数对动态因果图进行优化,并对条件概率上下限进行加权,以进行湿法冶金浸出故障诊断[18-20]
基本事件和连接事件的概率值由区间数表示,见式(4)、(5)。

由专家根据经验知识提供适当的概率区间,再根据计算推理得到条件概率值。为明确故障原因,并以概率区间上下限信任度α和1-α,通过加权得到条件概率值,见式(6)。

式中:pUpD—条件概率上、下限;pC—条件概率。
改进动态因果图湿法冶金浸出故障诊断步骤如下:1)对因果图结构进行构建;2)根据区间因果图获得各基本事件及连接事件概率区间;3)根据常规因果图推理算法计算发生异常的节点事件;4)计算条件概率,确定故障原因。
为验证上述改进方法的有效性,以浸出过程中氰离子浓度异常为例进行验证试验。采集200组样品数据,通过改进动态因果图参数获取方法,得到区间形式的基本事件和连接事件的概率,见表23
为验证所提改进动态因果图模型的优越性,以氰离子浓度X2异常为例进行验证试验。采集200组数据,从120组开始X2异常下降,即证据E=X2,基于区间数因果图推理方法,首先计算相应的切割集表,见式(7)、(8)。

通过表23数据进行故障原因条件概率计算,X2异常的根本原因为B4B5B6B7B8,则计算出的各故障原因事件条件概率,见表4
根据表4的加权条件概率可以确定故障原因为B7,即矿石来料过大;当B8在正常范围内时,B7增大导致输入流量的异常增大;当X5在正常范围时,浸出槽中氰离子浓度下降。通过本方法加权条件概率与动态因果图的单值条件概率对比分析结果可知,本方法和动态因果图均能较为准确地诊断出故障原因,但本方法条件概率的差异更为明显。故障实时诊断结果如图2所示,图中诊断结果1~10代表B1~B10故障。
图2看出:对动态因果图模型进行改进后在试验数据中所得诊断结果准确率达100%,从第120个样品采样时刻观察到氰离子浓度X2异常下降,并给出异常原因为B7,即矿石来料过大。说明本方法具有一定的优越性。
为进一步验证本方法的优越性,将本方法与文献[21]中改进的动态因果图及传统动态因果图方法进行对比分析。不同方法的实时诊断结果如图3所示。可以看出,本方法在试验数据中的故障诊断结果准确率达100.00%;而文献[21]方法的故障诊断结果准确率为98.00%,有4个采样点发生误报;传统动态因果图方法故障诊断准确率仅为92.00%,有16个采样点发生误报。与文献[21]及传统动态因果图方法相比,本方法故障诊断准确率分别提高2.04%和8.70%。说明本方法通过二元区间数对动态因果图进行优化,并对条件概率上下限进行加权,有效提高了故障诊断准确性。
为评价不同方法的故障诊断效果,再将建模样本增加至5 000组和10 000组,结果见表5
表5看出:与建模数据较少时,将建模样本增加至5 000组和10 000组,不同方法的故障诊断准确率均有不同程度的提高;本方法在试验数据增加后准确率仍为100%,实现了零误报。综上说明,在建模数据较少和充足的情况下,本方法对金浸出过程的故障诊断效果较好,可有效提高模型的故障诊断准确率。
将改进的动态因果图用于湿法冶金浸出过程故障诊断,引入二元区间数对动态因果图进行优化,通过定义区间上限信任度对推理结果进行加权,在建模数据较少和充足的情况下,均能对湿法冶金浸出过程故障进行有效诊断。
