Zinc and cadmium were recovered by acid leaching—vulcanization impurity removal method from dust of slide blowing—fuming process for treating jarosites, and copper was selectively removed from the leaching solution by sulfide precipitation. Subsequently, the obtained purified solution will be used to prepare Cd-doped ZnS composites. Based on the thermodynamic analysis, the influencing factors and kinetics of zinc leaching rate in sulfuric acid system were investigated, and the influence of various parameters on sulfidation was elucidated through orthogonal tests. The results show that the zinc in dust mainly exists in the form of zinc oxide, the leaching reaction follows a mixed control model with a 73.70 kJ/mol activation energy. Zinc leaching rate can reach 98. 99% under the optimum conditions. The copper removal rate can reach 95.97% under 3.2 theoretical times of Na2S addition at pH of 2.0, with high retaining rate of Zn and Cd, achieving effectively selective separation of copper from zinc and cadmium.

研究了采用酸性浸出—硫化除杂法从铁矾渣侧吹熔炼—烟化法产出的烟灰中回收锌、镉,并选择性除去浸出液中的铜,产物用以制备镉掺杂硫化锌;在热力学分析基础上,探明了硫酸体系下锌浸出率影响因素及其浸出动力学;通过正交试验明确了各参数对硫化钠选择性除杂的影响。结果表明:烟灰中锌主要以氧化锌形式存在,其浸出过程符合混合控制,表观活化能为73.70 kJ/mol;在最佳条件下,锌浸出率达98.99%。以Na2S用量为理论添加量的3.2倍,控制体系pH=2.0,铜去除率可达95.97%,同时有效保留锌、镉,实现了铜与锌、镉的选择性分离。

Zinc and cadmium were recovered by acid leaching—vulcanization impurity removal method from dust of slide blowing—fuming process for treating jarosites, and copper was selectively removed from the leaching solution by sulfide precipitation. Subsequently, the obtained purified solution will be used to prepare Cd-doped ZnS composites. Based on the thermodynamic analysis, the influencing factors and kinetics of zinc leaching rate in sulfuric acid system were investigated, and the influence of various parameters on sulfidation was elucidated through orthogonal tests. The results show that the zinc in dust mainly exists in the form of zinc oxide, the leaching reaction follows a mixed control model with a 73.70 kJ/mol activation energy. Zinc leaching rate can reach 98. 99% under the optimum conditions. The copper removal rate can reach 95.97% under 3.2 theoretical times of Na2S addition at pH of 2.0, with high retaining rate of Zn and Cd, achieving effectively selective separation of copper from zinc and cadmium.

湿法提取锌过程中产生了铅银渣、铁矾渣等固体废弃物,其中通常含有锌、铜、银、铅、镉、砷等元素,须对铅、镉、砷等有毒有害物质进行无害化处理[1];而锌、铜、银等属于有价金属,有较高的回收价值。开发适宜的处理工艺,实现此类固体废弃物无害化、资源化利用是目前环保及铅锌二次资源利用的研究热点[2]。对此类成分复杂、有价元素赋存状态多样[2]的含锌固废的处理方法主要包括:火法[3]、湿法[4]、火法—湿法联合法[5]等。湿法有价金属回收率高、选择性强,烟尘和SO2污染小[6],但总体上流程较长;相较而言,火法工艺处理量大,工艺流程短[2],因而成为大规模处理含铅、锌固废的首选方法[7]
国内某公司采用侧吹熔炼—烟化法处理铁矾渣和铅银渣等含铅固废,其烟化炉产出的烟灰含约70.40%次氧化锌、约18.69%氧化铅及少量镉和铜。针对此类烟灰锌,该公司通常将其返回至中性浸出系统直接回收锌,但其中的铅、镉和铜等一直在系统中循环,综合经济价值不高。若能制备功能性材料,如氧化锌[4]、硫酸锌[8]、氯化锌[9]、碱式碳酸锌(ZnCO3)2Zn(OH)2)[10]和硫化锌(ZnS)[11]等,无疑对实现烟灰的高值化利用具有非常重要的意义。这些含锌化合物中,ZnS属于典型的宽禁带半导体[12],基于其绿色环保、节能的特性,常被用于光催化降解有机物[13]及催化制氢[13],备受关注。
试验研究了以铁矾渣侧吹熔炼—烟化法产出的烟灰为原料,通过酸性浸出及硫化沉淀除杂,实现锌、镉、铜等金属的选择性分离。此法成本低廉,硫化铜回收率高,不引入新的杂质。除杂后的含锌、镉浸出液可作为进一步硫化制备镉掺杂硫化锌(β-ZnS-CdS)材料的锌源和镉源,从而实现烟灰中有价金属的功能化、高值化利用。
试验原料为取自国内某炼锌企业铁矾渣侧吹熔炼—烟化系统烟化炉的烟灰。烟灰主要化学成分见表1。采用XRD分析烟灰中物相赋存状态,分析结果如图1所示。可以看出:烟灰中锌、铅主要以ZnO、PbO形式存在,同时存在少量SiO2等杂质。
试验用试剂:浓硫酸、九水硫化钠、硫代硫酸钠、硫脲、锌粉、锰粉、浓盐酸、浓氨水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、抗坏血酸、碘化钾试剂,均为分析纯。醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液(pH=5.5)、甲基橙指示剂(0.5 g/L)、二甲酚橙指示剂(5 g/L)。
先配制一定浓度硫酸溶液于烧杯中,在恒温搅拌器中升至设定温度后,加入一定质量烟灰进行搅拌浸出。经真空抽滤后测量浸出液体积,根据式(1)计算其浸出率,浸出渣经去离子水多次洗涤后真空干燥留用。

式中:η—浸出率,%;V—浸出液体积,L;ρ—Zn2+质量浓度,g/L;w—烟灰中锌质量分数,%;m—烟灰质量,g。
浸出液中除含Zn2+外,还含有少量Cu2+、Cd2+,采用硫化沉淀法选择性除铜,并将Zn2+和Cd2+留于浸出液中。取一定体积浸出液置于锥形瓶中,调节pH后加热至设定温度,加入一定量除杂剂净化除杂。收集液体,分析液体中锌、铜、镉离子浓度并计算铜去除率及锌、镉保留率,铜净化渣用去离子水多次洗涤后真空干燥留用。
采用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF,美国Thermo Scientific ARL Perform'X)分析烟灰成分,痕量采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES,Optima 7300DV,Perkin-Elmer公司)测定;锌离子浓度测定采用EDTA滴定法,浸出液经梯度稀释后采用ICP-OES测定铜、镉等含量。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD,德国Bruker D8 Advance)分析烟灰物相。
采用HSC Chemistry软件进行浸出及硫化除铜相关热力学计算及优势区绘制(见图2)。随温度升高,各金属浸出的优势区变化不大,图2(a)是70 ℃,101.325 kPa条件下Zn2+、Cu2+、Cd2+不同pH下优势区图。从阴影区域可知,控制pH≤5.14使锌浸出,同时控制电位在-0.76~0.33 V之间即可达到选择性预脱除铜,同时使锌、镉进入溶液目的。浸出过程中发生的主要反应如下:
ZnO+H2SO4═══════ZnSO4+H2O;
PbO+H2SO4═══════PbSO4+H2O。
硫化沉淀法基于不同金属硫化物在水中溶解度的差异,选择性沉淀目标金属[14]。离子溶度积Ksp越大,溶解度越大。加入硫化钠后溶液中发生的主要反应为:
Na2S+CuSO4═══════Na2SO4+CuS(黑色)↓,Ksp=6.3×10-36;
Na2S+ZnSO4═══════Na2SO4+ZnS(白色/浅黄)↓,Ksp=2.93×10-25;
Na2S+CdSO4═══════Na2SO4+CdS(柠檬黄/桔红)↓,Ksp=8.0×10-27;
ZnS+CuSO4═══════ZnSO4+CuS(黑色)↓,Ksp=6.3×10-36;
H2S+CuSO4═══════H2SO4+CuS(黑色)↓,Ksp=6.3×10-36
当加入除杂剂时,溶液中S2-浓度增大,杂质金属残留浓度降低[15]图2(b)为30 ℃溶液中S2-与溶液中金属离子浓度关系。根据图2(b)及硫化物Ksp大小可知,溶液中硫化物沉淀顺序为CuS、CdS、ZnS。随S2-浓度增大,溶液中Cu2+最先沉淀进入渣相且不易返溶,ZnS、CdS的存在也能促进铜离子沉淀[14]图2(c)为30 ℃下Zn-Cu-Cd-S-H2O系Eh-pH图,阴影区域为CuS稳定区域,控制pH<5.6,保证锌、镉以离子形态留在溶液中,此时控制S2-浓度,使溶液电位介于-0.20~0.17 V范围内,可实现铜与其他金属的分离。
浸出温度70 ℃,液固体积质量比7/1,浸出时间2 h,H2SO4质量浓度对Zn浸出率的影响试验结果如图3所示。
图3看出:随H2SO4质量浓度由160 g/L增至200 g/L,Zn浸出率升高明显,酸度增加时反应处于图2(a)中的Zn2+稳定区,H+浓度较高有利于氧化锌的溶解,而当H2SO4质量浓度≥200 g/L时Zn浸出率增幅较缓,H2SO4质量浓度增至260 g/L时浸出趋于稳定,此时Zn浸出率为95.52%。考虑到H2SO4质量浓度过大会导致杂质溶解,因此,选择H2SO4质量浓度以260 g/L为宜。
H2SO4质量浓度260 g/L,液固体积质量比7/1,浸出时间2 h,浸出温度对Zn浸出率的影响试验结果如图4所示。
图4看出:在浸出温度≤80 ℃范围内,随温度升高,Zn浸出率升幅较大。固液反应中,扩散系数与浸出温度成正比,适当升高温度,溶液黏度降低,可溶物溶解度增大,分子热运动更剧烈,可有效促进浸出反应进行。利用Factsage软件计算可得,在50~90 ℃范围内,浸出反应的ΔG在-150~-114 kJ/mol范围内,此时氧化锌处于亚稳态,反应可自发进行。但温度过高易造成酸雾过大,污染环境,因此,选择浸出温度以80 ℃为宜,此时Zn浸出率为96.96%。
H2SO4质量浓度260 g/L,浸出80 ℃,浸出时间2 h,液固体积质量比对Zn浸出率的影响试验结果如图5所示。
图5看出:Zn浸出率整体呈上升趋势,液固体积质量比增至8/1时,Zn浸出率达最大,为98.65%,浸出反应趋于平衡。液固体积质量比既会影响矿浆黏度,又会影响试剂消耗量和浸出率,随液固体积质量比增大,溶液黏度减小,传质系数增大,离子扩散更容易[16]。综合考虑试剂消耗量和浸出效率,选择液固体积质量比以8/1为宜。
H2SO4质量浓度260 g/L,液固体积质量比8/1,不同浸出温度下浸出时间对Zn浸出率的影响试验结果如图6所示。
图6看出:浸出时间和浸出温度均与Zn浸出率呈正相关,随反应温度升高和时间延长,Zn浸出率逐渐增大,在80 ℃下浸出2.5 h时Zn浸出率达98.99%;继续延长时间,其增加幅度不大。
综合以上试验,选定烟灰中锌浸出最优条件:硫酸质量浓度260 g/L,浸出温度80 ℃,液固体积质量比8/1,浸出时间2.5 h,此时Zn浸出率可达98.99%。对该条件下所得浸出渣进行XRD分析,结果如图7所示。可以看出,浸出渣主要物相为PbSO4,与浸出前烟灰XRD图谱(图1)对比可知,ZnO相消失,PbO转变为PbSO4进入渣相,说明锌得到有效浸出。
烟灰硫酸浸出属于液-固相反应,氧化锌与酸反应后锌以离子形式进入溶液,不溶物质及浸出产物硫酸铅在浸出过程形成惰性残留层[17]。根据液-固相动力学原理,浸出过程符合未反应核模型[18]。反应控制类型主要有:外扩散控制、化学反应控制[19]、固膜扩散控制和混合控制[20],浸出速率取决于其中最慢的步骤。不同控制步骤的浸出反应动力学方程见式(9)~(12)。
外扩散控制:

外扩散的影响一般可以通过加强搅拌来消除,因此试验忽略可能受外扩散控制的情况[17]。根据不同温度下的Zn浸出率随反应时间的变化情况,通过式(10)~(12)分别对图6数据进行拟合,拟合参数见表2,酸性浸出反应动力学拟合曲线如图8所示。由表2看出:混合控制方程的拟合效果较优,相关系数R2最大。由图8(a)看出,反应速率常数k,即拟合曲线斜率,随反应温度升高而增大,这是因为升高温度能增加体系活化分子比例,加快分子碰撞,有效促进浸出。由图8(b)看出,ln k3与1/T之间的线性关系良好,线性拟合系数R2为0.985 0。根据Arrhenius公式,计算反应表观活化能Ea=73.70 kJ/mol。

在浸出液pH=2.0、温度40 ℃条件下反应30 min,3.0倍理论用量除杂剂的除铜效果如图9所示。
图9看出:以硫化钠为除杂剂的Cu去除率为92.27%,除铜效果明显优于锌粉、锰粉、硫化锌、硫代硫酸钠、硫脲。考虑到硫化钠成本也较低,因此后续试验选取硫化钠为除杂药剂。
采用4因素3水平(L9(34))正交试验研究各因素对净化试验的影响效应。利用Minitab软件设计并分析正交试验,各因素取值及试验结果见表3。可以看出:极差Delta对比结果为浸出液pH>硫化钠用量>反应时间>反应温度,表明浸出液pH对Zn、Cd保留率及Cu去除率影响最大,反应时间、温度影响较小,故后续不再研究,选取反应温度30 ℃、反应时间10 min进行单因素试验。
控制温度30 ℃,投加3.0倍理论用量的硫化钠,反应10 min,浸出液pH对Zn、Cd保留率及Cu去除率的影响试验结果如图10所示。可以看出:浸出液酸度增大会抑制H2S电离反应正向进行,导致S2-浓度降低,充足的H+可提高Cu沉淀率,但同时也会沉淀Zn、Cd,而且会生成单质硫和二氧化硫,降低硫化钠利用率;随浸出液pH增大,Cu去除率提高幅度变小;pH=2.0时,净化效果较好,Cu去除率为92.17%,Zn、Cd保留率分别为97.92%、86.53%。
控制温度30 ℃、浸出液pH=2.0条件下反应10 min,硫化钠用量对Zn、Cd保留率及Cu去除率的影响试验结果如图11所示。可以看出:随硫化钠用量加大会有更多S2-解离出来,使S2-与Cu2+接触概率增大,有利于CuS沉淀;当硫化钠用量高于3.6倍理论量时,Cu基本沉淀完全,去除率可达99%。综合考虑Zn、Cd保留率,加入3.2倍硫化钠理论用量时,净化效果较好,此时Cu去除率为95.97%,Zn、Cd保留率分别为98.72%、92.32%。
1)烟灰中锌主要以ZnO形式存在,在硫酸质量浓度260 g/L、液固体积质量比8/1、80 ℃条件下浸出2.5 h,Zn浸出率可达98.99%。锌浸出控制步骤为混合控制,浸出过程的表观活化能为73.70 kJ/mol。
2)采用硫化钠沉淀法去除浸出液中的铜,并尽量保留锌和镉,有利于后续对硫化铜及锌、镉的回收。正交试验极差分析结果表明,净化过程各因素对Zn、Cd保留率及Cu去除率的影响的显著性排序为:浸出液pH>硫化钠用量>反应时间>反应温度;调节溶液pH为2.0,投加3.2倍理论量的硫化钠在30 ℃条件下反应10 min,Cu去除率可达95.97%,Zn、Cd保留率分别为98.72%、92.32%。该法相比常规的锌粉/锰粉置换法成本低,相比ZnS、Na2S2O3、硫脲等硫化除杂剂反应快、效果好。
3)在常压条件下采用酸性浸出—硫化沉淀除杂法回收烟灰,除杂后的锌、镉浸出液可作为后续一步硫化制备Cd掺杂ZnS材料的锌源和镉源,以实现其功能化、高值化利用。
