Leaching solution with a mass concentration of 256.1 mg/L was obtained by using aqua regia to recover the gold from the CPU, and the gold in the acid leaching solution was recovered by solvent extraction. The effects of extractant type, concentration, extraction time, extraction phase ratio and extraction temperature on the gold extraction were investigated. The results show that with 80% dibutylcarbitol as the extraction agent, the gold extraction rate can reach 99.86% under the condition of VOVA=1∶4 and room temperature for 10 min. The sponge gold product can be obtained by stripping with oxalic acid. The recovery effect is good. The method has a certain popularization value in the comprehensive recovery of gold-containing electronic solid waste such as CPU.

研究了先采用王水浸出电子固体废弃物CPU,得到金质量浓度为256.1 mg/L的浸出液,再采用溶剂萃取法回收酸浸液中的金。考察了萃取剂种类、浓度、萃取时间、萃取相比、萃取温度对金萃取效果的影响。结果表明:以浓度80%的二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,在相比VOVA=1∶4、常温条件下振荡反应10 min,金萃取率可达99.86%,再用草酸进行反萃取即可获得海绵金产品,回收效果较好。该法在CPU等含金电子固废的综合回收方面具有一定推广价值。

Leaching solution with a mass concentration of 256.1 mg/L was obtained by using aqua regia to recover the gold from the CPU, and the gold in the acid leaching solution was recovered by solvent extraction. The effects of extractant type, concentration, extraction time, extraction phase ratio and extraction temperature on the gold extraction were investigated. The results show that with 80% dibutylcarbitol as the extraction agent, the gold extraction rate can reach 99.86% under the condition of VOVA=1∶4 and room temperature for 10 min. The sponge gold product can be obtained by stripping with oxalic acid. The recovery effect is good. The method has a certain popularization value in the comprehensive recovery of gold-containing electronic solid waste such as CPU.

随着电子产品更新换代速度不断加快,电子固废产量不断增加。根据联合国环境署统计数据,近5年全球电子固废年产量超过5 000万t,预计2030年将超过7 000万t[1-3]。这些电子固废中含有大量重金属污染物,处理不当则会对周边土壤、水源造成严重污染,进而影响人类健康;但另一方面,这些电子固废含有多种有价金属,如金、铜等金属的含量是传统矿物的几十倍甚至上百倍[4-6],是具有较大回收价值的二次资源。目前,电子固废处理仍以焚烧、填埋为主,也有部分废弃物由具有电子固废处理资质的企业进行回收,其工艺主要包括机械破碎、火法或湿法等,但整体综合回收利用率低于20%,其中绝大部分有价组分仍无法得到有效回收,亟需探寻有效的综合回收方法。
废旧CPU是从废旧线路板拆解下的中央处理器,主要由金属背壳、覆铜层压板、金属针脚、电容和晶圆组成,是有价金属含量较高的电子固废之一。其中,金属背壳是加入了镍钛合金的铜板,覆铜层压板主要由铜和树脂板压制而成,金属针脚外有镀金层的铜针,晶圆则主要以单质硅为主[7-10]。目前,废旧线路板的现场处理是直接将其连同附带元器件一同放入撕碎机破碎粉碎,而未进行预处理,因此导致产出的金属粉末和非金属粉末分离效果不佳;也有部分研究人员采用硫酸浸出其中的铜[11-13],但由于CPU上的针脚外层为纯金镀层,会严重影响铜与酸液充分接触,导致酸浸铜效率较低;此外,还有采用萃取法萃取其中的金,但因部分萃取剂对pH有一定要求,而调节pH易产生杂质沉淀,进而会影响金的萃取[14-16]
针对上述问题,试验研究了采用酸浸—萃取法回收废旧CPU中的金,并考察了萃取剂种类及浓度、萃取相比、温度、时间对金回收效果的影响,以期为该类资源回收有价金属提供一条可参考的途径。
废旧CPU:来自美国英特尔公司酷睿i3系列。
甲基异丁基甲酮、二丁基卡必醇、三辛胺、三甲胺、二甲基硫醚、磺化煤油、盐酸、硝酸、草酸,均为分析纯,购自国药集团化学试剂有限公司。
100 mL分液漏斗,河南美盈仪器仪表有限公司;CHA-S数显气浴恒温振荡器,常州国华电器有限公司。
按照体积比3∶1将浓硝酸缓慢加入浓盐酸中配制王水溶液,然后将废旧CPU的覆铜板放入王水溶液中,使其完全浸没,直至溶液中无气泡产生,通过玻璃漏斗过滤,得到深绿色浸出液,其化学分析结果见表1
表1看出:废旧CPU覆铜板经王水浸出,浸出液中金质量浓度为256.1 mg/L,折算后相当于废旧CPU中金品位为4.09 kg/t,远高于金矿山采选品位,甚至高于金精矿品位;此外,溶液中铜质量浓度也较高,为51.74 g/L,均具有较高回收价值。
将一定量上述浸出液(水相)和一定浓度金萃取剂(有机相)按一定相比(VOVA)混合,倒入100 mL分离漏斗中;再将分液漏斗的玻璃塞固定后放入CHA-S数显气浴恒温振荡器中,设置振荡频率为1 600 r/min,确保振荡过程玻璃塞不松动脱落;升温至预设温度后开始计时,达到预定时间取出分液漏斗,放置在漏斗架上进行静态分层,稳定后分液,得负载金有机相和萃余液。测定萃余液中金浓度,采用差减法计算金萃取率。计算公式如下:

式中:E—金萃取率,%;ρ1—浸出液中金质量浓度,mg/L;ρ2—萃余液中金质量浓度,mg/L。
萃取时间20 min,萃取相比VOVA=1∶2,萃取剂浓度100%,萃取温度30 ℃。选择甲基异丁基酮、二丁基卡必醇、三辛胺、三甲胺和二甲基硫醚5种萃取剂萃取浸出液中的金,考察不同萃取剂对金萃取率的影响,试验结果见表2。可以看出:5种金萃取剂对浸出液中的金萃取效果不同,二甲基硫醚的金萃取率相对较低,为80.64%,且试验中发现,萃取过程中溶液中有气泡产生,这可能是王水中酸浓度过高,使萃取剂分子结构被破坏导致,因此金萃取率也较低;甲基异丁基甲酮、三辛胺和三甲胺对金的萃取率较为接近,均在95%左右;而二丁基卡必醇作为萃取剂时,金萃取率最高,达99.85%。
由于浸出液中除金离子外,还含有铜、铁等金属离子,加入石灰或氢氧化钠调节溶液pH会产生杂质沉淀,不利于后续试验操作。因此,综合考虑,在不调整溶液pH前提下确定选择适用于强酸溶液(pH<1)的二丁基卡必醇作为萃取剂较为适宜。
二丁基卡必醇分子中醚键上的氧原子有孤对电子,可在强酸溶液中结合H+,而金在王水中以氯的配阴离子$\mathrm{AuCl}_{4}^{-}$的形式存在,因此可形成离子缔合物进入有机相。发生的化学反应方程式如下:
采用二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,在萃取剂浓度100%、VOVA=1∶2、萃取温度30 ℃条件下,考察萃取时间对金萃取率的影响,试验结果如图1所示。
图1看出:萃取时间从30 s延长至10 min,金萃取率从82.24%提高到99.84%;继续延长反应时间,金萃取率基本保持不变,维持在较高水平,说明二丁基卡必醇萃取金速率较快,10 min即可达到萃取平衡状态。综合考虑,确定适宜的萃取时间为10 min。
采用二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,在萃取剂浓度100%、萃取时间10 min、萃取温度30 ℃条件下,考察萃取相比VOVA对金萃取率的影响,试验结果如图2所示。
图2看出:相比由1∶1减小至1∶4,金萃取率变化不大,均维持在较高水平;相比从1∶4减小至1∶10时,金萃取率从99.84%降至96.80%,说明在相比小于1∶4时,溶剂已萃取饱和,不能进一步萃取溶液中的金。综合考虑,确定适宜的萃取相比VOVA为1∶4。
采用二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,分别制备不同浓度的萃取剂,在萃取时间10 min、VOVA=1∶4、萃取温度30 ℃条件下,考察萃取剂二丁基卡必醇浓度对金萃取率的影响,试验结果如图3所示。
图3看出:金萃取率随二丁基卡必醇浓度增大而提高,二丁基卡必醇浓度增至80%时,金萃取率达最高,为99.86%;之后继续增大二丁基卡必醇浓度,金萃取率保持稳定不变,说明控制二丁基卡必醇浓度为80%即可将浸出液中金基本萃取完全。综合考虑,确定适宜的二丁基卡必醇浓度为80%。
采用二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,在二丁基卡必醇浓度为80%、萃取时间10 min、VOVA=1∶4条件下,考察萃取温度对金萃取率的影响,试验结果如图4所示。
图4看出:萃取温度对金萃取影响不大,室温下金萃取率即可达99.86%,说明二丁基卡必醇作萃取剂的温度适应范围较大,在普通加热条件下分子结构没有发生改变,金萃取效果仍较好。综合考虑,确定适宜的萃取温度为室温。
废旧CPU是金含量较高的电子固体废弃物,具有较大回收价值,采用王水酸浸—溶剂萃取法可有效回收其中的金。以80%二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂萃取废旧CPU酸浸液,在萃取相比VOVA=1∶4、常温条件下振荡萃取10 min,金萃取率即可达99.86%。该方法选择性好、反应速度快、在pH<1的强酸多金属复杂溶液中也能靶向萃取金,可为废旧CPU等含金电子固废综合回收提供技术参考,同时也可为制备新型醚类金萃取剂提供萃取理论依据。后续采用草酸对有机相进行反萃取,即可获得海绵金产品。
