To address the problems of high energy consumption in pyrometallurgical recovery and low germanium leaching rate in atmospheric hydrometallurgical recovery of germanium from oxygen pressure leaching residues of zinc concentrates, the leaching of germanium in a high-temperature and high-pressure sulfuric acid system, using oxygen as the oxidant and sodium lignosulfonate as the activating agent was investigated. The effects of key parameters, including leaching temperature and time, mass concentration of sulfuric acid, oxygen pressure, liquid volume to solid mass ratio, and sodium lignosulfonate dosage on the leaching rate of germanium were examined. The results show that the oxygen pressure leaching process can enhance the oxidative decomposition of refractory sulfides such as sphalerite in the oxygen pressure leaching residue of zinc concentrates, destroy their crystal lattice structures, and enable the dissociation and leaching of isomorphous germanium. Under the optimized conditions of leaching temperature of 150 ℃, leaching time of 3 h, mass concentration of sulfuric acid of 180 g/L, oxygen pressure of 1.0 MPa, and liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 8 mL/1 g, and sodium lignosulfonate dosage of 3% by mass of the oxygen pressure leaching residue of zinc concentrates, the leaching rate of germanium reaches 72.17%, which is significantly improved compared with the atmospheric acid leaching method, and the leaching rate of zinc reaches 89.39%. This study provides technical reference for the green and efficient recovery of germanium from oxygen pressure leaching residue and is of great significance for ensuring the sustainable supply of germanium resources.

针对锌精矿氧压浸出渣中的锗，采用火法或常压湿法回收存在的能耗高或锗浸出率低等问题，研究了在高温高压硫酸体系中，以氧气为氧化剂、木质素磺酸钠为活化剂浸出锗，并考察了浸出温度和时间、硫酸质量浓度、氧压、液固体积质量比及木质素磺酸钠添加量等关键参数对锗浸出率的影响。结果表明：氧压浸出法可强化锌精矿氧压浸出渣中闪锌矿等难溶硫化物的氧化分解，破坏晶格结构，使类质同象态锗解离浸出；在浸出温度为150 ℃、浸出时间为3 h、硫酸质量浓度为180 g/L、氧压为1.0 MPa、液固体积质量比为8 mL/1 g、木质素磺酸钠添加量为锌精矿氧压浸出渣质量的3%优化条件下，锗浸出率为72.17%，相较常压酸浸法有明显提升，锌浸出率为89.39%。该研究可为氧压浸出渣中锗的绿色高效回收提供技术参考，对保障锗资源可持续供给具有重要意义。
