In view of the complex structure, difficult flotation and difficult leaching of low-grade mixed tungsten and molybdenum ore of a domestic company, the synergistic leaching of molybdenum and tungsten from molybdenum tungsten ore by hydrochloric acid pretreatment—pyrolusite+sulfuric acid was studied. The effects of various factors on the leaching rate of tungsten and molybdenum were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L, liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 6.5/1 and atmospheric pressure, the tungsten and molybdenum ores are pretreated with hydrochloric acid. Under the optimal conditions of filter slag of 20 g, particle size of 200 mesh, pyrolusite dosage of 4 g, sulfuric acid of 8 mol/L, liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 5/1, temperature of 90 ℃ and leaching time of 3 h, the leaching rates of molybdenum and tungsten are 83% and 73%, respectively.

针对国内某公司低品位混合型钨钼矿结构和成分复杂、难浮选且难浸出等问题,研究了盐酸预处理—软锰矿+硫酸协同浸出钼钨矿中的钼钨,考察了各因素对钨钼浸出率的影响。结果表明:在盐酸浓度1.5 mol/L、液固体积质量比6.5/1、常压条件下,对钨钼矿石进行盐酸预处理;在盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g、矿石粒度200目、软锰矿用量4 g、硫酸浓度8 mol/L,液固质量体积比5/1、温度90 ℃、浸出时间3 h的最佳条件下,钼、钨浸出率分别为83%、73%。

In view of the complex structure, difficult flotation and difficult leaching of low-grade mixed tungsten and molybdenum ore of a domestic company, the synergistic leaching of molybdenum and tungsten from molybdenum tungsten ore by hydrochloric acid pretreatment—pyrolusite+sulfuric acid was studied. The effects of various factors on the leaching rate of tungsten and molybdenum were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L, liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 6.5/1 and atmospheric pressure, the tungsten and molybdenum ores are pretreated with hydrochloric acid. Under the optimal conditions of filter slag of 20 g, particle size of 200 mesh, pyrolusite dosage of 4 g, sulfuric acid of 8 mol/L, liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 5/1, temperature of 90 ℃ and leaching time of 3 h, the leaching rates of molybdenum and tungsten are 83% and 73%, respectively.

钼、钨具有高熔点和良好的耐腐蚀性,在高温工艺、电子设备制造、航空航天等领域被广泛应用。我国钼钨资源较为丰富,开采以原生矿为主[1],随着钼、钨价格不断攀升,矿石可开采品位降低,非原生矿资源的开发利用也越来越受重视[2-7]
目前,对钨钼矿石的浸出方法有火法和湿法两种,但火法产生大量的SO2会污染环境,难以达到环保要求。湿法工艺能高效综合回收多种伴生有价金属,工艺流程短,对环境友好,但对设备腐蚀性大,因此对设备性能和工艺条件控制要求严格。
国内某公司低品位混合型钨钼矿以辉钼矿和钼钨钙矿混合形式存在,成分和结构复杂,氧化程度高,针对该钨钼矿结构和成分复杂、难浮选且难浸出等问题,通过多方案对比,试验提出采用盐酸预处理—软锰矿+硫酸协同浸出的工艺路线,即首先用盐酸对矿石进行预处理[8-9],在分解钼钨钙矿的同时,改变钨钼的存在形式并除去矿石中的钙、镁等金属杂质,以降低下一步钼钨分离和净化除杂的操作难度;之后采用软锰矿和硫酸协同浸出的方式实现辉钼矿的分解、钨和钼的溶解;溶液再经浓缩富集,最终得到较高品位的钼钨中间产品[10]。考察了矿石粒度、浸出温度、硫酸浓度、软锰矿用量、液固体积质量比和浸出时间等因素对钼钨浸出率的影响。以期为浸出低品位混合型钨钼矿提供一种新的全湿法工艺。
试验原料为某企业的钨钼原矿,通过化学定性分析法测定其组成与含量,结果如见表1所示:
工艺矿物学分析结果表明[11-13],矿石中钨和钼主要存在于辉钼矿、钼钨钙矿、钼华和白钨矿中,脉石矿物有方解石、石英、橄榄石和辉石。矿物分析结果表明,辉钼矿占0.08%,钼钨钙矿占0.20%,白钨矿占0.18%,其中,方解石占13.61%,石英占4.14%,橄榄石占20.15%,辉石占25.41%,这些矿石是组成钙镁硅酸盐矿物、钙镁碳酸盐矿物的主要成分[14-17]。钨钼原矿的SEM图像如图1所示,Mo表示辉钼矿,Sch表示钨钼钙矿。
用化学分析法测定试验用软锰矿的组成和含量,具体成分分析结果见表2。结果显示软锰矿中含有43%的MnO2,可用作氧化剂。
主要试剂:盐酸(38%,分析纯,国药集团化学试剂有限公司),硫酸(98%,分析纯,国药集团化学试剂有限公司),纯水(实验室自制),软锰矿(国药集团化学试剂有限公司)。
主要设备:Optima 8300DV型ICP-OES电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(美国PE公司),101-3AB型电热鼓风干燥箱(天津市泰斯特仪器有限公司),SHZ-D型循环水式真空泵(巩义市予华仪器有限责任公司),M3SP2型行星式球磨机(南京驰顺科技发展有限公司),W-201C型数显恒温油浴锅(江苏金怡仪器科技有限公司),RW20型电动搅拌器(德国IKA集团有限公司)。
钼钨矿石中的钼主要以MoS2和CaMoO4形式存在,钨主要以CaWO4形式存在,常温常压下MoS2不与盐酸反应,而钨钼钙矿与盐酸反应形成钼酸、钨酸。室温下,钼酸、钨酸均难溶于盐酸,而大部分金属氧化物均可与盐酸反应生成相应的盐从而进入到浸出液中,因此,采用盐酸对钼钨矿进行预处理去除金属氧化物杂质的同时能将钼、钨保留下来,从而实现杂质元素和钨钼的分离。MoS2与软锰矿在酸性条件下反应形成钼酸,而钼酸、钨酸可溶于硫酸。根据热力学计算和Eh-pH图可知,该反应的ΔG为-1 332.9 kJ/mol,理论上软锰矿中的二氧化锰作为氧化性很强的氧化剂,在pH<0时可与硫酸协同氧化辉钼矿,且反应趋势很大。试验所涉及的主要化学反应方程式如下:
CaO+2HCl═══════CaCl2+H2O;
MgO+2HCl═══════MgCl2+H2O;
CaMoO4+2HCl═══════CaCl2+H2MoO4;
CaWO4+2HCl═══════CaCl2+H2WO4;
MoS2+9MnO2+7H2SO4═══════H2MoO4+9MnSO4+6H2O。
盐酸预处理:量取一定浓度的盐酸200 mL置于500 mL三颈烧瓶中,在机械搅拌条件下缓慢加入一定质量、一定粒度钨钼矿;为防止盐酸与碳酸钙反应产生的气泡使液体溢出,搅拌下反应一定时间,抽滤;预处理后的滤渣于电热鼓风干燥箱中干燥5 h,研磨,再放入行星式球磨机内球磨,备用。
协同浸出:按照一定比例量取软锰矿、盐酸预处理后滤渣、一定浓度硫酸溶液,并入500 mL三颈烧瓶中;再将烧瓶置于恒温油浴锅中,调节反应温度,待加热到一定温度后,开始机械搅拌,搅拌速度为400 r/min;反应一定时间后,抽滤,测定滤液体积并取样,采用ICP-OES分析其中钼和钨含量,计算钨、钼浸出率。计算公式为

式中:yB—钨、钼浸出率,%;mB1—浸出液中钨、钼质量,g;mB—原矿中钨、钼质量,g。
室温下,向浓度为1.5 mol/L的盐酸一次性加入40 g待处理钨钼矿石(-75 μm约占60%),在搅拌速度300 r/min、机械搅拌反应30 min条件下,液固体积质量比对钼、钨、钙、镁浸出率的影响试验结果如图2所示。
图2看出:液固体积质量比对钙、镁、钼、钨浸出率均有影响,随液固体积质量比逐渐增大,钙、镁、钼、钨浸出率均呈升高趋势;液固体积质量比为7/1时,钙、镁、钼、钨浸出率均达最大。为了保留钼和钨的同时实现钙镁除杂,选择液固体积质量比以6.5/1为宜,此时钼、钨浸出率相对较低,分别为6.46%、1.19%,而钙、镁浸出率为70.65%、64.51%。
对盐酸预处理后滤渣进行X射线衍射分析,结果如图3所示。可以看出:盐酸预处理后滤渣中含有二氧化硅和氟化钙,与原矿石相比,二氧化硅仍存在;原矿石中的方解石、碳酸钙和钙镁碳酸盐被分解,钼和钨未在图谱中出现。
盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g,软锰矿2 g,硫酸浓度8 mol/L,液固体积质量比5/1,温度90 ℃,浸出时间3 h,矿石粒度对钼、钨浸出率的影响试验结果如图4所示。
图4看出,随矿石粒度减小,钼、钨浸出率逐渐升高:矿石粒度由40目减小至200目,矿石粒度逐渐变细,钨、钼浸出率随之升高。继续减小矿石粒度至300目,钨、钼浸出率基本保持不变。因粒度过小会增加磨矿成本且后续固液分离困难,综合考虑,矿石粒度选用200目较合适,此时钼、钨浸出率分别为83%、73%。
盐酸预处理后的滤渣20 g,矿石粒度200目,软锰矿用量2 g,液固体积质量比5/1,温度90 ℃,浸出时间3 h,硫酸浓度对钼、钨浸出率的影响试验结果如图5所示。
图5看出,随硫酸浓度升高,钼、钨浸出率随之升高:硫酸浓度为8 mol/L时,钨、钼浸出率分别为72%、83%;硫酸浓度增至9 mol/L时,钨浸出率继续升至75%,而钼浸出率略有下降。根据MnO2和MoS2的Eh-pH图可知,只有当足够多的游离酸存在,即pH<0时[9],MoS2才会与MnO2反应生成钼酸,而钨酸和钼酸能迅速溶解于硫酸中。综合考虑试剂消耗等因素,选择最佳硫酸浓度为8 mol/L。
盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g,矿石粒度200目,软锰矿用量2 g,硫酸浓度8 mol/L,温度90 ℃,浸出时间3 h,液固体积质量比对钼、钨浸出率的影响试验结果如图6所示。
图6看出,钨、钼浸出率随液固体积质量比增大先升高后降低:液固体积质量比增至5/1时,钼、钨浸出率达最大,分别为83.3%、73%;继续增大液固体积质量比,钼、钨浸出率下降。这可能是因为酸过量导致发生其他副反应,且还会增加后续除杂难度,造成试剂浪费,增加成本提高。综合考虑,选择最佳液固体积质量比为5/1。
盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g,矿石粒度200目,软锰矿用量2 g,硫酸浓度8 mol/L,液固体积质量比5/1,浸出时间3 h,温度对钼、钨浸出率的影响试验结果如图7所示。
图7看出,钼、钨浸出率随温度升高大幅升高:温度达90 ℃时,钼浸出率达最大,为83%,钨浸出率达73%,这是因为浸出体系中软锰矿以固体形式与辉钼矿发生反应,随温度逐渐升高,溶液中分子活性也随之提高,溶液传热传质能力增强,在硫酸环境中,辉钼矿氧化分解的更彻底。综合考虑,选择最佳温度为90 ℃。
盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g,矿石粒度200目,硫酸浓度8 mol/L,液固体积质量比5/1,温度90 ℃,浸出时间3 h,软锰矿用量对钼、钨浸出率的影响试验结果如图8所示。
图8看出,随软锰矿用量增加,钼、钨浸出率变化不明显,钼浸出率一直保持在80%以上:软锰矿用量为4 g时,钼、钨浸出率分别达83.8%、74%;继续增加软锰矿用量,钼、钨浸出率反而略有下降。综合考虑,选择最佳软锰矿用量为4 g。
盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g,矿石粒度200目,软锰矿用量4 g,硫酸浓度8 mol/L,液固体积质量比5/1,温度90 ℃,浸出时间对钼、钨浸出率的影响试验结果如图9所示。
图9看出,浸出时间对钨钼浸出率影响较大:随浸出时间延长,钼、钨浸出率先逐渐升高后趋于平稳:浸出3 h时,钼、钨浸出率达最大,分别为83.8%、74%;继续延长浸出时间,钼、钨浸出率无明显变化,说明浸出反应趋于平衡。为节省耗能成本,选择最佳浸出时间为3 h。
在最佳工艺条件下对钨钼原矿进行盐酸预处理—软锰矿和硫酸协同浸出。采用XRD对浸出渣物相进行分析,结果如图10所示。
图10看出:浸出渣中主要成分为SiO2和CaSO4,对比盐酸预处理后滤渣XRD图谱(图3)可知,预处理后滤渣中存在的大量CaF2在硫酸浸出过程中已完全参与反应,而SiO2未参与浸出反应;盐酸预处理过程中残留的少量氧化钙在硫酸浸出过程中与硫酸反应生成了CaSO4
通过盐酸预处理钨钼矿可分解其中的钼钨钙矿,改变钼、钨的存在形式,并除去矿石中的钙、镁等金属杂质,降低下一步钼钨分离和净化除杂的工艺难度。盐酸预处理在盐酸浓度1.5 mol/L、液固体积质量比6.5/1条件下,钼、钨浸出率分别为6.46%和1.19%,钙、镁浸出率为70.65%、64.51%;在最佳软锰矿+硫酸协同浸出工艺条件下(盐酸预处理后滤渣20 g,矿石粒度200目,软锰矿用量4 g,硫酸浓度8 mol/L,液固质量体积比5/1,温度90 ℃,浸出时间3 h),钼、钨浸出率分别为83.8%、74%。盐酸预处理—软锰矿+硫酸协同浸出工艺与已有浸出工艺相比,钼、钨浸出率较高且成本较低;虽然对工艺参数的控制要求较严格,试剂对设备具有腐蚀性,仍有待进一步改进。
