After contaminated acid in zinc hydrometallurgy was vulcanized, neutralized by zinc calcine and calcium carbonate, arsenic and fluorine can be removed from the solution, and the amount of gypsum residue decreased. But the solution can not return to zinc hydrometallurgy system because it has a high chlorine content. The chlorine in the solution was removed with copper slag. The results show that under the conditions of hydrogen peroxide addition of 2.3 mL/L, copper slag coefficient of 6.8, initial acid mass concentration of 15 g/L, temperature of 35 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h, the chlorine removal rate is 72.58% and the chlorine mass concentration decreases from 0.62 g/L to 0.17 g/L. The copper mass concentration in solution is 2.69 g/L copper, and it can be returned to the zinc hydrometallurgy after subsequen copper removal by zinc powder or iron powder.

湿法炼锌中产生的污酸经硫化、锌焙砂中和、碳酸钙中和后可去除砷、氟,同时还可有效减少石膏渣产量,但中和后液中氯含量较高,无法返回至湿法系统重复利用。研究了采用铜渣除氯法去除该溶液中的氯,结果表明:在过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L、铜渣系数6.8、初始酸质量浓度15 g/L、温度35 ℃条件下反应2 h,溶液中的氯可由0.62 g/L降至0.17 g/L,氯脱除率为72.58%,溶液铜质量浓度为2.69 g/L,通过锌粉或铁粉回收铜后溶液可返回至湿法系统中重复利用。

湿法炼锌中产生的污酸经硫化、锌焙砂中和、碳酸钙中和后可去除砷、氟,同时还可有效减少石膏渣产量,但中和后液中氯含量较高,无法返回至湿法系统重复利用。研究了采用铜渣除氯法去除该溶液中的氯,结果表明:在过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L、铜渣系数6.8、初始酸质量浓度15 g/L、温度35 ℃条件下反应2 h,溶液中的氯可由0.62 g/L降至0.17 g/L,氯脱除率为72.58%,溶液铜质量浓度为2.69 g/L,通过锌粉或铁粉回收铜后溶液可返回至湿法系统中重复利用。

After contaminated acid in zinc hydrometallurgy was vulcanized, neutralized by zinc calcine and calcium carbonate, arsenic and fluorine can be removed from the solution, and the amount of gypsum residue decreased. But the solution can not return to zinc hydrometallurgy system because it has a high chlorine content. The chlorine in the solution was removed with copper slag. The results show that under the conditions of hydrogen peroxide addition of 2.3 mL/L, copper slag coefficient of 6.8, initial acid mass concentration of 15 g/L, temperature of 35 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h, the chlorine removal rate is 72.58% and the chlorine mass concentration decreases from 0.62 g/L to 0.17 g/L. The copper mass concentration in solution is 2.69 g/L copper, and it can be returned to the zinc hydrometallurgy after subsequen copper removal by zinc powder or iron powder.

湿法炼锌过程常产生大量SO2烟气,在SO2烟气制酸净化过程中产生的酸性废水称为污酸。目前,处理该污酸的方法主要有石灰中和法、硫化法+石灰中和法、浓缩+吹脱法、离子交换+旋流电积法、膜分离法等[1-3]。其中,普遍使用的是硫化+石灰石中和法,但存在石膏渣量较大、堆存占用大量场地等问题。为减少污酸处理过程中产生的石膏渣量及将溶液回用至湿法系统以减少废水处理量,云锡文山锌铟冶炼有限公司针对目前所用硫化+石灰石中和法进行了探索,提出了“硫化—焙砂中和+碳酸钙中和”工艺处理污酸。经硫化、两段中和,石膏渣量仅为传统“硫化+石灰中和”工艺的24.94%,溶液中氟质量浓度也低于20 mg/L,处理效果较好;但溶液中氯离子质量浓度较高,达0.62 g/L,直接返回湿法系统会导致系统氯含量升高,造成极板腐蚀加快、锌片含铅量升高、恶化作业环境[4-6]等问题。因此,将该中和后液返回至湿法系统前脱除氯十分重要。
目前,湿法炼锌过程中脱除氯的方法主要有化学沉淀法、离子交换法、电化学法和氧化法等[7-9],其中,铜渣除氯法作为化学沉淀法的一种,因具有成本低、工艺条件易于控制、除氯效果好等优点,在湿法炼锌中的应用最为广泛[10-12]。试验研究了采用铜渣除氯法从某湿法炼锌企业所产生的污酸经“硫化—焙砂+碳酸钙中和”工艺处理后液中脱除氯,并对工艺条件进行了优化,达到溶液重返湿法系统目的,为污酸石膏渣的减量化处理提供技术参考。
除氯前液:来自云锡文山锌铟冶炼有限公司,为锌湿法冶炼过程中所产生污酸经“硫化—焙砂中和+碳酸钙中和”工艺处理后溶液,其主要化学组成见表1。其中,锌质量浓度为11.87 g/L,氯质量浓度为0.62 g/L。
铜渣:来自云锡文山锌铟冶炼有限公司,为冶炼过程中所产生,其主要成分见表2。铜渣中铜质量分数达69.63%,氯质量分数为0.17%。
试验试剂:工业用过氧化氢(27.5%),四川金象赛瑞化工股份有限公司;浓硫酸,分析纯,重庆川东化工(集团)有限公司。
试验设备:恒温水浴锅(HHWO,上海坎昆仪器设备有点公司),旋片式真空泵(2XZ-4,上海一凯仪器设备有限公司)。
铜渣除氯法是使溶液中的氯离子与Cu、Cu2+反应生成氯化亚铜,由于氯化亚铜在溶液中的溶解度较低(Ksp=1.2×10-6,T=298 K)[13],可使氯以沉淀形式从溶液中分离从而去除氯。铜渣除氯过程中发生的主要化学反应如下:

生成氯化亚铜除氯的关键在于反应体系中具有还原性金属铜、Cu2+及Cl-,此外温度、溶液电位、离子浓度、铜渣的活性[14]等因素也会影响除氯效果。由文献[15]绘制的E-pH关系曲线(见图1,T=298 K;c(Cl-)=1 mol/L;c(Cu2+)=1 mol/L)可知,pH<5.65时,电极电位在0.137~0.537 V范围内,CuCl均可稳定存在,当溶液中铜浓度分别为0.1、0.01 mol/L时,溶液中氯质量浓度可分别降至34.6、109.6 mg/L。
由于除氯前液中Cu2+质量浓度较低,为促进铜渣脱除氯反应的进行,须向溶液中补充一定量Cu2+,可通过加入过氧化氢将部分铜渣氧化,再将氧化后铜渣用硫酸溶解以补充溶液中Cu2+。化学反应如下:
Cu+H2O2+H2SO4═══════CuSO4+2H2O。
取除氯前液,加入浓硫酸调节至所需酸度后置于三口烧瓶中;之后将三口烧瓶放入设置一定温度的恒温水浴锅中,开启搅拌预热;待达到设定温度后加入新鲜无氧化层的铜渣和过氧化氢,开始计时;反应结束后,将三口烧瓶取出,用旋片式真空泵进行液固分离,测定滤液中氯质量浓度。
氯脱除率计算公式为
x=(1-$\frac{{\rho }_{1}{V}_{1}}{{\rho }_{0}{V}_{0}}$)×100%。
式中:x—氯脱除率,%;ρ0—除氯前液中氯质量浓度,g/L;V0—除氯前液体积,L;ρ1—除氯后液中氯质量浓度,g/L;V1—除氯后液体积,L。
铜渣系数n计算公式为
n=$\frac{{m}_{2}}{{m}_{1}}$。
式中:n—铜渣系数;m1—理论所需铜渣量,g;m2—实际铜渣加入量,g。
取除氯前液2 000 mL,加入过氧化氢,在初始酸度10 g/L、铜渣系数6.8、温度45 ℃条件下反应1 h,考察过氧化氢加入量对脱除氯的影响,试验结果如图2所示。
图2看出:随过氧化氢加入量增加,溶液中铜离子质量浓度逐渐升高,氯脱除率先升高后略降低。这是因为随过氧化氢加入量增加,溶液中铜离子质量浓度逐渐升高,有利于氯化亚铜沉淀的生成,提高氯脱除率;但过氧化氢加入量超过2.3 mL/L后,过多的铜渣被氧化溶解,反应体系中铜渣减少,不利于氯化亚铜沉淀生成,导致氯脱除率降低。综合考虑,选择过氧化氢加入量以2.3 mL/L为宜。
取除氯前液2 000 mL,加入铜渣,在初始酸度10 g/L、过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L、温度45 ℃条件下反应1 h,考察铜渣系数对脱除氯的影响,试验结果如图3所示。
图3看出,氯脱除率随铜渣系数增大而升高:铜渣系数由4.8增加至6.8时,氯脱除率由35.5%快速升至67.7%;而铜渣系数由6.8增至8.8时,氯脱除率升高幅度减缓,仅由67.7%升至72.6%。综合考虑,后续试验选择铜渣系数为6.8。
取除氯前液2 000 mL,加入浓硫酸调节溶液初始酸度,在铜渣系数6.8、过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L、温度45 ℃条件下反应1 h,考察溶液初始酸度对脱除氯的影响,试验结果如图4所示。
图4看出,随溶液初始酸度增大,氯脱除率先升高后降低:初始酸度由2 g/L增至15 g/L时,氯脱除率由48.2%逐渐升至72.58%;进一步增大初始酸度至20 g/L时,氯脱除率降至71.0%,说明初始酸度较高或较低均不利于氯的脱除,这与文献[11]结论相似。综合考虑,确定溶液初始酸度以15 g/L为宜。
取除氯前液2 000 mL,在铜渣系数6.8、过氧化氢加入量2.3 ml/L、初始酸度10 g/L条件下反应1 h,考察反应温度对脱除氯的影响,试验结果如图5所示。
图5看出:氯脱除率随温度升高而降低,温度由35 ℃升至75 ℃时,氯脱除率由72.58%降至37.1%。这是由于氯化亚铜在水溶液中易被氧化,且氧化速率随温度升高而加快[16-17],反应温度升高时,氯化亚铜氧化返溶速率加快,造成氯返溶,使氯脱除率降低。因此,确定反应温度以35 ℃为宜。
取除氯前液2 000 mL,在反应温度45 ℃、铜渣系数6.8、过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L、初始酸度10 g/L条件下,考察反应时间对脱除氯的影响,试验结果如图6所示。
图6看出:反应时间由0.5 h延长至2 h时,氯脱除率由59.68%升至72.58%;反应3 h时,氯脱除率降至67.74%。这是由于反应时间延长可能导致生成的氯化亚铜氧化为易溶于水的氯化铜,造成溶液中氯含量升高,或是一价铜离子与氯离子发生配合反应,生成可溶性的铜氯配合物[10,18]。综上所述,确定反应时间以2 h为宜。
根据单因素试验结果确定最佳试验条件为:除氯前液2 000 mL,过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L,铜渣系数6.8,初始酸度15 g/L,反应温度35 ℃,反应时间2 h。在该条件下进行多组验证试验,结果见表3
表3看出,经过多组试验,氯平均脱除率为72.58%,除氯后液中酸平均质量浓度由15 g/L降至11.12 g/L,这是由于铜渣中单质铜溶解消耗了部分硫酸;氯平均质量浓度由0.62 g/L降至0.17 g/L,脱除效果较好;铜平均质量浓度为2.69 g/L,可通过锌粉或铁粉回收铜后再将溶液返回至湿法系统。
以湿法炼锌中产出的铜渣为除氯剂,通过加入过氧化氢氧化部分铜渣以提供除氯所需铜离子,可有效去除湿法炼锌产生的污酸经“硫化—焙砂+碳酸钙中和”工艺处理后液中的氯。在过氧化氢加入量2.3 mL/L、铜渣系数6.8、初始酸度15 g/L、温度35 ℃条件下反应2 h,氯质量浓度可由0.62 g/L降至0.17 g/L,氯脱除率为72.58%,除氯后液中铜质量浓度为2.69 g/L。该溶液通过锌粉或铁粉回收铜后可返回至湿法系统中重复利用,经济环保。
