Accurate modeling of main-steam temperature is the foundation for studying its control strategy. To address the contradiction between mechanism completeness and model practicality of the conventional modeling methods, a hybrid modeling method for main steam temperature integrating mechanism model and system identification was proposed. A mechanistic model of main steam temperature was established based on the lumped parameter method. The model includes the effects of flue gas heat transfer, steam flow rate and desuperheating water flow rate. According to the closed-loop operation data of a thermal power plant boiler, the model parameters were identified using differential evolution algorithm. Compared with the boiler design values, the identification results show an increase in thermal resistance of ash layer and a decrease in convective heat transfer coefficient of flue gas, which conforms to physical laws. The model was then verified using operational data from different time periods. The results indicate that the mean absolute error between the calculated results and the operational data is less than 1 ℃, which proves the accuracy of the model. By utilizing the model, the dynamic characteristics of the main-steam temperature were further analyzed, and several improved control strategies were proposed, such as increasing the feedforward signals of the coal feeding rate and the attemperator inlet steam temperature, and adopting a load-based fuzzy controller. The simulation results show that the deviation of the main-steam temperature is reduced, which proves the established model has guidance effect on optimizing the main-steam temperature control system.

主蒸汽温度的准确建模是研究其控制策略的基础。针对传统建模方法机理完整性和模型实用性的矛盾,提出了一种融合机理模型和参数辨识的主蒸汽温度建模方法。基于集总参数法建立了包含烟气传热量、蒸汽流量、减温水流量的主蒸汽温度机理模型,基于热电厂锅炉闭环运行数据,采用差分进化算法完成了模型参数辨识。和锅炉设计值对比,辨识结果的灰渣热阻增大、烟气对流传热系数减小,符合物理规律。采用不同时间段的运行数据验证模型,结果表明,模型计算结果与运行数据之间的平均绝对误差小于1 ℃,证明了模型的准确性。利用模型进一步分析了主蒸汽温度动态特性,提出了增加给煤量、减温器入口蒸汽温度前馈信号和采用基于负荷的模糊控制器的改进控制策略,并基于模型进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,主蒸汽温度控制偏差减小,证明了所建模型对主蒸汽温度控制系统优化具有指导作用。

主蒸汽温度的准确建模是研究其控制策略的基础。针对传统建模方法机理完整性和模型实用性的矛盾,提出了一种融合机理模型和参数辨识的主蒸汽温度建模方法。基于集总参数法建立了包含烟气传热量、蒸汽流量、减温水流量的主蒸汽温度机理模型,基于热电厂锅炉闭环运行数据,采用差分进化算法完成了模型参数辨识。和锅炉设计值对比,辨识结果的灰渣热阻增大、烟气对流传热系数减小,符合物理规律。采用不同时间段的运行数据验证模型,结果表明,模型计算结果与运行数据之间的平均绝对误差小于1 ℃,证明了模型的准确性。利用模型进一步分析了主蒸汽温度动态特性,提出了增加给煤量、减温器入口蒸汽温度前馈信号和采用基于负荷的模糊控制器的改进控制策略,并基于模型进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,主蒸汽温度控制偏差减小,证明了所建模型对主蒸汽温度控制系统优化具有指导作用。

Accurate modeling of main-steam temperature is the foundation for studying its control strategy. To address the contradiction between mechanism completeness and model practicality of the conventional modeling methods, a hybrid modeling method for main steam temperature integrating mechanism model and system identification was proposed. A mechanistic model of main steam temperature was established based on the lumped parameter method. The model includes the effects of flue gas heat transfer, steam flow rate and desuperheating water flow rate. According to the closed-loop operation data of a thermal power plant boiler, the model parameters were identified using differential evolution algorithm. Compared with the boiler design values, the identification results show an increase in thermal resistance of ash layer and a decrease in convective heat transfer coefficient of flue gas, which conforms to physical laws. The model was then verified using operational data from different time periods. The results indicate that the mean absolute error between the calculated results and the operational data is less than 1 ℃, which proves the accuracy of the model. By utilizing the model, the dynamic characteristics of the main-steam temperature were further analyzed, and several improved control strategies were proposed, such as increasing the feedforward signals of the coal feeding rate and the attemperator inlet steam temperature, and adopting a load-based fuzzy controller. The simulation results show that the deviation of the main-steam temperature is reduced, which proves the established model has guidance effect on optimizing the main-steam temperature control system.

主蒸汽温度是燃煤电厂锅炉运行的重要控制参数之一。主蒸汽温度过高容易烧坏过热器,严重影响机组安全运行;主蒸汽温度过低则会影响汽轮机热效率,降低机组运行的经济性[1]。建立准确的数学模型是主蒸汽温度控制研究的基础。目前,主蒸汽温度建模方法主要包括数据驱动建模、机理建模以及系统辨识建模3类[2]。杨春来等[3]使用长短时记忆神经网络算法构建模型,并利用离散粒子群算法优化模型输入变量时滞,基于某1 000 MW燃煤锅炉的历史运行数据完成了网络的训练与验证,实现了锅炉主蒸汽温度精准预测。然而,这类数据驱动模型在不同机组间的迁移能力弱,且不具备物理上的可解释性[4]。金东昊等[5]提出了锅炉烟气侧三维计算流体力学模型与工质侧一维水动力模型的耦合计算方法,对受热面管内蒸汽温度分布进行精确重构。然而,这类完整的机理模型复杂度高,且一般为静态模型,不适用于动态特性分析。
目前,系统辨识是主蒸汽温度建模的主流途径。曹振乾等[6]建立了某350 MW循环流化床锅炉主蒸汽温度传递函数模型,采用改进粒子群优化算法得到最佳模型参数,通过现场实际数据验证了模型有效性。Wang等人[7]基于历史运行数据,采用改进量子粒子群优化算法辨识过热蒸汽系统模型参数。沈赫男等[8]大量遴选现场历史数据,采用粒子群算法进行闭环辨识,得到主蒸汽温度导前区和惰性区传递函数模型。王欢等[9]分别建立了减温器和过热器的传递函数模型,根据电厂实际运行数据,采用粒子群算法得到不同负荷下传递函数模型的具体参数,并用不同时期的运行结果验证了模型可靠性。Fan等人[10]建立了某直流锅炉机组过热蒸汽温度的动态数学模型,通过非线性回归分析和免疫遗传算法,基于运行数据辨识了模型中的参数和函数。
现有主蒸汽温度系统辨识研究普遍采用减温水流量和过热器出口温度之间的单变量传递函数模型。然而,主蒸汽温度是受烟气传热量、蒸汽流量、减温水流量等多种扰动共同影响的多变量耦合、时变非线性对象[11],传统传递函数模型缺失关键物理机制;此外,传递函数模型精度很大程度上受辨识数据有效性的影响,但合适的辨识数据在实际生产过程中难以获取。上述原因导致传统传递函数模型计算结果失真,难以满足现场控制要求。因此,亟需开发一种兼顾准确性、实用性和机理完整性的主蒸汽温度建模方法。
为此,本文提出了一种融合机理模型和参数辨识的锅炉主蒸汽温度建模方法。首先,基于物理守恒方程建立主蒸汽温度机理模型,遴选模型待辨识参数;然后,采集锅炉闭环运行数据,将运行数据作为模型输入,得到主蒸汽温度计算值。采用智能算法优化模型待辨识参数,最小化主蒸汽温度计算值和运行数据之间的误差。将算法得到的最优参数作为模型参数,完成主蒸汽温度融合模型开发。将该方法应用于某热电厂锅炉,并利用不同时间段的运行数据验证了模型的准确性;最后,基于模型分析了不同扰动、不同负荷下主蒸汽温度动态特性,提出了控制策略改进建议。
本文以某热电厂锅炉主蒸汽系统为对象,系统结构如图1所示。锅炉为母管制运行,采用喷水式减温器,减温水从给水母管抽出,通过调节喷水阀门开度控制减温水流量;蒸汽从上游低温过热器来,首先送入减温器,与减温水混合后温度降低;随后蒸汽送入高温过热器,从高温烟气中吸热升温,最后送入主蒸汽母管。
本文采用集总参数法[12]建立主蒸汽温度机理模型,蒸汽状态方程基于IAPWS-IF97标准[13]。高温过热器管外流动的是高温烟气,管内流动的是过热蒸汽,高温烟气中的热量经管壁导热后最终被管内蒸汽吸收。管内蒸汽的能量守恒方程为:

减温器的工作原理是将雾化后的减温水直接喷入过热蒸汽,减温水从蒸汽中吸收热量,从而使蒸汽温度降低。减温器的质量和能量守恒方程为:

式(1)—式(8)构成了主蒸汽温度完整机理模型。随着锅炉长期运行,管壁受污染程度加剧,灰渣热阻增大;同时,灰渣层的增厚会破坏管道表面粗糙度,改变烟气侧对流传热系数;积灰还会影响受热面黑度和蓄热能力。因此,MmRashkcε与锅炉设计值之间存在偏差,需要进行辨识。然而,由于本文研究缺少管壁金属温度和烟气流量的实测数据,无法准确计算每个采样时刻烟气侧和蒸汽侧的传热量,导致在辨识过程中完整机理模型无法区分烟气侧和蒸汽侧传热过程的差异。
为此,本文对模型进行了如下简化。锅炉运行过程中过量空气系数通常维持在设定阈值内,因此本文假设烟气流量和给煤量成正比。由于管壁金属热容远大于管内蒸汽热容,且管壁与蒸汽间的传热系数很大,通常在2 000 W/(m2·K)左右,因此管壁金属温度和蒸汽平均温度可视为同步变化[12]

至此,通过联立求解式(7)、式(8)、式(10)—式(13)即可实现主蒸汽温度计算,其中MkcεRash为待辨识参数。
本文采用Modelica语言基于多领域数字孪生设计开发平台NGM[14]实现模型开发。首先分别开发减温器和过热器模型,并封装为图形化模型单元;通过拖拽模型单元、搭接模型接口建立主蒸汽系统模型,具体如图2所示。模型输入包括减温水流量、主蒸汽流量、给煤量、减温器入口蒸汽温度、入口烟气温度,输出为主蒸汽温度。
本文采集2023年11月19日00:00时至11月21日00:00时期间锅炉集散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)中的运行数据,采样间隔为96 s,共计1 800组数据。采样数据经过滑动平均滤波算法和粗大值处理去除噪声和异常值[8]。由于辨识数据应尽量起始于锅炉稳定运行工况,本文采用滑动窗口法[15]进行稳态检测,根据经验选取窗口大小为10,主蒸汽流量标准差阈值为0.5 t/h,减温水流量标准差阈值为0.1 t/h,给煤量标准差阈值为0.1 t/h,主蒸汽温度标准差阈值为0.5 ℃。处理后的数据如图3所示。可以看到,热电厂锅炉运行具有周期性、负荷调整频繁的特点,主蒸汽流量变化幅度超过45 t/h,可以认为采集的数据覆盖了该热电厂锅炉正常运行的主要工况。根据稳态检测结果,本文选取11月19日06:04—18:28时段的数据为辨识数据,共453条;选取11月20日02:12—19:00时段的数据为验证数据,共630条。
本文采用差分进化(differential evolution)算法[16]辨识模型参数。差分进化算法是一种基于群体差异的演化算法,通过种群内个体间的合作与竞争实现对优化问题的求解。相比于传统优化算法,差分进化算法在求解非线性最优化问题时具有良好的全局收敛性,同时具有算法简单、鲁棒性强、全局搜索能力强等优点,在系统辨识领域已有广泛应用[17]。模型参数辨识流程如下:
1)在待辨识参数的搜索范围内随机生成N个个体,构成初始种群,N为种群大小;
2)将初始化后的个体作为模型参数,将给煤量、主蒸汽流量、减温水流量、烟气温度、减温器入口蒸汽温度运行数据序列按照采样时间输入模型,得到主蒸汽温度计算值序列;
3)按照下式计算主蒸汽温度计算值序列和运行数据序列之间的平均绝对误差,作为个体适应度:

4)构造父代基向量和差分向量,进行变异、交叉操作,生成试验种群;
5)计算试验种群个体适应度;
6)选择父代种群和试验种群中适应度较小的个体作为新的父代种群;
7)重复步骤4)—6),直到相邻2次迭代的适应度改进小于容忍度,或迭代次数达到设定最大值。
本文参考文献[16]的经验值,设置差分进化算法种群大小为40,进化策略为DE/best/1/bin,最大迭代次数为100,容忍度为0.01,交叉概率为0.7,搜索范围M∈[0,3×104],kc∈[0,20],ε∈[0.1,0.5],Rash∈[0,0.1],模型参数结果见表1
本文首先验证模型简化的合理性。基于锅炉设计书的结构计算表和热力计算表得到了完整机理模型参数MmRashkcε的设计值(表1),并将本文模型参数设置为上述设计值,采用辨识数据对比了完整机理模型和本文模型的计算结果,具体如图4所示。可以看到:完整机理模型计算的蒸汽平均温度和管壁金属温度变化趋势相同,满足本文提出的假设;本文模型主蒸汽温度计算结果和完整机理模型基本相同,最大绝对误差小于0.5 ℃,证明了本文简化的合理性和模型的可靠性。
在目前主蒸汽温度建模和控制研究中[18-19],普遍将主蒸汽温度对象建模为由导前区和惰性区组成的传递函数模型,并作为后续控制系统中的基础模型。其中,导前区G1s)以减温水流量为输入、减温器出口温度为输出,惰性区G2s)以减温器出口温度为输入、主蒸汽温度为输出。为验证本文模型的准确性,建立了该传递函数模型作为对比,采用差分进化算法辨识模型参数,结果见表1
图5为本文模型、完整机理模型和传递函数模型主蒸汽温度计算结果。可以看到,传递函数模型计算结果与运行数据之间存在显著偏差。传递函数辨识应选取单一扰动变化而其他扰动基本恒定的数据。然而,由于该热电厂的运行方式是“以热定电”,锅炉负荷因需要匹配下游用户需求而持续波动,由图3可知,主蒸汽流量、给煤量等变量频繁大幅变化,对主蒸汽温度的影响不可忽略;此外,在运行过程中锅炉各变量受控制系统的作用而相互关联,因此在其他运行变量趋于稳定的时间段,减温水流量也基本保持不变。上述原因导致采集的锅炉闭环运行数据无法满足传递函数模型辨识的要求,严重影响了辨识结果。完整机理模型的计算结果偏高,这是因为该模型的参数是基于锅炉设计书得到的,没有考虑锅炉长期运行后灰渣热阻和对流传热系数的变化,因此高估了传热量。本文模型以机理模型为基础,集成了不同运行变量对主蒸汽温度的影响,因此能够采用闭环运行数据进行辨识。由表1可知,辨识得到的灰渣热阻增大、烟气对流传热系数减小,说明在锅炉长期运行后管壁灰渣层增厚,阻碍了烟气向蒸汽的放热,该辨识结果符合物理规律。本文模型计算结果与运行数据的拟合度高,在辨识数据上平均绝对误差为0.35 ℃,在验证数据上平均绝对误差为0.65 ℃,证明了本文模型的准确性。
对主蒸汽温度动态特性的准确分析有助于提高其控制质量。本文运用模型进行仿真试验,获得不同扰动、不同负荷下主蒸汽温度响应曲线,提出了控制策略改进建议。
分别将主蒸汽流量、减温器入口蒸汽温度、给煤量和入口烟气温度阶跃增加1%,模型计算的主蒸汽温度响应曲线如图6所示。可以看到,主蒸汽温度具有多变量耦合特性,各扰动对主蒸汽温度均有显著影响,其中减温器入口蒸汽温度扰动的影响最大,烟气温度扰动次之。在锅炉运行过程中,烟气温度的变化通常是煤量调节的结果,和给煤量的变化成正比且具有一定滞后性。因此,可以将减温器入口蒸汽温度和给煤量作为主蒸汽温度控制前馈信号,实现减温器阀门超前调节。
本文将辨识数据作为模型输入,分别采用无前馈信号的PID控制器、带减温器入口蒸汽温度和给煤量前馈信号的PID控制器调节减温水流量以维持主蒸汽温度恒定,仿真结果如图7所示。由图7可知,增加前馈信号后主蒸汽温度控制偏差减小,稳定性提高。
分别在锅炉负荷为160、130、100 t/h条件下将减温水流量阶跃减小1 t/h,模型计算的主蒸汽温度响应曲线如图8所示。可以看到,随着锅炉负荷增加,主蒸汽温度响应曲线的比例系数、时间常数均减小。这是因为当蒸汽流量增加,相同减温水的冷却能力减弱;同时,流量的增加加快了蒸汽传热传质速率。该结果证明了主蒸汽温度具有时变性,因此可以考虑采用模糊控制策略。
本文根据模型计算主蒸汽温度响应曲线,使用Lambda方法确定了适用于不同负荷的PI参数,具体见表2,设计了基于负荷的一维模糊PI控制器,选取三角形隶属度函数。在不同锅炉负荷下将主蒸汽温度设定值阶跃增加1 ℃,分别采用模糊PI控制器和固定参数PI控制器,仿真结果如图9所示,其中固定参数PI控制器采用160 t/h负荷的参数。可以看到:传统固定参数PI控制器难以适应宽负荷调节需求,当负荷变化后主蒸汽温度出现震荡和超调;模糊PI控制器在不同负荷下主蒸汽温度均未出现超调,调整时间短,能够提高全工况主蒸汽温度控制品质。
本文基于集总参数法建立了主蒸汽温度机理模型,通过合理简化模型克服测点数据缺失对辨识的影响,基于某热电厂锅炉闭环运行数据采用差分进化算法辨识模型参数,并通过不同时间段的运行数据验证模型精度。结果表明:本文模型和完整机理模型的计算结果之间最大绝对误差小于0.5 ℃,可靠性强;和锅炉设计值对比,辨识结果的灰渣热阻增大、烟气对流传热系数减小,符合物理规律;在辨识数据和验证数据上模型计算结果与运行数据之间的平均绝对误差均小于1 ℃,能够准确反映主蒸汽温度动态变化过程。之后,通过对不同扰动、不同负荷下主蒸汽温度动态响应的仿真试验,提出了增加给煤量、减温器入口蒸汽温度前馈信号和采用基于负荷的模糊控制策略的改进建议,并完成了仿真验证。
本文模型在锅炉正常运行时具有较高的精度,但当锅炉处于启停、低负荷、异常工况时,由于设备水动力特性和工质物性变化较大,本文模型适用性可能降低,需要进一步验证。本文提出的融合机理模型和参数辨识的主蒸汽温度建模方法具有物理机理完整、模型简单实用、计算精度高等优点。电厂运行人员能够使用该方法对机组的主蒸汽温度建模计算,并利用模型详细分析主蒸汽温度动态特性,为控制系统的开发和调整提供依据。
