In order to achieve the desired flexibility, high efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the startup and operation of thermal power units, the utilization of the BEST small steam turbine with a small generator for the implementation of a double-turbine reheat system unit is crucial for enhancing the operational economy of the unit. According to the starting mode of the BEST system and unit, combined with the historical process and data of the starting and operation of the debugging and adjustment test, a characteristic analysis test of the BEST system in multi-mode startup and operation was conducted. The existing control logic was optimized, and an operation control strategy for the BEST small steam turbine with a small generator was proposed. The system addresses the issue of lacking control strategies in various aspects, such as the starting and control of the BEST system, converter start-stop control, BEST small steam turbine and converter non-disturbance switching, run back, load dumping conditions, and ensures uninterrupted operation control of the entire process of the BEST system. After optimization, the crucial parameters of the BEST system remain secure and stable during operation. The control method holds significant reference value for similar units equipped with the BEST system.

为了满足火电机组启动运行的灵活性、高效性及经济性,将抽汽背压式汽轮机(BEST)小汽轮机带小发电机系统(简称BEST系统)应用于双机回热系统机组,根据BEST系统及机组启动方式,结合调试调整试验的启动运行历史过程及数据,进行BEST系统在多方式启动及运行的特性分析试验,优化现有控制逻辑,提出BEST小汽轮机带小发电机运行控制策略。避免了在BEST系统启动顺控、变流器启停顺控、BEST小汽轮机与变流器的无扰切换、燃煤机组辅机故障减负荷(RB)及甩负荷工况中BEST系统缺乏相应控制策略的问题,实现了BEST系统全过程无断点的运行控制。优化后BEST系统运行过程中重要参数保持安全稳定,该控制方法对具备BEST系统的同类型机组具有重要参考意义。

为了满足火电机组启动运行的灵活性、高效性及经济性,将抽汽背压式汽轮机(BEST)小汽轮机带小发电机系统(简称BEST系统)应用于双机回热系统机组,根据BEST系统及机组启动方式,结合调试调整试验的启动运行历史过程及数据,进行BEST系统在多方式启动及运行的特性分析试验,优化现有控制逻辑,提出BEST小汽轮机带小发电机运行控制策略。避免了在BEST系统启动顺控、变流器启停顺控、BEST小汽轮机与变流器的无扰切换、燃煤机组辅机故障减负荷(RB)及甩负荷工况中BEST系统缺乏相应控制策略的问题,实现了BEST系统全过程无断点的运行控制。优化后BEST系统运行过程中重要参数保持安全稳定,该控制方法对具备BEST系统的同类型机组具有重要参考意义。

In order to achieve the desired flexibility, high efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the startup and operation of thermal power units, the utilization of the BEST small steam turbine with a small generator for the implementation of a double-turbine reheat system unit is crucial for enhancing the operational economy of the unit. According to the starting mode of the BEST system and unit, combined with the historical process and data of the starting and operation of the debugging and adjustment test, a characteristic analysis test of the BEST system in multi-mode startup and operation was conducted. The existing control logic was optimized, and an operation control strategy for the BEST small steam turbine with a small generator was proposed. The system addresses the issue of lacking control strategies in various aspects, such as the starting and control of the BEST system, converter start-stop control, BEST small steam turbine and converter non-disturbance switching, run back, load dumping conditions, and ensures uninterrupted operation control of the entire process of the BEST system. After optimization, the crucial parameters of the BEST system remain secure and stable during operation. The control method holds significant reference value for similar units equipped with the BEST system.

近年来,国家发改委、国家能源局颁布了《全国煤电机组改造升级实施方案》,明确提出“深入推进煤电清洁、高效、灵活、低碳、智能化高质量发展”的目标[1-2]。当前抽汽背压式汽轮机(back pressure extraction steam turbine,BEST)技术已应用于各类型机组中[3-10],利用超高压缸排汽的蒸汽驱动背压抽汽小汽轮机,不仅满足锅炉上水需求,同时避免抽汽过热度过高的问题,提高了机组整体的热经济效益[11-15]。该技术具有以下几个优点。
1)应用BEST技术后,避免了能级过度损耗的问题,兼顾高能级与较低能级蒸汽的双效利用率,同步提升机组发电和给水加热的效率,实现机组整体经济运行的目标[16-21]
2)采用BEST技术可使锅炉给水温度下降,降低各设备制造成本;由于增加小汽轮机的设计,有效降低了汽轮机各个缸体设计容量,缸体建造耗材相应减少;机组整体抽汽温度降低,各个抽汽管道、阀门、加热器等耗材使用率下降,达到了管道、阀门及其余耗材的经济节能布置效果;超高压缸排汽作为小汽轮机的汽源,不仅降低再热器的蒸汽流量及换热面积,还避免再热器管道用量过多的问题,再热系统的工程造价得到有效降低[22-25]
3)结合BEST小汽轮机带小发电机(简称BEST系统)具有电动机启动及BEST小汽轮机启动2种方式,完成了全过程自动控制电动机启动与BEST小汽轮机启动的无扰切换,在BEST小汽轮机辅助蒸汽不足的情况下,利用正在运行的电动机来拖动BEST小汽轮机提高转速值,推动发电机组整套启动工作顺利进行,加快了机组并网速度,提升了电厂的经济效益[26-29]
基于以上分析,本文将BEST系统应用于双机回热系统机组,完成了BEST小汽轮机带小发电机启动运行试验及相关控制策略,解决了在BEST系统启动顺控、变流器启停顺控、BEST小汽轮机与变流器的无扰切换、燃煤机组辅机故障减负荷(run back,RB)及甩负荷工况缺乏相应控制策略的问题,实现了机组灵活高效启动的目标,使得电源侧发电煤耗降低及新能源消纳水平上升,促进了电网侧削峰填谷,保障了火电机组安全经济运行[30-32]
某电厂二期扩建(超超临界2×1 000 MW二次再热机组)工程3、4号机组各设置1台100%容量的汽动给水泵。本工程汽动给水泵组采用的汽轮机是双机回热系统机组中的BEST小汽轮机,即抽汽背压式给水泵汽轮机。
为适应主机变工况变负荷时锅炉给水流量、压力的不断变化,同时满足六级回热抽汽的要求,BEST小汽轮机设计为变参数、变功率、变转速,结构为单缸、反动式、单流、抽汽背压式,进汽汽源为主机超高压缸排汽。BEST小汽轮机具有较宽的连续运行调速范围,按照给水泵100%的容量配置。BEST小汽轮机抽汽分别供给2号—5号高压加热器(高加)和除氧器,排汽至7号低压加热器(低加)。
BEST小汽轮机配有小发电机,小发电机配有变流器,小发电机最大发电出力不超过20 MW。正常运行时BEST小汽轮机进汽主调节阀全开,跟随大机滑压运行。BEST小汽轮机拖动给水泵组后的多余功率通过小发电机发电进行消纳平衡。此时,给水泵转速由变流器控制。当小发电机发生故障时,控制方式切换为常规的调节阀节流控制。BEST小汽轮机调节阀具备独立快速的调节转速功能,并能与小发电机功率调节相互配合使用。图1为BEST小汽轮机系统,图2为BEST小汽轮机变流器系统。
BEST小汽轮机与变流器的启动运行分为2个阶段,即BEST小汽轮机启动方式和电动机启动方式。
采用辅助蒸汽作为启动汽源,或者采用供热蒸汽作为启动汽源,BEST小汽轮机是由进汽调节阀控制冲转,升速至暖机转速1 000 r/min。
当选择BEST小汽轮机启动时,自动设定其目标转速值并升速至2 440 r/min,同时提升阀门输出总指令至100%;当选择电动机启动时,变流器控制转速,手动投入正常转速,升速至2 440 r/min,同时升阀门输出总指令至100%。图3为BEST小汽轮机转速控制曲线。
采用一次低温再热蒸汽作为汽源,以超高排进汽关断阀全开状态来表示此时汽源切换已完成。当汽源切换完成时,处于变流器主控状态,BEST小汽轮机处于跟随变流器的状态,其转速设定值跟踪实际转速值,并维持增加10 r/min的转速偏置,以保证BEST小汽轮机调节阀处于全开状态,小发电机功率持续增加。图4为BEST小汽轮机变流器转速控制曲线。
当转速设定值跟踪实际转速值的偏差大于100 r/min、变流器故障或者变流器急停时,小汽轮机电液控制系统(MEH)接收转速偏差大、变流器故障或变流器急停的信号,其目标转速值的主控权由变流器主控状态切换到BEST小汽轮机主控状态,转速设定值切换为给水泵转速信号,BEST小汽轮机控制实际转速,并取消10 r/min的转速偏置,BEST小汽轮机调节阀开度通常会从100%下降至约30%。图5为BEST小汽轮机转速控制逻辑。
开展BEST小汽轮机启动运行工况的精细化调试,需对其轴系转速进行精准化控制,通过分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)设定的目标转速指令对其轴系进行调速控制。在正常运行时,BEST小汽轮机调节阀为全开状态并跟随汽轮机的滑压运行,BEST小汽轮机的进汽阀处于全开状态;当变流器出现故障时,BEST小汽轮机调节阀通过降负荷的方式,激活阀限控制来降低BEST小汽轮机调节阀开度到某固定值。
BEST小汽轮机的出力跟随汽轮机的负荷变化而变化,而BEST小汽轮机和泵组之间的剩余功率由小发电机消纳平衡。
BEST系统转速调节方式采用变流器与BEST小汽轮机调节阀联合调节控制。在正常运行时,BEST小汽轮机调节阀处于全开或维持在某个开度的状态,由变流器调节BEST系统转速;在负荷出现大波动时,具备自动参与调节转速的功能。
机组启动时,BEST小汽轮机打开调节阀使小流量辅汽作为鼓风冷却,通过BEST小汽轮机调节阀控制转速,通过设定转速值和提升速率使轴系转速达到目标转速值,为小发电机并入BEST小汽轮机轴系提前做好准备;在小发电机未并入其轴系时,给水泵的驱动力由BEST小汽轮机提供,同时满足轴系转速控制,小发电机处于跟随拖动状态;当汽源切换完成时,BEST小汽轮机通入工作蒸汽,调节阀为全开状态并跟随汽轮机滑压运行,BEST小汽轮拖动给水泵的剩余轴功率通过小发电机来发电并实现消纳平衡,变流器调节控制整体轴系的转速,满足给水泵运行的转速需求。
正常运行过程中,由于BEST小汽轮机调节阀来控制其功率,导致进汽节流损失量增加,为保持BEST小汽轮机运行过程中调节阀处于合理开度范围内,BEST小汽轮机只驱动汽动给水泵已无法满足节能和高效的启动运行目标。为此,采用变流器主控状态时,将BEST小汽轮机多余的出力通过小发电机转换为电能,厂用电需求得到满足;兼顾限制变流器的负荷,避免出现变流器负荷超限的问题。小发电机的出力限制在转速为4 000 r/min及以上,最大限制为19 MW、4 000 r/min以下的最大限制值同转速呈线性下降关系。图6为小发电机出力限制,图7为变流器负荷限制控制逻辑。
汽轮机共有12级回热且具备BEST小汽轮机带小发电机,因此BEST系统机组事故工况较多,按照运行中碰到的主要问题进行分类,并针对所碰到的运行问题设计相应的控制策略。BEST小汽轮机各种运行工况下的运行问题归结为以下4类。
高负荷段时,高背压控制策略以调节阀全开、未补汽及溢流的状态下确定;低负荷段时,BEST小汽轮机调节阀处于全开的溢流状态(固定压比)下确定;BEST小汽轮机排汽压力超过1 MPa时,则打开旁路阀;排汽压力超过1.1 MPa时,则BEST小汽轮机跳闸;当背压升至高背压限制控制值时,则打开溢流阀来降低背压值,若溢流阀处于全开状态则开启旁路阀;当7号回热抽汽压力小于8号回热抽汽且8号低加未切除时,若BEST小汽轮机补汽阀始终处于关闭状态,则检查旁路阀状态,避免以后发生旁路阀误开的问题。图8为BEST小汽轮机背压限制曲线。
正常工况时,利用溢流阀控制BEST小汽轮机最小压比;当事故工况时,最小压比低至控制值曲线则报警,若进一步低至跳机值,则旁路阀立刻打开来控制降低背压值,并保证末级组压比始终远离跳机值;8号低加切除时,BEST系统需立刻关闭溢流阀。图9为BEST小汽轮机溢流阀控制逻辑,图10为末级组压比限制曲线。
针对8号低加切除、8号及9号低加共同切除的工况下,其控制策略如下:当7号回热抽汽压力小于0.95倍的8号回热抽汽压力且7号低加未切除时,则补汽阀立刻打开并处于全开状态;当8号低加切除时,则补汽阀立刻关闭并处于全关状态;BEST小汽轮机的补汽阀和溢流阀、补汽阀和旁路阀都不具备同步开启功能。图11为BEST小汽轮机补汽阀控制逻辑。
在高加全切工况时,除氧器压力即6号回热抽汽压力会出现超过限制值1.6 MPa的问题。针对该问题的控制策略为:BEST小汽轮机即刻关小调节阀且除氧器压力降低;在不带小发电机运行出现给水泵转速不足的情况时,则需降低负荷从而减小其主进汽压力来保证稳定运行。
BEST小汽轮机的转速通过MEH系统控制实现,保证功率平衡的发电机转速通过变流器控制系统实现。DCS协调BEST小汽轮机及发电机来保证功率平衡,以此决定转速调节主控的方式,下达转速指令到相应的系统。在转速控制时,只能由BEST小汽轮机主控或变流器主控的其中一种方式来进行调节。该功能由DCS、MEH中与变流器转速协同控制模块中的交互信号完成无扰切换不同主控状态。图12为变流器启动流程,图13为变流器停止流程。由图12图13可见:
1)当MEH主控来控制转速时,其功率平衡发电机的转速设定值始终跟随轴系实际转速值;当变流器控制转速时,变流器协调控制请求的信号退出,BEST小汽轮机的实际转速追随变流器来控制。
2)当变流器发出变流器协调控制请求的信号时,变流器已在超限运行状态,需即刻退出变流器主控状态并切换至MEH主控方法来控制转速。
3)当目标转速与实际转速偏差大于100 r/min、变流器故障或变流器急停的信号出现时,忽略变流器是否发出变流器协调控制请求的信号,需要变流器主控方式立即切换至BEST小汽轮机主控方式来运行,其转速设定值为给水泵的目标转速值,同时MEH发送协调控制介入和请求变流器退出的指令至变流器,同时变流器退出其主控状态。
问题:变流器及小发电机故障跳闸的甩负荷工况时,BEST小汽轮机转速快速上升极易造成各运行参数波动大或机组跳闸。
优化控制策略:变流器及小发电机故障跳闸甩负荷时,变流器主控切至MEH主控来控制转速。BEST小汽轮机调节阀开度通过快关电磁阀带电的方式,使其快速1 s关闭调节阀,在1 s后释放快关电磁阀,再利用转速调节器来调节当前给水流量指令下对应的目标转速值。
目前,其控制逻辑增加了小发电机甩负荷时的快速调节回路及增加转速偏差前馈的2种控制调节方式。
图14图15分别为原变流器甩负荷控制逻辑和优化后变流器甩负荷控制逻辑。
经过甩负荷试验,BEST小汽轮机调节阀在快关电磁阀快关1 s。图16图17分别为甩负荷试验曲线1和曲线2。由图16图17可见:BEST小汽轮机转速下降约100 r/min后并逐渐稳定控制;图17中的给水流量在1 s内下降了700 t/h后,逐步上升至原给水流量值并保持稳定。通过图16图17中试验数据的分析,该控制策略有效解决了小汽轮机转速飞升造成的参数扰动大和危及机组跳闸的问题。
问题:引风机RB试验过程中,变流器主控切换至MEH主控后,BEST小汽轮机调节阀全开,因当前负荷下给水指令为100%且无法继续增加给水流量,导致其调节阀无法有效调节。
优化控制策略:原控制策略为变流器主控切到MEH主控后,此时变流器需保持当前负荷状态,但其实际转速值下降。优化后增加变流器主控切到MEH主控后,设定自动降小发电机负荷的功能,保证其调节阀具备充足的调节裕量。该控制策略的触发条件为机组负荷超过600 MW,并与变流器主控状态切除满足降小发电机负荷到7 MW。
图18图19分别为RB试验曲线1和曲线2。
经过RB试验,图18的BEST小汽轮机调节阀依旧处于全开状态,因图19的小发电机功率依旧维持约17 MW,未达到调节的目标。则继续降低小发电机功率值,图18中的BEST小汽轮机转速值逐渐满足设定转速值且其调节阀开度也持续下降,达到了保证调节阀具备充足的调节裕量的目标,为各参数值稳定提供了保障。
某电厂超超临界2×1 000 MW二次再热机组首次采用BEST系统,提出BEST小汽轮机带小发电机运行控制策略。满足了BEST小汽轮机主控与变流器主控互不冲突且进行无扰自动切换的需求,降低了运行人员的监盘工作量,并经RB及甩负荷工况的验证,使机组的安全性得到保障。实现了机组灵活和安全启动运行的目标,本控制策略可为同类型机组提供借鉴意义。
