With the advancement of intelligent mining construction, the number of application systems is gradually increasing, and problems such as incomplete data unification, lack of overall management of the system, and repetitive construction of functions are becoming prominent. To avoid these issues, this article takes the Yimin open coal mine data center as an example to analyze the overall architecture of the coal mine data center in detail. Based on the industrial private cloud development platform and big data technology, an open, continuous integration and deployment data center is established, and it supports high load elastic scaling and meets the concept of intelligent open-pit mine management. The data center solves problems such as difficulty in data collection in the mining field, inability to store data uniformly, isolated business systems, and inability to share data conveniently and in a timely manner among mining surveying professionals. It also comprehensively utilizes the collected equipment and system data to achieve real-time control of production status and equipment status, improving management decision-making ability and means.

随着智能化矿山建设的逐步推进,应用系统数量逐渐增加,数据不能够完全统一、系统缺乏统筹管理、功能重复建设等问题逐渐凸显。为此,以伊敏露天煤矿数据中心为例,详细分析了煤矿数据中心的总体架构,结合工业私有云开发平台及大数据技术建立了开放式、持续集成和部署、支持高负载弹性伸缩、满足智能化露天煤矿管理理念的数据中心,基于数据中心多源数据存储架构解决了矿山领域数据采集难、数据无法统一存储、业务系统孤岛和采地测专业无法及时便捷共享数据等问题,同时综合利用已有设备及其采集的系统数据,采用数据共享和计算分析工具实现生产情况和设备状态的实时掌控,提升了管理决策能力和手段。

随着智能化矿山建设的逐步推进,应用系统数量逐渐增加,数据不能够完全统一、系统缺乏统筹管理、功能重复建设等问题逐渐凸显。为此,以伊敏露天煤矿数据中心为例,详细分析了煤矿数据中心的总体架构,结合工业私有云开发平台及大数据技术建立了开放式、持续集成和部署、支持高负载弹性伸缩、满足智能化露天煤矿管理理念的数据中心,基于数据中心多源数据存储架构解决了矿山领域数据采集难、数据无法统一存储、业务系统孤岛和采地测专业无法及时便捷共享数据等问题,同时综合利用已有设备及其采集的系统数据,采用数据共享和计算分析工具实现生产情况和设备状态的实时掌控,提升了管理决策能力和手段。

With the advancement of intelligent mining construction, the number of application systems is gradually increasing, and problems such as incomplete data unification, lack of overall management of the system, and repetitive construction of functions are becoming prominent. To avoid these issues, this article takes the Yimin open coal mine data center as an example to analyze the overall architecture of the coal mine data center in detail. Based on the industrial private cloud development platform and big data technology, an open, continuous integration and deployment data center is established, and it supports high load elastic scaling and meets the concept of intelligent open-pit mine management. The data center solves problems such as difficulty in data collection in the mining field, inability to store data uniformly, isolated business systems, and inability to share data conveniently and in a timely manner among mining surveying professionals. It also comprehensively utilizes the collected equipment and system data to achieve real-time control of production status and equipment status, improving management decision-making ability and means.

近年来,云计算、人工智能、物联网和大数据等技术快速发展,智能化矿山的建设和管理迎来更多新的技术手段[1-3],随着智能化矿山建设的逐步推进,应用系统数量逐渐增加,数据不能够完全统一、系统缺乏统筹管理、功能重复建设等问题逐渐凸显。构建露天矿数据中心,可实现各项主要业务层面的横向贯通和管理层面的纵向管控,打破业务模块之间的壁垒,从而避免在建设过程中出现信息孤岛、系统集成度低、数据缺乏标准等问题[4]
目前,大数据技术已经进入成熟期,在国内,阿里、华为等互联网企业均推出了自己的数据中心及云计算产品,但这些产品通常面向大型商业消费场景,需要较高的基础硬件设施支撑,并且缺少对工业数据和协议的接入。本文基于虚拟化及容器技术,最大化利用硬件资源,配合采用工业数据采集及存储工具实现适用于露天矿场景的数据中心。该数据中心的建立可解决矿山领域数据采集难、数据无法统一存储、业务系统孤岛、采地测专业无法及时便捷共享数据等难题,同时综合利用已采集的设备及系统数据,实现生产情况和设备状态的实时掌控,提升了管理决策能力和手段。
本文结合虚拟化平台、容器云平台及大数据技术,以伊敏露天煤矿(露天矿)数据中心为实例,详细介绍了数据中心开发过程,以虚拟化平台作为底层硬件平台,并在其上搭建基于容器的基础服务平台,通过基础服务平台支撑数据中心各层级服务应用,实现数据的统一存储和管理,最终在应用层实现数据的综合展示和分析。
数据中心是企业的信息系统、业务系统与数据资源集中、集成、共享,以及对外交流的场所。完整的数据中心应该具备IT基础设施、工业云平台、数据存储中心、数据共享服务、应用层、统一门户和数据管控平台等内容[5]。露天矿数据中心的建设应分析所涉及的网络环境、软件平台环境和硬件环境,考虑将新一代大数据技术融合进已经长期稳定运行很多年的基础信息环境中,用最低的成本复用现有的基础环境,同时保证已有系统的稳定性和安全性。通过数据中心的建设,为露天矿各类数据统一存储、管理、共享与交互提供数据平台支撑和数据应用基础,满足生产管控、运维管理、安环监管等多个应用场景的需求。
露天矿网络环境复杂,业务系统分布在多个网络大区,矿内根据电力监控系统安全防护的规定,分为生产控制区、管理信息区和无线专网区,各区之间通过网闸和防火墙等安全防护工具隔离[6],综合考虑数据中心建设的复杂度和成本,结合露天矿现有信息系统情况,数据中心部署在管理信息区,具体如图1所示。
生产控制区主要安装自动化系统和调度系统,包括露天矿自营卡车、电铲、连续系统和工程机械等设备的数据采集,与其他大区相互隔离,仅能通过单向网闸向管理信息区单方向传输数据。此区域的数据传输方式通常为在生产控制大区架设采集客户端,将数据打包后通过TCP传输方式或文件传输方式传给网闸对侧的采集服务端,经由服务端解析后再存入数据中心。
管理信息区为露天矿的办公内网区,通常安装信息管理系统,如综合业务管控平台[7]和运行监管系统等。由于数据中心部署在此区域,因此数据采集方式较为灵活,支持数据库直采、接口调用和消息订阅等多种方式。
无线专网区为露天矿从运营服务商处租用的5G专用网,通过指定的通信卡实现设备及传感器的无线数据传输,主要包括外委车辆定位、人员定位、边坡监测和移动应用[8-10]等无线数据传输。无线专网区使用防火墙或双向网闸与管理信息区隔离,并可通过指定通道来实现与无线专网区的双向通信,采集该区域数据时,需在无线专网区架设采集服务,在管理信息区架设消费服务,由采集服务采集数据后调用消费服务相应的接口实现数据传输,为防止大区间网络故障导致的数据丢失,可在防火墙两侧架设Kafka消息队列,实现数据的缓冲和缓存。
露天矿数据中心总体架构如图2所示。
数据中心包括虚拟化层[11]、平台服务层、数据中心层和应用层4个部分,虚拟化层基于超融合平台[12]将硬件资源共享成资源池,提供计算、存储、网络、安全等IaaS(infrastructure-as-a-service,基础设施即服务)基础服务;平台服务层基于容器技术和开发平台,提供数据中心所需基础服务,同时基于源代码管理、流水线引擎等构建开发运维一体化,实现自动化运维和功能开发快速响应;数据中心层主体包括数据采集、数据存储、数据计算、数据服务、数据应用和数据治理核心组成部分,实现露天矿数据的统一接入、存储、计算和访问;应用层基于数据中心低代码开发工具,实现分析展示应用的快速构建,包括一张图、驾驶舱、煤炭全流程和智能分析等功能。下文将对各层级进行具体介绍。
传统部署方式存在投入成本高、扩展复杂和运维工作量大等问题,因此本文采用超融合技术构建虚拟化层,超融合技术包括服务器虚拟化、网络虚拟化和分布式存储,其中服务器虚拟化可实现对硬件资源的池化及虚拟资源统一管理,网络虚拟化用于实现虚拟化层网络资源的统一编排,分布式存储采用分层和条带化等技术,提供高性能的读写服务和稳定的存储服务,满足上层应用的存储需求。
平台服务层采用基于Kubernetes集群管理技术的容器云平台和开发运维一体化系统,并结合具有华能自主知识产权的TPRI-DMP开发平台,为数据中心提供一套基于微服务框架、容器化部署方案、容器编排技术的PaaS(platform-as-a-service,平台即服务)平台服务[13]。TPRI-DMP为具有华能自主知识产权的基于可重用组件的可视化流程的工业应用软件开发平台[14],包括前端模块代码开发和后端API(application programming interface)低代码开发工具,内置各类组件和服务,包括业务流程引擎、动态数据模型、表单设计器、单点登录、用户管理和待办消息等,适用于各类复杂业务处理类型应用系统的快速开发,可用于数据中心数据采集、存储和共享等多个环节。
容器云平台基于轻量级Kubernetes容器面板实现容器服务的管理,满足了容器资源的统一监控、调配和自动化部署需求,根据场景需要动态扩缩容器实例,同时提高应用系统的自动化部署与运维能力,这些能力主要包括服务容器编排、流量负载均衡、应用故障自愈、租户管理以及资源隔离等[15]
开发运维一体化系统基于源代码管理平台、容器仓库、流水线引擎和私有源服务实现数据中心采集、存储和共享服务的自动化测试和发布,具体如图3所示。开发人员提交代码至源代码管理平台后,可触发流水线拉取代码进行构建和测试,继而将代码打包为镜像并推送至容器仓库。最终,容器云平台可从容器仓库拉去镜像并部署到正式运行环境。
基于容器云平台的所有业务应用具备与底层数据松耦合特性,通过接口层提供的各种数据接口,向业务人员或第三方厂商提供开放API服务。根据不同的应用场景,通过对相应的API进行选择和组合,从而快速生成所需要的业务应用,以满足对应用的快速开发、部署、上线的能力。
数据采集层是数据中心的数据入口,通过数据采集,可以将来自不同数据源,不同格式数据文件,不同通信协议的数据统一加载到数据中心上。图4为数据采集架构。由图4可见,露天矿数据采集的对象主要包括业务数据和工业实时数据2大类型。业务数据采集用于与业务系统对接和采集数据,数据类型包括结构化数据和非结构化数据,数据源通常包括数据库、接口数据、文件数据和推送消息等。
数据采集层采用ETL(extract transform load,数据抽取转换工具)、DataX、flume等组件实现结构化数据和非结构化数据的采集,并支持主流消息队列的订阅。此外,根据网络安全要求,露天矿各大区间有网闸和防火墙等隔离设备,因此数据采集需在每个大区部署采集服务,并在管理信息区提供数据消费服务来接收各大区回传的服务,针对以上跨大区通信的场景,业务数据采集基于Kafka在网络隔离设备两侧架设消息队列,以保证高并发传输和断网时的数据缓存和一致性。
工业实时数据采集[16-17]使用一套高度可扩展的数据采集和实时数据库数据标准化访问的系统平台,主要由DDClient客户端接口机和RDBProxy代理服务器2部分组成,DDClient通过数据采集协议驱动方式支持不同数据源的数据采集,如常用的OPC服务器数据采集、电网102、103、104规约数据采集、Modbus协议以及自定义的串口等协议的数据采集[18]。RDBProxy是实时数据库代理平台,它将不同的实时数据库进行统一化封装,为上层应用系统提供一套统一的实时数据库写入和访问接口。
数据中心存储层包括通用型和特定领域型数据库,不同于传统业务系统单一的关系型数据库,数据中心根据实际数据业务需要,针对不同类型数据集,提供不同的数据库支撑[19]。露天煤矿需要整合存储的数据包括:1)实时设备运行数据,包括卡车、电铲及连续系统等各类生产设备的实时运行数据,通常由VPDN网段的无线传感器采集,该类数据的采集频率较高,需具备秒级甚至毫秒级的存储能力;2)实时生产数据,包括各生产设备的实时产量信息、定位信息和油耗信息等,主要用于卡车调度系统,该类数据通常是采集频率在分钟级的关系型数据;3)生产运维数据,包括设备检修记录、设备缺陷、交接班记录等运维信息;4)报警数据,包括生产设备、人员、边坡监测等各类系统的报警数据;5)文件信息,包括设备图纸、报警照片和视频等文件数据。
针对上述信息的特点,数据存储层采用Hadoop数据库、工业实时库、关系型数据库和文档数据库来进行存储和管理,其中Hadoop HDFS作为主数据集负责存储从各系统采集的原始数据,主要用于批量处理、数据挖掘和数据交换,当露天矿每天数据的产生量不足100兆字节时,也可选择MySQL集群替代HDFS;工业实时库采用自主研发的Rython库,可支持毫秒级实时数据读写,用于存储采集频率较高的实时数据;关系型数据库采用MySQL集群,存储较为频繁应用和修改的参数或流程类的数据,如定位数据和产量数据;文档数据库采用MongoDB,用于存储非结构化数据和小文件。
为满足数据标准化、共享和分析的需求,数据存储将来自数据生产端的多源异构数据统一归集到数据仓库,形成贴源层(operation data store,ODS)数据,然后根据数据分析和应用需求构建分析主题、整合多源数据构建宽表、汇总计算指标,形成汇总层(data warehouse detail/service,DWD/DWS)和集市层(data mart,DM)数据,支撑数据分析应用。
数据中心计算层整体遵循Lambda大数据架构设计思想并融合露天矿特有的工业大数据特征开展设计,包括流处理、批处理和服务层。其中,流处理层即实时处理架构,基于Rython实时库及计算工具体系实现实时流计算服务,支撑秒级或分钟级数据流分析业务的快速展现。批处理层指海量数据批次分析架构,主要在基础数据集之上进行批量计算分析。服务层是指通过对实时处理和批处理的结果进行整合并快速提供给客户端的服务架构,通常利用访问效率较高的存储库作为核心支撑。
数据计算层的整理数据流向如图5所示。结构化数据、非结构化数据、文件和音视频数据可通过ETL采集并实现全量数据留存;通过批处理计算,实现ODS到DM各层数据处理,处理结果可存入关系库和实时缓存中,供服务层应用。实时数据,如设备运行数据和实时监测数据等,通过DDClient进行采集,并存入实时库中留存,同时通过实时计算工具实现数据的实时处理,处理后的数据可直接提供事件报警,也可通过缓存库、实时库代理为服务层提供数据应用。
数据计算层的AI(artificial intelligence,人工智能)分析工具基于零编码算法建模设计,提供了自动化、智能化的分析模型构建能力。AI分析工具基于大数据架构,支持分布式存储、分布式并行计算、内存计算,实现海量数据的高效分析,达到高性能的大数据计算。该工具内置多种分析算法,包含数据处理、特征工程、机器学习、统计分析、集成学习和深度学习等多种算法,支持用户以图形化、拖拽式的方式实现数据深度分析和模型构建。
数据治理层针对关系、非关系数据和实时数据提供贯穿全生命周期的数据治理功能,主要包括元数据、主数据、数据标准化和数据质量等功能。
元数据是对于数据中心数据资产的体现,描述了数据中心存储了哪些数据、这些数据用来做什么以及谁在使用这些数据。基于Hadoop体系的元数据管理可采用Hive来实现。
主数据统一管理是企业数字化的首要工程[20],露天矿主数据主要包括组织机构、人员、设备和物资信息,这些信息由数据中心主数据模块统一管理维护,对外提供同步接口和消息队列,业务系统可通过同步接口对主数据进行初始化同步,并通过订阅消息队列实现后续数据修改时的实时同步。
数据的规范和统一是数据共享和业务交互的前提[21],数据标准化针对各业务系统中的数据提取一套统一的数据命名、数据定义、数据类型、赋值规则等的定义基准,并基于此标准对源数据进行清洗转换,然后加载到标准数据存储层。
数据质量管理针对数据的正确性、完全性、一致性、合规性等,对数据进行全面检查[22],并可对检核规则或方法进行阀值设置,实现质量监控报警和流程处理,形成数据质量管理的闭环反馈。
数据服务层是为数据的应用提供基础服务功能[23],通过数据共享工具和计算分析工具为上层业务应用系统提供数据利用的技术支持。
数据共享工具基于TPRI-DMP平台,对外提供数据推送和数据接口2种共享方式,其中数据推送主要用于对数据同步实时性要求较高的场合和主数据类修改频率很低的数据同步,通过平台消息队列实现数据更改后的实时推送;数据接口基于平台的低代码开发工具,支持开发人员采用图形化的方式实现数据API的快速生成,同时平台的API网关模块对API接口全生命周期进行管理和监控,包括API注册、权限控制、日志记录等功能,实现对外数据API的统一管理。
计算分析工具包括商业智能(BI)展示、自定义报表和AI分析,通过低代码开发模式快速搭建图形化的数据分析和展示,支持业务人员以拖拽的方式自定义可视化分析页面、报表,并通过平台内置的数据处理、算法节点,以拖拽式迅速完成机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理等算法模型构建,实现数据的关联分析、未来趋势预测等应用,最终给出决策方案。
露天矿一张图系统基于数据中心,将矿山中的固本信息即与空间位置直接有关的信息,如地表地形地貌、水文地质及地质构造、矿山地质储量、开拓开采方案、已完成的采矿工程等数字化,按三维坐标组织成数字矿山,全面、详尽地刻画矿山的整体面貌;在矿山固本信息数字化基础上,进一步嵌入矿山开发与运行相关信息如卡车调度、人员定位、设备信息等数据组成一个意义更加广泛的多维数字矿山[24],界面如图6所示。
图7为管理驾驶舱。管理驾驶舱是数据中心的综合展示页面,也是露天矿大屏展示,其集成了生产实时、设备维护和决策信息等数据,提供实时、全面的信息展示,帮助管理人员监控生产、调度生产、监测安全、诊断故障和进行数据分析,提高矿区的生产效率、安全性和管理水平[25]
基于数据中心打通露天矿采矿到电厂用煤的数据链路,煤炭全流程系统实现了从露天矿采煤、破碎站碎煤、皮带输煤、火车运煤、电厂用煤等环节的全过程燃料供应监控。煤炭全流程作为煤炭产、运、存、耗、销、排一体化桥梁纽带作用的关键环节,兼具上下游环节的协同管控能力,在时间、空间上多维度精确管控,合理分配生产资源,全面提升煤炭运输效率,实现传统煤炭生产供给模式向全流程一体化智慧管控模式转变。
基于AI分析工具,露天矿进行了多个场景的智能分析,如根据卡车现有特征采用随机森林算法对卡车缸温进行预测预警;采用Topsis算法进行了卡车安全行为分析和电铲安全行为分析,并进行评分排序;根据卡车发动机主要参数,采用FP Growth关联规则算法完成了卡车发动机故障预警。
本文以伊敏露天煤矿数据中心的构建为实例,介绍了基于容器云平台的露天矿数据中心架构及场景应用。该数据中心通过高速数据通道和数据采集网络采集各类设备数据,建立统一的数据采集平台、主数据管理平台、业务数据中心。在保证网络安全的情况下,实现了不同网络区域的数据共享,并提供指标计算和报表发布功能,实现了基于大数据中心的业务数据可视化探索以及AI分析决策。通过业务系统贯通与大数据智能分析,实现企业管理流程优化、实时快速响应,辅助管理决策,提升综合经营管理能力。目前该数据中心已在华能伊敏露天矿得到有效应用,可为各大智能矿山的建设提供有益的参考。
