电力工业碳排放高占比决定了新型电力系统是我国实现双碳目标的主要手段之一[1]。新型电力系统以坚强智能电网为枢纽平台,以源网荷储互动与多能互补为支撑,以最大化消纳新能源为主要任务。全国电力市场通过市场机制和价格信号可以实现电力资源在更大范围内的优化配置,使得新能源有了更大的消纳空间及更大范围内的调节容量,这可以让电力系统运行的更加稳定,助力新型电力系统的高效发展。
新型电力系统中,煤电从“主体电源、基础地位”转向“近中期基荷电源与调节电源定位”,再转向“长远的调节电源”,成为新能源产能伙伴,为新能源托底。据预测,我国2025年煤电达峰,2030年后煤电容量比例逐年下降。同时,电力市场的建立,使得火电行业生存竞争更加激烈。火电企业之间、火电企业同售电公司之间及火电企业同用户之间的博弈挤压火电企业的利润空间,客观上减弱了火电企业的良性投资,恶化了火电企业的生存环境。
采用大数据方法及智能算法,解决火电机组生产运行及经营决策中需要优化决策的问题即为火电机组运营智慧决策。如在电力市场中,火电机组既可以参与电力金融衍生市场、年度和月度合约市场、电力现货市场,也可以参与辅助服务市场以满足电网安全可靠运行的需求,所以火电机组就存在如何根据市场交易机制与信息(中长期合约价格、现货市场价格、辅助服务市场价格及容量补偿机制)及运营成本(燃料价格、用水价格、环保投入、碳排放及固定成本等)在各级市场中优化分配有限的发电资源以获取最大利润的问题[2-6]。如当火电机组参与调峰及调频市场时,虽然可以获得一定调峰及调频收益及补偿,但也可能会在日前市场及实时市场中损失一定的电量价格收益,以及因为负荷率的降低而导致供电煤耗和供电成本的增加。
运营智慧决策还包括解决具体某级市场中竞争的策略性问题。当发电企业在中长期合约市场决定卖出的发电量以后,如何将剩余的发电量参与日前市场的策略性报价也是一个研究内容。在电力现货市场中即使不考虑多机构参与博弈和随机性因素而去找出竞价的最优策略也是NP问题。所以,在实际应用中,找到一个概率意义上满意的竞标策略比找最优策略更为可行。
在当前的技术条件和装机结构下,煤电是最经济可行、安全可靠的灵活调节资源。煤电节能降耗改造、供热改造和灵活性改造的“三改联动”是构建新型电力系统的坚实基础,其必要性已成共识。对越来越多的热电联产机组而言,还存在着电热市场销售分配的问题。由于目前电网都是调度到机组,所以当总售电及总供热一定的情况下,还需合理分配每台机组的热负荷[7-11],综合提升供热效率,以使全厂效益最大化。
理想的状况是利用一体化的模型和算法,一次性给出火电机组在中长期合约市场、日前市场、辅助服务市场、工业供热市场及民用供热市场智慧化的组合运营策略。但现实中不同市场根据时序的变化需要随时调整与优化交易策略。火电企业根据年、月、日、实时、辅助服务电力市场、热力市场需求及价格预测,结合机组碳排放成本、检修更改、备用消缺、燃料库存等信息,提出机组的交易策略与最佳运行方式。
在火电机组智慧电站的建设中,智慧决策已经成为和智慧基建、智慧安防、智慧运行、智慧检修、智慧燃料等同等重要的功能。智慧决策是在火电厂实时运行成本计算的基础上建立的智慧化的营销策略、运行策略、碳排放策略及调峰策略等。随着外部环境的变化,智慧决策的具体功能也会有所变化。
在计算机组盈亏平衡曲线、机组启停参考曲线及机组边际成本曲线的基础上,给出机组不同工况下的度电生产成本、度电综合成本、启停成本、碳排放成本及广义边际成本。这需要对燃煤机组进行稳态建模分析,采用深度学习[12-13]重新建立机组能耗关系模型,通过对模型中机组能耗和电负荷、热负荷、煤质参数之间非解析函数关系的训练学习,从而得到更加准确的运营成本。同时,结合机组自身的热力特性及大数据分析方法,计算热电联产机组在运行中实时的热电转换比、收益平衡点及利润平衡点,可以给出热电联产机组更加合理的成本分摊方法。
燃煤机组的能耗主要与电负荷及热负荷有关。即燃煤机组的能耗C可表示为[13]

传统的处理方法认为C接近于发电负荷p及供热负荷q二次交叉函数,拟合为:

式中:abc为发电成本二次多元函数的各项系数。
这样的处理结果使得拟合函数值和实际得到的数值偏差较大,而且这种偏差没有明显的规律性,以至于很难找到一种较好的方式来对其进行修正。基于此,采用深度学习方法对机组的能耗和电负荷、热负荷及煤质参数m之间的关系进行训练建模,可以得到更为精确的实时成本函数:

在热电联产机组热电解耦实现之前,机组在带供热负荷条件下具备的灵活性能力,即机组还有多少可调负荷参与现货和辅助服务市场[14],其裕度的准确计算直接影响机组参与各类市场的交易决策,对企业整体收益影响较大。同样,给出固定供电功率约束下,在机组各种运行方式中供热功率的可行运行区间,同样有一定的价值。总之,热电联产机组电负荷和热负荷之间的耦合关系还需要更准确地描述。
构建多时间尺度随机优化的中长期、现货和辅助服务市场需求及价格预测模型。基于预测、机组运行成本及对手可能的竞价策略,利用不完全信息非合作博弈理论[15-16],进行一定风险下的报价策略。当竞争较为充分时,基于矩阵博弈模型,将候选的报价策略表示为离散量,以适应模型特点。当报价策略为几个离散点时,可以构造各个发电厂企业采用不同策略组合时的收益矩阵(pay off matrix),进而找到一个均衡的报价策略组合,该均衡点对应于最优的报价策略。当市场竞争不充分时,可以基于寡头博弈模型(oligopoly game),主要包括Cournot模型、Bertrand模型和供应函数模型(supply function model)给出市场最优报价。
考虑常见的日前现货市场单个时段的报价策略,将报价方定义为局中人1,将市场中的其他成员统一定义为局中人2。局中人1采用纯策略xx的实际意义就是竞标功率;局中人2采用混合策略G(y),G(y)的实际意义就是市场预测电价的概率分布,这里考虑为正态分布。根据概率论的中心极限定理,实际问题中的许多随机变量,只要它们是由大量相互独立的随机因素综合影响所形成,而其中每一个别的因素在总的影响中所起的作用都很微小,则这种随机变量就近似地服从正态分布。其概率密度函数g(y)为:

新型电力系统中火电机组运营智慧决策系统目前已应用在燃煤纯凝机组、燃煤供热机组、燃机一拖一机组、燃机二拖一机组等多种火电机组类型。协助电厂有效解决了机组在热电成本准确分摊、供热转换比、供热利润平衡点、实时生产成本、实时综合成本、实时边际成本、实时总成本、供热机组运行优化、电力现货市场竞价决策等领域的技术与决策难题。其基础功能如图1所示。
图1中,热电成本的实时分摊是计算实时生产成本、实时综合成本、实时边际成本、实时总成本、供热利润平衡点的基础,而供热利润平衡点是计算实时最优供热与供电功率的基础。热电成本分摊采用了基于实时数据分析与计算的功率损失法。首先利用最小二乘法拟合出机组纯凝运行工况时的历史供电功率和历史燃料流量的函数曲线,在函数中代入机组的燃料流量,得到在对应时段机组应发的供电功率;然后利用实时的供电功率和应发的供电功率比例来计算实时供电所耗的发电燃料流量,再根据当下的燃料价格计算得出实时的单位供电成本;最后从实时燃料流量中减去计算出的实时供电燃料流量,得到实时供热燃料流量,并结合燃料价格得出实时单位供热成本。
火电机组实时运行中的热电转换比,是指火电机组在实时运行中增加的供热功率与因此而减少供电功率二者的比率。火电机组在运行中热电转换比的实时计算对机组的经济效益计算具有重要且关键的作用。火电机组热电转换比的计算以往只能在机组额定工况下利用机组的设计资料进行计算,未充分利用火电机组在长期运行中产生的海量历史数据进行大数据分析与计算。同时,由于较难得到机组供电与供热各自的实时成本,所以在大多数研究与应用中,只计算了火电机组供电与供热的收益(未考虑成本)平衡点,计算结果是固定值,未和机组在实际运行中的实时工况相关联,决策上就偏离了机组运营利润最大化的最终方向。在机组的实际运行中,对管理人员决定多发电还是多供热时,失去了重要的决策参考依据。
由于机组利润随供电、供热功率的不同而不同,所以供电供热利润平衡点需要进行实时计算。假设Bp为利润平衡点,Ba为收益平衡点,pe为供电价格,ph为供热价格,f(y)为煤耗量随发电功率变化曲线,则此时供电及供热利润平衡点计算公式为:

机组运行中,如果T>Bp,应该增加供热功率,减少发电功率;如果T<Bp,应该减少供热功率,增加发电功率;当T=Bp时,说明此时利润已经最大化,无需调整供电供热量。
系统高级功能如图2所示。图2中,经营分析是辅助决策的基础,通过经营分析及辅助决策,指导发电企业运营精细化管理。
经营分析主要完成实时的经营核算,各种产品的利润统计及边际贡献分析。辅助决策完成多级市场组合营销策略,优化运行则是在经营分析与辅助决策功能的基础上,完成对机组运行方式的优化调整。
调峰优化包括调峰功率优化决策、电锅炉储热与供热智慧决策及热电负荷优化决策等。结合采暖期和非采暖期,需要根据不同的电网调峰计算与考核结算方法,给出全厂多台机组调峰的最优决策运行方式数学模型,模型结合发电机组实时成本计算结果及机组热力系统,给出机组最优调峰运行方案,如是否参与调峰、参与调峰时各台机组的最优调峰功率、最优发电功率及供热量。
碳排放实时计算包括火电机组碳排放数据实时监测、碳排放核心指标计算、碳排放多元指标对比、碳排放智能分析等,最终为电力企业碳资产管理,强化碳排放指标监督考核及碳排放成本分摊提供数据支撑。
报价辅助决策包括火电机组供电与供热交易策略、火电供电现货交易策略、火电供电辅助服务交易策略,参与各种能源市场及各级电力市场,形成智慧化的组合竞价策略。
运营智慧决策系统是智慧电站若干应用体系的功能模块之一,是智慧电站私有云SaaS层的重要组成部分,计算资源、存储资源、基础数据及网络安全防护由智慧电站私有云IaaS层和PaaS层统一提供,通过系统集成技术实现与其他应用体系的高度融合。
为了满足火电机组运营智慧决策系统开发的自主可控性要求,软件平台中的操作系统采用Linux银河麒麟高级服务器版。关系数据库采用GreatD万里国产数据库,支持兼容绝大部分厂商的主流操作系统(Red Hat、Debian GNU/Linux、SuSE、FreeBSD、Oracle Linux、银河麒麟等),支持ODBC、JDBC、.NET、PERL、PHP、Python、Ruby和VB等应用系统开发常用的接口,能为业务系统的数据接入提供强大的支撑硬件平台。利用Vmware虚拟化工具虚拟6台服务器,可以满足软件应用系统部署要求。6台虚拟服务器分别安装数据采集接口程序、关系库及实时数据库代理、基础应用功能、高级应用功能及相应的Web发布。
基于软硬件平台,部署西安热工院私有云开发与应用平台TPRI-DMP。TPRI-DMP为自主可控的B/S软件开发平台。开发平台基于Java语言,支持前后端分离,内置各类组件和服务。如业务流引擎、组织权限、数据引擎、工作流引擎、ETL服务、报表引擎、服务总线、移动消息、日志服务、全文检索、Web框架、Mobile框架等。该开发平台是通用的业务系统开发平台,尤其适合各类复杂业务处理类型应用系统的快速开发。支持扩展服务,包括即时通信引擎、对讲引擎、流媒体引擎、地图引擎、实时数据库代理、数据仓库、BI展示引擎等。支持连接移动智能传感器,如红外测温仪、测振仪、红外热成像摄像头等智能终端。
智慧决策平台服务器部署在电厂管理大区,并以满足电力企业信息安全为前提,采用安全信息网络获取生产大区的数据。
新型电力系统给火电企业的运营带来新的挑战,也带来了新的机遇。如何适应新型电力系统的发展,是火电企业面临的一个重要问题。利用有限的资源,在计算火电机组实时热电成本分摊、实时热电转换比、实时平衡利润比、实时供热供电功率范围计算的基础上,通过最优的多级市场组合营销策略,获取企业最大利润,是建立火电企业运营智慧决策系统的最主要目的。
